4차산업시대에 상담코칭전문가의 인식에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on the Recognition of Counseling & Coaching Experts in the Fourth Industrial Age)

  • The purpose of this study is to help Counseling & Coaching(C&C) service and marketing by understanding C&C professionals' perception about the fourth industrial age. The qualitative research method of phenomenology was utilized in this study. In-depth personal interviews of 5 C&C Specialist with more than 10 years of experience in the C&C service setting were conducted using the records from May, 2018 to July, 2018. Content analysis was done using the Colaizzi' phenomenological method. The results based on the data analysis, 20 descriptive statements and 5 themes were confirmed. The 5 themes were as followed; 'A growing interest', 'Psychological burden of change' 'New hope through convergence', 'Do not move to action', and 'Think about new strategies'. This study helps to recognize counseling coaching professionals who are preparing for the fourth industrial age. The results can be used as a starting point for identifying the knowledge ecosystem and activating the counseling coaching service in the fourth industrial age.

임신성 당뇨 임부의 혈당조절을 위한 포괄적인 생활양식조절 코칭 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of a Coaching Program on Comprehensive Lifestyle Modification for Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of using a Coaching Program on Comprehensive Lifestyle Modification with pregnant women who have gestational diabetes. Methods: The research design for this study was a non-equivalent control group quasi-experimental study. Pregnant women with gestational diabetes were recruited from D women's hospital located in Gyeonggi Province from April to October, 2013. Participants in this study were 34 for the control group and 34 for the experimental group. The experimental group participated in the Coaching Program on Comprehensive Lifestyle Modification. The program consisted of education, small group coaching and telephone coaching over 4weeks. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Results: There were significant improvements in self-care behavior, and decreases in depression, fasting blood sugar and $HbA_1C$ in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, no significant differences were found between the two groups for knowledge of gestational diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: The Coaching Program on Comprehensive Lifestyle Modification used in this study was found to be effective in improving self-care behavior and reducing depression, fasting blood sugar and $HbA_1C$, and is recommended for use in clinical practice as an effective nursing intervention for pregnant women with gestational diabetes.

학습코칭 프로그램이 방과후아카데미 고학년 아동의 자기효능감 및 자기주도학습능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Learning Coaching Program on Self-Efficacy and Self-Directed Learning Ability of Youth-After-School-Academy Children)

  • The purpose of this study is development of learning coaching program that is grafted onto advantage of Self-directed learning and coaching intended for Youth-After-School-Academy children and analysis the effect on self-efficacy and Self-directed learning ability from this program. The program of this study is developed on the base of Seels & Richey's 'ADDIE Model'. In order to verify the effect of this study, two times tests were carried out on 14 persons of the experimental group and the control group respectively, before and after the program was performed. The MANCOVA & ANCOVA was done on the difference between the post-test results of the experimental group and the control group. Findings of this study might be summarized as follows: First, the post-test result in the experimental group on self-efficacy was meaningfully higher than in the control group. Second, on Self-directed learning ability the result in the experimental group was also higher than in the control group. Therefore, learning coaching program impacted on self-efficacy and Self-directed learning ability of Youth-After-School-Academy children. This program that aim to discover the potential on learning, expect to be effective for children education of today when pursue Self-directed learning ability and creativity.

코칭 출산교육 프로그램이 초임부의 불안과 출산 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Coaching-based Childbirth Program on Anxiety and Childbirth Self-efficacy among Primigravida Women)

  • Purpose: Childbirth self-efficacy plays an important role in women's ability to cope with labor and delivery. Coaching has been gaining popularity as a way to promote cognitive, emotional and behavioral change. This study aimed to test the effects of a Coaching-based childbirth program on anxiety and childbirth self-efficacy among primigravida women. Methods: The study design was a quasi-experimental pre-post design. A coaching-based childbirth program was developed synthesizing concepts and techniques from the literature on coaching and was verified by an expert panel. It consisted of four weekly 2-hour small group sessions. Pregnant women were recruited from H hospital in Seoul. Childbirth self-efficacy and state anxiety were measured before and after the program. Results: Although there was a no significant reduction in anxiety, there were statistically significant increase for childbirth self-efficacy in the experimental group when compared to the control group. Conclusion: The program appears to increase childbirth self-efficacy for pregnant women. Future studies may benefit from using mixed coaching modalities and consider measuring health behaviors and obstetric outcomes to gain insights on its long-term impact.

건강코칭프로그램이 빈곤계층 고혈압대상자의 자기효능감, 건강행위실천 및 삶의 질에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Health Coaching Programs on Self-Efficacy, Health Behaviors, and Quality of Life in Hypertensive People Living in Poverty)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to determine the effects of health coaching and mediating variables on quantitative aspect of health in low-income hypertensive people. Methods: The experimental group for the current study consisted of 21 clients who received health coaching services, and the control group consisted of 22 clients who received home-visiting nursing services. Two groups received health coaching or home-visiting nursing services once a week for 8 weeks. The evaluation variables were self-efficacy, nutrition management, health behaviors, self-rated health, and quality of life. Results: The results revealed that the level of nutrition management was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group (F=10.33, p=.005). Conclusion: These results confirm that health coaching is a useful strategy that encourages clients to continuously maintain their own health behaviors. Thus, the findings of the current study provide useful data for establishing measures for the health management of those afflicted with chronic disease, such as hypertension. Furthermore, health coaching may be developed into useful intervention strategies for dealing with chronic diseases and improving home-visiting nursing.

