Government policy supporting the fashion industry in Korea has focused on the future development of rising fashion designer's brands, and as a part of this support, several Fashion Creative Studios are presently operated. The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning of these facilities and suggest development strategies for their effective utilization. This paper presents a conceptual understanding based on a literature review, and deduces the direction of Fashion Creative Studios through an exploratory analysis of various case studies and in-depth interviews with five designers, who have graduated from the Seoul Fashion Creative Studio. The results are as follows. Firstly, fashion educational institutions have to provide sufficient information about the Fashion Creative Studios to students. They can also consider adding short-term residencies to the curriculum in which students prepare collections or portfolios for the studios. Secondly, Fashion Creative Studios are required to intensify business and marketing programs to increase real-world support. It would be helpful to provide 1:1 management programs with several segmented stages for the design brands, or connect them to investors who could provide financial support and business expansion. Thirdly, Fashion Creative Studios need to find a way to strengthen textile differentiation and craft characteristics to increase designer brand competitiveness. Broadening participation with textile designers, connecting with experts and ateliers, and promoting collaboration with artists and artisans in the Arts Creative Studios can be further examined to this end.

최근 국내외 IoT(Internet Of Things) 기술의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 실제로 가정이나 회사에서 전력제어, 난방제어 같은 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이에 IoT 동작 및 처리과정을 살펴보고 새로운 기기를 추가 시 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이러한 사용자들의 요구를 만족시키기 위해서 IoT 시스템의 동작과정을 이해하기 쉽게 표현하는 시스템이 요구된다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Swing을 활용하여 사용자, 센서, SNS(Social Network Service) 등 이벤트 발생 시 기기들 간의 관계를 맺고 협업하는 과정에 대해 모니터링 할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 설계 및 구현하였다.

To achieve the "low carbon green growth" vision, the first step is securing core technologies. Therefore, S&T policy direction for green technology development is urgently needed. As of 2008, investment in green technology (GT) development hovered around 10% of the government's total R&D budget. Thus, the Korean government developed a plan to increase that percentage to 15%, by 2013. To develop reasonable investment strategies for green technology development, targeted strategies that reflect technology and market changes by green technology area are needed. However, the overall planning and coordination of national GT development is currently split among, approximately, 10 government ministries. To establish an efficient green technology development system, the so-called "Green Technology R&D Council" should be launched in collaboration with the Presidential Committee on Green Growth and the National Science and Technology Council. Furthermore, to build a solid foundation for commercializing the outcomes of GT development projects and promote GT transfer, the government should undertake two initiatives. First, the government should reinforce GT R&D performance management, by establishing a GT R&D performance management and evaluation system. Second, the government should implement the "customized packaged support for promoting green technology business rights and commercialization" and present "e-marketplace for market-oriented green technologies". Creating a pan-ministerial policy for GT development policy would necessitate restructuring the HR(Human Resources) development system, which is currently separated by technology area. Based upon mid/long-term HR supply and demand forecasts, the government should design differentiated HR development projects, continuously evaluate those projects, and reflect the evaluation results in future policy development. Finally, to create new GT-related industries, the "Green TCS (Testing, Certification, and Standards) System" needs to be implemented. For objective evaluation and diffusion of R&D results by green technology area, a common standardization plan for testing, analysis, and measurement, like the "Green TCS", should be developed and integrated.

본 논문에서는 기본적인 신호 처리 기능 블록들을 시각 프로그래밍 기법으로 조합하여 원하는 신호 분석 작업을 수행할 수 있는 신호 분석 환경 시스템에 대해 기술하였다. 기본적인 신호 처리 알고리즘들을 기본 기능 블록의 형태로 내장하고 있으며, 사용자가 스스로 개발한 신호 처리 알고리즘들은 정해진 형식에 맞추어 기능 블록의 형태로 구현하기만 하면, 코드의 변경 없이 신호 분석 환경에 추가할 수 있다. 기본적으로 제공되는 시각화 기능 블록을 사용하여 생체신호를 비롯한 각종 1차원 신호들과 신호 처리 알고리즘에 의해 변화된 파형들을 비교 관찰할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 신호 검출 알고리즘에 의해 검출된 사건 정보들을 신호에 중첩하여 관찰할 수도 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 신호 분석 환경 시스템은 객체지향 개념에 의거하여 설계, 구현되었으며, Windows NT 환경에서 동작한다.

Objectives: Healthcare Accreditation Program in Korea started in 2011. The aim of this study is to contribute to the development of the Healthcare Accreditation Program in Korea by comparing the perception of the Healthcare Accreditation Program for the accredited hospitals and the surveyors. Methods: This study was performed targeting 77 accredited acute care hospitals and 245 surveyors who have surveyed acute care hospitals from 2010 to February 2014. They responded to our questionnaire via a survey website, and we analyzed the results. Results: We found that the hospitals rated the professionalism of surveyors more positively than surveyors. While average score of the hospitals was higher for 'The understanding of the accreditation standards and survey methods was correct' than that of the surveyors (p<0.01), average score of the surveyors was higher for 'Mediation and collaboration between surveyors were smooth' than that of the hospitals (p<0.05). And we found that the surveyors rated the Accreditation Program more positively than hospitals. While average score of the hospitals was higher for 'Surveyors have the professionalism' than that of the surveyors (p<0.05), average score of the surveyors was higher for 'It is easy to understand the accreditation standards and evaluation items' than that of the hospitals (p<0.01). Conclusion: In order to development of the accreditation program, it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of surveyors and improve the acceptability of the accreditation program.

