The results of test are as follows. First, three internal marketing factors such as reward system, education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on employee's job satisfaction of the K-water. Second, two internal marketing factors such as education and training, and internal communication have a significant influence on organization performance of the K-water. In conclusion, internal marketing enhances job satisfaction and organization performance, and satisfied employees provide good customer service, thus resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and improved organization performance.

  • This study analyzes the impact of digital strategy on firm performance through relational behavior, cognitive dimensions, and continuous digital transformation based on social capital theory. The research model was tested using data collected from a survey of 300 domestic corporate employees who have worked for over a year, conducted from February 20 to 23, 2024, using Smart PLS 4.0. The key findings of the study are as follows: First, it was confirmed that digital strategy plays a crucial role in promoting cooperation and interaction within the organization, enhancing members' understanding and perception of digital technology, and strengthening the firm's competitiveness through continuous change and innovation. Second, continuous digital transformation and cognitive dimensions positively impact firm performance, while the influence of relational behavior dimensions was found to be insignificant. These findings suggest that digital strategy can significantly affect firm performance by fostering interaction and perception changes within the organization, beyond mere technology adoption, and provide strategic implications for Korean firms to effectively pursue digital transformation.

  • This study analyzed the process of information service and its factors in the cognitive viewpoint. And developed a conceptual model to help in developing future information systems and services. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1) The paradigm of information user study is changing from the system-centered to the user-centered one. 2) The researchers describe the user's internal cognitive process as the starting point of the information service. 3) The user's personal cognitive process influence the process of the information service over. And the focus is a microscopic one including the factors of the perception and recognition of the stimulus, remembering and searching information, reasoning the rules, recognition of the patterns, formalization of the concepts, etc. 4) The information librarian performs the role as a knowledge/ information system interface, and his knowledge structure reflects the organization of that knowledge/information system. 5) The information librarians can perform their role as information specialists actively and offensively. And the performance of the librarians can be measured on the scales of the su n.0, pplying capability of relevant information and the client satisfaction.

  • Media industry is attempting various types of strategic innovation in the content and organization as they enter transition period. However, previous research has casually treated the organizational culture from the management and realized that cognitive/cultural differences between the specific departments yield conflicts. This means the researchers explored less on the decision-making process with the conflict between sub-groups and constituent in the organization. Our study reviewed the most positive method to achieve the innovation outcome through the conflict management within the organization based on the behavioral theory of the firm and applied computer simulation model for analysis to construct the quantitative scenario and infer the result. Conflict always found while media organization experiences innovation within the groups. However, in the long term, securing the independence through the certain state of 'anarchy' which possibly lead consensus implies significance rather to comprise collegiate system for unilateral control. In specific, this study explored the issues in 'conflict management' that has been evaded in media organization research through NK simulation model.

  • In mobile device's user interface, menu organization is very important as well as menu structure because small display of mobile device. Menu items should be organized based on user knowledge structure to design user-centered interface. Traditionally, MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) have been most often used to expose users' perceived organization of menu items. But, information that MDS reveals is just relative spatial location of concepts and not relevant to concepts connection. Unlike MDS, Trajectory Mapping explicitly finds users' cognitive links between perceived concepts. This study proposes a Trajectory Mapping technique for eliciting knowledge structure, especially a set of cognitive pathways linking menu items, from end user. With twelve participants, MDS and Trajectory Mapping were conducted using cellular phone's menu items. And user knowledge structure was analyzed through Visual Concept Map that combination of results of MDS and Trajectory Mapping. After then, menu items were organized according to users' perceived organization. Empirical usability test was also conducted. The results of usability test showed that usability, in terms of task performance time, number of errors, and satisfaction, for newly organized interface was significantly improved compare to original interface. The methodology of this study is expected to be applicable to design a user-centered interface. In other words, Trajectory Mapping technique can be used as a design tool of user interface for imposing user knowledge structure on the interface.

  • In this paper, the existence between the difference of the organization culture and th organizational performance is studied. Many previous studies verified the relationship between the two. The Korean Company survey is based on Rousseau's orgnization culture style, and is analyzed using the statistical package. Rousseau's culture style is composed of three components :consturctive style, passive/defensive style, and aggressive/defensive style. The characteristics of each orgnizational analusis are examined. The elements of the constructive style represent positive values on attitude varriables which are selected as the organizational performence variables. The elements of the passive/defensive style represent neagtive values of the attitude variables. Thus, they have an inverse relationship with this culture style. However, the aggressive/ defensive culture's results represent the weak positive relationship compared with the passive/defensive style. For the improvement of the organizational performance, the orgnzational culture has to develop the constructive style and it is better to minimize the defensive style.

Employees are one of the most significant and valuable resources in an organization who can play a critical role in accomplishing organizational goals and purposes. This study examines the effect of employee job satisfaction(affective and cognitive satisfaction) on job performance. Furthermore, this study examines the moderating effect of leadership type (transactional and servant leadership) between job satisfaction on job performance. As a result, affective and cognitive satisfaction were shown to positively affect employee job performance. Especially, cognitive satisfaction has more influenced on job performance than affective satisfaction. Second, transactional and servant leadership were not shown to affect employee job performance. However, transactional leadership had a moderating effect between job satisfaction on job performance.

  • In implementing a computerized virtual training system, the auditory element is responsible for the human cognitive ability following visual elements. Especially, the improvement of hearing ability is closely related to the performance of the training, and it contributes to improvement of the training effect. In this paper, we propose a sound system that is necessary for constructing such a virtual training system as a test system that can use a sound source using a head related transfer function (HRTF). Functional and auditory tests were performed to evaluate system performance.

  • With the global pandemic in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the business environment of companies was engulfed by rapid volatility and uncertainty. In particular, in order for an organization to have high competitiveness due to the spread of the flexible work system, relationship management with members of the organization and self-directed job crafting are recognized as important key resources. This study aims to investigate how relational energy and resilience within a corporate organization affect job crafting and to verify the effect of job crafting on individual job performance. For empirical research, 400 valid responses to employees of general companies were analyzed by SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that relational energy did not have a positive (+) effect on task crafting. Second, it was found that relational energy had a positive (+) effect on relational crafting and cognitive crafting, respectively. Third, it was found that resilience had a positive (+) effect on both task crafting, relationship crafting, and cognitive crafting that constitute job crafting. Fourth, it was found that job crafting had a positive (+) effect on individual job performance. Based on these research results, we intend to derive academic and practical implications and provide practical help to follow-up researchers and stakeholders.
