협력적 여과 시스템에서 산포도를 이용한 잡음 감소 (Reducing Noise Using Degree of Scattering in Collaborative Filtering System)

  • 협력적 여과 시스템의 사용자-아이템 행렬은 사용자들이 아이템에 대하여 평가할 경우 사용자들의 감정 상태가 일정하지 않음으로 인하여 평가 결과에 잡음을 포함할 가능성이 높다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 산포도를 이용하여 추천 정보로서 이용하기에 부적당한 평가값들을 제외시킴으로써 사용자-아이템 행렬을 최적화시키고, 아이템 정보와 사용자 정보를 반영하여 고유의 사용자의 평가값을 기반으로 선호도를 예측하였을 때 발생하는 잡음을 감소시킨다. 산포도의 변이계수가 갖는 단점을 보완하기 위하여 백분위수를 이용하여 극한적인 평가값을 제거하고, 사용자의 변이계수와 아이템의 중위수를 병합하여 가중치가 부여된 사용자-아이템 행렬을 구성한다. 마지막으로 이를 기반으로 새로운 사용자의 선호도를 예측한다. 제안된 방법은 영화에 대해 평가한 MovieLens 시스템의 데이터베이스를 이용하여 평가되었으며, 기존의 방법보다 성능이 높음을 보인다.

중소기업 ESG 경영 활동이 조직의 비재무적 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management activities of small and medium-sized enterprises on the organization's non-financial performance)

  • 본 연구에서는 중소 제조기업을 대상으로 ESG 경영활동이 조직의 비재무적 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 설문조사 자료 78부를 활용하여 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, ESG 경영활동이 내부고객만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 상관계수는 .679로 다소 높은 상관관계를 나타내었고, 결정계수(R2)는 .461로 46.1%의 설명력을 보였다. 또한, 베타값은 .679이며, t값은 8.058이고 p값은 .000으로 내부고객만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째로, ESG 경영활동이 기업 신뢰에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 상관계수는 .695로 다소 높은 상관관계를 보였고, 결정계수(R2)는 .483으로 48.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 베타값은 .695이며, t값은 8.429이고 유의확률은 .000으로 기업 신뢰에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 ESG 경영활동을 조직의 비재무적 경영성과 간의 관계를 밝혔다는 데 그 의미를 두었다. 이러한 결과는 기업이 사회적 책임을 다하고 지속 가능한 경영을 통해 내부고객만족도와 기업 신뢰를 증진시킬 수 있음을 시사한다.

비부정 행렬 인수분해 차원 감소를 이용한 최근 인접 협력적 여과 (Nearest-Neighbor Collaborative Filtering Using Dimensionality Reduction by Non-negative Matrix Factorization)

  • 협력적 여과는 사용자 선호도를 예측하기 위해 그 사용자의 유형을 학습하는 데 목적을 둔 기술이다. 협력적 여과 시스템이 전자상거래에서 성공적인 기술일지라도 그들은 데이터의 고차원성과 희박성이라는 문제점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 비부정 행렬 인수분해(NNMF, Non-negative Matrix Factorization) 방법을 이용한 최근 인접 협력적 여과 방법을 제안한다. 행렬을 분해하기 위한 전처리로서 사용자 변동 계수를 이용하여 사용자-아이템 행렬의 결측치를 채우고, 이를 대상으로 비부정 분해 방식을 적용하여 행렬을 인수분해 한다. 비부정 분해 방식을 적용한 긍정 분해는 사용자들을 의미를 갖는 벡터로써 표현함으로써 사용자들을 의미 관계를 갖는 그룹으로 표현한다. 이와 같이 벡터로 표현된 사용자들은 벡터 유사도에 의해 그들간의 유사도를 계산한다. 계산된 유사도의 정도에 의해 이웃을 결정하고, 이웃들이 평가한 아이템에 대한 흥미도를 기반으로 새로운 사용자가 평가하지 않은 아이템에 대한 결측치를 예측한다.

