충남 서부지역의 육우 축산 기계화 실태조사 (A Survey on the Machanization for Beef Cattle Farm in West Chung-Nam)

  • In order to advise how to solve the problems and suggest on the mechanization of beef farm, the facilities and equipment for feeding and supplying water to the animals and transporting manure, and farm machineries of sixty-seven beef cattle farms in western Chungnam Province were surveyed. The results are as follows; 1. The proportions of number of heads per farm for above 70, 50∼70, 30∼50, 10∼30 and below 10 heads were 26, 18, 29, 13 and 13, respectively. The farms with the annual income more than 30 million won are consisted of 67.6% of the farms surveyed which showed to be higher than national average. 2. Only 19% of farms had automatic feeding system. Water was supplied by water cup(45%), opening and shutting water tab(27.6%) and bucket. 3. Cattle manure was transported by manpower (46%) by loader (34%) and by gravitational flow (14%). Most of manure(97%) was composted after treatment of drying or piling up outside. 4. More instruction and education were required because of the insufficient routine checking and fixing for farming machines, and unsystematic education for learning skills. 5. 65% of farms felt unsatisfied about after service(A/S) for their machinery. The main reason why the farmers were not satisfied was that it took too much time to be repaired. 6. When the farms purchased facilities, equipment and machinery, they did not analyze economic value of them and keep a diary. To make effective use of machines, the most available model for purchasing and managing of machines must be developed and applied to various scales of management.

한국 국립공원 사찰 공중화장실 디자인 연구 (Design for Public Lavatory in Korean Temple Considering the Korean Traditional Architectural Concept)

  • 우리나라는 2002년 한·일 공동주최 월드컵이라는 국제적 대회의 개최로 인한 외국인 입국자의 증가로 시설물 확충 및 개보수의 필요성이 절실히 요구되어지고 있다. 하지만 한국관광공사에 따르면 외국인 관광객의 한국여행 시 안내표지판 미비 및 화장실의 불결이 가장 큰 불편사항으로 지적되고 있다. 이중 화장실은 숫자적으로 증가하였으나 관리소흘과 시설의 낙후 등으로 문제가 크게 대두되고 있으며 또한, 디자인측면과 장애인 시설측면의 미흡함으로 관광한국으로서 많은 문제점이 도출되고 있는 실정이다. 화장실에 대한 기존연구는 1980년대부터 시작되어 왔지만 시설물 개선 및 확충, 시민의식의 제고 측면에 편중되어 있기 때문에 공간배치 및 시설물 계획만을 주로 검토하고 있어 공중화장실의 전통적 디자인 측면이나 환경측면에 대한 고려의 연구가 미흡하다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 체크리스트를 통해 공중화장실의 문제점과 실태를 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 국립공원에 적용되어질 수 있는 공중화장실의 디자인을 한국불교 건축양식을 적용하여 쾌적한 환경창출과 한국 전통문화를 느낄 수 있는 공간으로 재탕출하였다.

  • 육지산 뱀인 무자치 (Elaphe rufodersata)의 장내에서 Proalarioides kobaynshii((Trematoga)를 채집하여 표피 미세구조를 관찰하고 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 충체 전반부는 컵 모양으로 위흡반, 구홉반, tribocytic organ 등을 갖고 있었으며, 후반부는 손가락 모양으로 별 구조물이 없이 밋밋하였다. 전반부 표피에서는 가시가 관찰되었는데 컵의 중앙부로 갈수록 끝이 3∼4분지로 갈라진 가시들이 관찰되었고 그 사이 사이에는 openingpapillae와 type II papillae및 dome-shape papillae가 관찰되었다. Tribocytic organ의 중앙 4/5는 섬유성 구조를 하고 있었고 외연쪽으로는 가시들이 둘러싸고 있었으며 가시들도 밖으로 갈수록 끝이 2∼3분지로 갈라져 존재하였다 구흡반은 전반부 앞쪽 중앙에 위치하고 양측에 위흡반을 갖고 있었으며 구흡반 주위에 type II papillae가 관찰되었다. 컵 모양의 외연쪽에서는 type III papillae가 관찰되었다. 이상과 같이 P. kobayashil치 표피 미세구조를 관찰한 바 다른 strigeoid 흡충류와 다른 몇가지 특징을 관찰할 수 있었다.

