The aim of this study is to conduct an evaluation review of the contents of the career education unit in textbooks on technology and home economics for senior high school freshmen. This study adopted the "Objective & System of Career Education" established by the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training as the criterion for evaluating the content of career education, and targeted the unit, "Design of Vocation & Careers", which was included in six different textbooks on technology and home economics for senior high school freshmen involving five different publishers. The unit of "Design of Vocation & Careers" was mostly written in three subunits. An analysis of the textbooks by different, publisher showed that every aspect of the "Objective & System of Career Education" was appropriately covered in the unit. This was achieved by means of the elements of contents and illustrations.

Recently, the roles of the construction engineers become more important in all phases of construction project life cycle. Construction engineers' capabilities is one of the key factors to accomplish construction project objectives. After acquiring basic Knowledge and skills in colleges, the construction engineers have opportunities to develop their abilities through continuous education provided by companies, associations, colleges, and so on. The current eduction system is not sufficient enough to assist engineers to develop their potentials. The construction professionals training system that help career development, career management, education and training is need to raise excellent engineers in a long term perspective. In order to investigate the necessity and the element in the career development support, I perfromed the perception about the career deveolopment by doning question investigation.

본 연구는 건설기술자 경력관리체계의 현황을 분석하고, 이에 대한 개선안 도출을 목표로 한다. 특히, 건설기술자 경력관리의 근간을 이루는 건설기술자 역량지수(Index of Construction Engineer's Competency: ICEC)에 기초한 등급제도와 실제 업무현장에서의 능력 개발의 이슈를 중심으로 현 운영제도를 탐색하고 개선방안을 도출하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위해 현대 경력개발의 주요 흐름과 이론적 개념들을 탐색하였다. 또한 향후 건설기술자 경력관리 방안의 발전방향을 모색하기 위해 전문가들을 대상으로 한 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview: FGI)을 실시하였다. FGI에는 경력관리업무를 수행하는 공공기관 담당자 6명과 기업체 담당자 6명 등 총 12명이 참여하였다. 연구결과 향후 건설기술자의 경력관리와 관련하여 첫째, 신규인력의 적극적인 유인책 마련, 둘째, 현재 활용되고 있는 직무/전문분야의 제도적 보완, 셋째, ICEC의 최종 등급산정에서 현장경력의 중시, 넷째, 건설기술자 경력 평가 시 다양한 경력구성 요소의 고려, 그리고 다섯째, 특급인력의 실질적 업무 전문성 제고 등의 발전방안이 도출되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거한 이론적, 실천적 시사점 및 향후 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.

This study conducted a survey of 330 students participating in the extracurricular curriculum program at K University in Chungcheongbuk-do to analyze the impact of extracurricular satisfaction and career decision self-efficacy on career preparation behavior. The main results and implications are as follows. First, the positive perception of participation in extracurricular curriculum programs had a significant impact on career preparation behavior. Second, high career decision self-efficacy was related to active career preparation behavior. It is necessary to provide continuous career program support, provide counseling tailored to the needs of each student, and establish a systematic career diagnosis system. This study is limited to extracurricular curriculum program participants and has limitations in generalization. Comparative and analytical research is needed by measuring the performance of various educational programs conducted in universities. It is necessary to support the development and operation of various extracurricular curriculum programs that reflect the needs of society and students and to prepare continuous quality management measures.

본 연구는 초등수학영재와 일반학생의 가족체계와 진로태도성숙에 대한 관계 분석을 통하여 초등수학영재와 일반학생의 진로발달에 대한 이해를 돕고 진로교육에 도움을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 G교육청 산하 초등수학영재 145명과 일반학생 167명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 가족체계 및 진도태도성숙에 대해 지필검사를 실시하고 이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 초등수학영재는 가족체계와 진로태도성숙 모두에서 일반학생보다 높은 점수를 나타냈으며, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 전체학생의 가족체계와 진로태도성숙의 하위요소별 관계에서는 가족적응성과 목적성은 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났으나 나머지 요소들 사이에서는 모두 유의미한 정적상관관계를 보였다. 특히 초등수학영재는 가족응집성에서 일반학생보다 진로태도성숙과 높은 정적상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 초등수학영재 및 일반학생 모두에게 가족체계는 진로태도성숙에 많은 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있으므로 초등수학영재뿐만 아니라 일반학생의 진로지도를 하는 경우 가족체계의 요인들을 고려할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다.

In this study, we investigated how satisfaction with on-board training had an effect on career motivation of the trainees. For this purpose, satisfaction for on-board training and career motivation were used as variables. Satisfaction for on-board training were classified into education, environment and operation, and then measurement items were composed. Career motivation consisted of career identity, career insight and career resilience. To establish and test nine hypotheses, a questionnaire survey was conducted by 57 trainees who participated in the Gyeongsang National University on-board sailing training in 2021. To analyze the questionnaire responses, frequency analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and paired sample t-test were used. As a result of factor analysis, six factors for satisfaction for on-board training were derived. Among the factors, it was analyzed that satisfaction with assignments, the satisfaction with accommodation, and the satisfaction with the adequate condition of facilities and equipment had a significant effect on career motivation. In addition, it was found that career motivation significantly increased through on-board training as a result of comparing the difference between the averages of career motivation before and after on-board training.

