The area of business applications in the internet are extended enormously in result of fast development of computing and communication technologies, increase of internet use, and use of intranet/extranet in enterprise information system. Widely spread the use of the internet, there are various applications for Business to Business (B to B) or Business to Customer(B to C) model that are based on the intranet or extranet. This paper designed and implemented the Web-based Electronic Bidding System for Business to Business (B to B) model. The technical issues of electronic bidding system in the internet are involved in the connection between web client and server, electronic data interchange for the contract document, and security solution during the bidding and contracting processes. The web-based electronic bidding system in this paper is implemented using Java applet and servlet as a connection interface for web client and sewer, XML/EDI-based documents for a bid and a contract, and bidding server and notary server for enhancing the security using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based public key cryptography, digital signature and Certification Authority (CA).

In the past, executive managers made a decision based on personal experience and knowledge due to lack of the appropriate and timely information. With the development of information systems and technologies, efficiency and productivity of business operation has been enhanced. In this study, we propose a system design and architecture blue-print related to strategic decision making support system. The proposed system consists of 3 key parts; individual business feasibility test, business portfolio feasibility test, business portfolio management. The three key parts are comprised of 11 components to generate information and knowledge based on various data input from inside and outside of firm. This system is expected to provide objective and reliable output to users. In addition, the proposed strategic decision support system would help respond to a rapidly changing business environment.

There are gradually built on electronic commerce and business information system for the effective and automated use of internet while the mainstream of industry moves on information. It is necessary that a company should develop a electronic approval system because the business documents have application to an electronic commerce, business information system as well Currently, electronic approval system on groupware is using the way of inserting the image of an approval signature, which is vulnerable on a security by attacks of fraudulent use of electrical signature and eavesdropping on electronic documents. In this paper, we implementation XML form generator based on DTD having business documents structure for creating a valid business XML documents. we designed electronic approval system based on secured XML which transfers encrypted documents. For the security issues of written XML business documents, it makes use of the crypto algorithm having high performance transaction by the interchange of public key between a server and a client.

This paper introduces LnCP(Living Network Control Protocol)-based home network system and proposes high level message which is utilized between LnCP Home network Server and User Control Point. LnCP is very optimized protocol for digital home appliances. Then proposed system and implementation of these ideas are presented.

To support business services interoperation, the BSD (Business Service Document), which is an extension of the Web Service Description Language (WSDL) the web service specification of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was designed. The WSDL presents comprehensive standards for the interoperability of software components and W3C delegates extensions of WSDL to the users for their own purposes and objectives. In this article, BSD Creator, which can generate well-formed and valid BSDs, was designed and implemented. Also, the BSD Operation Pilot System where service providers can publish BSD specification documents and service users can search for services, was implemented and presented. BSD Creator and the BSD Operation Pilot System, which are the outcomes of this study, were assessed for their quality and usefulness using ISO/IEC 9126. The outcomes of this paper will be the basis on which industry groups can construct a Business Services Interoperation System, and are expected to contribute to the revitalization of business service interoperation.

Successful start-ups are driven by opportunities, teams, and the resources needed to grow the business. Systematic business process management is required to maximize the efficiency of business operations. However, the existing entrepreneurial process research has limitations that it is difficult to intuitively and dynamically provide the necessary information for start-up operation, and it is necessary to define necessary information (resources, stakeholders, activities). In this study, we suggest the "Start-up Process Repository System" which overcomes limitations of existing entrepreneurial process research. The architecture for the Start-up Process Repository System provides five layers and enables each layer to interact four interfaces between each layer. This study improves start-ups' accessibility to the start-up business process repository created from the existing repository architecture and increases the utility derived from it by providing methodologies for components that offer useful start-up knowledge.

The system uses Java/CORBA technology in Web environment, relational and object-oriented database system, Object Query Language (OQL) to process the queries of the file information.

Although many years passed since 'The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction'(hereinafter referred to as 'enterprise disaster reduction act') has been first enacted in 2007, BCMS is still not activated in our society. In contrast, after 911 Terror, importance of BCM is getting magnified and standardization research & institutionalization i s a lso proceeding i all over world. Lately, Disaster preventing activities is urgently needed like the sinking of 'Sewol ferry'. So the purpose of this paper is proposed for establishment of 'BCMS' and activation of the certificate system for Best-Run Business by analyzing the problem of 'enterprise disaster reduction act' and weak of activation as following. First, propel changing the policy of self-regulated participation to mandatory about the certificate system for Best-Run Business from public entity to government ministry and it is able to activate by propelling demo business of the certificate system for Best-Run Business. Second, public entity that has been given the certificate system for Best-Run Business by affiliating with Disaster Management Assessment of government management can be exempted from Disaster Management Assessment or those entity can arrange for connectivity acquisition method of 'Excellent rate'. Third, to publicize the activation of the law mentioned above, makes public entity r ecognizable by incorporating 'BCMS' into National safety management plan and establishment of National critical infrastructures security plan. Fourth, it should be reviewed to improving the related act regarding to inclusion of public organizations as well as private enterprises.

The aim of this research is to understand and analyze the ways in which the current digital financial technology is impacting on the financial payment system provided by most of the commercial banks in Indonesia. This research analyzes the variables such as perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value on customer's intention to use in relation to the variable of trust as the intervening variable. The data collection is done through distribution of questionnaire; the population of this research consisted of the commercial banking customers located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The sample determination is done through Purposive Sampling and the analysis technique is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that perceived ease-of-use, perceived usefulness, and perceived value have positive and significant effect on intention to use the mobile banking system; perceived usefulness of the application has the most significant influence on intention to use compare to the perceived of ease-of-use and perceived value of the mobile banking system. The results also indicate that, even though the mobile banking system has offered several benefits to the customer, yet it was not actively used by the banking customer compared to other commercial bank's mobile banking system in Indonesia.
