부산지역 학교급식의 위생관리 수행 평가 (The Sanitary Management Procedures of Foodservice in Elementary Schools in Pusan)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sanitary management procedures of foodservice in elementary schools in Pusan area. The questionnaire which were administered to 189 dietitians was used in this study as a survey method. The results were as follows. Mean total length of employment for dietitians at school foodservice was 3.7 year. The mean serving scale was 1,052 meals. Meals were served at classroom 63.5%, lunchroom 23.8%, and classroom+lunchroom 12.7% of the schools. The mean time span required of meal delivery was 31.5min at the classroom serving place. Regarding total mean score of sanitary management procedures, time temperature was 3.48/5.00, personal sanitation 4.20/5.00, equipments and facilities sanitation 3.92/5.00. The mean score of the pre preparation was 3.91/5.00 for time temperature management procedure, those of food purchasing and receiving, food storage, food production, meal. assembly.trasnportation service, and hot.cold holding were 3.83/5.00, 3.82/5.00, 3.71/5.00, 3.25/5.00, 2.30/5.00 respectively.   • The purpose of this study is to empirical case study for the instructional design of flipped classroom by job-capability advancement of IT business majors. A student of IT business school has learned a lot of management educations for four years. But, they don't recognize a connection between school education and business practice. A subject based on the humanities, and social sciences consisted of mostly the memorization. The undergraduate class lack a practice's curriculum by a creative-oriented lesson rather than memorization-oriented. In particular, An IT business is now recognized as a significance emerging IT investment, the Internet of Things, information security, big data and strategy's ERP. For these reasons, it is important for an instructional design for understanding business practices of the students. Accordingly, Flipped classroom with participatory class be needed increasingly for students' practical sense. We will propose a design method of flipped classroom for inspiring business education. In this, new instructional design overturned traditional teaching method. After the student conducts a prior learn at home, school will accomplish a problem solving through question and answer. This design effected a boredom suppress and creative enforcement of student and an intimacy increase of instructor. In addition, A participatory class and reciprocal peer tutoring will be possible by a spontaneous self-directed learning of student. We were designed course of project type based on big data theory and application to target the fourth-year course. In conclusion, the new instruction provided a help to learning synergy between student and lecturer. During the lessons, the student showed improvement of business sense and enhanced problem solving capability. The lecturer has the intimacy through communication interaction with students.

공공도서관 독서교실 운영 프로그램 모형개발 연구 (A Study on Developing Model for Reading Education Program in Public Library)

  • 공공도서관에서 수행되어온 독서교실은 어려서부터 독서의 즐거움과 필요성을 깨닫게 하고, 올바른 독서태도를 길러 스스로 즐겨 독서하는 습관을 갖게 하며, 도서관에서의 폭넓은 학습경험으로 도서관 이용을 생활화하려는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 평생교육 차원에서 독서교실을 통한 독서교육은 어린이나 학생에게 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 공공도서관에서 수행되고 있는 독서교실 운영 실태를 조사 분석하여 독서교실 운영 프로그램 모형을 제시하여 독서교육이 좀더 과학적이고 체계적으로 이루어지는데 기여하고자 한다.

교내임상실습 및 현장임상실습의 참여태도, 만족도, 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing factors on attitude, stress and satisfaction in clinical practice)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors on attitude, satisfaction and stress in clinical practice in dental hygiene students. Methods : The subjects were 304 dental hygiene students living in Suwon. The data were collected from 2012 to 2013 by a self-reported questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS. Results : Clinical practice showed good results in attitude, satisfaction and stress than that in the classroom. Satisfaction in the classroom practice was proportional to clinical practice. The contents, learning management system, and the assessment tool in the classroom influenced on the dental clinical practice. As the dental clinic practice became stressful, the students tended to have negative feelings for the practice. Conclusions : In order to provide the best clinical practice contents to the dental hygiene students, it is important to prepare the best combination of the contents, learning management system, and the assessment tool in the classroom.

