In this study, we suggested a strategy about a discussion class using Twitter, and experimented it inside an elementary school classroom. Elementary students participated in a panel discussion and the others discussed as audience using Twitter. After the discussion, we investigated the effectiveness of our strategy using the Technology Acceptance Model and verified students' satisfaction and ability to collaborate through giving them a questionnaire. As a result, the perceived ease of use positively effected the perceived usefulness and the perceived usefulness influenced the attitude and the attitude affect on intention to use. Also, students were satisfied with the discussion class on Twitter and had a positive perception about collaboration with it. As a result of regression, perception of collaboration among the students influenced the perceived usefulness positively. The results in this study show the effectiveness of using the discussion class strategy on Twitter.

Nowadays, we are standing in front of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution that is featured by a great range of new and advanced technologies that influences all the domains of economies and industries. The great question that this revolution raises is how it can lead to a future that reflects the peoples' common objectives and values on how these advanced technologies can affect the life and transform the economic, social, cultural, and human environment. It is commonly agreed that to be adapted to these changes and needs and shape a society with competitive economies with highly-skilled individuals, we need to encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, new knowledge generation and exchange and true and effective collaboration and communication. In this complex scene, education seems to have a central and critical role on finding new ways of developing expertise and innovation within the existing knowledge procedures, with more and better cooperation between the key players. This paper argues the concepts, opportunities and challenges that are related to the learning ecosystem towards the needs raised by the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. The education is discussed as catalyst but also as carrier of innovation and innovation practices and the basis of a relevant framework is presented that takes into account all the aspects, domains and key players of educational world and interacting domains. Having introduced the ideas of innovation, collaboration and technology advancement in this environment, this paper also presents a real case of practice, focusing on how more than 5.000 schools around Europe succeeded the last four (4) years to implement innovation activities in a collaborative way and under a unique but also flexible pedagogical innovation framework.

Innovation in university library spaces is challenging to effectively support the education of the university's future learning and innovation capabilities, including creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration. The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception and need of library space from the perspective of users and librarians, and to suggest the direction of space innovation through this. For this study, we designed each questionnaire for users and librarians, and collected responses from 363 users and 186 librarians in the university library to analyze their needs and perceptions about their library space. The librarian's need for the space was analyzed by the size of the library and the demographic factors of the librarian. The user's need was analyzed by the user's attributes. In addition, we analyzed the differences between librarians and users for the need for space and space services. The results of this paper may be useful for reference when planning a new library or building a space based on user.

This study used Q methodology for analogizing culinary arts major students' subjectivity through their participation of one of restaurant start-up experience program, called pop-up restaurant. The study tried to figure out particular structure of among students' responses and noticed five distinctive types. There were Increase learning effect type(Type 1, N=4), Collaboration of members importance type(Type2, N=8), Marketing PR need type(Type3, N=6), Restaurant business plan type(Type4, N=4), Industry work experience required type(Type5, N=3). The study also revealed that each type contained diverse characteristics figures in their own. The research finding could be used as fundamental source of future similar research but in other research methodology in the format of difference among students or diverse measuring point of time frame.

The purpose of this study is to explore teaching and learning strategies through analyzing cases of foreign engineering education. With the analysis criteria composed of engineering education model, teaching and learning method, evaluation strategy, and technology supporting strategy, 10 foreign colleges of engineering in 5 countries were examined and analyzed. Teaching and learning strategies deduced from analysis state as follows. First of all, it need to develop engineering education models that reform should be made in systematic approach to teaching and learning, workplaces and laboratories, evaluation, technology support, etc. Secondly, the strategy for teaching and learning recommends supporting student directed learning, active learning participation, and collaboration learning by inductive learning strategies such as problem based learning, inquiry learning, project based learning, studio based learning, and blended learning. Thirdly, the evaluation strategy suggests that evaluation should be made to reflect students' learning and facilitate continuous learning based current learning results while it is necessary to build up a whole evaluation system. Finally, it is the educational technology approach for systematic engineering education that is required considering that many foreign colleges of engineering have reformed engineering education through technology supporting systems and are maximizing research and education in connection with other universities. This study is expected to contribute as preliminary data in developing further teaching and learning models and strategies for nurturing engineering students.

