지적불부합지는 사업 시행 전 소유자간의 경계다툼으로 인한 경계 확정에 어려움이 있으며 공유토지 소유자의 소유권 행사와 토지이용 불편에 의한 민원이 발생하고 있다. 그 대응방안으로 사업추진에 대한 다양한 의견제출 및 합의를 이끌어낼 수 있는 입회에 주민 협조가 선행되면 경계분쟁이 사라지고 안정적인 재산권행사가 가능해질 것이라 기대된다. 또한 토지의 활용가치가 높아지고 행정은 정확하고 편리하게 되며 국토의 효율적인 관리를 통해 국가경쟁력이 강화될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 지적불부합지에 따른 문제점과 민원 해결 사례 데이터를 이용하여 경남지역에서의 지적불부합지 실태를 분석하여 향후 지적재조사 사업에 따라 발생하는 민원을 분석하여 지적재조사사업의 효율성을 가지고자 한다.

Background: Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) is a new radiation therapy. In BNCT, there exists some very critical problems that should be solved. One of the severest problems is that the treatment effect cannot be known during BNCT in real time. We are now developing a SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography) system (BNCT-SPECT), with a cadmium telluride (CdTe) semiconductor detector. BNCT-SPECT can obtain the BNCT treatment effect by measuring 478 keV gamma-rays emitted from the excited state of $^7Li$ nucleus created by $^{10}B(n,{\alpha})$ $^7Li$ reaction. In the previous studies, we investigated the feasibility of the BNCT-SPECT system. As a result, the S/N ratio did not meet the criterion of S/N > 1 because deterioration of the S/N ratio occurred caused by the influence of Compton scattering especially due to capture gamma-rays of hydrogen. Materials and Methods: We thus produced an arrayed detector with two CdTe crystals to test cross talk phenomenon and to examine an anti-coincidence detection possibility. For more precise analysis for the anti-coincidence detection, we designed and made a collimator having a similar performance to the real BNCT-SPECT. Results and Discussion: We carried out experiments with the collimator to examine the effect of cross talk of scattering gamma-rays between CdTe elements more practically. As a result of measurement the coincidence events were successfully extracted. Conclusion: We are now planning to carry out evaluation of coincidence rate from the measurement and comparison of it with the numerical calculations.

We establish a coupled coincidence point theorem for generalized com-patible pair of mappings under generalized nonlinear contraction on a partially or-dered metric space. We also deduce certain coupled fixed point results without mixed monotone property of F : X × X → X . An example supporting to our result has also been cited. As an application the solution of integral equations are obtained here to illustrate the usability of the obtained results. We improve, extend and generalize several known results.

The wide spread of the Internet has become a momentum to promote informatization, and thus individuals, organizations, and government bodies are competitively participating in this kind of new wave. Informatization enables us not only to circulate and utilize information without any limitation but also to maximize users' benefits and convenience. On the other hand, it brings about negative effects-security incidents such as cyber terror, Internet fraud and technology leakage, etc. Evaluation on security level should precede over all the others in order to minimize damage by security incidents since it diagnoses current status on security as it is and can be used as a guideline for appropriate security management. In this study, evaluation domains, items and indicators of information security to evaluate information security are theoretically developed on the basis of critically reviewing the major existing research. And then the coincidence level(content validity, ease and reliability of evaluation) of each evaluation indicators are empirically analyzed through performing the field study of 83 information security experts.

We introduce some new type of admissible mappings and prove a coupled coincidence point theorem by using newly defined concepts for generalized compatible pair of mappings satisfying ${\alpha}-{\psi}$ contraction on partially ordered metric spaces. We also prove the uniqueness of a coupled fixed point for such mappings in this setup. Furthermore, we give an example and an application to integral equations to demonstrate the applicability of the obtained results. Our results generalize some recent results in the literature.

We discuss and obtain some existence theorems of unique point of coincidence for two mappings satisfying ${\varphi}$-contractive conditions or ${\psi}$-${\phi}$-contractive conditions determined by semi-continuous functions on non-complete 2-metric spaces, in which the mappings do not satisfy commutativity and uniform boundedness. The obtained results generalize and improve many well-known and corresponding conclusions.

The dynamic analysis model is developed with the high-speed train (KTX) and a 2-span continuous prestressed concrete box girder bridge with a double track. The analytical results are compared with the dynamic field test results and found to be valid to yield quite accurate dynamic responses. The various trainset models with different number of cars are developed and compared with the results of the regular 20-car trainset model. It is concluded that the reduced trainset models, such as 7-car and 10-car models, cannot exactly produce the dynamic responses of bridges, especially when the train speed is high. Under the coincidence condition of two trains traveling with resonance velocity in the opposite directions, it is found that the impact factor under two-way coincidence is three times larger than that under one-way traffic. Consequently, for the bridge with a double-track it is necessary to check not only the dynamic responses of the bridge with one-way traffic but those with two-way coincidence.

Through the research of tracheophytes type around Mt. Daedun, we are aiming at figuring out the habitat condition of useful resource plants by the classification of vegetation units and communities using the Z-M phyto-sociological method in the basis of the traits of species composition and by the analysis of vegetation and environment by way of coincidence method. Tracheophytes in our research sites was classifid into 117 family, 475 genus 797, species 102 variety,18 breed, in total to 917 kinds. The forest around Mt. Daedun district was classified into 6 communities, 12 groups, 2 sub-groups according to feature species group, differential species group and differential. Judging the result from the examination of community classification factors by the coincidence method, vegetation unit was decided by altitude and topography.

자발적인 매개하향변환과정에서 발생하는 광자쌍을 이용하여, 광학계내의 광손실에 따른 상관관계의 감소가 단일광자계수 와 두-광자 동시계수에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 두 검출기 앞에 얇은 유리판을 설치하고 유리판의 편광에 따른 투과율을 변화시켜 두 광자들간의 상관관계를 인위적으로 조절하였다. 상관관계의 정도에 따라 측정된 단일광자계수는 광자를 측정하는 검출기 앞에 놓인 유리판의 투과율에 비례하는 반면에, 두-광자 동시계수는 두 검출기 안에 놓인 두 유리판의 투과율의 곱에 비례하였다.