시간빈곤 해결을 위한 가족자원경영학의 과제: 교육에서의 코칭적 접근 (Resolving time poverty in family resources management: a coaching approach in education)

  • Time poverty is a kind of objective and subjective state which a person does not have a enough time to do his/her work or is in the mood to do something in a hurry. The major of family resources management has studied time as a resource to manage for long years. How to manage time has been a major part in education of family resources management. The education itself in nature has focused to inform knowledge and the disciplines of time management, to the students, on the other way, has a rare interest with a each student how to apply them or whether do in practical. Coaching is characterized as a practical learning and mutual communication skills with open questions, which help for a individual student to find his/her own goal related with time poverty or furthermore, whatever he/she wants to achieve in life. If the benefits of the education of family resources management as well as the benefits of practical learning of coaching could be merged in education on time management, the effectiveness of education to resolve time poverty is able to be increased. For the purpose, this study suggests a coaching approach in education of family resources management to resolve time poverty, by some comparisons of family resources management and coaching about time and time management.

원장의 코칭 리더십이 교사의 놀이실행역량에 미치는 영향: 교사의 반성적 사고와 창의적 역할수행의 매개효과 (The Effects of Director's Coaching Leadership on Teacher's Play Implementation Competencies: Mediation Effects of Teacher's Reflective Thinking and Creative Job Performance)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of directors' coaching leadership on teachers' play implementation competencies and the mediation effects of teachers' reflective thinking and creative job performance by conducting a structural relationship analysis. Methods: The subjects of this study were child care teachers who were purposefully sampled from the metropolitan area which includes Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province. A total of 267 questionnaires were analyzed after excluding poor or incomplete questionnaires by use of SPSS Statistics 25.0 and the AMOS 21.0. Results: Directors' coaching leadership was positively correlated with teachers' reflective thinking, creative job performance, and their play implementation competencies. Directors' coaching leaderships directly and indirectly influenced teachers' play implementation competencies, which was mediated by teachers' reflective thinking and their creative job performance. Conclusion/Implications: Directors' coaching leadership has a significant implication for teachers' play implementation competencies which became more important after the national curriculum standards had been revised.

노인 당뇨병 환자의 짝 활동 기반 건강코칭 프로그램 효과 (Effects of the Pair-Work based Health Coaching Program for Elderly Diabetic Patients)

  • Purpose: This study examined how a pair-work based health coaching program for the self-care of elderly diabetic patients effects the patients' diabetes self-management knowledge, perceived social support, diabetes self-efficacy, and diabetes self-management behaviors in patients with diabetes. Method: The participants of this study were 55 elderly diabetic patients aged 65 years or older enrolled at elderly welfare centers in U city;26 patients in the experimental group and 29 in the control group. The program consisted of eight group coaching sessions and four sessions of phone-based individual interviews and coaching, that were implemented once a week for 12 weeks. Results: Compared to the control groups, the experimental group showed significant improvement in self-care knowledge, social support, diabetes self-efficacy, self-management behavior, fasting blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin level. Conclusion: The health coaching program is an effective intervention for the self-management of elderly diabetics.

영업관리자 코칭이 동기부여와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 성취욕구의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Sales Manager Coaching on the Motivation and Organizational Effectiveness Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Achievement Needs)

  • 최근 들어 코칭 리더십은 조직구성원의 역량 강화뿐만 아니라 조직유효성 제고를 위한 중요한 인적자원관리 전략으로 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 영업관리자의 코칭이 동기부여 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향과 성취욕구의 조절적 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영업관리자 코칭은 영업사원의 동기부여와 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입 및 직무성과)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동기부여는 조직 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성취욕구는 영업관리자 코칭과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 조절적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 영업관리자의 코칭은 영업사원의 성과 향상뿐만 아니라, 동기부여, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 유용한 접근방식이 될 수 있으며, 또한 영업사원의 성취욕구 수준에 따라 영업 코칭의 목적과 접근 방식을 달리 해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 영업관리자의 코칭이 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향과 이를 효과적으로 발휘 될 수 있는 상황적 요인을 확인함으로써, 코칭리더십에 대한 이론적 실무적 발전에 공헌하였다는 점을 본 연구의 의의라 할 수 있다.

코칭 효과 검증을 위한 현장실험연구: 코칭과 자아존중감, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 간의 관계 (A Field Experiments Study for Coaching Effects Verification: Relation between Coaching and Self-esteem, Career Decision Making Self-efficacy, and Career Preparation Behavior)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현장실험을 통해 코칭과 자아존중감, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 사이의 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 50명(남학생 30명, 여학생 20명)을 선정했고, 코칭 효과를 분석하기 위해 연구대상자를 25명씩 실험군과 대조군으로 나누었다. 먼저, 실험군에 속한 대학생들에게 코칭 프로그램(진로 특강과 코칭)을 진행한 후, 선행연구를 바탕으로 선정된 자아존중감, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 항목을 검사했다. 대조군에 속한 대학생들에게도 실험 전후에 같은 항목을 검사했다. 실험군과 대조군에 대한 코칭 전후의 차이를 비교하기 위해 IBM SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하여 수집된 자료를 분석했다. 그 결과, 코칭을 진행한 후에 실험군의 자아존중감, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 수치가 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승된 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이것은 코칭이 직장인과 일반인의 경력개발 및 관리 등에 유용하다는 선행연구를 재차 확인한 것이고, 나아가 코칭은 대학생의 진로지도 및 직업교육에도 적용될 수 있는 유효한 인적자원개발 수단임을 의미한다.
