ICT를 활용한 자녀·손자녀와의 접촉빈도와 디지털 리터러시가 노인의 인지기능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Digital Literacy and the Frequency of Contact with Children or Grandchildren via ICT on the Cognitive Function of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 '2017년도 노인 실태조사'에 응답한 65세 이상 노인 8,942명을 대상으로 ICT를 활용한 자녀·손자녀 접촉빈도, 디지털 리터러시 등의 특성이 인지기능에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 이차자료 분석 연구로, 다중 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 연구 결과 노인의 인지기능에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 디지털 리터러시로 나타났다. 또한 ICT를 활용한 손자녀와의 접촉빈도는 디지털 리터러시 및 인지기능과 유의한 상관관계가 있으며 인지기능에 긍정적 영향을 주는 요인임이 새롭게 밝혀졌다. 이를 토대로 노인을 대상으로 한 정보화 교육 및 활용의 중요성과 이를 통한 세대 간 의사소통 활성화의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

제3종 시설물 지정 업무 담당자의 지식과 태도가 업무 실천에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Knowledge and Attitude of Class-III Facility Designator on Work Practice)

  • The relationship between the knowledge, attitude, and practice of the person in charge of designating a Class III facility was analyzed to improve its practice. As a field of knowledge, system knowledge and technical knowledge were considered, and attitudes were divided into cognitive, affective, and behavioral attitudes. A knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) survey was conducted, and the relationship among them was analyzed through correlation and regression analyses. The factors affecting the level of practice in designating the Class III facility were technical knowledge in the field of knowledge and cognitive and behavioral attitudes in the field of attitudes. Cognitive and behavioral attitudes were the two factors that most influenced the practice of designating a Class III facility. It is thought that the higher the level of cognitive and behavioral attitudes, the greater the ability to practice designating the Class III facility. The general characteristics of respondents influencing cognitive and behavioral attitudes were analyzed by safety inspection.

만 3세 유아의 인지발달에 대한 부모-교사 협력관계의 영향력: 가정환경의 질, 부모의 수학적 상호작용의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of the Parent-Teacher Cooperation on the Cognitive Development of 3-Year-Olds: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of the Quality of Home Environment and the Parental Mathematical Interaction)

  • Objective: The purpose is to verify that whether there are significant correlation between parent-teacher cooperation, quality of home environment, and mathematical interaction of parents and cognitive development of 3-year-olds, and the quality of home environment and mathematical interaction mediate the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development. Methods: A test was performed on 110 3-year-olds enrolledin a daycare center located in city S, and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their parents. We analyzed our data using SPSS WIN 21.0 and pearson's correlation, tested the mediating effect using regression, and used the Sobel test to check significance of the mediating effect. Results: Cognitive development of 3-year-olds was correlated with the parent- teacher cooperation, the quality of home environment, and mathematical interaction of parents. The quality of home environment showed complete mediating effect on the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development, and the mathematical interaction showed complete mediating effect on the relationship between the parent-teacher cooperation and the cognitive development. Conclusion/Implications: The parent-teacher cooperation indirectly predicts the cognitive development through the quality of home environment and the mathematical interaction. This research can contribute to the development of the family- institution connection program to facilitate the parent-teacher cooperation.

항암화학요법을 받는 유방암 환자의 인지기능감퇴와 삶의 질에 관한 연구: 건강증진행위의 매개효과 (Cognitive Decline and Quality of Life among Patients with Breast Cancer undergoing Chemotherapy: The Mediating Effect of Health Promotion Behavior)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between cognitive function impairment and quality of life (QoL) among patients with breast cancer. Specifically, the intention was to verify the mediating effects for promoting behaviors leading to better health and QoL. Methods: A purposive sample of 152 patients undergoing chemotherapy was recruited. A cross-sectional survey design was used. Data were collected using four instruments: Everyday Cognition Scale, Korean Mini-Mental State Examination, Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast Cancer Version 4, and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile. Results: The mean score for subjective cognitive decline was 65.84; the health promotion behavior was 95.89, and 83.34 for QoL. Health promotion behavior was directly affected by cognitive decline ($R^2=6.0%$) as was QoL ($R^2=43%$). Subjective cognitive decline (${\beta}=-.57$ p<.001) and health promotion behavior (${\beta}=.37$, p<.001) were seen as predicting factors in QoL and explained 56% ($R^2=56%$). Health promotion behavior had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between self-reported cognitive decline and QoL (Sobel test: Z=-3.37, p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, nursing intervention programs focusing on managing cognitive decline and promoting health promotion behavior are highly recommended to improve QoL in cancer patients.

