본 연구는 세계적 수준의 전문대학(WCC) 교수학습센터의 웹서비스 현황을 분석하였다. WCC란 산업체의 요구를 수용할 수 있는 교육여건을 갖추고 성장가능성과 비전을 갖춘 전문대학을 말한다. WCC의 교수학습센터에서 지원하는 웹서비스는 센터소개, 교수지원, 학습지원, 서비스, 특화된 메뉴로 구성되어 있다. 총 21개 대학 중 웹서비스를 제공하고 있는 9대 대학의 메뉴와 대학별 특화된 웹서비스를 분석하였다. 세계적 수준의 전문대학 교수학습센터의 웹서비스를 분석함으로써 전문대학 교수학습센터가 지향하는 교수학습센터 웹서비스의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the Public Practice Center's teaching-learning model by applying blended learning strategies which is complementary to the expected problems such as expansion of the educational object and diversity of the curriculum to maximize the educational effect and to analyze activation types of the Practical Practice Center to expand the Public Practice Center's function and role by studying the document. Blended Learning Strategies are established in consideration of the following eight (8) factors ; learning environment, learning purpose, learning contents, learning time, learning place, learning type, learning media, type of interaction. It is redesigned and amended to the KEDI's individual confirmation instruction model for skill learning (1975) which is considered to be effective in the filed of education by applying features, educational contents of the Public Practice Center's teaching and merit of Blended Learning Strategies simultaneous. This model is composed of six (6) steps as shown below; 1. Understanding on the purpose and orientation 2. Observation for demonstration of fundamental skill 3. Ex on-line learning 4. Acquirement of element skill 5. Confirmation for acquirement of fundamental skill 6. After on-line learning. Further to this, this model is designed so that the above eight factors will be applied to the students effectively and the merit of e-learning and off-line practice will be mixed to the learner's expectation and satisfaction.

국내 전문대학 우수교수학습센터의 홈페이지를 분석하였다. 우수교수학습센터란 한국전문대학교육협의회에서 2010년부터 3년간 선정한 9개의 교수학습센터를 말한다. 대체로 홈페이지의 구성은 센터소개, 교수지원, 학습지원, 이러닝지원, 서비스, 매체지원, 자료실, 커뮤니티 등으로 구성되어있으며, 전문대학 우수교수학습센터 홈페이지의 유사점과 차이점 및 특이점을 홈페이지 메뉴 및 활성화 정도에 따라 확인하고 분석한다. 현재 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있는 전문대학 교수학습센터들의 홈페이지가 가져야 할 기능들과 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

지식정보사회에서는 창의적이고 자주적인 사람을 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 구성주의 교수-학습이 학습자의 자주적 학습능력을 향상시킨다고 보아 자주적 학습을 지원하기 위한 학교도서관의 구성주의적 교수-학습 매체센터로서의 운영방안을 제시하였다. 구성주의를 바탕으로 한 자주적 학습은 학교도서관이 교수-학습 매체센터로 운영될 때 가능하며 다양한 학습자료와 직접적인 상호작용이 클수록 창의적이고 자주적 능력이 향상된다고 판단된다.

인터넷의 급속한 확산과 웹 기반의 학습을 제공하는 시스템이 늘어남에 따라 언제, 어디서나 웹을 이용한 학습이 가능한 환경이 제공되게 되었다. 하지만 활성화된 온라인 교육에서도 면대면 강의의 장점을 완벽하게 수용하기엔 어려움이 있다[1]. 따라서 최근에 LMS(Learning Management System)를 이용한 학습에서 학습자의 학습활동 평가[1,2], 학습자의 개별학습 성향[3], 다양한 콘텐츠 자원 활용[1,4] 등에서 많은 연구와 대안이 도출되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 LMS내에 저작환경을 제공함으로써 기존의 클라이언트에서 단방향으로 이루어졌던 콘텐츠 제작을 서버단에서 제공하여 콘텐츠 제작 시 학습자 학습활동 추적 정보생성과 전달 내용의 성격, 학습자의 성향에 따른 다양한 콘텐츠를 수용 할 수 있는 시스템을 구현하였다.

