중학교 패션관련 직업체험교육 프로그램 효과에 관한 연구: 진로결정 자기효능감, 패션관련 진로의식성숙도를 중심으로 (Effects of Fashion Related Work Experience Program in Middle Schools: Focusing on Self-Efficacy of Decision Making Regarding Career, Fashion Related Career maturity)

  • The purpose of the study was to explore effects of fashion related work experience program and its satisfaction in middle schools. The study analyzed differences in self-efficacy of career decision making and fashion related career maturity before and after the program. The questionnaire developed by the researchers was collected from 114 participants enrolled in middle schools in Seoul or Kyunggido. The data were analyzed by common factor analysis, and independent sample t-test, using SPSS 18.0/Windows. The results demonstrated significant higher scores in self efficacy of career decision making, and fashion related career maturity after the program than before. Also, they showed high program satisfaction scores. The results of the study could be basic information for work experience program developers for high and middle school students.

진로체험 참여 고등학생의 간호사 이미지와 진로 정체감에 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing on Nurse's Image and Career Identity of High-school Students who Participated Job Experience)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted in order to examine the correlation between the image of nurse and career identity among high school students participating in a vocational experience program of a nursing department, to find influential factors, and ultimately, to improve the image of nurse and promote the establishment of career identity for the development of nursing career and to obtain strategic information for developing nursing departments' vocational experience programs. Methods: Data for this study were collected using a structured self-report questionnaire from 90 high school students participating in a vocational experience program executed at the Nursing Department of W University in G Province during the period from April 26 to July 19 in 2014. Results: According to the results of data analyses, factors influencing the image of nurse were career identity(${\beta}=0.339$, p=0.002) and satisfaction with the program(${\beta}=0.153$, p=0.043) in order of significance(F=9.51, p<0.001), and factors influencing career identity were the image of nurse(${\beta}=0.301$, p=0.002), satisfaction with the program(${\beta}=0.254$, p=0.010), and gender(${\beta}=0.231$, p=0.015) in order of significance(F=12.06, p<0.001). Conclusions: These results suggest that when high school students participating in a vocational experience program of a nursing department are satisfied with the program, the program is more effective in improving the image of nurse and promoting the establishment of career identity. Based on this study, further research is necessary to get strategic information for developing various vocational experience programs, to provide high school students with vocational experiences related to nursing through the programs, and to examine the effects of such programs.

전남대학교 의과대학 졸업 후 진로지도 프로그램 설계와 운영 (Design and Implementation of a Career Planning Program at Chonnam National University Medical School)

  • Chonnam National University Medical School has designed and implemented two career planning programs: a three-phase curriculum-based program and a longitudinal non-curricular program over the course of 6 academic years. The three phases of the curriculum-based career planning program are self-assessment, career exploration, and field experience. The non-curricular career counseling program operates through a faculty advisor system, with each faculty member guiding a group of students from each academic year, and students in each year forming a mentor-mentee relationship. The non-curricular career exploration program consists of a student research support program, an international practice program in basic and clinical medicine, and a specialty exploration fair. A survey conducted among 38 graduates (54.3%) working as interns at Chonnam National University Hospital revealed that graduates preferred autonomous elective subjects within the curriculum-based program. They also responded positively to the faculty advisor system, through which they maintained close relationships. A focus group interview with three interns indicated that subjects providing direct experience in fields of interest and courses that students could choose freely were helpful in career decisions. Through follow-up research, it is necessary to design and operate a systematic career planning program based on an analysis of the needs of graduates taking part in a residency training program after selecting a medical specialty.

가상현실(VR) 활용 미래사회 진로교육 프로그램의 효과 분석 (An Analysis of the Effect of Career Education Programs for the Future Society Using Virtual Reality(VR))

  • 가상현실(VR)은 실재감과 다양한 상호작용을 바탕으로 학습자에게 풍부한 학습 경험을 제공하는 높은 잠재력을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 VR 활용 미래사회 진로교육 프로그램의 효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 3학년 29명을 대상으로 8 차시의 교육 프로그램을 적용한 후, 진로인식의 변화와 프로그램에 대한 전반적인 인식을 알아보았다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, VR 활용 미래사회 진로체험 프로그램은 자기 이해와 진로 태도에서의 진로인식 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 학습자들은 VR을 활용한 진로교육 프로그램에 높은 흥미도와 만족도를 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 진로교육에서 VR의 적극적 활용, 성취기준과 학습자의 특성을 고려한 콘텐츠 개발, VR 학습환경 구축의 필요성을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

스크래치를 활용한 게임 개발자 진로체험 프로그램 개발 (Development of Game Developer Career Experience Program using Scratch)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학습자 참여를 촉진하는 게임 개발자 진로체험 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 현재 잡월드에서 운영하고 있는 게임 개발자 진로체험 교육 프로그램은 수동적인 코스로 구성되어 있어서 학생들의 흥미가 떨어지고 수동적인 활동만 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 참여를 촉진하기 위해 기존의 코스워크형 프로그램을 스크래치를 활용한 실제 게임제작을 체험하는 형태로 개선하였다. 스크래치는 창작과 공유가 가능하므로, 학생들에게 자신의 작품을 만들 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스크래치를 활용한 게임 개발자 체험 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 2회 델파이 검증을 거쳤으며, 1회 전문가 협의회를 실시하였다. 또한, 초등학생 22명, 중학생 30명을 대상으로 파일럿 수업을 실시하고 만족도 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 개발된 교육 프로그램은 도움여부, 만족도, 효과성, 인식도에서 긍정적인 결과를 보였다.

