본 연구의 목적은 해외 사례 및 국내 유사 분야의 협동조합을 대상으로 활동현황을 파악하고, 국내에서 어떠한 형태의 주거와 관련되는 협동조합들을 창업할 수 있는지 이를 유형화하며, 이들을 성공적으로 조성하기 위한 필요한 요소들을 찾아 국내 주거관련 협동조합의 조성에 적합한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 주거관련 협동조합의 유형을 수행활동을 기준으로 주택신규공급 및 운영형, 기존주택유지관리 및 개선형, 주택설계 및 성능향상형의 세 가지로 구분하였다. 주택협동조합은 국가주택정책의 차원에서 간접적으로 접근할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 즉, 주택협동조합을 직접 조종하여 주택을 공급해야 한다는 차원보다는 자발적으로 일어나는 주택협동조합을 지원하고 간접적으로 방향을 유도하는 형태의 조치가 필요하다. 협동조합의 조직 형태가 절대적인 善이라고 할 수는 없다. 협동조합에 대한 지나친 보호나 지원정책은 오히려 민간시장영역에서 활동하는 기업체들에게 역차별이 될 수 있으며, 협동조합의 차원에서는 이러한 보호를 남용할 수도 있다. 협동조합이 기존의 경제체제를 완전히 대체할 수는 없겠지만, 보완적인 차원에서 자발적으로 노력하는 협동조합 자체의 움직임이 지역경제의 역동성을 촉진할 수 있다는 가능성에 주목할 필요가 있다.

I have outlined the history of Korean Fisheries Co - coperatives and its economic and noneconomic contribution to Korean Fisheries. But in order to overcome new economic world trend that is emerging now with the beginning of the WTO Korean Fisheries Co - operatives should change itself. It can be summarlized as follows. (1) The early Korean Fisheries Co - operatives was monopolized by Japanese under the Japanese colonial rule. (2) The modern Korean Fisheries Co - operatives was organized in 1962. 4. 1 by Korean government. (3) Korean Fisheries Co - operatives was weak in democratic management because of socioeconomic bad condition. (4) In spite of the dependence on the government financial aid Korean Fisheries Co - operatives has contributed to the fisheries development. (5) At the aid of the credit undertaking economic project was enlarged greatly, (6) With the close of the UR talks we cannot but open out fisheries market. So we are in condition that must enforce out fisheries compatability. especially, \circled1 Improvement of fisheries structure to enlarge management scale \circled2 Increase of productivity in fishing ground \circled3 The continuous endeavour to positive marine resourses making (7) Reorganization of fisheries, for example fisheries system or fisheries structure (8) Reexamination of the organization and operation of Korean Fisheries Co - operatives. And taking a proper step to improve their weak points. (9) The strengthening of the activity of investigation and study in centural Fisheries Co - operatives (10) It needs a special study to establish a few target or object in the management of Fisheries Co - operatives. When we could solve these ones mentioned above our fisheries will develop again.

사회적 협동조합의 공공 이익 사명으로 공공의 이익을 생산하는 제품과 서비스를 통해 직접 수행된다는 경제적·사회적 목적 실현을 위해서 긍정적으로 노력하고 있는 사회적 협동조합이 꾸준히 확대되고 있다. 본 연구는 사회적 협동조합의 국제 현황, 국제 사례를 살펴보고, 선진국 사례를 중심으로 문제점과 대안을 제시한다. 지속가능한 경제 성장을 위하여 필요한 문제를 해결해야하면서도 사회에서 요구하는 점에 대한 해결책을 모색하고자 하였다. 이러한 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 이탈리아, 캐나다, 프랑스 등의 선진국 사회적 협동조합 현황을 정리하고 비교·분석하였다. 연구 결과 이탈리아, 프랑스, 캐나다의 협동조합이 주는 시사점으로는 첫째, 사회적 문제와 지역사회의 고용과 일자리 같은 현안에 협동조합의 원칙을 지켜야 하며 둘째, 협동조합의 초기 안정과 지속적인 성장을 위한 자금조달 제도를 검토하고 지원금융체제를 확립하여야 하고 셋째, 협동조합과 관련한 법제도와 협동조합을 지원하고 육성할 수 있는 네트워크 조직의 육성 등 협동조합의 생태계가 조성되어야 하는 것이다.

