Engineering changes are indispensable engineering and management activities for manufactures to develop competitive products and to maintain consistency of its product data. Analysis of engineering changes provides a core functionality to support decision makings for engineering change management. This study aims to develop a method for analysis of engineering changes based on On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP), a proven database analysis technology that has been applied to various business areas. This approach automates data processing for engineering change analysis from product databases that follow an international standard for product data management (PDM), and enables analysts to analyze various aspects of engineering changes with its OLAP operations. The study consists of modeling a standard PDM database and a multidimensional data model for engineering change analysis, implementing the standard and multidimensional models with PDM and data cube systems and applying the implemented data cube to core functions of engineering change management, the evaluation and propagation of engineering changes.

This study was performed to investigate the toxic effect of pyrrolizidine alkaloids from symphytum officinale i n rat. For this experiment, 120 male and female rats of Sprague-Dawley strain were used. The experimental groups were divided into five: Group CM and CF served as normal control with its gender. Group EM1 and EF1 were fed a 1% Symphytum officinal extract diet for 8 weeks. Group EM2 and EF2 fed a diet containing 2% extract diet. 4% extract diet into group EM3 and EF3 and 8% extract diet into group EM4 and EF4 were given. The results were as follows: 1. The major alkaloids of Symphytum officinale extract were symphytine, echmidine, and lasiocarpine. The amounts of total alkaloid were 168 $\mu\textrm{g}$ PAs/$m\ell$ extract. And contents of Pas in leaves were 0.05% wt.. 2. Total serum bilirubin concentrations increased significantly in group EM2, EM3, and EM4. Group EF1, EF2, EF3, and EF4 showed statistical significance for the group CF (p<0.05). 3. Aspartate transaminase activities were increased significantly in group EM3 and EM4 (p<0.05). Aspartate transaminase activities of EF1, EF2, EF3, and EF4 showed statistical significance for the group CF (p<0.05). 4. Alanine transaminase activities increased significantly in group EM3, EM4 (p<0.05). Alanine transaminase activities of EF1, EF2, EF3, and EF4 showed statistical significance for the group CF (p<0.05). 5. Alkaline phosphatase activities increased significantly in group EM2, EM3, and EM4 (p<0.05). Alkaline phosphatase activities of EF1, FE@, EF3, and EF4 showed statistical sigmificance for the group CF (p<0.05). 6. istopathological analysis of liver specimens from group EM3 and EM4 showed focal necrosis, periportal necrosis and apoptpsis. Hepatocytes obtained from group EM2 showed fatty change and hydropic degeneration in group EM3 and EM4. Chromatolysis and chromatin margination was shown in group EF2 and EF3. With the above results, it was demonstrated that the Symphytum officinal extract could induce functional change of liver, and histopathological change of liver in rats fed a diet containing extract. In conclusion, because of the risk of intoxication or adverse effect, the composition, dosage and mode of administration of herbal products should be monitored strictly. And this study serves as a reminder that herbal as well as orthodox medications may have serious side effects.

본 연구는 문화예술 분야의 공공 공연장 CEO의 리더 스타일이 품질경영 활동과 경영 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 보고로 리더 스타일에 따른 영향력의 차이를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 165개의 전국 공공 공연장의 최고경영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 98개의 유효 응답에 대한 설문 분석을 실시하여 가설을 검정하였다. 검정 결과 첫째, 과업 지향형 변화 지향형 리더 스타일이 품질경영 활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 관계 지향형 리더 스타일은 품질경영 활동에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 공공 공연장 CEO의 품질경영 활동은 공연장의 경영 성과인 재무성과와 시장성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 과업 지향형과 변화 지향형 리더 스타일은 경영 성과에 영향을 미치지만, 품질 경영 활동을 통한 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 관계 지향형 리더 스타일은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 결과는 공공 공연장 CEO의 리더 스타일이 과업 지향형일 경우와 변화지향형일 경우에만 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미침을 의미하는 것으로, 공공 공연장 CEO들은 이와 같은 결과를 참고하여 리더십을 발휘해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 또한 품질경영 활동은 경영 성과에 많은 영향을 미치므로 지속적인 품질경영 활동에 노력을 기울여야 한다는 점도 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 전국의 공공 공연장 CEO를 직접적 연구 대상으로 한 점과 리더 스타일에 따른 영향력 차이를 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

