  • Of all wireless technologies for personal communications, CDMA(Code Devision Multiple Access) offers the best combination of good signal quality, high security and system reliability. CDMA2000 provides Internet and internet services for variable multimedia aplications. However, good educational CDMA web contents, which focus on the easy understability and good readability, are rare dute to the difficulties and the broad range of CDMA technologies. This content is developed based upon the following two aspects. First, a basic CDMA communication theoy, which contains much color figures and animation, is introduced combing the experimental results and corresponding explanations utilizing the information obtained by the TIMS CDMA equitments. It can improve the understabiliy virtual experience of the site visitors interested in the CDMA. Secondly, the recent CDMA coverage prediction and engineering technology is introduced using the RF plan tool C24 combined for the CDMA engineers

  • In the course of insurance claim administration, medical experts' opinions are called medical claim reviews. They are classified into two main categories: medical verification and counsel for claim staff. Medical verification compare between product coverage and the insured's physical condition. Medical counsel for claim staff is advice for claim staff when they have a question about medical knowledge to make a claim decision. A common example of medical verification is insurance coding of pituitary apoplexy. Some clinicians have insisted that the ICD coding of pituitary apoplexy is l63 of cerebral infarction, but the exclusion criteria of I code show that neoplasm is coded as C00 to D48. Thus, pituitary apoplexy must be coded as D33. An example of medical counsel for claim staff is interpretation of some medical conditions. It is divided into UCR(usual, customary, and reasonable) assessment, assessment of causality, and so on. Disability evaluation is another subject of medical counsel for claim staff. The final claim decision must be made by claim staff because only the claim staff have the authority of claim decision. Medical claims review is only an expert's opinion.

  • The mobile communication network has to offer good quality of services (QoS), high capacity, and more coverage at a lower cost. However, with the increase of cellular user, the shortage of capacity due to unbalanced call distribution and lack of QoS are common. This paper deals with dynamic sectorization for efficient resource management to solve load unbalancing among microcells in CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) microcellular system. Dynamic load balancing can be effected by grouping micro-cells properly and grouping can be developed through a routing mechanism. Therefore, we use ants and their routes to choose the optimum grouping of micro-cells into sectors using Multiple Ant Colony System (MACS)in this paper.

  • Airport facility is infrastructure that become external creditworthiness and linear measure of country competitive power. Among them, receive and supply of electric power facility of airport is very important in peculiarity, trustability, safety side of airport. In this parer, sorted domestic airline as 4 classes by code to accomplish standardization for receive and supply of electric power facility of airport. And established justice and coverage about receive and supply of electric power facility using without any standard present and analyze problem for receive and supply of electric power facility of existing airport and presents standard. Finally, present standard single-line diagram by airport grade and system grade standard of receive and supply of electric power facility of airport.

  • In spite of the notable advancements of millimeter wave communication technologies, the 60 GHz Wi-Fi is still not widespread yet, mainly due to the high limitation of coverage. Conventionally, it has been hardly possible to support a high data rate with fast beam adaptation while keeping atmospheric beamforming coverage. To solve these challenges in the 60 GHz communication system, holistic system designs are considered. we implemented an enhanced design LDPC decoder enabling 6.72 Gbps coded-throughput with minimal implementation loss, and our proposed phase-tracking algorithm guarantees 3.2 dB performance gain at 1 % PER in the case of 16 QAM modulation and LDPC code-rate 3/4.

  • With the increasing adoption of embedded processors, the need of developing compilers for the embedded processors with timely manner is also growing. Retargeting has been adopted as a viable approach to constructing new compilers by modifying the back-end of an existing compiler. This paper proposes a test suite generation system for testing retargetable C compilers. The proposed system generates the test suite using the grammar coverage concept. Generally, the size of the test suite satisfying the grammar coverage of the source language is very large. Hence, the proposed system also provides the facility to reduce the size of the test suite. According to the experimental result, the reduced test suite can detect 75% of the compiler faults detected by the original test suite though the size of the reduced test suite is only 10% of that of the original test suite in average. This result indicates that the reduction technique proposed in this paper can be effectively used in the prior phase of the development procedure of the embedded compilers.

  • AT-DMB system has been developed to increase data rate up to double of conventional T-DMB in the same bandwidth while maintaining backward compatibility. The AT-DMB system adopted hierarchical modulation which adds BPSK or QPSK signal as enhancement layer to existing DQPSK signal. The enhancement layer signal should be small enough to maintain backward compatibility and to minimize the coverage loss of conventional T-DMB service coverage. But this causes the enhancement layer signal of AT-DMB susceptible to fading effect in transmission channel. A turbo code which has improved error correction capability than convolutional code, is applied to the enhancement layer signal of the AT-DMB system for compensating channel distortion. However there is a need for other solutions for better reception of AT-DMB signal in receiver side without increasing transmitting power. In this paper, we propose adaptive array antenna system with Eigen-space beamforming algorithm which benefits beamforming gain along with diversity gain. We analyzed the reception performances of AT-DMB system in indoor and mobile environments when this new smart antenna system and algorithm is introduced. The computer simulation results are presented along with analysis comments.

  • Fuzzing is an automated testing technique that generates a lot of testcases and monitors for exceptions to test a program. Recently, fuzzing research using machine learning has been actively proposed to solve various problems in the fuzzing process, but a comprehensive evaluation of fuzzing research using machine learning is lacking. In this paper, we analyze recent research that applies machine learning to scheduling techniques for fuzzing, categorizing them into reinforcement learning-based and supervised learning-based fuzzers. We evaluated the coverage performance of the analyzed machine learning-based fuzzers against real-world programs with four different file formats and bug detection performance against the LAVA-M dataset. The results showed that AFL-HIER, which applied seed clustering and seed scheduling with reinforcement learning outperformed in coverage and bug detection. In the case of supervised learning, it showed high coverage on tcpdumps with high code complexity, and its superior bug detection performance when applied to hybrid fuzzing. This research shows that performance of machine learning-based fuzzer is better when both machine learning and additional fuzzing techniques are used to optimize the fuzzing process. Future research is needed on practical and robust machine learning-based fuzzing techniques that can be effectively applied to programs that handle various input formats.
