One of the most important aspects to succeed in character industry is to develop a character that it can sensibly satisfy customers. For this, sensibility evaluation has to be carried character design have to be analyzed, firstly. In this study, sensibility evaluation using multi-variate analysis was performed for some humanized characters. From the factor analysis, sensibility factors were extracted and sensibility characteristics for characters were analyzed by those factors. Preference for those characters was evaluated and was analyzed in relation to those sensibility characteristics. Finally, a direction of character design was proposed from those results.

In this paper, we describe the nonlinear character for a friction control. The nonlinear character of friction control is inherent in mechanical system, which has gained more and more interest. The modeling and compensation of nonlinear friction are difficult tasks for precise motion control. This paper is performance evaluation of nonlinearities and mechanical compliance exists together with friction control system.

본 연구는 창의융합인재 선발을 위한 인성교육 및 인성평가의 요소를 탐색하기 위해 예비대학생을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 초중등 교육과정에서 타인배려, 대인관계능력, 정직성 관련 인성교육 프로그램이 가장 높은 빈도로 운영되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 인성교육 프로그램 효과 및 중요도에 대해 대인관계능력, 타인배려, 성실성 순으로 프로그램 효과가 높으며 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 인식의 차이를 비교한 결과, 대학생을 대상으로 하는 인성교육의 필요성과 대입 전형에서 인성이 평가요소로 반영될 필요성에 대한 인식에서는 성별에 따른 차이가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 중 고등학교의 인성 교육과정과 대학 입학전형 제도 개선을 위한 정책 제언을 제시하였다.

이 연구는 협력적 문제해결 중심 교수모델(CoProC)에 기반한 화학 수업을 고등학교 3학년 86명에게 적용하고 이에 따른 인성역량 변화를 인성역량 검사, 논의과정 분석, 반성 글쓰기 분석으로 알아보았으며, 평가 결과 간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 세 평가 간 상관관계는 낮았으나 모두 인성역량 평균 점수가 향상되었고 세부 인성역량 요소에서는 차이가 나타났다. 인성역량 검사는 자기평가로써 학생들이 학습의 주인의식을 갖고 참여하도록 하였고, 논의과정 분석은 과정평가로써 학생의 말과 행동으로 나타나는 인성역량을 평가하기에 적합한 평가 방법으로 나타났으며, 반성 글쓰기 분석은 학생이 학습 전 과정을 되돌아보면서 행동으로 나타나기 어려운 인성역량을 분석할 수 있다는 장점을 보였다. 따라서 세 인성역량 평가 방법이 상호 보완적으로 함께 실시되면 학생들의 인성역량에 대한 세부적이고 종합적인 정보를 얻을 수 있다고 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 국내의 대표적인 상용인식기들의 성능을 평가하기 위한 평가 방법과 평가 기준을 제안한다. 제안한 평가 기준으로 상용화된 오프라인 문자인식기들과 실험실 인식기를 비교해본 후 각각의 특성을 분석해 보았다. 인식에 필요한 대상 문서는 400 DPI로 스캔한 1000여개의 문서영상과 수작업으로 작성한 원문이 존재하는 KT 테스트 컬렉션을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 인식기의 성능을 평가하기 위해 문자단위 인식률 측정 방법을 제안하였다. 비교를 위한 문서의 유형을 제안하여, 단일 특성을 가지는 문서, 복합 특성을 가지는 문서 등으로 비교·분석하였다.

