NiPt/Co/TiN을 이용한 Ni Germanosilicide 의 열안정성 향상 및 Ge 비율 (x) 에 따른 특성 분석 (Thermal Stability Improvement or Ni Germanosilicide Using NiPt/Co/TiN and the Effect of Ge Fraction (x) in $Si_{l-x}Ge_x$)

  • In this study, highly thermal stable Ni Germanosilicide has been utilized using NiPt alloy and novel NiPt/Co/TiN tri-layer. And, the Ni Germanosilicide Properties were characterized according to different Ge ratio (x) in $Si_{l-x}Ge_x$ for the next generation CMOS application. The sheet resistance of Ni Germanosilicide utilizing pure-Ni increased dramatically after the post-silicidation annealing at $600^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. Moreover, more degradation was found as the Ge fraction increases. However, using the proposed NiPt/Co/TiN tri-layer, low temperature silicidation and wide range of RTP process window were achieved as well as the improvement of the thermal stability according to different Ge fractions by the subsequent Co and TiN capping layer above NiPt on the $Si_{l-x}Ge_x$. Therefore, highly thermal immune Ni Germanosilicide up to $600^{\circ}C$ for 30 min is utilized using the NiPt/Co/TiN tri-layer promising for future SiGe based ULSI technology.

  • In this paper, the formation and thermal stability of Ni-silicide using Ni-Pd alloys is studied for ultra shallow S/D junction of nano-scale CMOSFETs. There are no different effects when Ni-Pd is used in single structure and TiN capping structure. But, in case of Cobalt interlayer structure, it was found that Pure Ni had lower sheet resistance than Ni-Pd, because of a thick silicide. Also, Ni-Pd has merits that surface of silicide and interface between silicide and silicon have a good morphology characteristics. As a result, Ni-Pd is an optimal candidate for shallow S/D junction when cobalt is used for thermal stability.

  • 콩나물을 온도별로 길러 생장과정별 단백질조성을 7.5% polyacryl amide gel 전기영동법으로 조사하고 조제표품단백질의 그것으로 동정하였다. 원료대두(大豆)에서는 주(主) band 5개(a,b,c,d 및 p)와 미소 band 10개가 나타났고 4일자자엽(日字子葉)에서는 8개의 주(主) band와 (o band포함)와 11개 미소 band로 최고 band수(數)를 보였다. 배축(胚軸)에서는 자엽(子葉)에서 발견(發見)되는 band들이 모두 나타났으나 분리(分離)가 선명치 못하였다. 생육이 경과함에 따라 자엽(子葉)에서는 a band가 먼저, b,c,d band가 다음으로 감소해 갔으며 미소 band o+p는 6일(日)까지 증가하다 그후 감소하였다. 배축(胚軸)에서는 모든 band가 계속 증가하였는데 미소 band와 b+c+d가 증가속도가 컸다. a band는 7S, b+c+d는 11S, o+p는 2S globulin으로 동정되었다. 생육온도가 높아짐에 따라 자엽(子葉)에서의 감소와 배축(胚軸)에서의 증가속도가 빨라졌으며 7S보다 11S가 촉진되었다.

  • Objective : In order to investigate anti-inflammatory effect of Alum objectively which is traditional remedy applicated by external preparation frequently, especially in Rhinologic field. Materials and Method : We studied the histopathologic and hematologic features, serum transaminase activities in the experimentally induced maxillary sinusitis in rabbits. 9 rabbits was divided into normal, control anti sample group(each 3 rabbits). We inoculated $10^{10}$ P. aeruginosa for experimental maxillary sinusitis to control group and sample group. Sample group was treated with aim solution(l0g/100cc) lcc via both nasal cavity (each 0.5cc) after 24hrs everyday for 14days. Results and Conclusion : 1. We confirmed that maxillary sinusitis was well induced by P. aeruginosa without occlusion of maxillary ostium. 2. There was no abnormal findings in serum transaminase(AST/ALT) activities even though application of Alum solution on nasal mucosa for 14days continuously. 3. Alum has evident anti-inflammatory effect of recovering mucosal surface injury, reduction of goblet cell, lymphocyte infiltration, edema and expansion of glandular tissue, dilatation and congestion of blood vessels and so on. 4. Alum has the effect that recover glandular tissue injury and decrease goblet cell increase by the result of dermal PAS staining increase and epidermal AB staining decrease in the qualitative analysis of epidermal and dermal mucopolysaccharide

알러지성 비염 병태 모델에 대한 방풍통성산(防風通聖散)의 항알러지 효과 (The Effect of Bangpungtongsung-San on Model of Allergic Rhinitis)

  • Background and Objective : Allergic rhinitis is a IgE-mediated hypersensitive reaction at nasal mucosa. In oriental medicine, Bangpungtongsung-San is clinically widely used for the treatment of the allergic rhinitis. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of Bangpungtongsung-San on allergic rhinitis experimentally. Material and Methods : BALB/c mouse were divided into there groups: intact, control, experimental groups. Control and experimental group were induced allergic rhinitis by Ovalbumin as· the method of Levin and Vaz. Experimental group was orally administered the Bangpungtongsung-San for 28days. Total IgE, Interleukin-4, Interleukin-5 and $Interferon-{\gamma}$ were measured at three groups. The statistical significance was examined by Independent Samples T test. Results : 1. The experimental group shows increase of $IFN-{\gamma}$ by 17% compared with control group but there was no statistical significance. 2. The experimental group shows increase of IL-4 and IL-5 compared with control group but there was no statistical significance. 3. The experimental group shows increase of Total IgE and diminution of OVA-specific IgE by 32% compared with control group but there was no statistical significance. Conclusion : The effect of Bangpungtongsung-San on allergic rhinitis is not immunological but seems to be anti-imflammatory and anti-stress effect.