노인의 우울, 영양상태 및 인지기능이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Depression, Nutritional Status and Cognitive Function on Life Satisfaction of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 우울, 영양상태 및 인지기능이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 변수들 간의 관계와 효과를 규명하는 위해 이루어졌다. 자료는 한국보건사회연구원에서 시행한 2017년도 노인실태조사 자료를 사용하여 2차 자료분석을 실시하였다. 65세 이상의 노인 9089명을 대상으로 경로모형을 만들고 상관분석 및 경로분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 우울, 영양상태, 인지기능 및 삶의 만족도는 모두 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 영양상태에 영향을 주는 요소로서 우울(.46, p=.007)의 효과 크기가 유의하였으며 인지기능에 대해서도 우울(-.27, p=.014)의 효과 크기가 유의하였다. 영양상태(.08, p=.009)와 인지기능(-.03, p=.010)은 모두 삶의 만족도에 유의한 효과를 보였는데, 우울(.50, p=.012)은 영양상태와 인지기능을 매개로 하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 노인의 삶의 만족도를 증진시키기 위해서는 우울에 대한 중재 뿐 아니라 영양상태와 인지기능에 대한 간호 중재가 필요하다.

노인의 운동참여와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 인지기능의 역할 (The Structural Relationship between the Elderly's Participation in Exercise, Cognitive Function, and Life Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인의 운동참여, 인지기능 및 삶의 만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구참여자는 2017년 노인실태 조사 대상인 노인 2491명으로 구성되었다. 측정도구는 인지기능 검사지와 삶의 만족도 검사지이다. 운동참여는 일주일간의 운동시간을 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 version을 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 운동참여는 노인의 인지기능에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동참여는 노인의 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 인지기능은 삶의 만족도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 노인의 운동참여와 삶의 만족도 관계에서 인지기능이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 운동참여, 인지기능 및 삶의 만족도의 구조적 관계에 대한 다양한 논의가 제시되었다.

흥미수준에 따른 인지적 실재감이 몰입에 미치는 영향 탐색 (Exploring the Effect of Cognitive Presence on Flow According to the Level of Interest)

  • 연구 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 학업성취에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인 중에서 흥미수준에 따라서 인지적 실재감이 몰입에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 연구 내용 및 방법 : 본 연구는 B대학의 사범학부에서 교직교과목을 수강한 162명을 대상으로 했다. 연구를 위해 흥미수준, 인지적 실재감, 몰입을 설문을 통해 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 흥미 수준에 따라 인지적 실재감이 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 검증하기 위해, 흥미 수준의 평균을 기준으로 저집단과 고집단으로 구분하여 다중 회귀 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 흥미수준 고집단에서 인지적 실재감의 하위요인 학습 관리 정도가 .071이며, 흥미수준 저집단에서 인지적 실재감의 하위요인 학습 관리 정도가 .143 수준으로 정적인 영향이 있었다. 결론 및 제언 : 이와 같은 결과로, 흥미수준에 따라서 인지적 실재감의 학습 관리 정도가 몰입에 미치는 영향이 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 몰입에 있어서 인지적 실재감 지원을 통해 흥미수준을 향상할 수 있는 수업설계 전략을 제언하였다.

