장기적으로 활동한 아이돌보미의 가족 레질리언스 분석: 월시(Walsh)의 관점을 중심으로 (Analysis on Family Resilience of Long-term Childcare Givers: Focused on a Walsh Viewpoint)

  • Childcare related studies have focused on the characteristics of care work, policy aspects, user family satisfaction, and job satisfaction of childcare helpers. But there have been few studies on family system characteristics that support childcare givers. Thus, this study conducted on the topic, "How to characterize the family resilience of long-term childcare givers?" The subjects belong to a healthy family support center in U. City, who belong to a group with an income in the top 20 % of about 20 persons working for more than 3 years. In an interview, qualitative questions were used Walsh's family resilience. The results are as follows. First, they had economic hardship, but their family would stand together and build up a family's power based on the couple's faith. They had a family role model based on their parents' family that included inherited maternity qualities from their mother. Second, the flexibility of the family organization changed to autonomous or co-role type and the connectivity. Especially, they appear as a family's leader. Third, their family communication was active, shared-care, responsible and passionate with family affection and understanding. The conclusions results are as follows. Participants were high school graduates as well as had work experience. They were characterized by positive family energy, a family belief system, family-based resources, flexibility, connectivity, open family communication and expression skills. Therefore, it can be suggested that it is necessary to check the family's resilience during an interview for the reliable, long-term supply of human resources for childcare activities.

지역사회 보육공동체를 위한 다문화 프로그램 개발 (Development of a Multicultural Program for Local Childcare Community)

  • 본 연구에서는 지속 가능한 다문화 사회를 위해 지역 보육공동체의 다문화 역량을 강화할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고 그 만족도와 효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 다문화 보육공동체 프로그램은 집단 간 긍정적인 인식을 형성할 수 있는 효과적인 접촉의 조건들을 고려하여 설계되었고, 2015년 7월부터 8월까지 총 5회 프로그램이 진행되었으며, 이 기간 동안 참여한 지역사회 구성원의 총 인원은 196명이었다. 연구결과 지역사회 다문화 보육공동체 프로그램은 높은 만족도를 나타냈고, 다문화가정 부모들의 자존감 함양과 사회 참여를 유도할 수 있었다. 특히 다문화 인식에 대한 설문조사 결과 외국인에 대한 배타적인 태도가 완화되었고, 전 지구적인 문제에 대한 관심이 증가하는 등 세계시민성 함양에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 평가 내용으로는 다양한 지역 사회 기관과의 연계 프로그램과 지속적인 지역사회 공동체 프로그램에 대한 니즈를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 지역사회의 다문화 공동체가 상호작용하고 소통하는 과정을 체계적으로 제안함으로써, 타 지역에서 참고할 수 있는 다문화 보육공동체 프로그램의 기초 자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

보육교사 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of The Main Causes of The Effect of The Job Satisfaction to The System Absorption of The Childcare Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 어린이집에서의 보육교사 역할의 중요성에 대한 인식 확산 및 시설이 확대되는 시점에서 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사들을 대상으로 조직몰입에 대해 스스로 어떻게 평가하고 있는지를 살펴보고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 서울지역 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사를 대상으로 직무만족 자기인식 요인과 원장의 리더십 자기인식 요인, 인구통계학적 특성, 직장관련 특성 요인들이 조직몰입(정서적 몰입, 규범적 몰입, 지속적 몰입)에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 직무만족, 개별적 고려, 지적 자극, 동기부여, 연령, 학력, 시설유형, 시설규모, 직급 등이 조직몰입에 대한 자기평가에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 보육교사는 원장의 지적 자극을 올리는 리더십, 동기부여를 제공하는 원장의 리더십, 교사 개인별로 배려를 해주는 원장의 리더십을 접할수록, 그리고 보육교사 개인이 인지하는 직무만족 자기평가가 높을수록 조직몰입에 반응정도가 긍정적인 방향으로 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 어린이집 원장은 보다 적극적 및 교사 배려적 운영을 위한 리더십을 펼치는 한편, 보육교사들의 직무만족 향상을 위한 다양한 경영서비스 제공 및 개발이 요구된다고 할 것이다.

