주거환경 만족도와 주거선택요소 중요도 변화에 관한 연구 - 서울지역 거주자를 중심으로 - (Study on the change in the Satisfaction Degree on the Residential Environment and the change in the Selection Tendency of the Residential Property - Targeting Seoul Residences -)

  • Recently, Seoul residential real estate market showed a big change, especially in 2007. The residential property price in Seoul had been mainly affected by 5 provideces: Kangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, Songpa-gu, Gangdong-gu and Yangchun-gu, but these providences started to show the decrease in price while the other providences ironically showed the opposite direction. Therefore, this project was derived from this phenomenon recognition and the necessity as the new market trend requires. The pre-research was carried out with the point of social-population academic view, but this project provides the analysis on the new market trend by simplifying the complex valuation indexes, originated from the pre-research. In result, the aspects of the change could be categorized into time-manner classification and territorial-manner classification, in cope with the change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. Based on the the moving-preferred area criteria, the territorial classification was categorized into 3 areas: 5 providences, which showed the initial decrease in real estate price (area 1), the other Kangnam area (area 2), and Kangbuk area (area 3). The result illustrated the reasonable change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. This project was able to reach the following conclusion : Firstly, the housing development planning should be devised by the residential environment, including the view and the natural environment, not by the area. Secondly, the housing development planning in the other Kangnam area (area 2) and Kangbuk area (area 3) should embrace the business function, not the housing development only. Last, the housing development planning in Kangbuk area (area 3) should be able to enhance education and culture function and be connected by various transportation system. This project analyzes the change in the satisfaction degree on the residential environment and the selection tendency of the residential property. Thereafter, this project has the purpose of providing the aid in understanding of the basis of housing development information.

바람통로 예측모델링을 통한 바람통로 계획전략 - 성남판교 신도시 개발지구를 중심으로 - (Air Corridor Planning Strategy based on the Wind Field and Air Corridor Simulation - A Case Study of Pan-Gyo New Town Development Area -)

  • This paper presents the air corridor planning strategy based on simulation with MUKLMO_3 (Micro-scale Urban Climate Model) to investigate the wind field and air corridor caused by the land-use change of the New Town Development Area in Pan-Gyo. In the first part, the most frequently observed wind field in the New Town Development Area was measured and used as an initial value to simulate a more realistic wind field and air corridor. Several experiments with different initial values of wind fields were carried out to investigate the wind field change affected by the New Town Development. The results show the features of the wind field of the neutral stability condition in the urban canopy layer with a high resolution near the ground. The wind speed is weakened at this level due to the New Town Development. It was found that the wind field and air corridor are influenced by the land-use change. After the development of the New Town, the speed of the wind field decreased and the main wind directions and air corridor changed. In this study, this model is found to be a useful tool for evaluating air corridor and change of wind field in speed and direction.

  • This paper proposes a change process model for organization development in health care organizations and provide an OD case exemplar of nursing service unit at Virtual Hospital. This case exemplar was written in a narrative form rather than in an argumentative form as an embodiment of organization development process as is viewed from the cultural/interpretive perspective rather than from the technical/rational one. This case exemplar illustrates the change process which consists of four interrelated components: change intervention, organizational target variables, individual organizational member, and organizational outcomes. It also demonstrates the applicability of the narrative rationality which involves narrative probability and narrative fidelity to the story where the learning organization, shared governance, and empowerment are fully emplotted and enlivened. The implications for organization development in health care organizations are discussed.

기후변화 시나리오에 따른 미래 참다래 궤양병 피해 예측 (Impact of Climate Change on Yield Loss Caused by Bacterial Canker on Kiwifruit in Korea)

  • RCP4.5와 RCP8.5 미래 기후 변화 시나리오자료와 참다래 궤양병 피해 예측 모형인 D-PSA-K, 미래 참다래 재배적지 지도를 활용하여 궤양병의 미래 피해를 예측하고 참다래 궤양병의 발생 변화의 경향성을 찾아 보았다. 병원 세균에 의한 감염이 충분히 있다는 가정 아래에서 RCP4.5와 RCP8.5 시나리오의 2020년대와 2050년대에서 궤양병의 최대이병주율은 제주도와 남해안 일부 지역을 제외한 대부분의 지역에서 75% 이상으로 나타날 것으로 예측되었다. 두 시나리오들 모두에서 월동기 저온 환경이 없다는 가정 아래에서의 참다래 궤양병에 의한 가지 피해량은 거의 모든 재배가능지에서 증가될 것으로 예측된 반면에 월동기 저온에 의한 가지 피해량 증가율은 거의 모든 재배가능지에서 감소할 것으로 예측되었다. 지역 및 시나리오별로 궤양병 피해의 증가 및 감소의 경향은 다르게 나타날 것으로 예측되었다. RCP4.5 시나리오에서 2050년대에 2020년대에 비하여 10% 이상 최대 이병주율의 증가가 일어날 것으로 예측된 참다래 재배 가능지는 전체 재배 가능지의 3.14%, RCP8.5 시나리오에서는 25.41%였다.