To examine the psychological characteristics and work ethics of Hanwoo managers, we selected 26 of the 50 managers who took part in this study to avoid unreliable response and non-description from the questionnaire. The core results of this study were the following: First, cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability with highest domain in this study were obtained from character strengths (.938), followed by job satisfaction (.841), internal evaluation (.799), and external evaluation (.739). Second, for perception and attitude of Hanwoo management, the correlation between job satisfaction and internal evaluation (P<0.05) was observed. Management satisfaction showed higher for intermediate group and subgroup and lower satisfaction for the top group. Third, there were statistical differences (P<0.05) in ten character strengths (curiosity, judgment, creativity, social intelligence, wisdom, honesty, optimism, responsibility, humor, and passion) according to group satisfaction. Ten character strengths were lower in creativity (7.14) and higher in responsibility (8.57) in comparison with other items for the top group. In conclusion, these results suggest that character strengths are beneficial to improve Hanwoo management on psychological characteristics and work ethics of managers.

본 논문에서는 입력의 자동화 및 교육을 위한 문자 익히기 시스템을 위하여 자소의 특징 추출과 유사도 함수를 정의하여 한글에 대한 미적평가를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 한글 문자의 자소에 대한 특징 추출 및 유사도 함수를 정의 한 후 표준 문자와 입력 문자가 얼마나 유사한지를 평가하는 방법을 제안하였다. 표준 문자와 입력 문자의 획에 대한 특징 추출 및 유사도 함수를 정의하였으며, 다양한 입력 문자 패턴에 대해 표준 문자 패턴과 얼마나 유사한지를 실험한 결과 예상한 값과 유사하게 일치하는 실험 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 일반 사람들의 미적 평가 결과와 제안한 방법의 실험 결과가 유사하게 일치한다는 결과도 얻을 수 있었다.

Diverse characters have been recently used in fashion products for children. The degree to which parents accept children's opinions or attitudes when they engage in dialogue may be connected with consumer socialization and affect the criteria for the evaluation of character fashion products. This study examined the effects of mothers' childrearing attitudes on consumer socialization and the evaluation criteria for character fashion products for children. A questionnaire was conducted via the Internet on 310 mothers with children aged between four and twelve. The results of the study showed: First, childrearing attitudes were divided into four dimensions: hostility, autonomy, acceptance, and control. Consumer socialization was divided into communication in regards to consumption, consumption control, and the awareness of social relations. The evaluation criteria for character fashion products for children were divided into educational/utilitarian values, emotional values, and social values. Second, mothers were divided into an acceptance group, a moderation group, and a hostility group based on childrearing attitudes. The group with hostile childrearing attitudes had control over their children's consumption and were conscious of others in the process of consumption. The group with accepting childrearing attitudes considered educational/utilitarian values and emotional values when they purchased character fashion products for children. The group with hostile childrearing attitudes considered social values. Third, autonomous childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on communication in regards to consumption. Controlling childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on consumption control and the awareness of social relations. Controlling childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on social/utilitarian and emotional values; however hostile childrearing attitudes had the largest influence on social values.

Vehicle license plate recognition system is not generalized in Malaysia due to the loose character layout rule and the varying number of characters as well as the mixed capital English characters and italic English words. Because the italic English word is hard to segmentation, a separate method is required to recognize in Malaysian license plate. In this paper, we propose a mixed character level and word level English license plate recognition algorithm using deep learning neural networks. The difference of Gaussian method is used to segment character and word by generating a black and white image with emphasized character strokes and separated touching characters. The proposed deep learning neural networks are implemented on the LPR system at the gate of a building in Kuala-Lumpur for the collection of database and the evaluation of algorithm performance. The evaluation results show that the proposed Malaysian English LPR can be used in commercial market with 98.01% accuracy.

Character means a person's nature and the mind and behavior to lead a desirable life personally and socially. Also character can be changed with education and environment. Therefore character education will be possible to do practice through various educational activities and life experiences in school. In other words, we think that students will get person's character required to lead a desirable life personally and socially beyond what they just learn knowledge and skill, enter the higher schools and succeed one's way. This study accepts merits of existing character education policy through subject(mathematics) education and focus on direction for character education through subject(mathematics) education for systematic and synthetic approach for practice of character education. For this, we will see applicability of the plan for character education in the whole subject education, in particular focusing on cases of character education in mathematics subject.