In light of changes in today's medical environment, whether to dismantle the 50-year-old internship training system in the Republic of Korea is under debate. Although the question remains open, discussions on such issues have drawn attention to the quality of the clinical clerkship and student career advisory programs in medical colleges. The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiential clerkship and career exploration issues. Ensuring excellence of the clerkship and career advisory sessions is an essential responsibility of educational institutions regardless of whether the intern training system is dismantled. Important objectives of the experimental clerkship include reinforcing prerequisites established by law, introducing a student practice license, developing a standardized clinical assessment and student portfolio requirement, and publishing a guidebook for clinical directors. For career exploration, it is necessary to broaden participants' experiences of specialties and to manage the variety of student career guidance programs. It is imperative for the Korean Association of Medical Colleges, in collaboration with medical colleges, to play a leading role in focusing more attention and effort on such issues.

본 연구는 자유학기제 시행에 따라 실과(기술 가정)에서 진로교육의 활성화 방안으로서 가정교과통합에 따른 진로교육의 타당성과 방향을 탐색하고 이를 활성화하기 위한 진로교육 방향 및 모형을 제시하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 자유학기제의 의미와 동향, 교과통합 진로교육의 동향과 실과(기술 가정)에서 교육과정 분석 및 가정과교육에서의 진로교육 연구의 동향을 탐색하였다. 이를 통해 발견하게 된 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자유학기제의 의미의 모호성에도 불구하고 생애 전반에 걸친 진로교육의 중요성에 대한 요구가 증가함으로 진로교육은 확대되어 갈 것이라는 것이다. 둘째, 교과를 배제한 진로교육은 실효성에 문제가 있으므로, 교과를 중심으로 한 진로교육인 교과통합 진로교육의 중요성이 더 중요해질 것이라는 것이다. 셋째, 핵심 성취기준에 따라 실과(기술 가정)에서의 교과통합 진로교육에서의 핵심성취기준을 추출하는 것이 중요함을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 자유학기제에서의 가정교과의 진로교육 방향 및 모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 제한점은 자유학기제의 개념의 모호성에 따른 실천의 모호성의 문제를 제기하고 이를 해결하기 위한 교수 학습 과정 모형을 학교 현장에 적용하지 못하여 그 실효성을 확인하지 못했다는 점이다. 그러나 본 연구는 자유학기제의 실행에 앞서 교과 내에서의 진로교육 활성화 방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있을 것이다.

이 연구의 목적은 진로 진학 상담 교사 양성제도 중 교육 대학원 석사 과정을 중심으로 문제점과 개선 방향을 제안하는 데 있다. 첫째, 진로 진학 상담 전공 교육 대학원 양성제도의 경우 ①서울 소재 대학이 3곳, 경기도 2곳, 인천 1곳, 강원 1곳, 대구 1곳, 전북 1곳, 충남 3곳, 충북 1곳으로 총 13개 대학에 개설되어 있다. ②대부분의 학교에서 이원화로 운영하고 있다. ③진로 진학 상담 전공으로 교육 대학원 석사 과정 교육과정은 많게는 26개 과정 적게는 10개 과정이 개설되어 있다. 둘째, 진로 진학 상담 대학원 양성제도의 문제점과 개선 방향은 무엇인가? ①표준화된 교육과정 마련이 필요하다. ②지역사회 연계 강화 교육 운영이 필요하다. ③교육 대학원 13개 교육과정의 수준 차이 해소 및 일부 대학 교수진 확보 부족을 해결할 필요가 있다. ④교육부 진로 교육 정책과가 13개 교육 대학원을 주기적으로 평가할 필요가 있다. ⑤교육부 진로 정책과에서 역할은 전국 초·중·고 진로 진학 상담 교사의 수요와 공급을 고려한 국가 차원에서 중장기적 계획 수립이 필요하다. ⑥진로 진학 상담 교사 자격증 취득 방법은 이원화하는 것이 바람직하다.

본 연구의 목적은 병원에 근무하는 직원들 가운데 경력관리제도 적용 하에 있는 간호사들을 대상으로 병원의 경력관리시스템의 품질요인들이 직원의 심리상태인 직무몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이러한 심리상태가 경력유효성에 관한 요인과 어떠한 상관관계를 갖는지 분석하여 효과적인 경력관리에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울시내에 있는 두 개의 대형병원에 근무하고 있는 의료진을 대상으로 설문을 배포 및 수집하였다. 실증분석결과 경력관리지원시스템이 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무몰입은 경력몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 경력관리지원시스템은 경력몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 경력평가시스템은 직무몰입과 경력몰입 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