교과교실제 운영학교 학교운영 및 교육과정 영역 실태 분석에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Schools Managing the Departmentalized Classroom System and Their Educational Courses)

  • It has already been four years as of 2013 since the Departmentalized Classroom System was first introduced following the Korean government's policy. However, no investigation had been made yet on whether the system is properly being managed in practice according to the presented standards, guidelines, and policy direction. Hence, an in-depth investigation and analysis were called for. In line with this, documents were researched, deliberation meetings of experts were held, and the system pilot was tested to develop indices to investigate the state of block-scheduled classes and classes for each student's academic level for the educational classes field. For the school management field, we developed indices to investigate the teachers' organization and their division of labor, administrative officers and work reduction, improvement of teachers' expertise, and the guidance of the students' school life. Based on the indices, we investigated the state of 24 schools, which manage an advanced school system, nationwide. The results showed that the Departmentalized Classroom System has now reached the settling stage, which is beyond the introductory stage, and that it needs to be systematically supplemented for it to be settled in a stable manner.

Enhancing Quality Teaching in Operations Management: An Action Learning Approach

  • Action learning motivates students to solve open-ended problems by 'developing skills through doing'. This paper reviews the concept of action learning and discusses the adoption of action learning approach to teach operations management at universities. It presents the design and delivery of an action-learning course at City University of Hong Kong. The course incorporates classroom lectures, tutorials and an action-learning workshop. The experience gained proves that action learning facilitates student participation and teamwork and provides a venue of accelerating learning where enables students to handle dynamic problem situations more effectively. The paper concludes that adopting action-learning approach can help lecturers to enhance quality teaching in operations management courses, and provide an alternate means of effective paradigm other than traditional classroom teaching and/or computer-based training at universities.

농어촌지역 초등학교 유휴교실의 전용특성 분석 - 전남지역 농어촌 현대화 시범학교를 중심으로 - (Analysis of the Characteristics about Diversion of Surplus Classroom in Elementary Schools in Rural Area - Concentrated on the Modernized Elementary Model School in Chonnam Area -)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate present situation about occurrence of surplus classrooms by the merger and abolition of rural elementary schools, and to deduce basic architectural data for efficient utilization. It was examined based on the analysis of using pattern and interview of teachers of modernized elementary model schools. The occurrence ratio of surplus classrooms was about 30 to 60 percentages among seven investigated schools, the ratio was gradually increasing. Most of them were nearly leaving without certain practical use because of inaccessibility and low degree of diversion. The characteristic about diversion of surplus classroom was shown to change from special or learning room to living-related room and management-related room in order, finally, it was used a room for child care with a lapse of time. Long-tenn and continuous data accumulation for diversion and utilization of surplus classroom should be required.

교과교실제 운영학교의 홈베이스 공간유형에 관한 연구 (A study on the Space type of Homebase in Schools that Operate Departmentalized Classrooms)

  • Since the introduction of the Departmentalized Classroom System in 2009, schools that operate the system experienced many changes in terms of school management, educational courses, and school environment. In particular, class-based classrooms changed into departmentalized classrooms and staff rooms became teachers' support centers and research rooms to create an environment that is apt for the management of departmentalized classrooms. Students have also come to move from departmentalized classrooms to departmentalized classrooms in which homebases were prepared as a space for students to rest and enjoy a stable school life. As such, homebases as a space for students to enjoy school life are indispensable and are becoming more important for the management of the Departmentalized Classroom System. Thus, it is necessary to investigate in detail the state of the establishment of homebases in schools that operate the system. In line with this, this paper sampled 59 schools that have managed the system as an advanced system for over 2 years and conducted school visits and held interviews to investigate and analyze the placement, function, and scale of homebases as well as to provide basic material on homebases.

초등학교 학급 운영의 일환으로서 식물 관찰 활동의 효과 (Effects of Plant Observation Activities as a Strategy for Classroom Management in the Elementary School)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 3학년 학급에서 학급 운영의 일환으로 식물 관찰 활동을 1년 동안 진행하며 학생들에게 미친 효과가 무엇인지 탐색한 연구이다. 식물 관찰 활동의 효과를 살펴보기 위해 식물 관찰 활동을 시간적인 순서에 따라 기술하며 관찰 유형을 분석하였고, 학생들이 느낀 인식적 정서를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 꾸준한 식물 관찰 활동은 학생들의 관찰 유형에 의미 있는 변화를 일으켰다. 둘째, 식물 관찰 활동은 학생들이 긍정적인 정서를 가지고 참여하도록 유도하였다. 즉, 꾸준한 식물 관찰 활동은 학생들이 다양한 감각을 활용하여 관찰하도록 하였고, 흥미를 높이고 호기심을 키우며 재밌게 참여한 후에는 만족을 주는 배움을 이끌어냈다.
