The data were analyzed by using factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical analysis with SPSS 18.0. The results are as follows. Among the career barriers, the lack of job information and lack of interest had a significant negative influence on information gathering behavior, although physical inferiority had a significant positive influence on information gathering behavior. The lack of self-concept clarity and lack of job information had a significant negative influence on practical efforts, while conflicts with important others and physical inferiority had a significant positive influence on practical efforts. In addition, the lack of self-concept clarity, lack of job information, and lack of interest had a significant negative influence on tool preparation behavior. Pysical inferiority had a significant positive influence on tool preparation behavior. This study was conducted to investigate the mediating effects of career preparation behavior on nursing professionalism related factors of nursing students. The subjects were 265 students in the first, second, third, and fourth grades of nursing schools in the Gyeongbuk area. Data were collected from May 7, 2018 to May 25, 2018 using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed by t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis based on descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study showed that career identity and career attitude maturity have a partial mediation effect on career preparation behavior in relation to nursing professionalism. Career attitude maturity (${\beta}=.38$), career identity (${\beta}=.17$), and career preparation behavior (${\beta}=.14$) were significant factors affecting nursing professionalism and the explanatory power of these variables was 19%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply educational methods to improve career preparation behaviors and enhance professionalism of nursing students. In addition, there is a need for follow-up research on the structural relationship between career preparation behaviors, which are concrete and practical actions related to nurse's careers, and how they affect other career-related variables.
This study attempted to provide basic data for educational programs to improve career preparation behaviors by identifying the effects of nursing students' self-esteem and empathy on career preparation behaviors. Nursing Students and the 150 people who underwent descriptive research targets, data collection period was done by November 30, 2019 from IRB approval. The data were analyzed correlations between variables were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis was used to determine the factors that affect the clinical performance of the Nursing Students (SPSS 23 version). As a result of the study, empathy ability was positively correlated with gender (r=.179, p=.029), self-esteem was negatively correlated with academic performance (r=-.231, p=.005), career preparation behavior showed a positive correlation with the number of practice hospitals(r=.178, p=.030). As the empathy ability of nursing students improved (β=.19, p=.020), career preparation behavior increased. Through this, the study is meaningful in that it suggested the need and direction to maintain a positive attitude toward career preparation behaviors of nursing students. suggest.
This study identified factors that have an influence on career preparation behavior in undergraduate students majoring in public health in technical colleges with the aim to provide basic data for the development of an employment counselling program which can have a positive influence on career preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 556 college students studying public health in technical colleges in J $province^1$, J $province^2$, and G metropolitan city and they were randomly selected and sampled in convenience. The period of the survey was from September 7 to 9, 2015 and the survey was made with the use of a self-essay type questionnaire. 510 copies of the survey collected were analysed with the use of SPSS 14.0 for Windows. As a result it is shown that career barriers perceived by students studying public health in technical colleges had a negative effect on career preparation behavior. Therefore, organized and practical career counselling should be provided and career education programs should be developed to encourage subjects to have positive career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is suggested that practical career counselling and career education program should be developed to lead students studying public health to positive career preparatory activity, and research to verify its effect should be conducted.
As job market squeezes and more institutions have been requiring NCS(National Competency Standards) based recruitment, the importance of NCS has been growing. Among the 10 domains of NCS, the most relevant one with task processing and organizational performance filed is 'task processing capability group', which is becoming more important with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' task processing capability group on their career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior. In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' task processing capability group on career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. Empirical analysis showed that task processing capability group(problem-solving capability, information capability, resource management capability, organizational capability) positively influenced college students' career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior for employment. However, the impact of technical capability on career outcome expectation and career preparation behavior was not explained. In order to strengthen the task processing capability group of college students, not only university-level efforts, but also college and faculty's efforts should be accompanied. Other academic and practical implications are discussed.

Analysis is done using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression with IBM SPSS WIN/22.0. According to the general characteristics, the there is a significant difference in the subjects with an outgoing personality (F=-2.82, p=.001), who suffered from moral distress at an older age (F=.4.85, p=.029). There is a significant difference in career maturity among subjects with an extroverted personality (F=3.63, p=.001). The average score of the subjects' moral distress is 72.51±53.75, and by sub-area, futile care was the highest with 23.36±19.04, and the lowest with 7.61±8.56 in physician practice. The average of career maturity was 3.74(±.56), and by sub-area, career attitude was the highest with 3.98±.54, and the lowest with 3.61±.43 in professionalism. The average of career preparation behavior was 2.67(±.60). In this study, it was confirmed that the moral stress of nursing students is a factor affecting career maturity (r=-.510, p=.000) and career preparation behavior (r=-.353, p=.001). Therefore, It can be seen that it is necessary to develop an intervention program that can positively enhance the career maturity and career preparation behavior of nursing students through intervention for the moral anguish experienced by nursing students.
