The effective management of R&D employees is critical for a small or medium sized firm's sustainable growth. R&D employees have professional skills and choose expertise-oriented or management-oriented careers in the process of organizational socialization. This study synthetically verifies the direct and indirect effects of R&D employees' social network and self-esteem on their career orientation by organizational commitment based on social network theory and social recognition theory. The research model has been analyzed through structural equation modeling using survey responses from 220 R&D employees at small- and medium-sized firms in Korea. The analysis results show that internal network activities have direct and indirect impacts on organizational commitment and career orientation, but external network activities do not have significant effects on self-esteem, organizational commitment, or career orientation. There is no consensus in prior studies on whether expert orientation and management orientation are distinct concepts. In this study, these two types of orientation are verified as distinct concepts. It is also found that R&D employees' internal network activities are significant factors for a company's growth. A company should implement an educational system of roles and duties using which individuals can pursue career progression. In addition, it is necessary to provide career development programs such as job rotation, mentoring, and career counseling.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a student's career maturity during a career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective and to propose directions for the career maturation process to help H. Meister High School students to get jobs. A single-case 12-session career exploration program was applied to a first-year student at H. Meister High School in U. City for 90 minutes per session twice a week. To verify the effects of the program, this study conducted a pre-test and post-test of career maturity to analyze changes. In addition, the study qualitatively analyzed changes in the program activity sheets and process evaluation sheets per session. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the career exploration program based on the ecological system perspective conducted with the student at H. Meister High School improved the student's career maturity. Secondly, changes were observed in the scores in the sub-factors of career maturity between the pre-test and the post-test. Significant differences in the results of the analysis of the sub-factors of career maturity indicate that the program had a statistically positive impact on the career maturation process of the participant. In conclusion, as a result of the in-depth implementation of the program for 12 sessions, the participant expressed his desires which were clarified. In addition, a positive career maturation process appears to have taken place, owing to the self-directed program that led the participant to initiate plans and explore his career by himself. This study was conducted as a single case based on the ecological system perspective concerning career exploration and the career maturation process, but it will be necessary to expand the study to investigate the effects of group counseling, information exchange considering peer influences, common discussions on goal-setting, and other methods on the career maturation process.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of social support and, career decision-making self-efficacy on career maturity of adolescents of different gender and grades. Further, it aims to provide basic information for career maturity to create career educational program for adolescents. The participants of the study were 447 middle and high school students who were selected from second grade of five schools in Daegu. All participants were tested on social support, career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity scale. The results were analyzed using two-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis with SPSS 18.0. The results of the present research are summarized as follows: first, the results of the ANOVA subscales revealed that there were significant gender and grade main effects and interaction effects of social support, career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity. Second, the results of the correlation analysis among of the social support, career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity showed a positive and negative correlation. Third, in terms of the influence of social support, career decision-making self-efficacy had a significant meaningful influence on career maturity. The results of this study can be used as a fundamental reference in career counseling at school for enhancing adolescent's career development and success.

The purpose of this study was to identify the influences of psychological independence(functional independence and emotional independence) and career decision-making self-efficacy(self-estimation, career goal, occupational-knowledge, and problem solving) on career maturity(preparation, objective, decisiveness, and certainty) among adolescents. The subjects were 447 students in the second grade of middle school and high school in D. The questionnaire consist of measures of psychological independence, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career maturity. The data were analysed with factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression by using the SPSS(SPSS/WIN 19.0) program. The major results were as follows. First, adolescents' the career maturity was significantly different depending on the socio-demographic variables. Second, it was shown that middle and high school students have a statically relation, in a relation among psychological independence, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career maturity. Third, it was found that psychological independence and career decision-making self-efficacy gave statistically meaningful influence on the career maturity of adolescents. This study is significant in that it suggests a plan for improving career maturity, and provides a basic material to improve one's active role in their parents. In addition, the results of this study can be used as a fundamental reference in career development programs and career-counseling centers at schools for enhancing adolescents' career development and success.