보육서비스 접근성이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 맞벌이 여부에 따른 차이 비교 (Study on the Effect of Accessibility of Child Care Services on User Satisfaction -Comparison between Dual-earner and Single-earner Familes)

  • 본 연구는 보육기관을 이용하는 영유아의 부모를 대상으로 보육서비스의 접근성의 하위영역을 구분하고, 접근성의 어떤 하위영역이 만족도에 영향을 미치는지 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 맞벌이 여부에 따라 소득 및 돌봄의 차이를 보인다는 점에서, 맞벌이 집단과 외벌이 집단을 구분하여 각 집단별로 접근성이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기 지역의 20-40대 기혼자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 영유아 부모인 267명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 외벌이 집단은 이용시간 편의성과 지불가능성이, 맞벌이 집단은 정보접근용이성과 상호수용성이 만족도에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 외벌이 집단은 보육기관의 이용시간이 편리할수록, 서비스 비용부담이 적을수록, 맞벌이 집단은 보육기관에 대한 정보를 획득하는 것이 용이할수록, 보육기관의 종교적인 특성이 약할수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로, 보육서비스 운영 시간에 대한 보다 탄력적 운영과 그에 따른 비용 부담의 차별화가 필요함을 제언하였다. 보육기관에 대한 정보의 투명성을 높이는 정책적 방법을 고안할 필요가 있음을 제시하였다.

자기성장 프로그램 참여가 노년기 여성의 자아통합감과 가족관계만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Participating Self-Growth Program on Ego-Integrity and Family Relationship Satisfaction of the Elderly Women)

  • The objective of this study was to test the effects of participating self-growth program on ego-integrity and family relationship satisfaction of the elderly women. The subjects were 15 elderly women of low education. The levels of ego-integrity, including life attitudes, wisdom toward life, acceptance of life, and acceptance of death, and family relation satisfaction were measured before and after completing the program sessions. The program of eight sessions was conducted twice a week, for two hours. A significant difference in ego integrity, relation satisfaction with children, and relation satisfaction with grandchildren was found between pre- and post-test scores. The results show that elderly women can benefit from programs enhancing ego integrity and relation satisfaction with offspring. This study can be utilized in the Healthy Family Support Centers or the elderly welfare program for improvement of ego-integrity and parent-child relationship satisfaction of the elderly.

청소년의 삶의 만족도 및 인지된 부모양육방식이 청소년의 우울에 미치는 영향: 자아탄력성의 매개효과 검증 (The influence of adolescents' life satisfaction, and perceived parental rearing style on adolescents' depression: Verification of mediating effect of resilience)

  • Objectives: This study explored the effect of adolescents' sociodemographic variables, parenting rearing styles, resilience, and life satisfaction on adolescents' depression. The resilience as mediating effects of parental rearing styles and life satisfaction on depression was examined as well. Method: The data were from 2,108 middle school freshmen panel of a national sample at the forth year, Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS). Hierarchical multiple regressions and mediation regression analyses, steps for testing mediation by Baron and Kenny, were conducted. Results: Adolescents' resilience had both direct and mediating significant effects, showing that resilience partially mediated the effects of affective parental rearing style and life satisfaction on depression, respectively. Life satisfaction had the most significant impact on adolescents' depression. Conclusions: While some parental rearing styles were significant, adolescents' personal properties including resilience and life satisfaction revealed the most significant explanatory power of adolescents' depression. Life satisfaction was the most powerful predictor for lessening adolescents' depression.