농촌지역 초등학생의 1일 평균 보행수, 활동량 및 활동계수 평가 (Assessment of Daily Steps, Physical Activity and Activity Coefficient of the Elementary School Children in the Rural Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the daily steps, physical activities and activity coefficient of the elementary school children in the rural area. Body weight, height and daily steps were measured and one-day activity diaries were collected by interviewing children. The average age of the subjects was $9.96{\pm}1.02$ years. Average height, weight, obesity index, body fat and muscle of subjects were $136.2{\pm}8.9cm,\;35.2{\pm}8.5kg,\;99.6{\pm}18.8%,\;22.9{\pm}8.5%\;and\;35.8{\pm}6.0%$, respectively. The average daily steps of the subjects was 17,584 and daily steps (19,314) of 3rd grade students was significantly higher than that (15,712) of 5th grade children. But there was no significant difference in daily steps and activity coefficients between boys and girls. Daily steps (23,347) of exercise group showed the significantly higher than that (16,144) of non-exercise group. Gender and grade of subjects did not have significant influence on activity coefficients, but there was a significant difference in activity coefficient on weekdays between the exercise group ($1.82{\pm}0.30$) and non-exercise group ($1.50{\pm}0.21$). Analysis of variance revealed stronger associations between daily steps and body fat (%) than between daily steps and BMI. Daily steps showed significant negative correlation with body fat (%) measured using two methods r=-0.321 and r=-0.365, respectively. Activity coefficient was significantly correlated (r=0.436) with daily steps, thus increasing daily steps cm prevent and treat childhood obesity by increasing the energy expenditure. The higher activity coefficients (weekday 1.56, weekend 1.53) of the subjects was caused by the fact that rural students spent more time outside and enjoyed stronger activities than urban students. The results of this study can be used to estimate energy requirements for Korean children based on exercise levels and living areas.

배수구조를 기반으로 한 Clark 모형의 재해석 (Re-Analysis of Clark Model Based on Drainage Structure of Basin)

  • 본 연구에서는 유역의 배수구조를 설명할 수 있는 폭 함수 기반의 Clark 모형을 제안하였다. 시간-면적곡선으로는 지표면과 하천에 대하여 개별적인 동수역학적 특성을 적용한 재조정된 폭 함수를 이용하였다. 선형저수지 추적의 경우 기존의 Clark 모형과 같이 차분화된 형태가 아니라 해석식을 적용하여 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 주요한 매개변수들로는 지표면평균이송속도 및 하천평균이송속도와 저류상수를 들 수 있다. 실제 매개변수의 추정 과정에는 전역최적화 기법 중의 하나인 SCE-UA 기법을 적용하였다. 또한 Clark 모형으로부터 유도된 순간단위도의 형상은 원점에 대한 1차모멘트와 면적중심에 대한 2, 3차 모멘트로 구분하여 평가하였다. 관측 수문사상의 통계모멘트들과 본 연구에서 추정된 통계모멘트들의 상관계수는 1차모멘트의 경우 0.995, 2차모멘트는 0.993, 3차모멘트는 0.983로 산정되었다. 평균과 분산에 대해서는 추정값과 관측값이 대체로 일치하는 경향을 보여주었다. 그러나 추정된 3차모멘트에 대한 결과는 다소 과대 평가되는 경향을 나타내었다. 제안된 Clark 모형은 순간단위도의 형상을 평균과 분산만을 고려하여 적용한 방법보다 수문곡선의 왜곡 및 첨두좌표의 모의와 관련된 한계점을 개선하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 본 연구에서 제시한 방법론은 배수경로의 이질성과 동적매개변수들의 영향을 적절하게 반영할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 고려한 모멘트들의 변동성은 주로 저류상수의 영향이 크게 나타나고 있으며, 지표면평균이송속도보다는 하천평균이송속도가 크게 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로부터 저류상수와 하천평균이송속도가 Clark 모형으로부터 유도되는 순간단위도의 형상을 결정하는데 지배적인 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 두 매개변수는 모형의 적용 과정에서 중요하게 고려되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

기동장애 재활환자의 낙상위험성 영향요인분석 -활동특이적 균형자신감을 중심으로- (Analysis of Factors Influencing Risk of Fallings among Rehabilitation Patients with Impaired of Mobility: Focusing on Activities-specific Balance Confidence)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate activities-specific balance confidence and risk of fallings among rehabilitation patients with impaired of mobility, and to identify the influence of activities-specific balance confidence on their risk of fallings. Method: Data for 132 rehabilitation patients were collected between October June 20 and August 20, 2012 at nine hospitals in a metropolitan city. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 20.0. Result: The mean score for rehabilitation patients' activities-specific balance confidence was 40.18 out of a possible range of 0-100 and the mean score for risk of fallings among rehabilitation patients was 31.10 within a possible range of 0-125. Significant factors affecting the risk of fallings among the rehabilitation patients were 'activity level', 'dementia', 'body mass index', 'anxiety', and 'presence of a caregiver', which together explained 34.7% of the variance. The most significantly factor influencing rehabilitation patients' risk of fallings was activities-specific balance confidence which explained 23.5% of the variance. Conclusion: The study results indicate that activities-specific balance confidence as well as physical factors should be considered for interventions to decrease risk of fallings in rehabilitation patients with impaired mobility.