한국의 사회적 협동조합은 2012년에 법으로 제정되었다. 하지만, 아직까지도 정착되는 과정에 있으며 제도적으로나 개념적으로 확립되지 못한 부분이 있어 사회적 협동조합이 실패하는 경우가 많다. 이러한 실패를 좀 더 줄이고자 본 연구는 협동조합과 사회적 협동조합의 차이점과 특성, 개념을 파악하여 한국의 사회적 협동조합에 도움을 주는데 목적이 있다. 문헌연구를 바탕으로 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내의 사회적 협동조합이 지속가능하기 위해서는 협동조합의 7원칙을 준수해야 한다. 특히, 제6원칙에서 사회적 협동조합의 연합회를 활성화하고 지역의 협동조합 간 소통을 통해서 경영지원 정보와 교육, 홍보, 전략 등을 공유함으로써 실패하는 확률을 낮춰야 할 필요성이 있다. 둘째, 사회적 협동조합의 판로지원을 위해 정부차원뿐만 아니라 일반기업에게도 적용될 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 셋째, 사회적 협동조합의 활성화를 위해 정부와 민간의 관련정책이 통합적으로 설계되고 관리되어야 한다. 넷째, 사회적 인식개선을 위해 사회적 협동조합의 의미가 공익에 목적이 있음을 알리는 캠페인을 통해서 대중에게 홍보를 해야 하며, 정부는 사회적 협동조합을 육성할 수 있는 정책전문가 육성 시스템을 구축하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해서 한국의 사회적 협동조합의 지속가능한 방법과 정부의 지원책 등을 제시함으로써 사회적 협동조합에게는 내부적인 방법을 제시하고 정부에게는 지원책에 관한 것을 제시하였다는데 큰 의미가 있다.

The overall focus of this study was to identify marketing and promotion strategies that can maintain and enhance environmentally friendly farm and organic production and processing activities. This is particularly important as the volume of environmentally friendly farm and organic produce that is generally available is increasing, and significant players, such as Organic Marketing Initiatives(OMI) and conventional marketing co-operatives, are becoming involved in the market. The rapid increase in production of environmentally friendly farm products and organic food is creating new and more complex challenges for marketing, from vegetable box schemes large co-operatives supplying the precise quality and volume required by supermarkets. A possible strategy for many farmers is to co-operate in regionally or nationally operating marketing initiatives. The main objective of any public relations(PR) activity should to enhance publicity and to improve an OMIs image. No promotion, no perception of OMI performance.

협동조합은 19세기에 처음 영국에서 조직되어 20세기 초반에는 유럽과 북미, 20세기 중반부터는 나머지 나라들로 확산된 뿌리 깊은 조직체이다. 이탈리아의 협동조합은 우애조합(Friendly Societies)에서 분리되었으며, 초기에는 종교와 무관하게 활동해 왔으나, 이탈리아 사회주의와 19세기 말 가톨릭 교회의 사회 참여와 더불어 다중적 성격을 띠고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이탈리아 협동조합의 법과 제도를 중심으로 연구하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 그리고 이탈리아 협동조합의 법과 제도는 사회와 국민경제에 어떻게 뒷받침하고 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로 첫째, 선행연구를 바탕으로 협동조합의 개념과 협동조합운동과 사회적 가치에 대한 고찰한다. 둘째, 이탈리아 협동조합의 발전과정과 특성 그리고 법 제도에 대해 검토한다. 셋째, 이탈리아 협동조합의 사례에 대한 분석하고자 한다. 넷째, 연구 결과에 따라 시사점을 제시한다. 연구 결과에 따라 다음과 같은 시사점을 나타났다. 첫째, 마을기업은 대표 및 직원의 애착심, 성실성과 같은 태도가 매우 중요한다. 둘째, 조직구성원 모두가 마을기업의 비전에 공감과 애착심을 가지고 의사결정에 참여해야 한다. 셋째, 조직의 필요에 따라 외부로부터 자본을 끌어올 수 있는 마을기업이 더욱 높은 경제적 성과를 창출할 가능성이 높여야 한다. 넷째, 사례와 이론을 바탕으로 마을기업 수립 시 펼요한 요소 및 성공요인을 제시함으로써 마을기업의 모델을 수립하는 것은 중요하며 결론적으로 협동조합은 경제적인 이윤추구보다는 본연의 목적인 사회적 공헌에 기여해야 지속성장이 가능하다는 것에서 시사하는 바가 크다.

