The purpose of this study was to serve as a basis for providing quality medical service and mapping out consumer-centered marketing strategies to successfully cope with the rapidly changing medical environment and meet consumer needs, by examining what affected the satisfaction and revisit of health Promotion center Client. The subjects in this study were 186 of visitor to health Promotion center in a university hospital in the city of Busan. A survey was conducted with structured questionnaire from March 2 to 30, 2001. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS for Windows (ver10.0). For more statistical analysis, frequency analysis, component analysis, t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis procedures were utilized. Results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Regarding demographic characteristics, 51.6% of the Client investigated were male, and 48.4% were female. The greatest number of them were in their 40s(38.9%). 86.5% were married, and 34.2% were self-employed. 44% were a high-school graduate, and the monthly mean income of 59.4% was one to three million Won. And, the residential area of 46.8%, the largest percentage, was a half-an-hour distance from health Promotion center. 2. The most common motivation of their selection of the health Promotion center was a recommendation by Staff and neighborhood(59.7%), followed by excellent facilities and services(17.2%), the tradition and reputation of the hospital(7.5%), and its publicity pamphlets(7.5%). 3. 45.9%, the largest percentage, acquired health-related information from their friends or acquaintances. 43.8%, the greatest percentage, visited there because they felt there's something wrong with their body. 53.4% worried about the possibility of being attacked by cancer, and 57.5% wanted to take a precise cancer examination. For health maintenance, 50.1% got regular exercise. Regular exercise was considered most crucial for health maintenance or promotion. 4. The largest reason they used that examination center again was the kindness of employees(52.7%), followed by the tradition and reputation of the hospital(21%) and excellent examination setting and equipment(10.8%). 5. By demographic factor, there was no significant difference between the man and women in satisfaction level with examination and expenses. The women expressed more satisfaction at facilities, and the high-school graduate group were more contented with expenses. 6. As a result of investigating their satisfaction level according to the motivation of selecting that examination center, the group that chose the center due to excellent facilities and services were more satisfied with examination and expenses. 7. As for the relationship of total examination satisfaction to revisit. intention, there was a higher correlational relationship between total health examination satisfaction and expense satisfaction. Especially, the more they were satisfied with examination, the more they were willing to revisit there for another examination.
Purpose: A main aims to classify quality attributes for quality assurance activities of military supplies by company size, and to derive the necessity for business improvement by company size to improve customer satisfaction through customer satisfaction coeffiecient and PCSI Index. Methods: Through a survey of defense and general businesses located in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province, the quality of service elements are classified and the client satisfaction factor and PCSI is calculated for the quality assurance activities. Results: Determine the current level of customer satisfaction with the quality of the Defence quality assurance service and present operational factors that need improvement by size of the company. Conclusion: The attractive quality of service factors for quality assurance work were in common and different and the need for improvement was identified based on differences in PCSI Index by Company size.

Many studies and policies are suggested for customer satisfaction to survive in multimedia content service markets. there are policies like a segregating the clients using the contents service and allocating the media server's resources distinctively by clusters using the cluster analysis method of CRM. The problem of this policy is fixed allocation of media server resources. It is inefficient for costly media server resource. To resolve the problem and enhance the utilization of media server resource, the ACRFA (Adaptive Client Request Filtering Algorithm) was suggested per cluster to allocate media server resources by flexible resource allocation method.
The purpose of this study is to examine the eco-systemic factors that affect the care givers' job satisfaction, and to attain the real data that is useful for increasing the care givers' job satisfaction. The subjects were 195 care givers who involved in long-term care service center in D city. Collected date were analyzed through frequency, percentage, correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. The results are as follow. The factors that affect the care givers' job satisfaction are the age of care givers, the levels of self-esteem, the respect from client, and the levels of support received from friend. The implication of our findings is that for the puporse or increasing the care givers' job satisfaction, the education programs for the care givers and client are necessary.
Aviation industry, which is highly dependent on human resources, emphasizes airline's human resources management and performance check because quality of services provided to customers is closely related to airline's employees. Because roles of cabin crews take a significant portion of services provided to customers, airlines and cabin crews represent an inseparable relationship. Attitudes of cabin crews who plays the role of facing and dealing with customers directly in the process of providing flight related services are an essential factor that determines an image of an airline and actually have significant impact on the performance as well. By increasing performance satisfaction of cabin crews, organizational loyalty can be strengthened and such successful human resources management could have a positive effect on increasing customer satisfaction as well as revenues. From corporate's perspective, performance satisfaction of an employee is a crucial factor that decides the quality of service provided to customers that supports employee retention as well as client retention. This can eventually lead to organization loyalty that can positively affect overall work performance. Thus if corporates put efforts in and invests to improve and develop favorable attitudes and service quality within employees, performance satisfaction and organizational goals will be more effectively achieved.
The purpose of this study were to analyze the home care services and to evaluate the client's satisfaction with the home care services provided by home care service center in the C hospital. The data were collected by reviewing charts of 128 home care clients who were receiving home care services at C hospital from October 1997 to September 2000. The subjects for satisfaction of home care service were 20 clients from July 10 to September 30, 2000. The tool for measurement of present condition of home care service was developed by the researchers. The satisfactions of the home care services were measured by using the instrument developed by Im(997). The data were analyzed by using the SPSS/PC+. The results of this study were as followings : 1. Majority of the subjects was female(61.7%). The average of age was 63.5 years. The service has been used mostly by the elderly 60 years of age or older(71.1%). The economic level of most of subjects was in middle class(94.5%). 2. Majority of the subject had a cancer(55.4%), following stroke(25.0%). The average duration of disease for the subjects was 31 months. The average time of hospitalization for the subjects was 3.3 times. The duration of hospitalization was 10$\sim$30 days(26.6%), 30$\sim$60 days(23.4%) and above of the 210 days(9.4%). 3. Most of the subjects used his/her doctor (47.7%), as a consultant, following his/her nurse (28.1%), other patients or their family (21.9%). Most of reasons for a consultation were supportive management(Infusion or medication, 60.94%), following tube management(L-tube or T-tube, 25%), Foley catheter management (15.63%) etc. 4. 28 types of nursing diagnoses were used by the home care service. The nursing diagnosis altered nutrition: less than body requirement were used mostly by the home care service, following risk for infection, impaired skin integrity, impaired swallowing, ineffective airway clearance altered comfort: pain, impaired physical mobility. By the human-response pattern, exchanging(63.2%), moving(7.5%), feeling(10.4%), knowing(5.2%), communicating (2.6%), relating(0.5%) perceiving(0.4%) and choosing(0.3%). There were 42 nursing intervention types were performed by the home care service. By the NIC(nursing intervention classification. McCloskey. Bulech. 1996). physiologic: complex (30.3%) was the most, safety(28.3%), behavioral(20.0%), physiologic: basic(10.8%) and health system(1.7%). Observation or assessment was the most nursing intervention performed by the home care service. following IV infusion. vital sign observation. infusion management and fluid-electrolyte balance management. 5. The level of client's satisfaction with provided home care services showed considerably high(2.67/ 3).

