지역사회 건강증진 협력 개발 연구의 지향 과제 (Health Promotion Research on Community Collaboration and Partnership Building: Current Emphases and Directions)

  • Objectives: As collaboration for community health promotion is much emphasized, the concept and process of community collaboration for health needs to be discussed. This paper discusses varying types of collaboration and collaboration building processes and suggests directions for enhancing community collaboration research and practice. Methods: Leading literature on community partnership building and community health development and current community partnership research program information were reviewed. Results: Although the term collaboration is used interchangeably with cooperation, partnership, network, or coalition, conceptual differences need to be acknowledged in order to develop and reinforce the processes of collaboration. Collaboration building goes in hand with community-based participatory research and systems thinking, which should be supported by long-term, systematic planning and evaluation research. Conclusion: Collaboration for community health promotion needs to be defined and agreed conceptually, thus collaboration process can be developed. Effective collaboration building will be facilitated by systematic thinking and participatory research. Research support system should appreciate the time-intensive, process-oriented nature of collaboration building by providing long-term research funding and emphasizing process and long-term evaluation.

eWorks21: 건설프로젝트협업시스템의 개발 (The Development of a Construction Project Collaboration System: eWorks21)

  • Construction and engineering is one of the world largest industry. Yet, it Is one of the most inefficiently operated industry. Since buildings are not constructed by mass production, construction projects usually require intense communication and collaboration between participants, who are usually widely dispersed. That is the main reason for the inefficiency. eWorks21 that we developed in this research, is a project management system that can improve communication and collaboration among project participants using the Internet. eWorks21 can reduce project life-cycle, costs, and increase revenue, resource utilization, controls, transparency, and competitiveness, which will eventually provide infrastructure for knowledge management of construction projects. In this research, we classified currently available project collaboration systems, and analyzed the benefits gained by using project collaboration systems. Then we describe the implementation of eWorks21, and discuss employment and utilization strategies of project collaboration systems.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to develop a questionnaire creation system by expert co-operation on the web. The most difficult problem in a survey is to make questionnaires. To solve this problem, we suggest the questionnaire creation system which is to create questionnaire for survey by expert collaboration. We can create the best questionnaire because it can gather and exchange to questionnaire information from experts.

국제표준을 반영한 BIM 협업 프레임워크 개발 (Development of BIM Collaboration Framework Based on ISO 19650)

  • In recent years, the mandatory use of BIM has been actively promoted due to the digital transformation of the construction industry. However, the CDE (Common Data Environment) system, which is an essential element for operating BIM, has not been established in accordance with the domestic situation. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the results of previous studies, including the ISO 19650 standard and domestic CDE system requirements, and developed BIM-based collaboration functions that are suitable for the domestic construction industry through functional analysis of domestic and foreign commercial CDE solutions. And we developed a BIM collaboration framework to provide BIM-based collaboration functions as a service by using cloud technologies such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS to provide infrastructure resources flexibly and flexibly. The BIM collaboration framework developed in this study meets most of the CDE requirements of ISO1965, so it can secure competitiveness when bidding for overseas BIM projects. Also, because the BIM collaboration functions can be selectively applied to build a BIM-based collaboration platform, it is expected that the utilization of the BIM collaboration framework will be high, as it can minimize not only the time to build the platform but also the operating costs, and the usability is higher than that of existing commercial BIM CDE solutions.

  • As today's business environment becomes more globalized and distributed, the importance of collaboration is rapidly increasing. This Paper Presents a systematic approach to collaboration strategy planning. The framework suggests that a Collaborative Process Map needs to be identified first. Then, Collaboration Maturity of an enterprise is evaluated. Based on the Collaborative Process Map and Collaboration Maturity Evaluation, Collaboration Execution Plans are systematically established. A case study shows that the proposed framework can successfully be applied to the strategic collaboration planning of semiconductor industry

비대면 교육 환경에서 온라인 협업 툴 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Intention to Use Online Collaboration Tools for the Non-Face-to-Face Educational Environment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention to use online collaboration tools for non-face-to-face educational environment in the perspective of the learners. Methods: For empirical analysis, the survey of this study was administered with data that were limited to experienced learners using online collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Allo, Padlet, and Slido in online education environments such as Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc. and valid 400 data were analyzed by SPSS(ver 22.0) and R(ver 4.1.0) program package. Results: The results of empirical analysis showed that performance expectancy were found to have an effect on reliability of system quality, empathy of service quality, playfulness and informativity of content quality among the characteristics of online collaboration tools. On the other hand, it was found that the security of system quality, responsiveness of service quality, and extroversion of user personality characteristics did not affect. It was analyzed that playfulness had the greatest positive effect, followed by informativity, empathy, and reliability. Among the characteristics of online collaboration tools, it was found that the reliability and security of system quality and informativity of content quality had an effect on the effort expectancy. It was analyzed that informativity has the greatest influence, followed by security and reliability. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it examines the perspectives of users and learners, who can be said to be the end customers of online collaboration tools. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that not only platform operators that provide online collaborative tools, but also providers that use online collaboration tools will have a significant impact on the development of edutech and infrastructure in the educational environment.

