  • This paper shows what is point to be considered at that time in cadastral settlement surveying after declination analysis between GPS and traditional surveying at coordinate result of cadastral triangulation points and supplementary point in site selected deplaning of streets which is surveyed traditional surveying. In the case that coordinates of cadastral triangulation assistance points was decided by standard of the existing cadastral triangulation points that direction of the error vector is in opposition, authors could know all errors was reduced inside coordinate by error being offset each other through the results of study. The coordinates result of cadastral triangulation point by standard of the cadastral triangulation points reduces the deviation value through error that an intersection points was centered being offset each other but through the result that a tendency of errors occurrence is analyzed goniometrys, supplementary points that is close to cadastral triangulation assistance points was affected by error of cadastral triangulation assistance points.

  • This study utilized the GPS data of the stations of triangulation of Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do to conduct comprehensive analysis on tolerance level and regional characteristics. Based on this analysis, it was attempted to seek the method to derive more accurate result when further performing cadastral control point surveying for cadastral detail surveying. For the stations of triangulation installed at time of the land survey project, the study result showed that the most results of the stations of triangulation are stable if they were not moved naturally or artificially by themselves. Therefore, it was concluded that the stations of triangulation installed at the time of the land survey project should be preemptively selected for use of the given points when making decision of result of cadastral control point surveying. In addition, if the result of the cadastral control point surveying is made decision based on the stations of triangulation presented as the stable result in this study result, it seems that the same surveying result will be maintained and managed at all time, even if they are going to be further reinstalled due to loss of them.

  • The main purpose of this investigation is to make up for the limitations of parcel addressing and to seek the application plan of cadastral triangulation point to effective installation of national index numbers. The test-bed has been constructed at the mountainous area located in Nowon-gu, seven cadastral triangulation points within the test-bed was directly applied to this investigation. Each points have been firstly converted from a plane rectangular coordinates to a single plane rectangular coordinates (UTM-K). To verify positioning results achieved from these points, a single plane rectangular coordinates through the Network-RTK was considered. With regards to verification result, maximum coordinate shift was revealed by 6 cm, this level of difference can be satisfied to Article 7, paragraph 2 "the regulation for National Index Number". This means that coordinate transformation applied with cadastral triangulation points can achieve the sastisfied result without local surveying. And also, remarkable effects have been created in terms of financial effectiveness and safe preservation of cadastral triangulation points due to the omission of local surveying.

  • Cadastral control points in Korea are refered to various origins, for example an early separated small triangulation, a separated small triangulation, a separated control surveying origin and an unified origin. Cadastral map with early separated small triangulation origin have difficulties to connect with national GIS data by refered an unified origin. We determined transformation parameters from old origin to unified origin using 2D conformal transformation method. To evaluate of transformation accuracy, we compared with GPS field surveying results. And we experiment on coordinate transformations with unified results between the local geodetic datum and the new Korea geodetic datum.

  • This study aimed at suggesting the possibility of an application that connects cadastral control point and urban control point. In order to do this, we calculated and analyzed the cadastral coordinate on urban control point by using the GPS observation data of Changwon-si urban control point (32 points) which was announced based on the result of global coordinate system. We calculated cadastral coordinate through using three different kinds of calculation S/Ws, and compared the results of the calculation with the preexisting result of urban control point. The comparison suggested that the gap between the new results and the existing results is in the range of error specified by a law. Therefore, the result can be used in cadastral surveying. However, for the safe application in practical works, we suggested that it would be better to carry out new cadastral surveying and use its result than to use the result of the current urban control point directly in surveying cadastral. In addition, we suggested that it is necessary to examine precisely the local station of triangulation. Finally, we recommended that one should use trilateral network adjustment S/W as one's calculation S/W.

  • To manage national territory and cadastral data efficiently, accuracy and cost-efficiency in cadastral boundary surveying is inevitable. The efficient management of cadastral data is a very important element in national land management. Survey techniques are being introduced. Recently, improvements in survey techniques have been made with the development of satellite surveying, Allowing accurate and fast surveys. If we can calculate the output accurately in real-time in survey fields, it will open a new method in cadastral detail surveying. According to the classification on Law of cadastral surveying, Cadastral surveying can be divided into cadastral control point surveying and cadastral detail surveying. The control point survey can be divided into cadastral triangulation surveying and cadastral traverse surveying. The detailed survey is usually perform by plane surveying. Among these, cadastral detail surveying will be reviewed in this study. In this study, the combination of the satellites, such as US managed GPS and Russian managed GLONASS was used. In the satellite survey in downtown, data interruption symptoms arose(according to the mask angle of the satellite). Therefore; we combined the satellites to get date more accurately. A block of Haewoondae New City in Busan, Korea, which has Numerical Cadastral Law was selected as the sample area for this study. Block II and III are surrounded by high rise apartments. One side of Block I and IV is level ground and the other side is full of high rise apartments. Especially, Block II is surrounded by high rise apartment houses with 20 meters width. In the results of the study Block II did not satisfy the allowable precision, while Block I, II and IV satisfied the allowable precision of the enforcement regulations of Cadastral Law. Therefore, it is judged that the traditionally used Total Station method should be used for supplementary survey on Block II, in stead.

  • This study analyzed the positional accuracy of cadastral control points where central datum points and eastern datum points meet in the area of standard datum of geographic coordinate, in order to suggest the possibility of converting cadastral coordinates into global coordinates in the future in areas between cadastral datum. 12 GPS observation data points were extracted from the station of triangulation in the experimental area, and the accuracy of coordinate conversions in the area where central and eastern datum points meet was analyzed. The results show that the x-coordinate RMSE was ${\pm}0.0014m$ and the y-coordinate RMSE was ${\pm}0.0011m$. Such excellent results indicated that it is possible to convert to the global coordinate system. Thus, in converting to the global coordinate system, it appears possible to convert even borderline datum point areas if points with stable outcomes are selected by inspecting various triangulation markers, then used to carry out the conversion.

  • Cadastral surveying is related to demarcating legal boundaries and areas for the sake of registering a properly on cadastral records or restoring registered boundaries on the ground. It is composed of control surveying (cadastral triangulation and supplementary control surveying) and detail surveying. Detail surveying is classified into plane table surveying by graphical cadastral map and numerical surveying by boundary point coordinates. In this study we compared the accuracy of plane table surveying with numerical surveying using Parcel Based Land Information System(PBLIS) data constructed by the cadastral map digitalization business. In conclusion the result by numerical surveying was analyzed as more accurate than the result of plane table surveying, as Root Mean Square Errors(RMSE) of graphical cadastral surveying is 0.766m and that of numerical cadastral surveying using Total Station(T/S) is 0.683m. Therefore, PBLIS data is expected to be used for surveying legal boundaries and areas in the near future.

  • GPS survey came into wide use, but there are inefficient parts in related laws and regulations. Especially, to get GPS surveying results under 1.5cm permissible error the observation time must be longer than 8 hours in triangulation points surveying regulations. However, GPS surveying technology is developing now, so results could be acceptable under 4 hours observation time. Therefore, this study made a stable standard of observation time in GPS survey by comparing the errors due to observation time, and used PAJU, DOND and YANP's GPS data and 6 cadastral points' survey data. Also, to analyze the variations of results due to baseline distance, applied each GPS site as a fixed point and compared the positions. As a result, the stable satisfactory results were calculated under 4 hour survey, when the baseline distances were under 30km.
