The paper deals with comparative study of characteristics of surrogate models and sensitivity evaluation using design of experiments in order to enhance and analysis the structure design of an automatic salt collector under various design load conditions. Orthogonal array design based on numerical analysis was used for the design of experiments. The thickness sizing variables of main structure member were considered the design factors, and the output responses were selected from the strength performances as well as the weight. The quantitative effects on responses for each design factor were evaluated from the orthogonal array experiment. Optimum design case was also identified to improve the strength performances with weight minimization. Using the orthogonal array experiment. various surrogate models such as response surface model, Kriging model, and Chebyshev orthogonal polynomial were generated. The orthogonal array experiment results were validated by the surrogate modeling results. The most suitable surrogate model was the response surface model for the exploration of design space of the automatic salt collector.

Safe security technology is required for the startup ecosystem according to the construction and service of a joint open platform in the financial sector. Financial industry standard open API recommends that payment-related fintech companies develop/apply additional security technologies to protect core API authentication keys in the mutual authentication process. This study proposes an enhanced API security protocol using multiple channels. It was designed in consideration of the compatibility of heterogeneous platforms by further analyzing the problems and weaknesses of existing open API related research. I applied the method of concealment to remove the additional security channels into a single channel of the existing security protocols. As a result of the performance analysis, the two-way safety of the communication session of the multi-channel and the security of the man-in-the-middle attack of the enhanced authentication key were confirmed, and the computational performance of the delay time (less than 1 second) in the multi-session was confirmed.

This study observes the case of Kakao-Page, a webtoon and web novel company, revealing the relationship between long-tail strategy and corporate competence in the cultural content industry market. This study investigated the various expansion strategies of Kakao-Page and investigated the strength of the strategy through value, rare, inimitability, and organization the method of VRIO analysis. The biggest strength of Kakao-Page is its diverse range of products ranging from 66,000, and not only does it gain merit as a long-tail, but it also becomes the core of the vertical integration and various expansion strategy. The study points out that the ability to secure a wide range of products is essential for platform content companies seeking access to the market. Also, the need for follow-up research regarding content platforms and long-tail.

There have been many developments and innovations in the educational environments in line with the rapidly evolving information age. E-Learning is a representative example of this rapid evolution. However, E-Learning is challenging to maintain students' concentration because of the low engagement level and limited interactions between instructors and students. Additionally, instructors have limitations in identifying learners' concentration. This paper proposes a system that can measure E-learning users' concentration levels by detecting the users' eyelid movement and the top of the head. The system recognizes the eyelid and the top of the head and measures the learners' concentration level. Detection of the eyelid and the top of the head triggers an event to assess the learners' concentration level based on the users' response. After this process, the system provides a normalized concentration score to the instructor. Experiments with experimental groups and control groups were conducted to verify and validate the system, and the concentration score showed more than 90% accuracy.

This study analyzes the impacts of undergraduate-work-experiences for beauty-major's graduates. 168 samples were selected from Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey data 2012 ~ 2017. As a result of a Multiple logistic regression analysis, a job experience, job period, and number of experienced job type mattered. In case of having non-major job experience while studying, the opportunities of finding a job of one who has no experience was higher than that of one had over a year work experience. While in case of having major job experience in the field of studying, one who has experience over 6 months and less than a year had higher chance in finding a job than that of one who had over a year work experience. I hope this promotes reviewing a systematic educational policy and helps to get a fundamental information on job-seeking behavior of beauty major graduate.

Elemental mobility during the weathering of granite in the Gwangju Hyangdeung area was investigated using ICP-MS analysis. It appeared that Al, Fe, Ti, K were lost from the profile, whereas Si, Ca, Na Mg, P and Mn were immobile during chemical weathering. In less weathered soil, large enrichment of K and Ti were found relative to Al, whereas other elements such as Si, Ca, Na, Mg and P are deplete. Fe content is constant throughout the weathered profiles. Amounts of Rb, Sr, Y, Cs, Pb, Th and U increased toward the surface. Nb, and Co have accumulated in the deepest parts of the weathered soil profile. These results agree with similar published studies. In addition, the analytical data shows that Ba and Ga increased, while Cu, Zn, Cr and Ni were relatively constant in this area. REE tend to increase in most samples, while LREEs, relative to Al, were enriched in the lower and upper saprolite. HREEs were enriched in the lower and upper saprolite.

The CSS(Chirp Spread Spectrum) technology is used for developing various WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) application fields in general, and it can be adapted to implement localization systems especially using SDS-TWR(Symmetric Double Sided - Two Way Ranging). But the ranging errors are occurred in many practical applications due to some interferences by some experiments. Thus, the compensation algorithm for localization is required for developing localization applications. The suggested compensation algorithm that is named KF_EDR(Kalman Filter and Equivalent Distance Rate) for localization in order to reduce the ranging errors is suggested in this paper. The KF_EDR compensation algorithm for localization is mainly composed of the AEDR(Algorithm of Equivalent Distance Rate) and the Kalman Filter. It is confirmed that the improved error ratio of the KF_EDR are 10.5% and 4.2% compared with the AEDR algorithm in lobby and stadium. From the results, it is analyzed that the KF_EDR can be widely used for some localization system in ubiquitous society.

In various ICBM (IoT, Bigdata, Cloud, Mobile) IT convergence environments, IT technologies have been evolved, new information security threats have been occurred. As information security incidents in major public agencies, financial institutions and companies occurred, it was emphasized that the importance of human security was disclosed. Thus, implementing of information security management system could protect hacks and security breaches and respond quickly to accidents so it minimized the sized of loss. In this paper, comparison of human security controls shown in ISO27001, COBIT, NIST 800-53, K-ISMS, Cyber Security Framework such as the main information security management systems was analyzed, and proposed of the security implications about effective controls of human resources security issues.

In this paper, we propose a system to monitor the condition of elderly people who are uncomfortable by using smart-phone and biometric sensor at any time and for care-givers to provide with the best medical service anytime and anywhere. The proposed system monitors the status of the elderly through various bionic sensors installed in the hospital ward based on the Arduino system and not only provides the physiological and medical services required by the elderly, but also informs the guardian so that he can cope with the emergency. In conclusion, this paper suggests that a reading light used by elderly people can operate as a home server with a biosensor using Arduino and Android applications (Apps.), and the smart-phone of care-givers is configured as a remote management and a emergency call system. Therefore, this study suggests important ways to improve the satisfaction of medical service for the both elderly people and care-givers of chronic diseases in the future.

The aim of this study is to provide a direction for future research by examining research trends on women in social welfare field in recent years. This study has theoretical significance in terms of expanding the horizon of social welfare knowledge by accumulating new research results based on previous research results on this topic. Using content analysis, we analyzed 37 studies on women published in Korean Journal of Social Welfare during 2009 ~ 2017 focusing on research subjects, research topics, and methods. The results of analyzing the research subjects indicated that women were described as client, family, and worker. In terms of the research topics, the results revealed a total of thirteen themes. In addition, the results showed that empirical research methods were dominant. It is suggested that more efforts should be made in future studies to broaden the scope of research subjects, topics, and methodologies in this filed.
