진로교육 집중학년·학기제에서 진로개발역량 강화를 위한 교과통합 진로교육 방안 연구 - 2015 개정 기술·가정교육과정을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Subjects-integrated Career Education to Improve Career Development Competency in a Career Education Intensive Semester & Grade System: Focusing on 2015 Revised Technology & Home Economics Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 진로개발역량 강화를 위한 가정교과통합 진로교육을 활성화하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 교과통합 진로교육의 동향, 고등학교 가정과 성취기준과 진로개발역량과의 관계 분석 및 가정교과통합 진로교육 방안을 탐색하고, 수업 사례를 개발하였다. 이 연구의 주요한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 교과통합 진로교육의 중요성에도 불구하고 운영에 미흡한 점이 많다. 이에 2015 개정교육과정의 적용과 진로교육 집중학년 학기제의 확산을 앞두고 있는 시점에서 교과통합 진로교육을 위한 체계적인 준비가 요구된다. 둘째, 가정교과 3개 영역의 모든 성취기준은 진로개발역량과 관련성이 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 가정교과는 학교 진로교육의 목표를 달성하고, 미래 인재로서 갖추어야 할 진로개발역량을 길러주는 핵심적인 교과임을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 진로개발역량 강화를 위해 교육과정-교수 학습-평가의 연계를 중심으로 가정교과통합 진로수업 사례를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 제한점은 개발된 수업 사례를 현장에 적용하지 못해 그 효과를 확인하지 못한 것이다. 하지만 본 연구는 가정교과와 진로교육의 통합을 위한 기초 자료로서, 진로교육 집중학년 학기제에서 가정교과의 진로교육 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Career Development of Upper Elementary Students through STEAMS-Based Gardening Programs

  • Since elementary school is a time in which basic concepts like attitudes and mindsets about careers are formed, career education is very important to elementary school students. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a gardening program applying the academic disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Society (STEAMS) on developing career education for elementary school students. In order to determine the effectiveness of the program on career development of elementary school students, this study was conducted with 28 upper elementary students in the experimental group who participated in the gardening program, and 30 upper elementary students in the control group who did not. The program was comprised of total 8 sessions, one session per week, with various garden activities. The career development scores of the two groups before and after the program were comparatively analyzed. Before the program, the experimental group had significantly lower scores for career development than the control group. After 8 weeks of the program, the control group did not show any changes in career development, while the experimental group that participated in the program showed a significant increase in career development, resulting in no difference in career development between the two groups after the program. Therefore, the program has positive effects on improving career development of upper elementary students who previously had insufficient career development. Overall, the program had positive effects on career development of upper elementary students, and further research is needed to systematically promote the STEAMS-based gardening program to promote interest and understanding of students by associating plant-based gardening activities with various subjects such as science, art, and social studies.

미용분야 종사자의 경력개발이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The effects of career development of beauty industry professionals on organizational commitment)

  • This study's research method was to investigate the effects of career development in the field of beauty on organizational commitment. A survey targeted 271 beauty workers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. For data analysis, SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical processing. First, descriptive statistics were analyzed, followed by a factor analysis and reliability analysis, third, correlation analysis, and finally linear regression analysis. Detailed research results are as follows. First, the effect of career development of beauty workers and organizational commitment was investigated. The result is as follows. The independent variables, self-development, goal orientation, and career orientation, which are sub-variables of career development, were found to have a statistically significant positive effect. Second, the effect of career development of beauty workers on co-workers' organizational commitment was investigated. The result is as follows. By the independent variable, self-development, and career orientation, which are sub-variables of career development, are found to have a significant positive effect. However, goal orientation had no effect. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the implications are as follows. As beauty is a creative pursuit, it is often done in collaboration rather than alone, and therefore camaraderie plays an important part in the foundation of a commitment to a company. It is a field that goes after a goal after committing to a community mindset, instead of pursuing a goal alone.

중학생의 학교 진로교육 참여활동이 진로개발역량에 미치는 영향 (Analysis on the Affecting Factors of School Career Educational Activities for Junior-high School Students' Career Development Competencies)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 학교 진로교육 참여활동이 진로개발역량에 영향을 미치는 영향을 분석하여 그 결과를 토대로 정책방향이나 개인방향을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 '2015 학교 진로교육 실태분석'을 위해 전국 400개교 10,728명의 중3학생을 대상으로 한 온라인 설문 응답내용을 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 학교 진로교육 참여활동 중 '진로와 직업' 수업, 진로심리검사, 진로체험은 진로개발역량에 통계적으로 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 '진로와 직업' 수업, 진로심리검사, 진로체험이 중학생의 진로개발역량 향상에도 도움이 된다는 사실을 의미한다. 끝으로 학교 진로교육 활동의 필요성과 중요성을 강조하고, 각 종 학교 진로교육 활동 효과를 제고하기 위한 정책적 시사점 및 한계를 함께 제시하였다.

A Study on Effects of Franchise Distribution Employees on Occupational Identity

  • Purpose - This research is to verify job fitness, empowerment, and recognition of career development support having the influence on formation of occupational identity in Korean food franchise distribution company. Research design, data, and methodology - Total 600 copies have been distributed and 394 copies have been collected, the covariance structure analysis has been implemented to verify the presented research hypothesis. Results - Demand fit and competency fit being the lower level of job fitness appeared not to have significant influence on occupational identity, and also these do not have the significant influence on the empowerment. Even though formal career development support being lower level of career development recognition appeared to have significant influence on empowerment, nonformal career development support appeared not to have significant influence on empowerment. Formal career development support and nonformal career development support appeared to have significant influence on occupational identity. Finally, empowerment appeared to have significant influence on occupational identity. Conclusions - It is implied that the psychological and subjective success felt in employee's career course may be improved by the job related job fitness, the initiative being individual characteristic and formal and formless career development support being organizational characteristic.

