The inclusion of software and wireless communication devices in vehicles has raised concerns regarding automobile security. In its response, UNECE WP.29 implemented the first-ever international standard for automotive cyber security in June 2020. Yet, the existing disparity between national standards for automotive certification systems and 「UN Regulation No. 155」 has caused confusion among auto makers. This discrepancy not only jeopardizes the security of domestic vehicles but also poses challenges to the seamless import and export of automobiles. Hence, there is a need to enhance the automotive cyber security certification system; however, there is a dearth of scholarly discourse on this topic. Consequently, this study presents a proposal for enhancing the domestic automotive cyber security certification system. In view of this, existing legal frameworks such as the 「Motor Vehicle Management Act」 and the 「Self-Driving Vehicle Act」 were reviewed, along with domestic and international automotive certification systems. The recommendations for improvement, derived from the findings, encompass institutional, legal, and operational aspects. This study is highly significant as it examines both domestic and international automotive certification systems in an area where there is a lack of academic discussion.

Recently, the Korean government has been trying to conserve the genetic resources of native chicken. Although the production aspect is important, consumers should also value the native chicken in order for this market to grow. As certification systems are used to inform consumers about the value of a product, this study aims to investigate certification systems for chicken in France. Two regions were selected: Alsace and Bresse. We conducted a value-chain analysis of activities related to native chicken in each of these two regions, including hatching, breeding, slaughtering and processing, distributing, and marketing activities. We found that various certification systems were used not only to inform consumers about the value of the native chicken but also to protect biodiversity. Also, geographical indication, one kind of certification system, was utilized to establish higher quality based on the characteristics of each region. Implications pertinent to a domestic certification system for Korean native chickens were suggested.

The aim of this study is to provide a guide for the development of non-formal environmental educator certification system by analyzing certification systems in the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan. The following observations from reviewing environmental educator certification systems in the United States, United Kingdom, and Japan have implications for development of our own system in Korea. First, environmental educator certification systems are generally managed by cooperation of local environmental education organization association and local universities. Second, in many programs, applicants are qualified through processes including taking required curriculum and submitting portfolio or documents for reviewing of qualification. Third, in the United States, the majority of programs adopted curriculum based on ‘Guidelines for the Initial Preparation of Environmental Educator’ by NAAEE, which means the majority of programs have relatively standardized curriculum. Fourth, curriculums consist of basic skills of teaching, communication, leadership as well as contents of environmental education so that the applicants can practice more efficient environmental education when they are certified. Fifth, the certification programs utilize selected organizations' environmental education programs for training of applicants rather than establish their own programs. It contributes to the improvement of programs of organizations that applicants participated.

Deploying new and renewable energy should be encouraged due to scarce of natural resources and to reduce the $CO_2$ emission. Regarding the Green Building Certification System, '2.2.1 new and renewable energy use', and '2.3.1 carbon dioxide emission reductions' are related to new and renewable energy. Applying new and renewable energy can achieve the score in two criteria mentioned above and most of buildings get a perfect score in the green building certification system. So these criteria needs to be revised to have discrimination. In this study, supply rate of new and renewable energy of the buildings that have achieved Green Building Certification by E Green Building Certification Institute was analyzed. The improvement of assessment criteria related to new and renewable energy is proposed and could be applied to the revisions.

As the feasibility of urban air mobility (UAM) service using electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft increases due to aircraft electrification, distributed propulsion, and artificial intelligence technologies, the U.S. and European aeronautical societies have been improving their certification system and regulations for the type certification of eVTOL. The improved certification system is expected to be ready in the near future, after the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) proposed the VTOL Special Condition, SC-VTOL in 2019. However, the current domestic certification system is still insufficient to properly respond to eVTOL. This study investigated the development trends of foreign eVTOL and certification systems, identified considerations to improve the domestic certification system, and proposed the measures for type certificates and type certificates validation of eVTOL based on the comparison between SC-VTOL and Korea airworthiness standards (KAS).

Information technical dependence degree is coming to be high from constructive information-oriented field. The size and complexity of constructive information are increasing and consequently, the standard for a construction information resource management becomes important. Currently the certification about construction information standard is being enforced part system and information-oriented level etc. from domestic. So we have a plan which will propel the diffusion strategy for the practical application of constructive information standard with introduction of the certification system about construction information standard. For a certification system preparation, we studied a feature and definition about construction information standard and analyzed domestic and foreign case. From that, we accomplished a classification and an analysis about construction information standard becomes the object of certification. And then, we selected the object of the certification through deriving necessities of certification about each construction information standard and considering the priority at the time of introduction. Finally we suggested an certification institutional operation plan about the object which is selected. Held a consultation meeting about the fact where the professional knowledge or technique is demanded and established secured directivity about authentication institutional operation plan and professionalism.

The Russian government is expanding strategic cooperation with foreign countries, including production partnerships, in order to secure civil aircraft manufacturing technology and advanced materials, with the aim of becoming the world's third-largest civil aircraft producer. In addition, the Russian government supports the development of the aircraft manufacturing industry and reorganizes the aircraft certification organization to pursue systematic aviation safety and make great efforts in international cooperation and certification activities for the export of aviation products. Establishing a cooperative system for safety and certification of civil aircraft between countries requires a process of mutual understanding and trust in the overall certification system. Therefore in this study, we wanted to analyze Russia's aircraft certification organization, law system, certification procedures to help Russia understand its aircraft certification system.

The National Program for Excellence in SW is underway to innovate the software education system and cultivate software professionals with creative convergence thinking in response to the demand for software manpower. This program was started by selecting 8 universities in 2015, and in September 2022, 44 universities are participating. The Wonkwang University's National Program for Excellence in SW, which was selected for this project in 2018, adopted the SW competency certification system to strengthen SW competency and many students actively participated. In this paper, the SW competency certification system program was examined, and lecture evaluation in related subjects and the performance of the certification system were analyzed in detail. Through the analysis results, the performance of the SW competency certification system was identified.

This study aims to analyze the influences of KS certification system on export performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Korea. The analysis may contribute to enhance export competitiveness of Korean SMEs. Based on previous studies for environment-specific and business-specific determinants regarding KS certification system, this study analyzed six factors influencing on export performance of Korean SMEs. For empirical tests, this study used frequency, validity, reliability, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0. The results of analysis could be summarized as follows. Managerial mind had influence on KS certification system, whereas employee's awareness on standard was influential to the same categories. Another business-specific factor, KS certification education & training, affected factors of general standardization of KS certification system. General standardization of KS certification factor had effects on export strategic performance. This empirical study presents following implications for small and medium businesses. First, considering that SME management mind proved to be influencing all variables, the concerned SME CEOs are required to support and encourage intra-standardization of KS certification mind within the company to improve their export performance. Second, to better the export performance, SMEs not only need to support, but also to provide education of KS certification to raise awareness on standardization among the employees. Third, ISO certification as well as intra-business standardized system for FTA-related works are highly encouraged to put into use to improve the quality of products.

This Study aims to present the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market through the assessment of the characteristics of the demands of the domestic SW companies pursuing to acquire GS certification. As the results of the factor analysis of the guidelines for the activation of the domestic GS certification market, (1) strictness of the certification standards, (2) level of satisfaction on the certification services and (3) certification effects were deduced as the specific variables. This study is highly significant in that the fact that the certification market is more effectively activated when the 3 factors, namely, strictness of the certification standards, level of satisfaction on the certification services and certification effects, have been intensively reinforced although there exist countless number of specific variables including certification system, certification cost, certification expertise and certification marketing, etc. in order to activate GS certification market has been statistically verified.
