가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Career Education Program with Families on the Career Awareness of Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 가정과 연계한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식 향상에 유의한 효과가 있는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 S초등학교 4학년 2개 반 60명(실험 30명, 통제 30명)을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시한 후 실험집단에 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램을 실시하였다. 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생이 통제집단 학생에 비해 진로인식이 향상되었는지를 살펴보기 위하여 진로인식의 사전 사후검사 점수를 공변인으로 하여 실험집단과 통제집단간 사후검사 점수를 비교하는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식의 하위요소인 자기이해, 직업세계 인식, 진로태도를 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 한 진로탐구 독서 프로그램을 구성하여 참가자들의 진로의식 발달에 미치는 효과를 측정하고자 초등학교 학생 대상 실험집단 12명, 통제집단 12명을 대상으로 사전-사후 검사를 실시하였다. 12회기의 진로탐구 독서 프로그램을 실험집단에 시행한 후 진로발달 검사를 실시하였을 때, 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 진로발달의 아홉 가지 하위 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 효과를 보였다. 또한 실험집단의 만족도 조사와 반응 조사 및 면담 결과, 진로탐구 활동에 대한 성취감을 증가시키고 미래 직업 개념 형성에 긍정적인 영향을 주었음을 발견하였다.

중·고등학생의 진로교육 및 체험이 진로계획 인식에 미치는 차이 (Differences in Career Education and Experience of Middle and High School Students on Career Plan Recognition)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 진로교육과 체험의 경험과 만족도에 의한 진로계획(인생목표, 자기기준, 미래조망)의 인식에 주목하였다. 이를 위해 청소년종합실태조사의 '진로·직업 및 직업관 영역'을 활용하여 만 13세~18세의 청소년 2,998명을 중·고등학생 집단(경험무집단, 경험불만족집단, 경험만족집단)으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 진로계획의 집단별 차이는 대다수 경험만족집단이 경험무집단과 경험불만족집단에 비해 높게 나타나 진로교육 및 체험을 경험하고 만족할수록 인생목표, 자기기준, 미래조망에 대한 확신을 나타냈다. 또한 자기기준과 미래조망의 경우 경험불만족집단에 비해 경험무집단의 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 경험에 만족을 할 경우 중학생 집단의 평균치가 고등학생 집단보다 높게 나타나 질적인 측면에 초점을 둔 진로교육의 필요성을 밝혔다. 마지막으로 결과를 바탕으로 시사점 및 후속연구를 위한 제한점을 논의하였다.

진로집단상담 프로그램이 초등학교 학습부진아동의 진로성숙과 성취동기에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of a Career Group Counseling Program on the Career Maturity and Achievement Motivation of Elementary School Underachievers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a career group counseling program on the career maturity and achievement motivation of elementary school underachievers. This study targeted the fifth grader underachievers. Twenty underachievers, whose pre-test homogeneity in career maturity and achievement motivation was verified, were allocated to an experimental group and a control group by 10 underachievers each. The program was conducted for a total of 12 sessions, twice per week, and each session lasted 80 minutes. For verification of the program effects in this study, MANOVA and ANOVA were carried out for pre- and post-score tests between the groups, and repeated-MANOVA and paired t-test were peformed to look into the changes within a group by using SPSS/WIN(version 12.0) in terms of statistical analyses. The findings in this study are as follows: First, as a result of post test for the experimental and control groups, and difference verification of post and pre-tests within the experimental group, both career maturity and sub-factors of career maturity demonstrated significant differences. Second, as a result of difference verification of the pre- and post-tests within the experimental group, achievement motivation significantly improved, but there was no statistically significant difference in achievement motivation in the post-test of experimental and control groups. However, of the sub-factors of the achievement motivation, self-confidence and Interest in the long-term future significantly improved. Third, we can see that the career group counseling program provided opportunities for the underachievers to search their own character, interest, and aptitude, and broadly encounter the world of occupations. Also, we can infer that the underachieves had active and developmental attitudes towards future dreams and their current efforts. As noted above, the career group counseling program proved that it has a positive effect to the improvement of the elementary school underachievers' career maturity and achievement motivation in some variables.

미혼모를 위한 진로교육 프로그램의 개발과 효과성 연구 (Development and Effectiveness of a Career Education Program for Unwed Mothers)

  • The objective of this study was to develop and verify the effectiveness of the career education program for unwed mothers to facilitate to consider their career plan and career orientation. The program of this study was based on the Super's developmental theory. The program was done twice a week totally 8 times. The subject of the program is unwed mothers from 16 to 25 years old. One-group pretest-posttest design was held. The quantitative and qualitative researches were carried out. In quantitative research, the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test was done with SPSS Window 10.0 to evaluate the effectiveness of the career education program. In qualitative research, the content of discussion in the course of group process, investigation, and the materials which were made from the group members were analysed to the objects of program. The results of this study was proven to develop career maturity, career decision level, and career identity. Finally, the meanings of this consequences were discussed.

