  • Recently, SCM(Supply Chain Management) embraces the dynamic environmental changes of the participatory bodies in supply chain. Under this dynamic SCM environment, the selection of supplier and outsourcing company is very important. In their selection, the productivity and expertise of suppliers and outsourcing companies are, of course, to be considered as important factors, but whether or nottheycanmeettheduedateisacritical factor. In particular, this is true because an order-based manufacture ought to have CTP(Capable To Promise). For this purpose, by capitalizing onthevirtualmanufactureundertheSCM, this paper has tried to suggest a new agent system for the selection of supplier and outsourcing company. While performing virtual manufacture based on the integration scheduling, this system acquires the production environment and scheduling information of both suppliers and outsourcing companies on a real-timebasis,thusmakingintegrationschedulingpossible. Also, in order to provetheviabilityofthisstudy,thispaper has selected a specific domain and applied it.

The Effect of QM Activities on the Management Results of Small and Medium sized Enterprises in South Korea (품질경영활동이 중소기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, a correlation between execution of quality management activities and their results was verified by applying the Malcolm Baldrige model (hereafter referred to as the MB model) as a quality management performance measurement indicator for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in South Korea. To achieve this goal, we need to determine whether the categorical requirements in the MB model are recognized consistently in SMEs, as a prerequisite. To this end, factor analysis was conducted for measurement variables in each category, which revealed that the process indicator was made up of six factors and the outcome indicator was made up of five factors, like those configured in the MB model. This result can be interpreted to mean that the requirements in each category of the MB model were well produced and recognized consistently throughout SMEs in South Korea. In addition, the analysis of causality between the process indicator (quality management activities) and the outcome indicator (management results) showed high causality between them. Although the quality management levels of SMEs in South Korea are inferior to those of conglomerates or other national quality award-winning companies, this study is significant in that the causality between quality management activities and results was verified, since this study targeted SMEs in South Korea as the target of investigation. Thus, it is empirically proven that the MB model can contribute to improved management results for SMEs in Korea.

  • In the Supply chain, The ATP(Available to Promise) function doesn't only give customers to conformation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can be acquire the conformation about on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a ATP and analyzes data which is concerned of ATP. tinder the these environments, defines the ATP nile that can improve the customer value and data flow related the eCRM and builds on a algorithm.

  • The combat systems in Korea navy have been operating some kinds of tactical data link systems such as Link-11, ISDL and JTDLS. Each tactical data link system has the ability to transmit and receive tactical information like track, engagement, weapon information by using unique message of theirs. And each unique message has their own format. But a number of tactical data link system make combat effectiveness worse because their major functions are duplicated unnecessarily. So, many advanced countries are trying to make united data link system. Similarly, the combat systems in Korea navy will operate C4I data link system, and it is combined version current ISDL, KNCCS and JTDLS data link system. In this paper, we consider the development current tactical data link systems in Korea navy. Also, compare the characteristics between I-message used in ISDL and Host-Interface message used in C4I. From these results, we analyze advanced points about C4I data link system.

  • 오늘날 B2B 전자상거래의 폭발적인 성장과 더불어 온라인 상에서 다수의 구매자와 공급자가 참여하여 다양한 형태의 거래를 수행하는 B2B e-Marketplace의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 하지만 현재 B2B e-Marketplace 상황은 front-end 부분의 단순한 키워드 기반의 제품 카탈로그 검색만 제공할 뿐, 공급자의 재고상황, 생산 일정 그리고 제품의 배송 및 구매자에 따른 판매자의 정책 및 전략 등의 back-end 부분을 고려하지 않고 있다. 따라서 B2B e-Marketplace에서 주문처리와 배송 과정을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해서는, back-end 부분에서 구매자가 요구하는 제품들에 대하여 공급자의 생산계획과 수요예측, 재고처리, 수송 및 고객관리 등에 관한 정책을 실시간으로 정확하게 반영하고 처리할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 비즈니스 룰 시스템을 이용하여 공급자의 ATP와 CTP등의 생산계획과 비즈니스 정책을 실시간으로 반영하는 e-Marketplace 제품 추천 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 본 논문은 공급자에게는 생산계획의 안정화, 납기 준수 율 제고의 효과를 제공하며, 구매자에게는 납기일의 불확실성을 제거함으로써 안정된 생산 및 판매계획 수립을 제공한다

  • One of the important roles of worflow is color management. In general, color management technique, which is called CMS(color management system), is a method to solve problems that show different characteristics of color regeneration in output devices, and the characteristics of output devices is created in data file called ICC(International Color Consortium) profile. In addition, ICC profile is used to manage color in workflow, and includes other functions, process management and printing quality management. In domestic printing market, workflow is in the pipeline at rapid speed along with CTP, and use of ICC profile required for color management is also in rapid progress. Therefore, this paper produced optimal ICC profile through experiment from the work of linearizing devices used in each field to color conversion work. Moreover, the paper confirmed how ICC profile will be used in printing field. In the profiling experiment based on hardcopy proofing, photographed copy and chrominance were compared by printing out in proof the image created through application and color conversion with the use of camera profile and proof profile produced in colorimetric method. By evaluating if color is expressed accurately from input to output through colorimetric color conversion experiment as above, the paper intended to propose color management method using optimal profile in printing process.

  • The new businesses started by the companies usually results in being unsuccessful. The main reasons for that are either aiming targeting wrong customers, unsatisfaction of customers' requesting quality standards, or taking wrong actions against the competitors in the market. Therefore, companies should aim the targets for the newly developing products based on the fulfilling values for the customers when they start the new businesses, and should take good cares for risk managements at the each step of the new business to prevent the failure in advance. In addition to that, the companies starting new businesses not only need to take the customers attributes (CA) into account, but they also should apply the new technologies as one system to initiate a new business to satisfy the basic wants of the customers. This article suggests the New Product Development Pursuing Model using the Indicative Planning methodology and the Quality Management tools. The New Product Development Pursuing Model would be completed by the following steps as below; 1. Drawing the CTQ (Critical To Quality) for setting up the new product development objectives by : i) using the VOC (Voice Of Customers) obtained by the QFD (Quality Function Deploypment) if the market is mature, ii) applying AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to information in the QIS (Quality Information System) if the market is unmature to get enough need information of the customers. 2. Risk Management in NPD : The NPD pursuing model consisted of the IP (indicative planning) is suggested not by the process of top-down-way mandatory planning process, but by the tools used in the administrative science and economic fields, namely by governance. The companies could apply innovative methodology for new products development processes to fulfil the customers satisfaction in the fields, through the CA (Contingency Approach) of the NPD (New Product Development) process.