신체 불만족을 경험하는 여자 대학생을 위한 인지적 재구성 프로그램 제안 (Proposal for a Cognitive Reconstruction Program for Female College Students Experiencing Body Dissatisfaction)

  • The aim of this study was to develop and implement a program based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for female college students experiencing body dissatisfaction. To systematize the program development process, we adopted the service design method. First, we conducted In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) to identify the difficulties faced by six female college students who experience body dissatisfaction, and to determine what kind of help they needed. Second, content analysis of the findings revealed that female college students were experiencing emotional-behavior problems which derived from the discrepancy between their ideal body image and the reality. Third, a prototype of a cognitive reconstruction program was developed to help transform their perceived 'body distortion' to a rational cognitive concept and thus reduce maladaptive consequences of 'body dissatisfaction'. The overall program consisted of three therapeutic components and seven steps. Fourth, to assess the effectiveness of the program, survey and IDIs were conducted. The results revealed that it is appropriate to use a cognitive model to solve problems caused by body dissatisfaction, and that understanding and reconstructing one's own cognitive processes can be effective in reducing body dissatisfaction. However, based on feedback from participants, a number of revisions were proposed, such as including sufficient induction regarding the behavioral change.

아이웨어 플래그십 스토어의 만족도 및 브랜드 경험 공간 표현방법 - 아이웨어 브랜드 '젠틀몬스터'를 중심으로 - (Satisfaction with an Eyewear Flagship Store and the Expression Methods of the Brand Experience Space - Based on Eyewear Brand 'Gentle Monster' -)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose a space design plan for brand experience that can enhance consumer satisfaction and brand awareness by conducting a survey on the consumer satisfaction with space expression methods in an eyewear flagship store. Through theoretical review, brand experience was defined as the 'process and outcome of experiences caused by stimulations associated with the brand in a series of processes. After reviewing previous studies, 5 elements of brand experience such as the sensory, emotional, behavioral, cognitive and relational experiences were extracted. Upon deriving a checklist through these elements, a survey was conducted. The analysis of the survey showed that the process composed of cognitive experiences that promoted to remember the brand was intensively expressed in spaces. Thus, the results of this study are as follows. First, the process composed of cognitive experience should be applied with a higher priority to increase brand awareness, and such a process accompanied by the behavioral and sensory experiences. Second, beyond a simple visual experience, various senses such as olfactory and auditory senses should be stimulated, and behavioral experience provided as an experience factor. Third, brand image and sales spaces should be composed under a single theme with a connectivity. Fourth, in external spaces, the curiosity of consumers should be stimulated with a theme matching the brand image. Fifth, it was found that the visitor satisfaction was higher when formative elements consisted of not only static but also dynamic features. Sixth, among the elements of brand experience, emotional experience should be improved to complete the 'process and outcome of experiences'. It is considered that further studies are needed, which expand the cases of eyewear flagship stores not only in Korea but also overseas, and propose more specific plans and design strategies through in-depth interview methods in the future.

위해인지도 맵을 이용한 나노기술 리스크 커뮤니케이션 연구 (Risk Communication Study for Nanotechnology Using Risk Cognitive Map)

  • Nanotechnology is the fastest growing area in scientific research and it has important applications in a wide variety of fields. Nevertheless, consumers encountered this new technology without any identification of risks and benefits. Also until now, there are no specific safety evaluation methods for nanotechnology. For this reason, we studied risk communication strategy for nanotechnology to prepare its application in commercialized products on public. A survey was conducted to identify the differences in perception between public (N=110) and expert (N=37) toward applied nanotechnology in food, drugs and cosmetic products. The survey results were used to draw up a risk cognitive map which was introduced by Paul Slovic, and the perception level of public and expert on nanotechnology was evaluated. As a result of the survey, public recognized nanotechnology as "unknown but low dread" risk factor, but expert recognized it as "unknown and high dread" risk factor. These results indicate that there are perception differences between two groups. Several risk communication strategies are reported including care, consensus and risk communication. In the case of nanotechnology, it contains both risks and benefits. Considering the nature of nanotechnology, the "consensus communication" which informs consumers about risks and benefits of issues is the most appropriate strategy.