초등학생의 우유와 유제품 섭취와 기호도 -경기도 화성시 일부 초등학생 5~6학년 대상으로 (Milk and Dairy Intake and Acceptability in Fifth- and Sixth-graders in Hwaseong, Korea)

  • Efforts to have children consume milk continue across the world for the sufficient supply of calcium and protein. This study examines the frequency and amount of dairy milk and the recognition, acceptability, and knowledge of milk and dairy products by considering fifth- and sixth-graders in Hwaseong, Korea. The acceptability of milk and dairy products measured based on a five-point Likert-type scale was assessed to determine its correlations with breakfast frequency, the frequency of milk intake, and milk knowledge. According to descriptive statistics, 47% and 53% of the subjects were fifth- and sixth-graders, respectively, 53% and 47% were male and female, respectively, 45.3% and 51.2% had mothers in their thirties and forties, respectively, and 57% had working mothers. Breakfast frequency was 5.2 and 5.3 times per week, and milk and dairy intake was 4.6 times. The milk knowledge score was 5.3 out of 10 points. The average daily intake of milk was a cup (55.1%), and a vast majority preferred white milk (68.6%). Ice cream bar type (4.49 points) and cone type (4.48 points) showed the highest acceptability, and breakfast frequency was positively correlated with white milk and cheddar cheese (p<0.01). Daily milk intake frequency was positively correlated with white milk and fortified milk. Milk knowledge was positively correlation with white milk, fortified milk, functional yogurt (p <0.05), fermented milk, and cheese (p<0.01). The higher the breakfast frequency, the more likely the intake of white milk (p<0.01). An increase in milk intake increased milk knowledge (p<0.05). The higher the level of knowledge, the more likely the intake of fortified milk and the frequency of milk intake. These results suggest that school lunch milk may increase awareness and milk intake through continuing education in milk knowledge. High acceptability scores for white milk, fortified milk, and fermented milk indicate their suitability for school milk consumption.

골다공증 여성의 자기효능감과 생활양식의 관계 연구 (Life Style and Self-efficacy in Osteoporosis Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the life style, self-efficacy, and Bone Marrow Density (BMD) in osteoporosis female patients. The subjects were recruited at the four Osteoporosis Clinics. A convenience sample of 190 women completed a survey instrument which included the Osteoporosis Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, Life Style Questionnaire and demographic items. BMD of L$_4$ was measured by Dual Photon Absor photiometry. The sample ranged in age from 40 to 82 years (Mean=60.28). Eighty-one percent were married and 14.9% were widowed. Forty-four percent lived with their spouse and children. Excercise, diet, medication, alcohol consumption, and smoking were measured to investigate the life style. Fifty-seven percent of the subjects exercised regularly. Mountain climbing, brisk walking, and free gymnastics were frequently cited excercises by the subjects in this study. Sixty percent drank one cup of milk and 34.7% had 1.13 cups of coffee in a day. Thirty-nine percent used calcium supplements, 9.5% drank alcohol, and 3.2% smoked cigarettes. Economic status and education level were related to self-efficacy. Age, economic status, and education level were related to BMD. As a life style, exercise, diet(milk, ice cream, and coffee), and medication(calcium) were associated with self-efficacy. The subjects who exercised regularly and took calcium supplements for a longer time had a higher level of self-efficacy than those who did not. Smoking and alcohol consumption had no relationship with self-efficacy. Excercise, medication(calcium), and alcohol consumption were related to BMD. The subjects who took calcium supplements for a longer time had a higher level of BMD. Alcohol consumption was not related to self-efficacy but related to BMD. The subject who drank alcohol had a higher level of BMD than those who did not drink. The amount of alcohol consumption was positively related to BMD.

3차원 축구 재연 시스템 (3D Reenactment System of Soccer Game)

  • 본 논문은 축구경기에서 골인과 같은 중요한 장면을 영상처리 기술과 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술을 이용하여 3차원으로 재연할 수 있는 3차원 축구재연 시스템에 대해 소개한다. KBS 기술연구소에서는 축구경기 중계방송에서 시청자에게 새로운 영상을 제공하기 위해 Vplay라는 3차원 축구재연 시스템을 개발하였다. Vplay는 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용하여 축구경기에서 흥미롭고 중요한 장면을 재연한다. Vplay는 입력 비디오 시퀀스로부터 색상정보를 기반으로 신수 영역을 추출하고, 전역 이동 추정 모델과 운동장 좌표 변환모델을 이용하여 운동장에서의 선수의 정확한 위치를 추정한다. 이 결과 데이터는 가상 캐릭터의 움직임을 생성하는 이동동작 생성기로 입력되어 가상 캐릭터의 기본적인 움직임을 자동 생성한다. 그리고 미리 제작된 동작과 모델 라이브러리를 통해서 빠르고 편리하게 중요 장면을 재연할 수 있다. Vplay는 빠른 제작시간을 요구하는 축구중계 생방송용으로 개발되었으며 지난 월드컵 경기와 아시안 게임에 효과적으로 활용하였다.