본 연구의 목적은 경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감과 경력계획의 관계에서 결과기대의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 부산 경남지역에 소재한 여성인력개발센터에서 직업교육과 상담에 참여하고 있고, 취업의사가 있는 경력단절 여성 270명을 대상으로 진로결정 자기효능감, 결과기대, 경력계획 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 그리고 수집된 자료는 회귀분석방법으로 매개효과를 분석하였으며, 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감, 결과기대, 경력계획은 정적상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 경력단절 여성의 진로결정 자기효능감과 경력계획의 관계에서 결과기대의 매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 마지막으로 본 연구결과에 기초하여 연구의 의의와 경력단절 여성의 경력개발을 위한 교육적 제언을 하였다. 본 연구는 이후 경력단절 여성의 경력개발을 위한 교육 및 상담에 의미 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between professional nursing values and career preparation behaviors in senior nursing students. Method: The sample consisted of 199 nursing students before getting jobs who attended a nursing vocational college in Daegu and a nursing department of a university in J city of Chungcheongbuk-do. The data were collected from the first of May to the first of June in 2010. Results: The mean score was 106.76 for professional nursing values. The highest reported score of the nursing professional values domains was professionalism of nursing and was followed by nursing practical role and professional self-concept. The mean score was 42.66 for career preparation behavior. There was alow correlation between professional nursing values and career preparation behaviors. Conclusion: This finding suggests nursing students have differences from career preparation behaviors according to viewpoints about nursing as a professional job. Therefore, it is necessary to develop new curriculum and reinforce existing education for developing of professional nursing values. Moreover, nursing education institutes should set up educational objectives related to their general characteristics for improving career preparation behavior.

이 연구에서는 취업정보센터 웹사이트 이용자의 컨텐츠 특성(사용자 편의성, 정보성, 고객서비스성)에 대한 지각이 이용자 반응(이용자 만족도, 이용자 애호도)에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과로 첫째, 취업정보센터 웹사이트 컨텐츠 특성들은 이용자 만족도를 36.4% 설명하는 것으로 나타났고, 상대적 영향력은 정보성, 사용자편의성, 고객서비스성 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 취업정보센터 웹사이트 컨텐츠 특성들은 이용자 애호도를 36.2% 설명하는 것으로 나타났고, 상대적 영향력은 정보성, 고객서비스성, 사용자편의성 순으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 취업정보센터 웹사이트 이용자들의 만족도와 애호도를 높이기 위해서는 웹사이트 컨텐츠에 대한 고려가 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of career barriers on college students majoring in multimedia content on occupational engagement. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey from 446 students majoring in Multimedia content at D University in Pusan. The data were analyzed by using reliability analysis, t-test, correlations, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical analysis with SPSS 24.0. The results are as follows. Among the career barriers, external barriers had a significant positive influence on occupational engagement, although indecisive personality, lack of job information, lack of self clarification had a significant negative influence on occupational engagement. In addition, the implications of the study on the basis of these results and the limitations and future research directions are discussed.

고등학교에서 진학지도 교사 및 담임교사들이 기존의 진학지도 업무를 처리하는데 있어 오프라인상에서 시간적, 공간적 제한으로 진학지도가 어려웠으며, 필요한 자료의 누적과 공유가 어려웠다. 본 논문에서는 진학지도를 위한 방법으로 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 진학진로지도 시스템을 도입하여 기존 업무의 문제점을 극복하고 보다 체계적이고 객관적인 진학진로지도와 상담업무를 할 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 또한 학생들이 각각의 능력에 맞는 진로 설정에 필요한 정보를 웹기반 능동적인 검색으로 학생 본인들의 진로와 관련된 정보를 스스로 취득할 수 있는 기회를 확대하여 진로 설정에 도움을 주고자 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

본 연구는 가정과 연계한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식 향상에 유의한 효과가 있는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 S초등학교 4학년 2개 반 60명(실험 30명, 통제 30명)을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시한 후 실험집단에 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램을 실시하였다. 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생이 통제집단 학생에 비해 진로인식이 향상되었는지를 살펴보기 위하여 진로인식의 사전 사후검사 점수를 공변인으로 하여 실험집단과 통제집단간 사후검사 점수를 비교하는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식의 하위요소인 자기이해, 직업세계 인식, 진로태도를 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.