다환방향족탄화수소 (PAHs) 에 노출된 굴, Crassostrea gigas의 생리 반응 변화 (The change of the physiological response of the Crassostrea gigas exposed to PAHs)

  • PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons: PAHs) is the hydrophobic inorganic material composed of carbon and hydrogen that is easily adsorbed biological organisms in the ocean. Bivalves is the indicator of environment monitoring because of reflect growth, physiological response of bivalve followed their habitat environment. The aim of research is understand the change of oysters (Crassostrea gigas) physiological response under exposed PAHs concentration for control, 1, 10 and $100{\mu}g/L$. We investigated induced immune change response for oyster hemocyte and effect of tissue RNA/DNA ratio for mantle, gill and adductor muscle individually. As a result of experiment change of immune response the oyster hemocyte when exposed PAHs showed that viability and adhesion is no significant difference (ANOVA test, p < 0.05). However phagocytosis decreased under the over $10{\mu}g/L$ of PAHs concentration and ROS increased with the increase of PAHs concentration. The change of RNA/DNA ratio is R/D ratio decreased with the increase of PAH concentration in adductor muscle. However gill and mantle showed no change of R/D ratio with PAHs concentration. The oysters when exposed inorganic pollutant that decreased of physiological condition and damaged protein synthesis of adductor muscle.

소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인에서 체계적인 요구사항 변경 관리 방법 (An Approach to Managing Requirements Change Systematically in Software Product Lines)

  • 현재 소프트웨어 개발 공정이 복잡해짐에 따라 개발하는 소프트웨어의 요구사항 역시 복잡해지고 있으며 요구사항 관리에 많은 노력이 소요되고 있다. 그러나 소프트웨어의 요구사항을 처음부터 모두 정의하는 것은 사실상 불가능하며, 개발이 진행되면서 환경은 변하기 마련이다. 또한 요구사항 변경은 개발보다 많은 비용이 소요되므로 체계적인 변경 관리를 통해 변경에 민첩하게 대응하고 관리되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인에서 요구사항 변경 관리 프로세스를 기반으로 체계적인 요구사항 변경 관리 방법을 제시한다. 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인(software product lines)에서 어플리케이션의 요구사항은 도메인 요구사항과 밀접하게 관련되어 있으므로 어플리케이션 공학(application engineering) 단계에서 요구사항 변경이 발생했을 경우 도메인 공학(domain engineering) 단계를 이용하여 변경을 분석하고 관리하는 방법을 제시한다. 이러한 일관된 변경 관리를 통해 변경 범위를 분석하고, 변경 대처방안을 제시함으로써 변경 처리 결정을 내리는데 도움을 주며 한번 요청된 변경이 완벽하게 처리되도록 도와주어 같은 변경의 반복 요청을 막을 수 있기 때문에 잠재된 변경 비용을 절약할 수 있다.

  • The change of water level at Mokpo Harbour and its adjacent coastal area due to the construction of the Youngsan Estuary Barrage and the Third Land Reclamation Work of estuary barren had been roughly expected. Periodical floods, which occur 2 times per month, are also being observed at the low lying commercial areas near the Mokpo Old Harbor. Although it is said that the highest tidal current component among the tidal current records at the approaching channel to Mokpo Harbor is reduced to 6 kts, because of the esturary barrage, they do not give any precise statement or a deep analysis for the flooding and periodical water level change under certain environmental conditions. Moreover, they never tried the analysis of development plan considering the natural disaster such as typhoon or other extreme conditions. Thus, it is necessary to collect and analyze the data related to floodings, harbor oscillations, currents, and water quality , etc. because of the development considering the extreme condition. 토지피복도 변화에 따른 제주도 주요 상시하천의 유출변화 분석 (Analysis of impact of land cover change on runoff through several Streams in Jeju Island, Korea)

  • Since Jeju island has depended a water resource on the underground water because of a poor development of the surface flow, Jeju island is in need of the surface resource development to prevent the future shortage of the underground water due to excessive development and use of it. The study shows that the SWAT model(continuous rainfall-runoff model) is applied to estimate the outflow in the drainage watershed area, where it has been urbanized through the change of the land, such as a tourism development, cultivation, housing, and impervious layer road development. Near watershed area in Jeju island, weather and topographical SWAT input data were collected, and compared the outflow change of past and present.

ACI 318-19 변경에 따른 확대머리철근 정착설계의 영향분석 (Study on the Effect on the Development Design of Headed Deformed Bars by change of ACI 318-19)

  • In ACI 318-19 published recently, the conditions and development length equation to use the headed deformed bars were changed considerably. Although the use of the larger-diameter(No.14 and 18) headed deformed bars isn't yet permitted, the use of the high strength(80,000psi) headed deformed bars is permitted and the effect of bar-diameter($d_b$) on the development length is increased considerably. Therefore, structures using larger-diameter headed deformed bars will be expected to be affected by this code change. We will study the effect of the code change on the development design and find out the design optimization method to minimize the effect of the changed conditions and development length equation.

농촌지역 개발정책의 변천과정과 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change Process and Characteristics of the Development Policy for Rural Areas)

  • The government has made a great effort for the development of rural area. The aim of this study is to analyze the change process and characteristics of the government's rural area development policies implemented so far and present an aid as adequate material to the direction of development policy for rural areas. The rural area development policy had been focused on maintenance of physical infrastructure facilities in the rural areas, pursuing urban convenience led by the government from the 1950s to 1990s. The policy has changed to local residents-led rural area development from the late 1990s to present time. The basic direction of the policy turned into making much of environment-friendliness and promotion of regional activation. The policy was transformed to recognize our rural area and also perceive it pastoral and resting space. In addition, green tourism has emerged as an important theme since 2000. In the rural area development policy, it is the most important to connect it with various development projects, select target areas from the long-term perspective and pursue efficiency through intensified investment of financial resources.
