승용차의 차실음향 및 차체진동에 관한 연구 (III) -연성계수 및 패널 기여도를 이용한 차실모델의 실내소음 저감- (A Study on the Acoustical and Vibrational Characteristics of a Passenger Car(III) -Reduction of Interior Noise of Vehicle Compartment Model by Using Coupling Coefficient and Panel Contribution Factor-)

  • 본 연구에서는 구조-음향모드 연성계수를 이용하여 심각한 소음문제가 발생하 는 경우의 효과적인 소음저감 방안을 제시하고, 제작된 차실모델에 대한 소음저감 시 뮬레이션을 수행한 후 그 결과를 실험치와 비교함으로써 수립된 소음저감 방안의 신뢰 도와 유용성을 확인하였다.

차량탑재용 A/Y 시스템의 소음원 규명 (Noise Source Identification of a Car A/V System)

  • This paper presents the noise source identification of a car A/V system. There are two different kinds of noise sources noise generated by loading mechanism and rattle noise by externally forced vibration. A dynamometer has been made to produce stationary inertia to the loading mechanism of A/V system. Sound pressure spectra and sound intensity were measured by operating the dynamometer setup as various motor speeds, and the results were analyzed. A dominant rattle noise source about A/V system's components has been found by multi-dimensional spectral analysis. Residual spectrum method was applied for eliminating coherence between the vibration sources. In result, the dominant rattle noise source was identified by partial coherent output spectrum of individual vibration component.

서울지하철의 저주파소음 특성 (Low Frequency Characteristic of Seoul Subway Noise)

  • 사람의 귀에 들리지 않는 초저주파음을 비롯하여 200 Hz 이하의 저주파소음은 순환기, 호흡기, 신경, 내분비 등 사람의 생리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이에 몇몇 국가들은 나름대로 저주파소음의 측정법과 평가 기준안을 마련한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 대중교통 수단인 서울지하철을 대상으로 객차 내와 승강장에서의 저주파소음레벨과 스펙트럼을 조사하였다. 측정결과 객차 내 소음레벨은 지하철 운행속도와 곡선구배 등에 따라 차이는 있었으나, 주파수 $1{\sim}200\;Hz$ 대역에서 $60{\sim}105\;dB$로 나타났다. 특히 8 Hz에서의 소음 피크 값은 객차의 길이에 대한 공명주파수에 해당됨을 알 수 있었다. 승강장에서의 소음은 객차 내 소음보다 상대적으로 소음레벨이 낮게 측정되었는데 이것은 차량 도착 혹은 출발 시의 속력이 운행 시의 속력보다 낮기 때문으로 판단된다. Ochiai의 소음에 의한 인체영향 연구를 고려할 때, 객차 내 소음은 주파수 $20{\sim}80\;Hz$ 구간에서 압박감을 줄 수 있기 때문에 주목할 필요가 있다.

차량용 HDD 거치대의 진동/충격 저감 (Reduction of Vibration and Shock in an HDD Car-holder)

  • In this paper, the vibration and shock of an HDD car-holder are reduced through vibration analysis and a structural modification. In order to identify the exciting frequency components of vibration and shock, vibration signals are measured and analyzed from the wind shield or dashboard. In addition, the modal test for the current HDD car-holder is performed to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the car-holder. From these experiments, it is found that the exciting frequencies coincide to the natural frequencies of the car-holder. For the purpose of avoiding resonance, some FEM simulations are carried out and then structural modifications are made for the car-holder. Based on the results of simulations, a prototype of new car-holder are manufactured and tested to demonstrate the reduction of vibration and shock. It is verified by the test that a considerable amount of vibration and shock are reduced.

  • 본 논문에서는 웨이블렛 서브밴드 필터링기법을 이용하여 다중의사 결정기법에 기반을 둔 외부 잡음에 강인한 고립단어 음성인식 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 음성인식에 있어서 외부잡음은 음성인식 알고리듬의 인식률을 저하시키는 주요 원인으로 지적되므로 음성인식기의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서 무엇보다도 잡음에 강인한 음성인식 알고리즘의 개발이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 제안된 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 다양한 자동차 소음하에서 한국어 단독 숫자음 10단어의 인식률 변동을 알아 보았다. 그 결과 현재 음성인식 기법으로 널리 쓰이고 있는 벡터양자화 알고리즘만을 적용한 경우에 비해 9~25%의 향상된 인식률을 보였다.

  • The low frequency noise, including infra-sound is known to affect human physiology and psychology. Guidelines and measurement method of low frequency noise has been introduced in several countries in order to evaluate low frequency noise. In this work, low frequency characteristics of Daejeon subway was investigated in terms of the noise level and spectrum in the interior of running subway car and the subway station. The interior sound pressure level of the passenger car was between 60 and 102 dB in the frequency range of $1{\sim}250$ Hz.

  • KHST project plans to design and to build an high speed train. There are noise requirements in passenger room for the standing and running train, which should be reached. Noise prognosises are calculated for the standing and running TM5(Motorized car) and TT4(Trailer car) train (v=300km/h) to find out critical areas in or around the train. On those areas, actions of noise reduction are proposed to reach the requirements. Finally noise prognosises are calculated for the higher velocity of v=350km/h.

DSP를 이용한 자동차 소음에 강인한 음성인식기 구현 (Implementation of a Robust Speech Recognizer in Noisy Car Environment Using a DSP)

  • In this paper, we implemented a robust speech recognizer using the TMS320VC33 DSP. For this implementation, we had built speech and noise database suitable for the recognizer using spectral subtraction method for noise removal. The recognizer has an explicit structure in aspect that a speech signal is enhanced through spectral subtraction before endpoints detection and feature extraction. This helps make the operation of the recognizer clear and build HMM models which give minimum model-mismatch. Since the recognizer was developed for the purpose of controlling car facilities and voice dialing, it has two recognition engines, speaker independent one for controlling car facilities and speaker dependent one for voice dialing. We adopted a conventional DTW algorithm for the latter and a continuous HMM for the former. Though various off-line recognition test, we made a selection of optimal conditions of several recognition parameters for a resource-limited embedded recognizer, which led to HMM models of the three mixtures per state. The car noise added speech database is enhanced using spectral subtraction before HMM parameter estimation for reducing model-mismatch caused by nonlinear distortion from spectral subtraction. The hardware module developed includes a microcontroller for host interface which processes the protocol between the DSP and a host.

  • This study is about a semi-active quarter car simulation method including a MR(magneto-rheological) damper. The MR damper was modeled as Spencer model that can capture nonlinear and hysteretic behavior. The parameters of the Spencer model were extracted from a random excitation test and optimum treatment of the test data. Then, a suspension control algorithm based on Sky-hook theory was applied for the quarter car simulation. Also, an experiment was dong using a quarter car simulator to confirm the simulation results with the Spencer MR damper model