대학교육에서 이상적인 '집단지성기반의 협력학습' 모델은 아직 합의되지도 않았고 여전히 이론적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 집단지성기반의 협력 학습이 되기 위해선 다양한 구성원들이 자신이 가진 최대한의 역량을 동원하여 공동의 목표 달성을 위한 기여에 능동적으로 참여할 수 있도록 촉진하고 배려해야 한다. 아직 교육현장에서 실제 모형이 개발되지 않고 있는 집단지성기반의 협력학습모델은 창의적 융합인재 양성에 핵심적 프로그램이라 판단된다. 그러하기에 현대 강연의 주요 특징인 집단지성형 콘텐츠로의 진화는 수시로 확인하고 눈여겨 볼 필요가 있다. 그와 연관된 시도의 일환으로 본 연구는 tvN이 기획하고 시도한 커넥티브 강연쇼 '창조클럽 199' 콘텐츠에 주목하였다. 지향하는 기획 의도도 시대의 요구를 잘 수렴하고 있지만 더욱 돋보이는 것은 참여자들과 함께하는 집단지성 기반의 '방법' 들을 현실에 구현해내었다는 점이다.

본 연구는 간호대학생에게 표준화 환자를 활용한 접촉주의 환자 간호 시뮬레이션 교육의 효과를 확인하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구대상자는 일개 대학 간호대학생 67명을 대상으로 2019년 10월부터 12월까지 진행되었다. 혼합 연구방법으로 시뮬레이션 전과 후에 다제내성균 감염관리 지식과 수행자신감을 조사하여, paired t-test로 분석하였고, 성찰일지는 내용분석을 수행하였다. 중재 후 대상자의 다제내성균관련 감염관리 지식과 수행자신감은 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였다. 성찰일지 내용분석에서는 39개의 의미있는 진술과 13개의 범주를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과 표준화 환자를 활용한 접촉주의 환자간호 시뮬레이션 교육은 다제내성균 감염관리 지식과 수행자신감을 증진시키며, 간호 전문직으로서 실제적인 접촉주의 간호수행능력, 환자중심간호, 협력을 학습할 수 있는 교육전략임을 확인하였다.

유비쿼터스 기술을 실생활에 활용하고자 하는 노력은 기업은 물론 중앙정부와 지자체를 중심으로 다양한 사업 형태로 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 많은 사람들이 모이는 다중집합장소를 중심으로 유비쿼터스 기술을 이용하여 시민서비스를 고도화하기 위한 전략적 추진방안을 제시하였다. 유무선 통신망을 통해 네트워크 접속이 가능해 지면서, 유비쿼터스 서비스 모델은 보편적 지도위에 참여와 협업을 전제로 하는 모델이 구상되어야 할 것으로 보인다. 이를 구현하기 위해 본 연구에서는 보편적으로 이용 가능한 디지털 지도의 구축, 디지털 지도기반의 컨텐츠 제작, 이와 관련된 유비쿼터스 시설 설치, 그리고 컨텐츠 확보를 위한 기존 홈페이지의 웹 표준화 및 자료정비, 기존자료를 인터넷지도와 연계하여 지리정보 및 속성정보 표출할 수 있도록 하는 등의 인터넷고도화 사업을 제안하였다. 향후의 유비쿼터스 서비스는 기술적 관점 뿐 아니라 그 장소를 활용하는 시민, 기업, 공공부분의 특성과 이들이 요구하는 수요에 기반 하는 서비스 모델이 개발되어야 할 것이며, 이 기반에는 지리공간 웹이 핵심이 될 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명시대를 이끌어갈 신산업으로 주목되고 있는 산업 중 전통문화예술분야의 전문인력 필요성 증대에 따른 지역사회의 노력과 산·학·연의 협업이 절실한 상황에서 국내 전통문화예술을 살리고 지역사회의 고부가가치 산업을 활성화 할 수 있는 노동인력 확보 방안을 모색하고 더불어 지역 전통문화·예술·관광행사 및 디자인 상품개발을 통한 일자리 창출을 목적으로 한다. 특히 시대가 변화되고 전통기법 전승에 대한 교육이 갈수록 외면되고 소외 시 되는 현 상황에서 본 연구는 다년간 평택지역의 산업체, 지역대학, 연구소가 협동하여 실시한 천연염색교육과 문화예술행사를 통해 전통문화예술의 전승과 고부가가치 일자리창출을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 산모의 출산 택일 경험을 총체적이고 심층적으로 탐구하여 출산 택일과 관련된 체험의 본질과 의미를 파악하고자 하기 위함이다. 연구자들은 출산 시 원하는 날짜를 정하여 출산한 여성 4명을 만나 일대일 심층 면담을 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 van Manen (2000)의 현상학적 분석방법과 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 4개의 본질적 주제가 나타났으며, "아이에게 처음 주는 선물", "한 아이를 위한 주변의 합작품", "아이의 청사진과 같은 택일", "이러나 저러나 복잡한 마음"이 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과, 출산 택일을 하는 여성의 경험과 의미를 파악할 수 있었다. 산모의 출산 택일을 이해하고, 이는 산모와 태아의 안녕을 위한 방안을 마련하는 데 도움이 될 것이라 사료된다. 추후 여성의 산전 관리 시 충분한 상담과 교육으로 적절한 분만 방법을 선택할 수 있도록 안내하는 것이 필요할 것이다.