조부모를 위한 황혼육아 프로그램 효과 (Effects of a Twilight Childcare Programs for Grandparents)

  • This study aimed to investigate the effects of a twilight childcare programs for grandparents. The study used a non-equivalent control group and pretest-posttest design. It was conducted from September 1 to November 30, 2023 at senior centers in apartment complex in K city. It analyzed 45 (22 in the experimental group and 23 in the control group.) For data analysis, descriptive statistics, test of homogeneity in pretest, independent t-tests, and repeated measures ANOVA were used. In parenting confidence, the interaction between group and time showed a significant difference (F=30.54, p<.001). In Parenting Stress, the interaction between group and time showed a significant difference(F=10.68, p<.001), For Family Relationships, there was no significant difference in the interaction between group and time. A significant difference was found for life satisfaction(F=3.37, p=.047). This program is effective in increasing parenting confidence and life satisfaction, and reducing parenting stress.

보육교사의 프로틴 경력태도와 무경계 경력태도가 직무만족과 경력몰입에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Protean Career Attitude and Boundaryless Career Attitude on Job Satisfaction and Career Commitment in Daycare Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes on job satisfaction and career commitment in daycare teachers. The subjects in this study were 269 inservice daycare teachers who worked in childcare centers in the metropolitan cities of Busan and Daegu. Methods: As for data collection, a survey was conducted for approximately four weeks from January 3 through 31, 2020, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were calculated to analyze the collected data in order to address the research questions of the study. Results: The findings of the study were as follows: First, the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of the daycare teachers had a positive correlation with their job satisfaction and career commitment. Second, whether the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of the daycare teachers affected job satisfaction and career commitment was analyzed. The self-directedness and value orientation of the protean career attitudes of the daycare teachers and their boundaryless career attitudes exercised an influence on job satisfaction and career commitment. Conclusion/Implications: The findings of the study suggest that the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of daycare teachers are crucial factors that have an impact on job satisfaction and career commitment.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare between mothers' and father's the sense of mothers and that of fathers about values related to childcare and satisfaction in a relationship with their spouse and review how the differences in the sense between mothers and fathers affects the parenting stress of wives. Data for this research were collected in April 2007 from 300 couples living in Seoul having a first child younger than 36 months of age. The survey was analyzed using SPSS 12.0. The main results were as follows; First, it was indicated that fathers had a more conventional senses of values relating to childcare and satisfaction in a relationship with the spouse than did mothers. Second, a mother's parenting stress rises according to the level of mother's satisfaction in the relationship with the her spouse. Third, a mother's parenting stress rises by mother's satisfaction in relationship with the spouse lower than father's satisfaction in relationship with the spouse.

산모의 산욕전기와 산욕후기 피로 예측요인 - 삼칠일을 기준으로 - (Predictors of Postpartum Fatigue Between Early and Late Postpartum Period in Parturient Women - Divided by 3/4 Weeks of Postpartum Period -)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the predictors between the early and late postpartum period in parturient women. Methods: The Subjects were 399 healthy postpartum women who visited the obstetric clinic at 5 hospitals for a routine check up after childbirth. They were divided into two groups: one was in the early postpartum period, the first three weeks after childbirth (n=107), the other was in the late postpartum period, four to six weeks after childbirth (n=292). The data were collected by using a self-report questionnaire from July to September, 2006. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 Win program. Results: There were significant statistical differences in age and parity between the two groups. Postpartum fatigue was significantly predicted by postpartum depression and age in the early period, and postpartum depression, sleep satisfaction, and childcare stress in the late period. The mean scores of childcare stress and perceived infant difficulty in the late period were significantly higher than those of the early postpartum period. Conclusion: Postpartum depression was the most important predictor of postpartum fatigue regardless of the postpartum period. In addition, especially in the late period, sleep satisfaction and childcare stress were significant predictors of postpartum fatigue. Based on these results, primary nursing interventions for reducing postpartum fatigue should focus on postpartum depression management, and nursing interventions for increasing sleep satisfaction and decreasing childcare stress would be helpful for management of postpartum fatigue in parturient women in the late period.