Relationship between Meteorological Elements and Yield of Perilla in Yeosu Area

  • This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between yearly variations of climatic elements and yearly variations of productivity in perilla. In addition, correlation coefficients among yield and yield components were estimated. The data of yield and yield components were investigated for 10 years from 1991 to 2000. The meteorological data gathered at the Yeosu Weather Station for the same period were used to find out the relationships between climatic elements and productivity. Yearly variation of the amount of precipitation in September was large with coefficients of variation(c. v.) of 11.1%, but the coefficient of variance(c. v.) in July and August were relative small with 1.8, 2.1%, respectively. Number of cluster per hill and weight of 1,000 grains were greatly with c. v. of 76.1, 79.3%, respectively, but the coefficients of variance(c. v.) of plant height and seed yield were more less with 9.58, 10.60%, respectively. Correlation coefficients between precipitation of September and seed yield were positively significant correlation at the level of 5.1%, respectively, but the duration of sunshine in September and seed yield were negatively significant at the level of 5.1%, respectively. Correlation coefficients of these, the plant height, number of branches per plant, cluster length, number of cluster per hill, weight of 1,000 grains and seed yield were positively significant at the level of 5.1% respectively.

한방간호교육의 평가 도구 개발 (Development of a Scale to measure the Effectiveness of Oriental Nursing Education)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to design and evaluate a scale for measuring reliability and validity in the field of oriental nursing education. Method: A questionnaire was administered to 495 university nursing students using a convenience sampling method. The period of time for collecting data was from September 2003 to January 2004. Result: The derived outcome tool consisted of 6 factors and 22 inquires on the basis of a conceptual frame of three domains (knowledge, attitude, and skill), As a result of the item analysis, 22 items were selected and the internal consistency alpha coefficient was .767. The value of Cronbach' Alpha of knowledge(factor 1) was .885, attitude(factor2)was .756, and skill (factor 3) was .610. The three factors accounted for $65.110\%$ of the variance in the total scale. Addressing the explanatory variance of each domain Cognitive domain was $22.477\%$, affective domain was $20.543\%$, and psychomotor domain was $17.090\%$. Conclusion: Further studies need to be done to verify educational evaluation and apply our outcomes to oriental nursing education.

간호학생의 임상실무수행능력 평가도구 개발 (Development of Evaluation Tool for Clinical Nursing Practice Competency of Nursing students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to development and measure validity and reliability of evaluation tool for clinical nursing practice competency of Nursing students. Method: The participants in this study were 568 nurses who had worked for more than three years above in hospitals. A questionnaire of 79 items was administered to the nurses using a convenience sampling method. The data were collected from Sep. 12th, to Oct. 20th, 2004. Result: The derived outcome tool consisted of 6 factors of direct nursing actions and 6 factors of indirect nursing actions on the basis of 79 items. The 6 factors in direct nursing actions accounted for 76.84% of the variance and 6 factors in indirect nursing actions accounted for 79.68% of the variance on total scale. As a result of the item analysis, 79 items were selected and the internal consistency alpha coefficient was .9917. The value of Cronbach' alpha of direct nursing actions was .9640, indirect nursing actions was .9550. Conclusion: The results of this study show that useful application to the evaluation tool of clinical practice competency of Nursing students and further studies need to be done to verify clinical practice educational evaluation.

Evaluation of clinical usefulness of reference interval of some selected hematological parameters in canine blood

  • To estimate the source of variance components for some hematological parameters and assess the utility of the conventional population-based reference interval, this study computed index of individuality for blood samples, which were from 13 dogs drawn once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks. Results were subjected to nested analysis of variance. For all parameters measured between-dog variations were greater than within-dog variation. Except for the parameters RBC and MCHC the index of individuality was <1.4. The low reliability coefficient and high index of individuality of ${\leq}0.8$ were found for the majority of hematological parameters. In practical term, the present study indicated that use of hemogram profiles alone in the evaluating clinical state of a single patient should be avoided because of their physiological or natural random variations, and that comparing a single measurement on the blood analytes from an individual dog to the conventional population-based reference range may be too insensitive to detect any significant changes in the blood components of that particular dog. A single measurement may not characterize an individual's average concentration of the parameters even shortterm period.
