재래시장 전기재해 감소를 위한 실시간 확인이 가능한 분전반 개발 (Development of the Cabinet Panel of Real-Time Availability Checks for Electrical Disaster Decreasing at Traditional Markets)

  • In this paper, in order to reduce the electrical disaster damage which is caused by with electrical equipment of traditional markets, we developed the cabinet panel and the electrical safety monitoring system which is able to monitor the electrical equipments condition(over current, leakage current, arc, WH, electrical fire factor etc.) at traditional markets. We constructed Test-bed for testing reliability of electrical safety monitoring system and cabinet panel. And we tested the cabinet for over current, leakage current and arc under the traditional markets actual condition. This paper will be used with the data for an demonstration project after compensating the defects which are occurred to operation of traditional markets actual loads.

  • We carry out a demonstration project to verify performance of a Home- Smart Cabinet Panel(H-SCP) at the child care facility. It is difficult to prevent an electrical disaster using a existing cabinet panel because electrical events are invisible and unforeseeable. So we construct a integrated information system with a Home-Smart Cabinet Panel(H-SCP) for management of low-voltage customers. The integrated information system with the H-SCP maintain the transmitted data from H-SCP, alert a electrical event to a administrator and show a state of customer health in real time respectively. A manager of electrical safety can prevent electrical disaster to maintain electrical facilities after analysis on the integrated information system.

Currently our country TV / AV decoration cabinet is staying to only the acceptance function which is simple. Consequently, the development of the new flat panel TV stands that matches in the house culture which is modernized with applies the visual effect which is various, effective design and function is necessary.   • 본 연구는 저압 분전함내에서 발생한 사고사례를 분석하여 사고의 메커니즘과 사고특성 등을 연구하여 사고 패턴을 제시함으로서 전기설비 사고 원인 분석 및 진단을 위한 자료를 확보하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 금속현미경, X-ray, FI-IR 등의 분석을 하였다.

  • This paper deals with damage patterns of cabinet panel for low voltage deteriorated by flame. In order to analyze damage patterns, we used Metallurgical Microscope, x-ray system, and Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy. Firstly, Metallurgical microscope was used for analysis of electrical causes, such as electric short and overload. Secondly, X-ray system was used for analysis of internal characteristics of circuit breakers. Lastly, Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy was used for analysis of damage direction by flame. The following results were obtained.

  • In this paper, we investigated a dust pollution and spot survey of electrical installation in vulnerable area. From the survey results, we know that the dust was easily accumulated in cabinet panel because the cabinet panel cover was opened and the management of installation was not good. Although the dust pollution was not difference, the possibility of accident become increased by dust in salt area. Thus, it is necessary to variation of cabinet panel shape to prevention of electrical disaster in dust occurrence and another protection devices.

  • 재래시장의 전기재해로 인한 재산 및 인명 피해를 줄이기 위하여 재래시장 특성을 고려한 상가 분전반에서 재래시장에 사용되는 전기설비의 상태(과부하, 누전, 아크발생, 전력량, 화재발생 지수 등)를 원격으로 모니터링할 수 있는 전기안전감시시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 전기안전감시시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성을 확인하기 위해 분전반 실험 및 전기안전감시시스템의 운영 방향을 토대로 재래시장 전기안전감시시스템 Test-Bed를 구성하였다. 본 논문은 추후에 재래시장 실증 부하들의 운영에 따른 안전성과 신뢰성을 검증하기 위한 자료로 사용될 것이다.

  • 지진은 예보가 거의 불가능하고 짧은 시간동안 일어나 지진이 발생할 때 적극적인 대처를 할 시간적인 여유가 거의 없어 다른 자연재해에 비해 인명피해와 재산피해가 많이 발생한다. 최근 전 세계적으로 지진이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이와 같이 지진의 증가에 따라 구조물의 안전성 확보에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있지만 상대적으로 비구조요소인 전기 시설 등에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 그리고 현재 국내의 전기설비는 지진에 대한 안전설계를 하지 않는 경우가 많아 지진이 발생했을 때 손상에 매우 취약하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ABAQUS를 통해 실제 수배전반과 유사하도록 모델링을 하였고 자연지진파를 이용하여 3D 동적비선형해석을 수행하였다. 송변전설비 내진설계 실무지침서의 지진구역I과 보통지반암 조건에 따르면 기능수행수준의 최대응답가속도는 0.157g이다. 하지만 본 연구에서 일반적인 수배전반에 대한 해석결과의 0.1g에서 한계상태 도달비율은 30%로 안전하다고 볼 수 없다. 그리고 해석결과를 통해 지진취약도를 도출하고 분석하였다. 도출된 지진취약도는 수배전반의 한계상태를 판별하는 정량적 근거로 제시하고 이와 관련된 연구의 기초자료로 활용되는데 목적을 가지고 있다.

  • In recent years, the many electric saving methods are studied because of difficulty of meeting the demand. The electric energy management such as monitoring of branch power consumption, demand control, metering, power quality monitoring, electric safety monitoring can make energy saving. The purpose of this paper is to develop a system which can provide the integrated management of various functions required for energy management by consumers. In this system all functions which were embodied into each devices are integrated into intelligent meter. The developed systems are tested and implemented by installing at consumer electric distribution panel.

  • In this paper, in order to reduce the electrical disaster such as electrical fire at traditional markets, we need to develop the circuit breaker which is able to monitor the power status of electrical equipments. Therefore, for solving the those problems, we developed the detection censor(ZCT, CT) and equipment of data analysis and transmission. The detection censor and equipment is able to monitor the electrical equipments condition(over current, leakage current, arc, etc.). We constructed Test-Bed for testing reliability of the circuit breaker and obtained certification. And we tested the over current, leakage current and arc under the normal condition. This paper will be used to the data for development an cabinet panel which is able to monitor the actual loads.