  • In order to promptly cope with the various requirements of consumers, the environment of product development is being globalized in manufacturing industrials. For this reason, it is necessary to build up an efficient collaborative system for communication between remote area designers. Specially, while Internet and information technologies were merged with the manufacturing or business process, the research for collaborative system has become an important issue. Therefore, we propose a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework using SPS(SharePoint Portal Server) which is an enterprise business solution that integrates information from various system into one solution through single sign-on and enterprise application integration capabilities, with flexible deployment options and management tool. Through a Web-based Engineering Collaboration Framework, designers can share knowledge assets and have a remote conference with others via web.

  • 기업 간 비즈니스 거래를 하기 위해서는 B2B(Business to Business) 기업이 지원하는 업무 프로세스에 관한 정보와 업무 정보 교환을 위해 기업의 기술적인 사항을 정의하고 거래 기업 간의 비즈니스 거래를 위하여 거래 파트너간 합의된 상호작용을 정의한 문서가 필요하다. 이러한 문서를 XML 기반의 개방형 전자상거래 프레임워크인 ebXML(electronic business XML)에서는 기업의 비즈니스 협업 능력을 정의한 전자를 협업 프로토콜 프로파일(Collaboration-Protocol Profile:CPP)이라 하고 거래 기업간의 비즈니스 협업 상호작용을 정의한 후자를 협업 프로토콜 약정서(Collaboration-Protocol Agreement:CPA) 라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML에서 거래 기업 간 상호 운용성을 증대시키는 CPP 문서를 효율적으로 저작 할 수 있는 생성기와 거래기업들의 CPP 문서들을 기본으로 상호 협업을 정의한 CPA문서를 저작할 수 있는 Composer 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Nowadays, one of the major technical issues in manufacturing is to create an environment to promote collaboration among diverse engineering activities. Collaborative engineering is an innovative approach integrating widely distributed engineering activities through promoting information sharing and actual collaboration. It requires close interactions among developers, suppliers and customers, and consideration of entire product life cycle from concept to disposal. A carefully-designed operating system is crucial for successful collaboration of many different activities in a Networked Virtual Manufacturing System(NVMS). High extensibility, flexibility and efficiency ale the key characteristics requested of an operating system to handle the complexity of the NVMSs. In this paper, we propose a model of the operating system for collaborative engineering using concurrent quasi-procedural method(QPM). QPM is a goal-driven data management technique for distributed and parallel computing environments. It is to be applied to the evaluation of activities to be executed, validities of input data, execution path of activities for a needed output, and expected to greatly improve the productivity of operations by preventing redundant evaluations. Collaboration among many different engineering activities in NVMSs is to be performed by the network of agents that encapsulate the capabilities of both users and their tools.

방송뉴스제작에 있어서 기자.PD 협업의 시너지효과 탐구 - KBS 2TV <뉴스투데이>를 중심으로 - (Study of Synergy Effects of Collaboration in News Program between TV Reporter & Producer - Focusing on KBS 2TV -)

  • 기자와 PD 협업의 본격적인 시작이라고 볼 수 있는 <뉴스투데이>의 시너지 효과 분석을 통하여 기자와 PD 협업의 바람직한 방향에 대한 함의를 얻기 위한 연구다. <뉴스투데이>는 PD시스템, 기자시스템, 더블 리포팅시스템, 공동작업 시스템 등 4가지의 대표적인 협업양식을 시도했으며, 각 양식은 현장취재, 반영, 편집, 글쓰기의 주체에 의해 구별되었다. 공동작업 시스템을 제외한 기자시스템과 PD시스템에서는 완성한 꼭지 프로그램의 단순한 합산만으로 엄밀한 의미의 시너지는 적다고 할 수 있다. 협업의 성과로는 기존의 뉴스와는 다른 영상, 길이, 관점, 사운드를 가진 새로운 뉴스가 출현했다는 것과, 새로운 프로그램을 배태시킨 토양을 제공했으며, 8시 뉴스시간대라는 새로운 장르 리터러시를 생성시켰다는 것이다. 협업의 성공 요인으로는 구성원이라는 변인이 중요하다는 것을 발견했다. 적절한 비율을 가진 시스템의 균형 역시 성공요인으로 들 수 있다. 하지만, 직종의 벽이라는 한계는 넘기 어려웠고, 협업지향적인 리더가 사라지자, 조직이 와해되었으며, 프로그램은 폐지의 수순을 밟았다.