본 논문에서는 타블렛 컴퓨터를 활용한 모바일 학습에 대한 학습자의 인식을 조사 분석한 결과를 제시하였다. 학습자의 인식을 학습 효과 측면, 태도 변화 측면, 학습 활동 측면, 컴퓨터 활용 측면으로 나눠 분석하였다. 학습자들은 대체적으로 타블렛 컴퓨터가 학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 응답하였고 태도 변화에 있어서도 동기 향상이 이루어진 것으로 응답하였다. 학습 활동 측면에서는 학습자들은 타블렛 컴퓨터를 주로 퀴즈나 시험 등 평가나 소집단 활동에 적극적으로 활용하였다. 컴퓨터 활용 측면에서는 학습자들은 타블렛 컴퓨터를 주로 노트 필기나 숙제 제출에 활용하였다.

The change of catechol-O-methyltransferase (COMT) activity during regeneration of rat liver was studied. Cytosolic, mitochondrial and microsomal COMTs activities were estimated in regenerating rat livers over a period of ten days after $70\%$ (median and left lateral lobes) partial hepatectomy. The values of Km and Vmax in the hepatic enzymes were also measured. The activities of cytosolic and microsomal COMTs in regenerating rat liver after partial hepatectomy were found to be significantly increased between the second and the third day. Whereas the mitochondrial COMT activity did not change. The Vmax values of the cytosolic and microsomal COMTs in the regenerating rat liver were significantly increased at the second day after partial hepatectomy, however, the Km values of the above hepatic enzymes did not vary in all the experimental groups. Therefore, the results suggest that the biosynthesis of COMT was increased during the regeneration of rat liver.

This paper examines how costume, as a means of communication, acts on an individual a society, and a nation by analyzing especially the costume-wearing activities of Gandhi, an Indian national leader, in the nineteenth-century India colonized by Britain. The results are as follows. 1. Change of costume in Gandhi's case corresponds with mental change. 2. Gandhi's costume-wearing activities show his social status. 3. Gandhi's costume acts as a means of communication ; it manipulates and rules social events, transforming social -political identities. Thus, costume has a close relation to man's life. And it is an important means of communication influencing man and man's environments.

Recent satellite data have revealed a correlation between the Sun’s activities and the Earth’s atmosphere . Many scientists have been conjectured a more direct connections between solar variability and the Earth’s atmosphere from satellite data analysis. During solar storms, more energetic particles reach the Earth’s atmosphere and this phenomenon have effects on the Earth’s atmospheric environment. Consequently, scientists suggest that these variations will affect a global climate change. In this study, we investigate the confirmative research results of atmospheric effects due to solar activities, especially solar storms.

The present study explored whether the implementation of focused activities (intervention programme) can enhance 22 pre-service mathematics teachers' proficiency in solid geometry thinking level as well as change for the better their feelings in this discipline. Over a period of 6 weeks the pre-service teachers participated in activities and diversified experiences with 3D shapes, using illustration aids and actual experience of building 3D shapes in relation to the various spatial thinking levels. The research objectives were to investigate whether the intervention programme, comprising task-oriented activities of solid geometry, enhance mathematics pre-service teachers' mastery of their geometric thinking levels as well as examine their feelings towards this discipline before and after the intervention programme. The findings illustrate that learners' levels of geometric thinking can be promoted, entailing control on higher thinking levels as well as a more positive attitude towards this field.

This study is to analyze the local community-connected Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) programs that 17 clubs' students and teachers developed and implemented for their ESD club activities in elementary and middle schools. For this study, ESD elements in the programs are analyzed and the way of connection between the local communities' organizations and the ESD clubs is inquired. The process of ESD club activities is also analyzed and the change of students after the local community-connected ESD club activities is examined. Finally, the way of dissemination to local communities after ESD club activities is inquired. This study is to contribute to the practice of the local community-connected ESD in a way that develops core competencies in elementary and middle school students that will allow them to build a sustainable future in local communities.

The effects of intravenous administration of high concentration of taurocholic acid (TCA) on cathepsin B and D, and acid phosphatase activities in rat liver lysosome were studied. These liver lysosomal enzymes were determined from the experimental rats with choledocho-caval shunt (CCS). The activities of liver lysosomal cathepsin B and D, and acid phosphatase were found to be significantly increased in the CCS plus TCA injection group than in control group, such as group of CCS alone group. However, these hepatic enzyme activities did not change in the CCS plus tauroursodeoxycholic acid injection group. The above results suggest that TCA stimulates the biosynthesis of the lysosomal cathepsin B and D, and acid phosphatase in the liver.