수동급기 직접 메탄올 연료전지의 동적 모델 (Dynamic Model of a Passive Air-Breathing Direct Methanol Fuel Cell)

  • The transient behavior of a passive air breathing direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) operated on vapor-feeding mode is studied in this paper. It generally takes 30 minutes after starting for the cell response to come to its steady-state and the response is sometimes unstable. A mathematical dynamic one-dimensional model for simulating transient response of the DMFC is presented. In this model a DMFC is decomposed into its subsystems using lumped model and divided into five layers, namely the anodic diffusion layer, the anodic catalyst layer, the proton exchange membrane (PEM), the cathodic catalyst layer and the cathodic diffusion layer. All layers are considered to have finite thickness, and within every one of them a set of differential-algebraic governing equations are given to represent multi-components mass balance, such as methanol, water, oxygen and carbon dioxide, charge balance, the electrochemical reaction and mass transport phenomena. A one-dimensional, isothermal and mass transport model is developed that captures the coupling between water generation and transport, oxygen consumption and natural convection. The single cell is supplied by pure methanol vapor from a methanol reservoir at the anode, and the oxygen is supplied via natural air-breathing at the cathode. The water is not supplied from external source because the cell uses the water created at the cathode using water back diffusion through nafion membrane. As a result of simulation strong effects of water transport were found out. The model analysis provides several conclusions. The performance drop after peak point is caused by insufficiency of water at the anode. The excess water at the cathode makes performance recovery impossible. The undesired crossover of the reactant methanol through the PEM causes overpotential at the cathode and limits the feeding methanol concentration.

태반이 피부장벽에 미치는 영향 (The effects of the Hominis placenta on skin barrier)

  • Objectives : This experimental study was performed to investigate the effects of the Hominis placenta extracts on skin barrier. Methods : Male hairless mice, average weight 20g, were divided into two groups, intact and treatment group(paired, n=15). Intact group was not applied YB-301(an ointment including Hominis placenta). Treatment group was applied YB-301(an ointment including Hominis placenta) two times a day for 8 days. We observed skin melanin, skin erythema, skin pH, skin humidity, transepidermal water loss. Statistical analysis was performed by using paired sample T-test. Statistical significance was achieved if the probability was less than 5%(p<0.05) or 1%(p <0.01) Results : 1. YB-301(an ointment including Hominis placenta) showed statistically significant effect on skin melamin, skin pH, skin humidity(p<0.05). 2. YB-301(an ointment including Hominis placenta) showed statistically significant inhibitory effect on transepidermal water loss(p<0.01). 3. YB-301(an ointment including Hominis placenta) showed statistically no significant effect on skin erythema(p<0.05). conclusions : YB-301(an ointment including Hominis placenta) was effective m skin melanin, skin pH, skin humidity, transepidermal water loss in our study, so we suggest that Hominis placenta can be used as a ointment ingredient for strengthening the function of skin barrier.

  • There is no any reports on nation-wide nutrition survey since 1947 in Korea, During the period only the small scaled nutrition surveys have been reported by several investigators. Authors, under the financial support from the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, Republic of Korea, had conducted a nation-wide nutrition survey, including dietary, clinical, and socio-economical aspects, during the period from 29th of July to 15th of August, 1969. Number of households surveyed and population distribution are shown in Table II-2 and age and sex distribution of the population surveyed are also in Table II-3 in this report. Average food and nutrient intakes are shown in Tables II-6, II-7 and II-8 respectively. For the detailed discussions on food and nutrient intakes, see the Tables II-9 through II-11 and Figures II-1 through II-10 in this report. Anthropometric data are shown in Tables III-1 through III-4 and in Figures III-1 through III-4. Data of deficiency diseases are shown in Table III-5 and in Figure III-5 in this report.   • This report describes the full-length sequences of 2HBV clones from a hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patient, one with preC mutation (1896A) and the other without preC mutation. The high level of discrepancy in mutation frequency between these 2 strains was observed in the Core (C) region among 4 ORFs. These data support previous results that Korean HBV strains, belonging to genotype C2, are prone to mutations. It is possible that the mutations (BCP and preC mutations) associated with the HBeAg defective production might contribute to the diversity of mutations related to HBV persistence, playing an important role in hepatocarcinogenesis in this patient.

  • 대두(大豆)와 대두(大豆)의 발아과정별(發芽過程別) 수추출단백질(水抽出蛋白質)을 Sephadex G-200에 의해서 gel fietration 으로 분획(分劃)한 결과 자엽부(子葉部)에서는 5 개의 분획 (A, B, C, D 및 E) 이 얻어졌고 표품(標品)의 gel filtration과 disc gel electrophoresis 로서 그중(中) A분획이 혼탁물질, B가 11S, C가 7 S, D가 2S로 동정(同定)되었으며 E는 전기영동상에 1 peak를 보였다. 발아(發芽)에 따른 이들 분획(分劃) 변화(變化)는 자명부(子蓂部)에서는 7 S가 먼저 감소되고 2 S가 그 다음이며 11S가 맨나중에 감소되었다. A분획(分劃)은 6 일까지 증가되다가 감소를 보이고 E분획(分劃)은 계속 증가추세를 보이었다. 배축(胚軸)에서는 단지 2 개의 분획(分劃)이 나타났고 그 하나는 B+C(11S+ 7S)의 혼합물이었고 다른 하나는 E분획(分劃)이었다. 발아(發芽)에 따라서 11S+ 7 S 분획(分劃)은 큰 변화(變化)가 없었고 E 분획(分劃)은 약간의 증가를 보였다.
