생태계서비스의 체계적인 보전 및 증진을 위하여 토지 소유자·점유자 또는 관리인과 생태계서비스지불제계약을 체결할 수 있도록 관련 법이 개정됨에 따라, 사업의 본격 추진을 위한 세부사항을 규정할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 생태계서비스지불제계약의 다양한 활동 유형을 발굴하여 생태계서비스지불제계약의 원활한 사업 추진의 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 연구결과, 지지서비스로 휴경, 친환경 작물 경작, 벼 미수확, 쉼터 조성 관리, 볏짚 존치, 보리 재배, 숲(지역 자생수종) 조성·관리, 습지 조성·관리, 생태 웅덩이 조성·관리, 관목 덤불 조성·관리, 초지 조성·관리, 멸종위기종 서식지 조성·관리 등의 세부 활동 유형을 도출하였으며, 환경조절서비스로 하천 환경 정화, 수변식생대 조성·관리, 기후변화대응숲 조성·관리, 저류지 조성·관리, 나대지 녹화·관리 등의 세부 활동 유형을 도출하였다. 문화서비스로 경관숲 조성·관리, 생태탐방로 조성·관리, 자연경관 전망대 조성·관리, 생태계 교란종 제거, 생태계 보전 관리 활동 등의 세부 활동유형을 도출하였다. 향후 생태계서비스지불제계약 사업의 구체적인 활동유형별 내용(신청 가능 대상지, 사업 내용), 활동 검증 방법, 각 활동유형별 비용(보상) 단가 산정, 모니터링 및 평가 방안, 생태계서비스지불제계약 사업 추진을 위한 가이드라인(추진 절차, 사업 추진협의회 구성 방안 등) 등의 후속 연구가 필요하다.

시청자의 시야를 콘텐츠로 가득 채워주어 강한 몰입감을 제공하는 다면 영상 제작을 위해서는 다수의 카메라를 이용한 촬영이 요구된다. 이러한 촬영 시나리오에서는 다수의 카메라에 의해 촬영되고 있는 화면들이 하나의 콘텐츠로써 어떻게 보여질지 혹은 실제 상영관에서 어떻게 보여질지 확인하는 모니터링 과정이 매우 중요하다. 기존의 특수 포맷 영상 촬영에 관한 연구들은 모두 스테레오스코픽 입체 영상이나 파노라마 영상 등 각자의 목적에 집중하여 이루어져 왔으며, 최근 확산되고 있는 세 개의 면을 이용한 다면 상영관에 최적화된 콘텐츠 제작에 관한 연구는 부재하다. 본 논문에서는 세 대의 카메라를 제어할 수 있는 리그와 다면 영상 포맷에 특화된 모니터링 소프트웨어를 이용한 다면 콘텐츠 현장 촬영 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 리그는 카메라 간의 각도를 정밀하게 조절하여 세 대의 카메라로 넓은 화각을 촬영할 수 있으며, 원격 통신을 통해 모니터링 소프트웨어와 연동된다. 모니터링 소프트웨어는 실시간으로 들어오는 영상들을 자동으로 정렬해주며, 수신 받은 리그의 각도에 따라 영상의 정렬이 자동으로 업데이트된다. 또한 촬영 시에 얻어진 정렬 정보를 후반작업에 사용할 수 있게 함으로써, 제작 효율을 크게 향상시킨다.

The cooperation between universities and industries is already one of the most important factors driving the national economy in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century represented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Korean government has also been carrying out legal and institutional re-adjustments to promote industrial-university cooperation in line with demands for such changes in the times. However, despite this industry-academic cooperation system, there is still a significant mismatch between industrial demand and the university's workforce development system. By the way, there is a Cooperative Education(CO-OP) in Canada and the United States. It's an innovative link between the university and the industry. The reason is that the CO-OP program not only allows students to gain experience with their majors in the industrial field, but also plays a positive role in improving their specialty expertise. In particular, field information, ideas, and job insights that students acquire through CO-OP also serve as motivation for starting a business beyond employment after graduation. Furthermore, CO-OP experience is an important opportunity for future researchers to come up with commercialized research results that are not separated from the field sites The purpose of this study is to overcome the gap between industrial demand and the college manpower training system, and develop a Korean-style coaching program model as a growth engine for creative talent-building policies, represented by 'creation of start-ups and new industry.' In addition, this study suggested measures that can be applied in real universities. In addition, the study also highlighted that the introduction of CO-OP programs with field practices in Korea could also boost start-ups. Based on the Korean CO-OP program model, the curricula applicable to domestic universities consisted of two types : general and research-oriented university types.

경영의 중요 이슈는 조직과 조직환경이 상생과 협력의 공동체를 구성하여 함께 성장하는데 있다. 본 논문은 파워순환적 접근에 기초하여 조직과 조직환경 모두가 함께 하는 공동체 구축을 위한 이론과 방안을 제시하여 상생과 협력의 사회를 구축하는데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 파워순환적 원리와 특성을 논의하고 이를 기반으로 조직과 조직환경의 상생과 협력을 위한 학술적 및 경영적 방안을 제시하고 있다. 또한 본 논문에서는 상생과 협력물 위한 상황적 및 개체군 생태학적 접근의 가정과 이론을 대해서 논의하고 파워순환적 접근이 이들과의 상대적 위치에 대해 규명하였다. 파워순환적 접근은 조직 공동체와 조직환경 공동체의 구축 이론을 통합할 수 있는 원리와 경영적 방안을 제공한다.