간호사들의 경력개발 프로그램 참여 경험 (Nurses' Experience of Career Ladder Programs in a General Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify and describe nurses' experience of a career ladder program (CLP) in a general hospital in Korea. Methods: The data were collected from 15 nurses who participated in the CLP. Each nurse completed individual in-depth interviews, for which the main interview question was "How do you describe your experience of CLP?" All interview data were transcribed and were analyzed using the grounded theory method. Results: The core category of the experience of CLP was identified as "challenging to rebirth as an expert". The participants used five action/interaction strategies such as "taking some time for introspection", "appreciating the essence of nursing", "making use of feedback positively", "throwing away doubts about their own capabilities", "exerting themselves with confidence". The consequence of the process of adjusting to CLP was "positioning a differentiated expert". Conclusion: The results of this study show that participants recognized CLP as a powerful resource which leads them to professional growth and development. Thus, CLP could be utilized as a clinical career-promoting program and ultimately as a program for providing high-quality nursing services.

임상간호사 경력개발 프로그램 평가 (Evaluation of a Career Ladder Program for Nurses in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to assess the efficacy and usefulness of the career ladder program in a hospital and to evaluate nurses' satisfaction with the program. Methods: The study was conducted using a survey consisting of 14 questions on the appropriateness, necessity and usefulness of the career ladder program. The data were gathered from 403 nurses in a hospital. We assessed differences in responses according to the participants' workplace, age, educational background, marital status, experience (total years and years at current working place). We analyzed the data using SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: Nurses acknowledged that the career ladder program is necessary and profitable within the nursing field, but they worried about the appropriateness of the nurse's role at each career level and rationality of the portfolio. The study also identified nurses' characteristics that were significant factors in explaining nurses' satisfaction with the career ladder program. Finally, we identified complaints and improvements for the program. Conclusion: We assessed differences in attitude towards the career ladder program according to nurses' characteristics.

LED 디바이스를 활용한 패션전공 진로체험 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and application of career experience programs for fashion majors using LED devices)

  • This study started from the practical need for a career experience program in the fashion major that is creative and responds to current methodologies. The purpose of this study is to propose a fashion work experience program that combines digital technology and practical experience. The research methods and procedures were as follows: fashion items and wearable devices were selected, the LED smart bag program was developed, and it was executed. A total of 123 students participated in the program, and a satisfaction survey was conducted after observation and oral evaluation. All of the participants completed the LED smart bag processes of design ideation, material selection, production, and styling using an eco-bag (one of the fashion items and as an LED wearable device). As a result of the participants' satisfaction (on a 5-point scale), most items showed a high level of satisfaction of 4.39 points or more. The smart bag program was evaluated to increase interest based on the time allotted and the students' level and to bolster their understanding of, and interest in, the fashion major. Therefore, this study is expected to be baseline to explore diversification of the fashion major work experience program, in order to create interest in the fashion major based on creative convergence competency.

전문대학생의 취업준비활동이 취업에 미치는 영향 (The Effect on Employment of Employment Preparation Activities in College Graduates)

  • 본 연구는 전문대학생이 경험하는 취업준비활동의 취업 효과를 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 특히 학생이 개인차원에서 준비하는 자격증, 직업훈련 등과 함께 대학 차원에서 운영하는 진로선택 및 취업지원 프로그램의 취업 효과를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 2011대졸자 직업이동경로조사 자료의 전문대졸자 3,249명을 대상으로 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 대학특성에서는 졸업학점이 높을수록, 출신대학이 비수도권일수록 취업 확률이 더 높았다. 전공계열은 준거집단 대비 의약, 교육, 공학, 사회, 자연 계열 순으로 취업 확률이 높았다. 취업준비활동에서는 국가 자격증 수가 많을수록, 면접기술 & 이력서작성 프로그램 참여 경험이 있는 경우, 졸업 전 후 구직활동 경험이 있는 경우가 취업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 외 직업훈련, 진로 취업관련 교과목, 직장체험 프로그램, 진로상담 프로그램, 취업캠프, 대학 재학 중 일자리 경험, 졸업 전 취업목표 유무 등은 취업에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 못했다.

패션진로교육 프로그램이 중학생의 진로자기효능감 향상에 미치는 효과 연구: 패션에 관심 있는 학생을 중심으로 (A study on the effects of Fashion career educational program for improving the career self-efficacy of middle school students: In case of students who are interested in Fashion)

  • 본 연구는 자유학년용 패션관련 진로프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 패션관련 프로그램 실시를 통해 중학생들의 진로자아효능감이 향상되는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있었다. 본 연구목적을 위해 세 곳의 중학교에서 개발된 프로그램을 실시하면서 그 효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 패션관련 활동과 탐색활동으로 구성된 10차시분량의 패션진로교육프로그램의 교수 학습 과정안과 활동보조자료가 개발되었다. 중학교 자율학년 운영자료로 도움이 될 것이다. 둘째, 패션진로교육프로그램은 중학생의 진로자기효능감 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 과제해결을 통한 성취경험과 롤모델의 수행성공을 통한 대리경험, 성공한 자신의 경험의 되돌아봄, 앞으로도 잘 할 수 있다는 지도교사와 친구들의 긍정적 상호작용이 진로자기 효능감에 긍정적 변화를 가져왔다. 셋째, 본 프로그램은 진로자기효능감의 하위영역인 진로탐색효능감, 진로결정효능감, 진로수행효능감 향상에도 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 패션과 관련된 실습활동과 탐색활동을 하면서 자신의 이해와 탐색, 직업의 정보의 수집활동, 문제해결, 계획수립 등을 통해 자신의 진로에 대해 계획하고 준비하는 자신감이 생겼기 때문으로 사료된다.