Collaboration between teacher librarians and parents is one of the very important elements for school library management in characteristics of learning communities and expanding its' administration. These partnerships are necessary to relieve stress and risk conditions and improve ego-resilience of students. This study analyzed cases of student guidance within the partnerships between teacher librarians and parents and then inquired into formal or informal communication channels for their partnerships through written interview with 10 teacher librarians. The results of analyses teacher librarians have appreciated the necessity of collaboration with parents, and they have experienced student guidance, career guidance, reader's advisory and balancing acts between classroom teachers and parents. It turns out that reading programs with parents are formal communication channel rather than institutional committee such as School Library Council and Parents' Library-Assisting Volunteers and Parent Association and Training in the school library are informal communication channels. The teacher librarians also provide periodic reading events and training for parents and they utilize the School Homepage and Educational Newsletters as the main ways of public relation. In order to promote students' ego-resilience through their collaboration, parents should involve in School Library Council as an essential way for formal communication. And parents' role in school library management should be expanded from offering helping hands to activities to read book, library instruction, assisting teacher librarians in the Library-Assisted Instruction and production of teaching mediums.

The applications of artificial intelligence (AI) can provide useful solutions to animal infectious diseases and their impact on humans. The advent of AI learning algorithms and recognition technologies is especially advantageous in applied studies, including the detection, analysis, impact assessment, simulation, and prediction of environmental impacts on malignant animal epidemics. To this end, this study specifically focused on environmental pollution and animal diseases. While the number of related studies is rapidly increasing, the research trends, evolution, and collaboration in this field are not yet well-established. We analyzed the bibliographic data of 1191 articles on AI applications to environmental pollution and animal diseases during the period of 2000~2019; these articles were collected from the Web of Science (WoS). The results revealed that PR China and the United States are the leaders in research production, impact, and collaboration. Finally, we provided research directions and practical implications for the incorporation of AI applications to address environmental impacts on animal diseases.

The most important factor in pre-school children's psychological perception is ease of learning, and the closest measure is "natural" interaction. This study aims to explore the potential of tangible user interfaces (TUI) for AR collaboration for children's cognitive development. The conceptual model is constructed by analyzing physical interaction, spatial perception and social collaboration on the usability of TUI, to explore the role of TUI in pre-school children's cognition. In the empirical study, children aged 3-6 were taken as research objects. The experimental tool is "Plugo" education application. Parents answered questionnaires after observing their children's use. Research shows that physical interaction are the most critical factor in TUI. TUI is beneficial to the cultivation of spatial ability. The results are as follows: 1. Cronbach's Alpha and KMO were 0.921 and 0.965, which were significant and passed the reliability and validity test. 2. Through confirmatory factor analysis (model fit index, combinatorial validity), we found that physical interaction were closely related to usability. 3. The path analysis of the relationship proves that usability has a significant impact on the cultivation of pre-school children's spatial ability.

In this paper, optical flow based keypoint detection and tracking technique is proposed for the collaboration between flying drone with vision system and ground robots. There are many challenging problems in target detection research using moving vision system, so we combined the improved FAST algorithm and Lucas-Kanade method for adopting the better techniques in each feature detection and optical flow motion tracking, which results in 40% higher in processing speed than previous works. Also, proposed image binarization method which is appropriate for the given marker helped to improve the marker detection accuracy. We also studied how to optimize the embedded system which is operating complex computations for intelligent functions in a very limited resources while maintaining the drone's present weight and moving speed. In a future works, we are aiming to develop collaborating smarter robots by using the techniques of learning and recognizing targets even in a complex background.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the reflection rubric on frequency and content of critical thinking in CSCA. The researcher carried out research during 4 weeks, on 60 students taking the course of 'educational methods and educational technology' in K collage. As the result of this study, The reflection rubric frequency could not be significant difference in critical thinking, but could be significant difference in critical thinking content and collaboration argumentation. The reflection rubric could prevent learner form giving one side reasoning, considered both side opinion and grounds. Also the reflection rubric could trigger learner to construct collaborative knowledge building more strongly. This study showed that the reflection rubric have significant impacts on the argumentation collaboration learning in CSCA.