시큐리티요원의 멘토링유형과 경력개발 및 경력만족의 관계 (Relationship between Types of Mentoring, Career Development and Career Satisfaction among Security Agents)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 시큐리티요원의 멘토링유형이 경력개발 및 경력만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2010년 서울소재 5개소 경호경비회사의 시큐리티요원을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 227명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 34문항으로 구성되었다. 본 연구에서는 조사 자료를 토대로 멘토링유형, 경력개발, 경력만족에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 변수간에 관계를 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's $\alpha$값이 .606이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시큐리티요원의 멘토링 유형은 경력개발에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 체계적 멘토링이 활성화되면, 혁신적 자기 개발, 전문능력 개발, 정보경쟁력 개발은 촉진된다. 반면 비체계적 멘토링이 활성화되면 정보경쟁력 개발이 촉진된다. 둘째, 시큐리티요원의 멘토링 유형은 경력만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 체계적 멘토링이 활성화될 경우 경력만족은 증가한다. 셋째, 시큐리티 요원의 경력개발은 경력만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 혁신적 개발, 전문능력 개발이 촉진되면, 경력만족은 증가한다.

호텔 기업의 조리사 경력개발 관리에 관한 연구 (A study on The Career Development of Hote1 Cooks)

It means that cook to set in order with licence and to carry-out effect But it is not continue forever about the job demand, attitude, ability of cook. The Executive Chef and depart of career development have to plan for problems now and a long time of time to cooks. Demand of cook career development are sociality and economical. Because the hotel needs a high-grade cook for keep competitive in changing surround. internal resources are more effect ive when require without delay man power than hire urgent. It is not only lack career development to cook, probably face up to retirement at one time and foment social order but also cook lose their a right to labor. Cook supports their family and grow, economic base for ethical by labor, so have to carry their point. In addition the domestic five stars hotel's career development structure are very simple and infirm, so it cause stagnation to position, lead to negative vision and show a drop in efficiency. Therefore the hotel must investment about Career Development.

Career Development Competencies by Individual Characteristics of Food Service-related College Students in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of career development competency recognized by the specialists who major in food service currently. To achieve the purpose of this study, the five two-year-courses technical colleges in Kyeonggi-do, Daejeon, Daegu Metropolitan City which include food service department were selected. And total 280 samples of enrolled students were extracted and the 256 students were treated statistically besides the 24 students who responded dishonestly. The analysis results are as follows. First, the male students showed partially higher career development competencies than female students. Second, the second grade students showed partially higher career development competency than the first grade students. Third, the specialists whose family income is over 5 million won showed the highest career development competency, and the students in 3-5 million won and less than 3 million won followed them in order. Fourth, there were differences in competencies of lifelong learning, networking, collecting and utilizing the job information, and self-understanding, and career transition, and the specialists with more qualifications showed higher competency than those who with less qualifications. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a various career education program to enhance career development competencies of food service specialist by individual characteristic.

과학기술 출연(연) 연구자의 경력개발 현황과 개선방안 (Status and Improvement Plan of Career Development of Researchers at Government Research Institutes of Science and Technology)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 지식의 융합 및 교류와 연구자의 성장이 더 중요해지는 최근 연구개발 활동의 특징을 반영해, 연구자 경력개발(전문성 심화) 및 경력 유동성(핵심연구주제 변화) 지원체계 구축으로 우수 연구자의 성장을 촉진하는 데 있다. 정부출연 연구기관 연구자 548명을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과를 활용해, 경력개발 및 경력 유동성이 연구성과에 미치는 효과를 계량적으로 검증한 후, 연구자 성장에 적합한 경력개발을 촉진하는 연구환경 요소에 대한 분석을 시도하였다. 분석결과 안정적인 경력개발이 이루어진 후 경력 유동성이 강화되는 게 더 바람직하나 출연연구기관의 인적자원 및 경력개발 지원체계가 미흡한 것으로 나타나, 연구자 경력개발과 유동성을 지원하는 정책방안을 4단계로 제언하였다.

연세대학교 의과대학의 진로개발 프로그램 운영 사례 (Career Development Programs at Yonsei University College of Medicine)

  • The career choices of medical students are significant for both individual students and society, which relies on a robust public healthcare system. Medical schools should provide a conducive environment and diverse information to enable students to make mature career decisions. Yonsei University College of Medicine conducts extracurricular programs for students' career development, including the Career Choice Expo, Career Path Survey, Special Lecture on Career Development, and a Visible Radio Show focused on career counseling. Additionally, the intracurricular activities offered by the college include career advising to students through faculty advisors in learning communities based on students' reflective writing about career-related activities. Medical students, in the process of forming their career decisions, compare what they have learned in the medical school curriculum with information acquired through extracurricular activities, taking into consideration their individual characteristics. Through longitudinal discussions with faculty advisors in learning communities, medical students not only gain recognition for the validity of their exploratory activities but also develop a sense of self-efficacy in making career decisions. The career education program at Yonsei University College of Medicine aligns with recent perspectives emphasizing the integration of career counseling for medical students into the curriculum in order to increase effectiveness.