인터넷을 통한 정보화의 영향으로 교육 방법에도 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 교수자와 학습자간 오프라인으로 이루어졌던 교육이 온라인상에서 이루어지게 되었고, 양질의 원격 교육을 실천하려는 노력 과정에서 LMS(Learning Management System)는 많은 발전을 하게 되었다[3]. 하지만 잘 개발된 LMS 라 할 지라도 온라인 교육에서는 오프라인 교육과 같이 교수자와 학습자의 직접적인 커뮤니케이션을 통한 상호 의견 수렴이 어렵다[4]. 따라서 본 논문에서는 LMS 기능에 확장성과 이식성을 갖는 설문 시스템을 추가 함으로써 교수자와 학습자간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션을 지원하고자 한다. 또한 강의 점검, 교수전략 수립, 연구, 정책수립 및 사업추진을 위한 각종 조사에 활용하고자 한다. 본 논문의 설문 조사 시스템은 오픈 소스로 전국 대학 및 교육기관을 대상으로 무상 배포 중이며 그 활용을 검증 중이다[5].

In this study, specific teaching methods of lecturing and improved discussion methods (combining discussion and problem-based learning) were selected and applied for each major subject and learning content area in the fields of engineering, language, and social sciences. Then, the selected teaching methods were examined to determine the most effective learning contents. Finally, in order to determine the most effective teaching methods, a survey on student satisfaction was analyzed statistically. The results showed that students preferred teaching methods that combine lectures and improved discussion methods to the traditional method of only lectures. Therefore, this research proposes the combined teaching method for each major subject and learning content area.

These days, a lot of information and knowledge is being produced and accumulated constantly, which makes it difficult for a person to get the exact information or knowledge in simple way that he or she wants to get. It is also true in college and university. A lot of data is increasing so fast that a student cannot achieve his or her goal in learning with the text. This means that it is necessary to bring a change in the way of teaching and learning from only simple lectures. So in this treatise, we try to develop the method of the introduction and operation of center for teaching and learning. In order to accomplish the purposes, this research has examined the questionare and domestic colleges and universities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of integrated teaching and learning method using augmented reality for effective promotion of child - friendly attitude and environmental preservation attitude and explored its applicability. For this purpose, based on the augmented reality fairy tale, we designed an experience - oriented integrated teaching and learning method such as reading book, story - telling, drawing, environmental conservation practice activity. The experimental group was divided into two groups: augmented reality reading fairy tales (A) and children's book reading fairy tales (B). First, interest, immersion, and empathy were higher in the application environment of integrated learning teaching method based on Augmented Reality. Second, there was no difference between the two groups in content understanding. Third, in terms of expressiveness, it was verified that various expressions were expressed in the applying environment of the integrated teaching - learning method based on augmented reality through drawing activities. Fourth, in practice activities, more students were practicing in the augmented reality - based integrated teaching - learning method applied environment, and the number of practice activities of individual students was also confirmed. This study suggests that the application of the integrated teaching and learning method can enhance the effect of education when using the smart teaching media using the augmented reality in early childhood education.

교수학습센터는 교수자와 전문성 향상과 초중고에서 대학교 이르기까지 학교 교육의 혁신을 실천하기 위한 중요한 목표를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 초중등에서 설치된 교수학습센터에서 각 대학에서 운영되고 있는 교수학습센터에까지 교수학습센터의 성과를 효과적이고 효율적인 성과평가 모형 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 성과평가모형은 계획영역, 과정영역, 성과영역으로 구분되어있으며 각 영역별로 11가지 형식적 점검요인과 8가지 점검 내용으로 구성하여 개발하였다. 이를 바탕으로 성과평가 활용을 위한 방안을 성과평가지수와 평가실행 방법으로 제안하였다.
