본 연구에서는 국내 이미 수립되어진 에너지사용계획서를 표본으로 삼아 각 분과별 및 전기 에너지 이용효율 향상 설비별로 전기에너지 절감효과를 조사 분석하였다. 에너지사용계획서 작성 시 본 연구를 바탕으로 문제점을 분석하고 개선 방안을 제시함으로써 새로이 효율 개선을 목표로 하고 있는 전기에너지 사용계획 수립에 도움이 되고자 한다. 특별히, 전기에너지 절감 기기 적용의 최근 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 합리적인 에너지 사용과 목적에 부합한 분석 결과가 우리나라의 최근 에너지사용 계획서에 기여하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 도시 특성변수와 도시계획시설 공급패턴의 상관성을 업무 담당자의 직무에 대한 견해와 다변량분석을 시행하여 도시관리계획 수립단계에서 사업의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있도록 자발적인 주민 참여와 의견을 행정에 반영하여 제도적으로 주민참여를 적극적으로 유도할 수 있도록 하였으며 도시계획시설의 공급특성에 따른 관리방안으로서 중요도와 효용성이 높은 시설인 도로, 공원, 상하수도 시설 동은 선계획 및 후개발 정책을 강화하고 효율과 형평의 요소를 조화시킬 수 있도록 정부의 서비스 공급을 축소하고 민간서비스가 가능한 행정에 대해서는 민간참여를 확대해 나가는 관리방안이 필요하고 향후 효율적인 도시관리를 수행하기 위해서는 공공서비스의 공급 수행을 정부가 공급하는 확대지향적인 성향을 억제하고, 민간참여를 위축하는 각종 규제를 대폭 완화하여 민영화를 확대하는 방향으로 법과 제도를 보완하는 도시계획시설의 관리방안 체계를 구축해야 한다는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

There have been several complications and problems about marine ranching policy. Regional conflicts have occurred in the process of selecting land for the pasture. And conflict occurred in post-management process. The causes of these conflicts were pointed out to lack of social science research and alternatives. The government-led initiative model, which ignores participation in each sector, has been pointed out as a problem. In order to increase the effectiveness of the marine ranching project, the following points should be considered. First, at the stage of establishing the ocean ranch business plan, social science approach should be considered together with natural science approach. Second, a governance system should be established to enhance the effectiveness of the marine ranch project. The governance system refers to a consultative body in which the central government and local governments, autonomous steering committees, research institutes, local civil society organizations, and participating companies participate. We can improve the efficiency of business by establishing and promoting direction, operation policy, and action plan of sea pasture business centering on governance system. Third, it is necessary to change the management system from the existing administration-led business model to the cooperative governance system - based model. The effectiveness of the marine ranching project can be improved through the governance system.

This study examines for the making a deduction of architectural characteristics of high-rise business hotel's lower public space through analyzing the lobby space composition through Beijjng's 21 cases constructed from 1978 until 2008 in China. In the methods of analyzing process, We study the literatures, research reports and architectural drawings including the site survey. We hope to establish the principle in public space composition of Beijing's business hotels through analyzing the plan of these hotels. Finally, We find out the principles after researching as follows. Firstly, duration of business hotel construction was concentrated with the center of Beijing City especially central 5 Gu which will roll. To 1990's after that the high-rise hotel construction increased in order for the demand of the resort and the convention hotel to come to be many. The modem style was increased in hotel design of building's style. Secondly, the result which analyzes an 21 case study shows concourse style of public space composition is representative in lobby space of general 5 star business hotel in Beijing. And there are many upper composition style in sectional plan, modern style in lobby interior design. The third, the medium and small sized hotel have the plane which apply the public space efficiently.

To succeed in ERP construction, the purpose of ERP setup must be completed. To accomplish this end, it is required to analysis business process completely and make a plan in detail. For ERP providers', they must support a characterized ERP construction methodology and lower the construction cost by improving an ERP package by making it easy to customize. But, because imported EHP products that are supplied currently are designed for the standard and the rationality, they have a limit to support custom processes of domestic companies. On the contrary, ERP products by domestic companies are unable to support a consistent methodology of constructing ERP system. This is a main reason why much time and costs are consumed than that of an original plan. For solving the problems, ERP packages should provide a consistent process modeling methodology and a modeling tool which can support this methodology. Furthermore, customizing cost must be lowered by implementing reusable components from the process models. This Paper describes a component-based ERP Package system which has peculiar modeling tools and development tools. We describe the modeling methodology and the business component definition of the ERP system. Finally, we describe its customizing process based on these process designs and business components.