의학전문대학원생을 대상으로 한 진로설계프로그램 효과분석 (The Effectiveness of a Career Design Program for Medical Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a career planning program for medical students and to examine its effectiveness with regard to career choice motivation and career maturity. A total of 89 medical students participated in the study. Forty-four were in the experimental group and 45 were in the control group. The collected data were analyzed with the t-test, analysis of covariance, descriptive statistics, and analysis of frequency by PASW SPSS ver. 18.0 (SPSS Inc.). A career planning program was developed using the ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) model. The contents of self-understanding and career exploration were included in this program. The program was conducted as a seminar with preferred major professors. There was a significant difference in the intrinsic motivation score between the control and experimental groups (p<0.05). The score of the experimental group (M=4.59) was higher than that of the control group (M=4.40). Significant differences in decisiveness (p<0.01) and realistic choice (p<0.05), the sub-factors of the career maturity test, were found between the control and experimental groups. The score of decisiveness of the experimental group (M=2.94) was higher than that of the control group (M=2.79). The score of realistic choice in the experimental group (M=3.17) was lower than that in the control group (M=3.37). Most medical students were satisfied with the career planning program. It is hoped that these results provide useful information for designing career guidance programs for students in medical schools.

Career Development of Upper Elementary Students through STEAMS-Based Gardening Programs

  • Since elementary school is a time in which basic concepts like attitudes and mindsets about careers are formed, career education is very important to elementary school students. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a gardening program applying the academic disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Society (STEAMS) on developing career education for elementary school students. In order to determine the effectiveness of the program on career development of elementary school students, this study was conducted with 28 upper elementary students in the experimental group who participated in the gardening program, and 30 upper elementary students in the control group who did not. The program was comprised of total 8 sessions, one session per week, with various garden activities. The career development scores of the two groups before and after the program were comparatively analyzed. Before the program, the experimental group had significantly lower scores for career development than the control group. After 8 weeks of the program, the control group did not show any changes in career development, while the experimental group that participated in the program showed a significant increase in career development, resulting in no difference in career development between the two groups after the program. Therefore, the program has positive effects on improving career development of upper elementary students who previously had insufficient career development. Overall, the program had positive effects on career development of upper elementary students, and further research is needed to systematically promote the STEAMS-based gardening program to promote interest and understanding of students by associating plant-based gardening activities with various subjects such as science, art, and social studies.

자기주도적 경력과 경력성공 간 관계 연구 -경력전략으로서의 경력단절을 중심으로- (The effects of the self-directed career management on the career success - Focused on the career interruption -)

  • 평생직장 개념이 사라지면서 스스로 고용가능성을 높이기 위해 경력단절이나 직장이동을 경력개발을 위해 전략으로 활용하려는 이른바 무경계 경력관리(boundaryless career)나 프로틴 경력(protean career)이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 개인차원에서의 경력관리을 위한 경력단절이 경력성과에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력개발원에서 실시한 "제3차 인적자원기업패널(HCCP)" 자료를 사용하여 경력관리를 위한 경력단절 경험이 있는 그룹(자기주도적 경력추구자)과 일반경력단절 그룹(일반경력관리자)으로 구분하여 이들 두 집단간 경력성과에 차이가 있는지를 실증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 자기주도적 경력추구자일수록 경력단절과 경력전략에 더 적극적인 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 자기주도적 경력관리를 하고 있는 근로자일수록 자신의 경력목표 달성에 도움이 되는 것이라면 다른 조직으로의 경력단절의 빈도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 자기주도적 경력관리 집단일수록 실질적인 경력성공 달성도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반 경력관리자 집단보다 자기주도적 경력추구자 집단이 경력개발을 위한 경력단절이 이후 임금 및 근로조건 개선되었을 뿐만 아니라 실질적인 임금에 있어서도 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

대학생의 진로유형별 진로스트레스 대처방식 및 진로결정몰입의 차이 (Differences of Career Stress Coping Strategy and Commitment to Career Choice among the Career Types for College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze group differences of Commitment to career choice and Career stress coping strategy by the Career decision and Career preparation behavior for College Students. Through the results of this study we wanted to look for discriminatory implications for the counseling intervention. The data of 720 college students were collected for the study. The distinction of four types was revealed by the results from Crosstabs and One-way ANOVA. The frequency of upper grades indicated ideal type. But the immature type was fourth grade. There were significant differences in accordance with the two-dimensional typology of Commitment to career choice and Career stress coping strategy by One-way ANOVA. Discussion focused on effective intervention strategies in career counseling based on group differences by the Career decision and Career Preparation Behavior.

고등학생의 진로상담 교육과 진로체험 교육이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미친 영향 (Effect of Career Counseling and Career Experience on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy for High School Students)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 지역 고등학생 568명을 임의 선정하여 학교 진로교육(진로상담, 진로 및 직업체험, 진로캠프, 기업가 정신 및 창업 체험, 현장견학, 대학 혹은 전공체험, 및 창의적 체험활동)에 참여한 학생들의 진로교육 만족도에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감이 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결, 미래계획에 나타나는 영향을 분석하는 것이었다. 각 항목별로 만족도에 따라서 3개의 상(a), 중(b), 하(c)집단으로 분류하여 분석하였다. 방법: 진로교육 상담 후에 설문지로 조사하였다. 결과: 진로상담, 진로 및 직업체험, 대학 혹은 전공체험, 창의적 체험활동 수업의 만족도에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감은 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결 및 미래계획 항목에서 a>b>c집단 순이며, a집단이 b 및 c집단보다 높게 나타나서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 진로캠프, 기업가 정신 및 창업 체험 수업의 만족도의 평균치는 a>c>b집단 순으로 나타났으며, a·b·c집단의 수치 간에는 차이는 있으나 통계적으로 유의성은 없었다. 현장견학 수업의 만족도 평균치는 a>c>b집단 순으로 나타났고, a집단은 b와 c집단에 대하여 유의한 차이로 높았다. 결론: 진로교육의 만족도가 높으면 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결 및 미래계획에 대한 진로결정 자기효능감도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.