축구화 스터드 형태에 따른 무릎 모멘트의 변화 (Changes in Knee Joint Loading on Infilled Turf with Different Soccer Cleat Designs)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between different soccer cleat designs and knee joint moments. Twelve physically active males (mean(SD): age: 26.4(6.2)yrs; height: 176.4(4.1)cm; mass: 74.0 (7.4)kg) were recruited Kinematic and force plate data were collected for all subjects during normal running and a $45^{\circ}$ cutting maneuver, called a v-cut. Both motions were performed at $4.0{\pm}0.2\;m/s$ on infilled artificial turf with three pairs of soccer cleats of different sole plate designs, and one pair of neutral running shoes. Inverse dynamics were used to calculate three dimensional knee joint moments, with repeated measures ANOVA and post hoc paired Student's t-test used to determine significance between shoe conditions. Significant differences were found in the extension moments of the knee for running trials, and for external rotation and adduction moments in the v-cutting trials. Knee moments were greater in v-cut than running, and the traditional soccer cleats (Copa Mondial and World Cup) tended to result in greater knee moments than the Nova runner or TRX soccer cleat. Cleat design was found to influence 3-dimensional knee moments in a v-cut maneuver. In the translational traction test, there were significant differences between all conditions. In the rotational traction test, friction with soccer shoes were greater than friction with running shoes. However, no differences were found between soccer shoes. Higher moments may lead to increased loads and stresses on knee joint structures, and thus, greater injury rates.

사용후핵연료 파이로 공정 중 우라늄 전착물의 잉곳 제조 방법 (Uranium ingot casting method with Uranium deposit in a Pyroprocessing)

  • 사용후핵연료 파이로프로세싱 공정 생성물인 우라늄 전착물을 잉곳 형태로 주조하는 공정이 있다. 이 논문에서는 실험실 규모의 우라늄 전착물 잉곳 주조 장치에 대한 설계 개념을 소개하고, 이에 따라 제작된 장치의 성능 시험 결과 및 우라늄을 사용한 잉곳 주조 시험 결과를 소개한다. 이 장치는 도가니를 경동시켜 우라늄 용탕을 주형에 주입하여 우라늄 잉곳을 제조하며, 우라늄 전착물을 연속으로 주입할 수 있는 컵 형태의 원료 장입장치를 장착하였다. 이러한 장치를 사용하면 우라늄 전착물의 잉곳 생산성을 높일 수 있다. 실험 결과 우라늄 원료를 장입하여 주조한 결과 수축공이 적은 양호한 주물을 제조하는데 성공하였으며, 이러한 실험실 규모의 장치를 개발한 경험을 활용하여 공학규모의 장치를 설계하는데 활용하였다.

둥굴레를 첨가한 커피의 관능적 특성 분석 (Sensory Characteristics of Coffee with the Addition of The Polygonatum sibiricum)

  • The purpose of this study was to synthesize tasty and healthy solomon's seal coffee by combining solomon's seal and a coffee-making process. Therefore, this study was carried out to establish the most suitable conditions for coffee-making by surface response surface methodology. Using the center synthesis method, we synthesized solomon's seal coffee by considering three factors (solomon's seal, coffee, and temperature) and three levels. The sixteen experimental items for solomon's seal coffee based on surface-reaction analysis were scent (crust break-scent when pouring water in solomon's seal coffee, flavorscent when tasting solomon's seal coffee), taste (clean-cup-pure taste without loose scent, sweetness, and acidity), mouth-feel, aftertaste, overall quality, and other taste degrees. Scores were from 1 to 7, with 7 indicating the highest preference. The optimum mixing rates which meet sensory items were coffee 19.51g, solomon's seal 2.07g, and temperature $93.39^{\circ}C$. Based on the above results, solomon's seal seems to be well suited for coffee. It was also found that solomon's seal has great potential to be well suited with other foods.

경기지역 일부 주야간 여대생들의 식생활 습관과 영양섭취 상태에 대한 연구 (A Study of Dietary Habits and Intakes for Female College Students of Day and Night Class in Kyunggido Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the food habits and the dietary intake of female college students at day and night class in the Kyunggido area. The questionnaires were collected from 294 students(151 day class and 143 night class students) out of 350 in total. The results are as follows: Breakfast for day class students and breakfast and dinner of night class students were skipped more than 3 times a week. The main reason was short of time. In the behavior of food intake, the frequency of yellow-green vegetables, milk and seaweeds intake was low in all respondents. 18.4% of night class students ate out 3 times a day. In the kind of menu for eating out, Korean food was the most frequent. snack food the second, and fast food came last. 23.9% of students ate something 2 or 3 times a day between meals. The main reason for eating between meals was the desire to eat for day class students, and hunger for the night time students. Consumption of coffee was 0.76 cup a day Daily mean of calory intake was 1.394 kcal and the ratio of carbohydrate. protein lipid was 61:14:25. The intakes of iron and niacin of the day class students were higher than those of night class students. There was no significant difference in intake of other nutrients between day and night class students. Intake of calcium and iron did not reach 50% of Korean RDA.