In this study, a current condition of human feces-collecting and transporting business of local government was investigated using statistical data to efficiently derive proper systematic management plan for human feces-collecting and transporting business. According to the data for human feces-collecting and transporting business from 2006 to 2010, it turned out that the number of people working in this field and the amount of human feces produced and processed were decreased. They were decreased by 292 places, 1,077 employees, $904m^3/day$, and $121m^3/day$, respectively. In addition, the number of human feces-collecting and transporting business has been decreased causing an extra amount of manpower and the number of employees working in the field decreased. In this study, the reasons for financial difficulties of human feces-collecting and transporting business were analyzed. Finally the alternative plans were suggested to replace currently closed business due to management deterioration.

Although many years passed since 'The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction'(hereinafter referred to as 'enterprise disaster reduction act') has been first enacted in 2007, BCMS is still not activated in our society. In contrast, after 911 Terror, importance of BCM is getting magnified and standardization research & institutionalization i s a lso proceeding i all over world. Lately, Disaster preventing activities is urgently needed like the sinking of 'Sewol ferry'. So the purpose of this paper is proposed for establishment of 'BCMS' and activation of the certificate system for Best-Run Business by analyzing the problem of 'enterprise disaster reduction act' and weak of activation as following. First, propel changing the policy of self-regulated participation to mandatory about the certificate system for Best-Run Business from public entity to government ministry and it is able to activate by propelling demo business of the certificate system for Best-Run Business. Second, public entity that has been given the certificate system for Best-Run Business by affiliating with Disaster Management Assessment of government management can be exempted from Disaster Management Assessment or those entity can arrange for connectivity acquisition method of 'Excellent rate'. Third, to publicize the activation of the law mentioned above, makes public entity r ecognizable by incorporating 'BCMS' into National safety management plan and establishment of National critical infrastructures security plan. Fourth, it should be reviewed to improving the related act regarding to inclusion of public organizations as well as private enterprises.

연구목적: 본 연구는 국가기반체계 메타평가를 위한 모형을 구축하고 구축된 모형을 이용하여 국가기반체계의 평가시스템 개선을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연구를 위해 재난 관련 법령과 정부에서 발간한 국가기반체계 평가보고서, 국가기반체계 보호계획 수립지침, 메타평가 선행연구자료 등 문헌자료와 국가기반체계 담당공무원, 평가위원, 피평가기관 업무담당자의 의견을 수렴하여 평가실태를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 현행 국가기반체계 평가지표 중 재난대응 교육 훈련계획 및 이행의 적정성, 평가이해관계자와 의사소통, 평가위원 교육시간 등 7개 지표에서 보완 소요가 도출되었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 도출된 개선방안을 국가기반체계 평가지표 개선에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

국가공간정보체계(NSDI)는 국가 공공기관의 공간정보를 통합 연계하여 공동 활용하기 위한 목적으로 2008년부터 추진되어 2012년 그 사업을 완료하였다. NSDI의 존재에도 불구하고 각 기관의 공간정보와 NSDI의 공간정보가 동시에 갱신되지 않는 방식을 사용하기 때문에 최신성 확보에 어려움이 있다. 공공기관의 공간정보를 활용한 서비스 사용현황을 살펴보면, 재활용이 가능한 비슷한 서비스가 중복 구축 및 운영되고 있으며 이에 따라 국가 예산이 낭비되고 있다. 이러한 이슈들은 전산자원을 공유하기 위한 목적의 클라우드 시스템을 NSDI에 적용함으로써 해결될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 확대발전 방안을 다룬다. 제안되는 NSDI의 확대 발전 방안은 공간정보 서비스 클라우드 시스템 구축방안과 거버넌스 체계 수립방안을 포함한다. 시스템 구축방안에서는 서비스 시나리오, 목표 시스템의 개념도, 그리고 서비스 기능이 도출된다. 서비스 기능에서는 제안된 두 가지 모듈에 대한 단위 기능과 세부 기능을 도출한다. 거버넌스 체계 수립방안에서는 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 운영을 위한 서비스 라이프사이클 단계별 조직의 필요역할을 정의하고 업무 프로세스를 도출한다. 제안된 시스템 구축방안을 기반으로 상세 시스템을 설계하고 조직을 구성함으로써 서비스 클라우드 기반의 NSDI 체계가 구축될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Korean foodservice's circulation industry has been developed with enforcement plan of circulation modernization for the purpose of circulation construction improvement in 1992 and revision plan of circulation modernization plan preparing circulation market opening in 1995. But Korean circulation step is still in an early stage compare the advanced nations, so it has a bad effect in case the price competition and the profits, A circulation industry has originally premodenization. But it could be changed leading industry of 21 century, because it can used not only latest technique through information network but also leisure market of consumption industry. We must be enough a purchase condition of direct transaction from a minimum of circulation in order to compete with new business industry of advanced nations. Threfore the scheme for the development of foodservice industry should be improve a circulation management environment of circulation company, also the government should be improve the system in the policy. Both the government and the enterprose must reinforce efforts for high level competition more than the present states. From the view point of the bedelayed industry of all industries, the chance of new business will be created more than others.