The success and failure of any project depends upon many factors, the Project Manager is considered to be the key contributor to the success of any project, as well as a guide to the team members to achieve the client satisfaction (Cost, Time and Quality). Therefore the main aim of this paper is to provide a practical approach for understanding the importance of the Project Manager and his effectiveness to the success of the construction projects. In addition, the Project Manager's roles, responsibilities and duties have direct impact to the success of the construction projects. In order to identify the thoughts and opinion of the construction industry on this particular assertion, a quantitative study was carried out within the UK construction industry. The result of the study shows that there is an extremely strong correlation between the Project Manager and the success of the construction projects. In construction projects the Project Manager is considered to be one of the most important people who can lead and drive the projects in the right direction and conclude construction projects successfully. Moreover, these can play the most important role regarding the improvement of the organization's performance, the organization's profitability and the client's satisfaction. The research confirmed that the Project Manager is a very essential element to the success of the construction project and have an impact at every stage of the construction project. So it concluded that selection of a Project Manager should be carefully done with regard to experience, knowledge, power/authority and good understanding to the kind of the project.

This study examines the importance of location and transportation in the operation of small- and medium-sized hospitals in the rapidly changing clinical environment. Approximately 350 persons were surveyed for approximately 40 days from July-August 2017, and responses were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS Statistical Package for 335 parts excluding 8 parts of 343.The main research results were as follows: First, a hypothesis was adopted that the attractiveness of building materials will positively affect customer satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis that transport infrastructure has a significant impact on customer satisfaction was rejected. Third, the hypothesis that the building appeal will positively affect the site was supported. Fourth, the hypothesis that transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on location marketability was supported. Fifth, the hypothesis that location marketability will significantly impact customer satisfaction was supported. Sixth, the hypothesis that the relationship between the site and customer satisfaction with the relationship between the client and the client is explained is partly attributable to the fact that there is a partial function. The assumption that the relationship between traffic infrastructure and customer satisfaction was confirmed. The hypothesis that the relationship between traffic infrastructure and customer satisfaction was supported. This research focuses on small- and medium-sized hospitals located in Seoul, which does not include the recognition of patients' awareness of the location and transportation of small- and medium-sized hospitals. Moreover, this study has the limitation in analyzing patient satisfaction, rather than the objective data of the financial management performance of the hospital. The results of this study could provide the basis for selecting the future locations of health care facilities.
Purpose: This research was conducted to identify methods of inducing health promotion behavior, perceived health status, social participation and empowerment in the frail elderly receiving home visiting services. Methods: The subjects were 255 frail elders aged over 65 registered in the home visiting services of five public health centers in Daegu. Data were collected from June 9 to August 10, 2015. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS Win 18.0. Results: The mean health promotion behavior, perceived health status, social participation and empowerment scores were 2.56 (${\pm}0.33$), 7.11 (${\pm}1.98$), 2.60 (${\pm}0.69$) and 2.90 (${\pm}0.29$), respectively. There was significant difference in health promotion behavior by client classification and life satisfaction. There were significant differences in perceived health status by life satisfaction, social participation by religion and client classification and empowerment by past jobs. Health promotion behavior, perceived health status, social participation and empowerment were positively correlated. Conclusion: An integrative health care program that includes these significant variables of subjects is essential to management and prevention of deterioration of frailty in elderly.