In this study the features expressed by the Korean dresses and its ornaments have been examined through the objects of this thesis, the concept of the pair, under the basis of Korean myths, from which esthetic and spiritual values have been derived. At first, the beauty of the balance pursuing the neatness. Since the pair is made with two piecess, at the time of the placement, the sense of the balance is obtained by the arrangement acccording to the dichotomous principle such as up and down or left and right. Sometimes, the pair could yield the natural pictorial composition, but almost of the time symmetrical composition. This kind of composition is made symmetrical like the structure of the human body, and it is resulted in a neat beauty, which visually presents a harmony, stability and intimacy. At second, the beauty of the harmony in the spirit of the oneness. From the dualistic combination basing on Korean myths, the common features and the significance of the co-existence, obtained from the combination of the pair of the pieces, could be found. By the oneness of the both elements, the creation principle, which is the basic one for a new life, could be established, and the mystery of the creation and the sense of the harmony could be found in it. At third, the wholeness of the completeness concept. The completeness could be felt rather by two than by one, and is provided with a room to be filled with the other one. Consequently, the outer dress is completed with the under dress, and its own beauty could only be made out when the two elements are harmonized. So, it is called as the pair. Like this, the concept about the pair taken roots in the ground of Korean emotions, is basing on the creation principle of the dualistic elements formed from the tradition of Korean myths, and the fact that the mental meaning pursuing the harmony dwells in Korean dress and its ornaments could be confirmed.

본 연구에서는 대학 캠퍼스를 대상으로 드론을 활용한 정사영상 및 지형모델의 생성 방안을 제시하고 정확도 평가를 실시하였다. 나아가 기존 대부분의 정확도 평가를 위한 연구에서 GPS 자료를 활용한 사례가 대부분 이였으나 본 연구에서는 삼각수준측량을 통해 얻은 기준값을 활용한 정확도 평가 및 검증을 실시하였다. 정확도 분석 결과 모든 시나리오에서 항공사진측량 작업규정에서 정한 허용범위 내의 성과를 얻어 드론을 활용한 항공사진측량 및 응용분야에 활용가능성을 확인하였으며, 정교한 DTM을 작성하기 위해서는 정밀 분류과정을 통해 빌딩, 수목, 인공 객체 등의 간섭을 없애고 정확한 표면의 높이의 등고선(Contour) 작성이 가능한 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 성과는 드론을 활용한 지형모델 생성 및 정확도 평가에서 향후 관련 분야의 기초적 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

This paper aims to offer a solution based on semantic document classification to improve e-Government utilization and efficiency for people using their own information retrieval system and linguistic expression Generally, semantic document classification method is an approach that classifies documents based on the diverse relationships between keywords in a document without fully describing hierarchial concepts between keywords. Our approach considers the deep meanings within the context of the document and radically enhances the information retrieval performance. Concept Weight Document Classification(CoWDC) method, which goes beyond using exist ing keyword and simple thesaurus/ontology methods by fully considering the concept hierarchy of various concepts is proposed, experimented, and evaluated. With the recognition that in order to verify the superiority of the semantic retrieval technology through test results of the CoWDC and efficiently integrate it into the e-Government, creation of a thesaurus, management of the operating system, expansion of the knowledge base and improvements in search service and accuracy at the national level were needed.

To improve the sound damping effect of flexible polyurethane foam, with an open-cell structure, various plate-like fillers, such as bentonite, organophilic clay and sodium montmorillonite intercalated with poly(ethylene glycol), were incorporated for the creation of nanocomposites. The plate-like fillers effectively improved the sound damping within the high frequency range. The structures of the nanocomposites and foam were examined using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The mechanical properties and flammability of the foams were also examined.

The COVID-19 pandemic had substantial negative impacts and caused several disruptions to the global supply chain of the shipping industry. The key challenges identified in terms of maritime manpower are the Certificates of Competency (CoC) or the expiration and/or failure to complete refresher and/or revalidation courses, which directly hinder employment retention and lost opportunities at sea. To tackle this issue directly and swiftly, the creation of the APEC SEN Distance Learning Platform was suggested and approved by APEC as part of an official project. This paper introduces the APEC-wide accessible distance learning platform with the following key topics: the organisation and operation of the platform, the themes and content to be prioritised, the process of education, training, certification, and the ways to promote accreditation, mutual recognition on CoC, education and training videos by taking collaborative actions, and the development of content.

아연결정유약에 Anatase 형 $TiO_2$에 의해 생성되는 $Zn_2TiO_4$가 효과적인 결정 생성제로 나타났다. 이에 저온에서 생성되는 $Zn_2TiO_4$를 인위적으로 합성하여 유약의 미치는 효과를 규명하였다. 첨가 $Zn_2TiO_4$는 저온에서 생성되는 결정으로 아연결정 W의 핵으로 작용하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 합성된 $Zn_2TiO_4$를 유약에 5 wt% 첨가하면 유약 내에 결정생성이 증가하며 안정적으로 유지된다. 특히, $Zn_2TiO_4$ 합성 시 발색제로 CoO, NiO, CuO를 각각 고용시켜 유약에 첨가하면 발색제의 고용효과가 커져 Willemite 결정의 다양한 발색에 큰 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