본 연구는 협동조합 이사회의 공동심리소유권이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 공동심리소유권과 조직성과 간의 관계에서 공유리더십의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 아이쿱 소비자생활협동조합 전국 78개 지역조합에 속해 있는 453명의 이사를 대상으로 설문을 통해 실증연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 생협 이사회의 공동심리소유권이 조합의 사회적성과와 활동성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 공동심리소유권과 조직성과 간 공유리더십의 매개효과에서 유의미한 결과를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 협동조합 성과를 위해서는 이사회의 공동심리소유권의 강화가 필요함을 제시하고, 이사회의 공유리더십이 공동심리소유권을 조직성과와 연결하는 중요한 매개변수임을 시사한다.

Fisheries finance is divided into the policy time of long period of time and low interest and the special financing institutions, such as Fisheries Co-operatives. Union system finance is the system finance, which supports the fisheries system organization. Fisheries Co-operatives in cities, towns and villages are the independent management objects. Prefecture federation of Fisheries Co-operative is in prefecture stage. Norm Chukin Bank is in national stage. Each shares functions in these three stages, and finance is performed systematically, Fisheries policy finance comprises government financial institution capital such as the Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery Finance Corporation whish is based on the capital of a country or a prefecture financial fund, and fishery Modernization Capital used as financial funds through the government. Moreover, to complement such finance institutionally, Fisheries Credit Foundations, Agriculture and Fisheries Saving Insurance Corporation and National fisheries Co-operative Trust Enterprise Mutual Aid system have been established

This paper aims to describe how knowledge management could be put into practice in a voluntary way. From a practice-based standpoint, this study focused closely on the linkage between knowledge and practice. It is because knowledge management could fail if not put into practice. Using its own information system, iCOOP, a federation of consumers' co-operatives in Korea has been practised successful knowledge management voluntarily with its members. Based on the exploratory case study on iCOOP, this study conducted focused interviews with 5 member co-operatives of iCOOP. Main findings are as follows. First, an NoP emerges within a corporate information system when corporate work processes are concentrated in the information system. Second, corporate information system facilitates CoPs and the NoP when its information and information about its users are opened to all of the information system users. In conclusion, this study points out that it is not the matter of primary importance to build a knowledge management system. Rather, practice has the key to the successful knowledge management.

본 연구는 2005. 7. 1 시행 공포된 전파법 시행령 개정안 내용 중 전력선통신설비의 주파수 대역이 9kHz${\sim}$450kHz에서 그 상한선 범위가 30MHz까지 확대 시행됨과 관련하여 전력선통신설비가 단파대 무선통신에 혼신을 야기할 수 있음에 따라 그 영향여부를 평가하는 방법을 제시하고 향후 전력선통신설비를 운용함에 있어서 단파대 무선통신에 영향을 회피하기 위한 대책방안을 제안하는데 있다. 전력선통신의 운용주파수 확대와 관련하여 정보통신부 전파연구소에서 전력선통신이 단파대 무선통신의 혼신여부에 대하여 측정 관찰해 왔으며 그 간섭정도를 판단하기 위해 노력해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 전파수신기, 신호발생기 및 SINAD(Signal to Noise and Distortion) Meter를 사용한 측정방법을 제시하고 있으며 이는 무선(RF : Radio Frequency) 환경에 적합한 측정방법으로 기존의 EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) 환경에 의한 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 전력선통신설비가 단파대 해상이동통신에 영향을 최소화하기 위하여 보호구역을 설정 또는 해당 주파수에 대하여 운용금지하는 방안을 제시함으로써 무선통신환경을 보호하는데 그 목적이 있다.
