토지정보화 방법론의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Land Informatization Methodology)

  • 토지정보화 방법론은 정보시스템 개발 방법론의 과정을 따르면서 토지정보의 구축 및 관리, 활용에 특화된 토지정보화와 관련된 시스템의 개발에 적용할 수 있는 방법론이다. 따라서 정보시스템의 구축 방법론의 이해와 토지정보화에 대한 특수한 상황의 이해가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 토지정보화에 대한 이해를 높이기 위하여 기존의 토지정보시스템들에 대한 다양한 분석을 시도하였고, 기초 방법론으로는 EA기반의 참조모형 및 컴포넌트 기반의 방법론을 활용하고 있다. 더불어 토지정보화 과정 중에 발생할 수 있는 다양한 문제나 이슈사항, 단계별로 수행하여야 하는 문제 등을 제시하여 방법론 세부항목으로 구성함으로서 토지정보화 방법론의 특수성을 최대한 살릴 수 있도록 구축하였다.

인적자원 개발을 위한 직무역량 규명;학습지 기업을 대상으로 (Identification of Job Competencies in Developing Human Resource;The Case of a Company which Provides a Preschool Education Program)

  • This research aims to clarify what kind of competencies are the source of the competitiveness of an enterprise and the standards for the development of human resources. Its specific objectives are the following; First, to develop methods for examining competencies to carry out one’s job. Second, to draw out the competencies necessary for carrying out the jobs by jobs on the basis of the developed methods. Third, to clarify the competencies commonly needed to carry out all kinds of jobs. This study collected materials for drawing out the competencies needed to perform 21 jobs in six job groups. This was done with the help of a panel of professionals. The process for drawing out the competencies required to perform certain job was designed in six steps. These steps combine classical methods using particular reference groups as well as model methods for particular job competencies. The materials for the R&D job were gathered for three months starting from February 2001. Materials from 20 other jobs were also collected three times from the end of May to the end of October 2001. This was done through workshops with professional groups. The highlights of this study are as follows: 1) The results applying the methods developed for drawing out job competencies to the duties of investigation & research part in R&D job were presented as an example. 2) The job competencies of the company totaled 215 in 21 jobs irrespective of overlapping, which means each job has about 10 competencies on the average. 3) The common job competencies of the whole company totaled eight. namely: competency for collecting information/processing/analyzing, communication competency, presentation competency, competency for utilizing the web, competency for planning projects, competency for solving problems, competency for understanding organization/business/products of the company, and competency for satisfying customers.

국제상사중재에서 UNIDROIT 원칙의 적용가능성에 관한 연구 (The Applicability of the UNIDROIT Principles as the "Lex Mercatoria" in International Commercial Arbitration)

  • Nowadays even if environment of international commercial transaction is changing quickly municipal law could not meet with such change accordingly. So far, however, efforts towards unification have prevailingly taken the form of binding instruments, such as non-national or supranational legislation, international conventions or international model laws. Among them, the UNIDROIT Principles with parties' autonomous and yet non-binding character do not only meet the substantive requirements of a true law merchant. In addition they also counter some of the main points of criticism against the modern lex mercatoria. As such the Principles constitute a cornerstone in the lex mercatoria debate and may become the heart of the new lex mercatoria. The purpose of this article is to ask whether there could be applied the Principles in international commerce. For the purpose it is to investigate when the Principles are applied in international commerce and how effectively the Principles are applied for the decision in international commercial disputes. Even though the Principles are used for reference by parties involved for the voluntary regulation of their contract, it is sufficiently expected that the Principles are to be a stepstone of uniform contract law in international commerce. Until now cases of appling the Principles are not satisfied with its expectation as a source of non-legislative means of unification or harmonization of law. Given the party's autonomy in the contract, this is among other things because business parties are strongly tend to observe their national laws in their international commerce. And also, even though there are a number of neutral and uniform regulations for international commercial contracts, parties do not often recognize their usefulness with being up to expectation. In order to explore the applicability of the Principles a number of cases of ICC International Court of Arbitration and others are quoted.

제공자 및 사용자로서의 협력적 소비 참여의도에 관한 연구 (Intention to Participate in Collaborative Consumption as Providers and Users)

  • 협력적 소비는 소비에 공유 패러다임을 적용하여 자원고갈과 환경오염 문제를 완화할 수 있는 대안적 소비방식이자 공유경제 시스템 내에서 새로운 가치를 창출하는 비즈니스모델로서 의미가 있다. 협력적 소비에 참여하는 개인은 자신의 것을 공유하는 제공자가 되기도 하며 공유된 것을 사용하는 사용자가 되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 제공자 및 사용자로서 협력적 소비에 참여하고자 하는 의도에 지각된 혜택, 주관적 규범, 참여용이성인식이 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 전반적으로 지각된 혜택과 주관적 규범은 높게 나타난 반면, 협력적 소비 참여용이성인식은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 제공자 및 사용자로서 협력적 소비에 참여할 의도는 주관적 규범과 참여용이성인식에 정적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 소비자가 협력적 소비에 참여하는 데 주변 사람들의 지지와 자신의 능력에 대한 인식이 중요한 요인으로 작용함을 의미한다. 따라서 협력적 소비를 활성화하기 위해서는 협력적 소비에 대한 소비자의 긍정적 태도를 형성하고 협력적 소비의 필요성에 대한 사회적 공감대를 형성할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 전략이 필요하다.

일-가족 조화를 위한 가족친화적 기업정책의 발달단계에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stages of Development of Corporate Family-Friendly Policies and Programs)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce the evolution of corporate family-friendly policies and programs, a recent business issue throughout the world. In addition, this study suggests implications for a corporate reference guide to work-family policies and programs by providing a comparative analysis of the typical stages of development of U.S. corporate family-friendly policies and programs, and by presenting model initiatives of Korean and American family-friendly companies. Just as technological changes at the time of the Industrial Revolution altered the relationship between workers and their work, more recent technological advances have again transformed this relationship, offering the promise of a society in which work demands a smaller portion of the worker's time and permitting the worker more freedom and control over work conditions. These new work arrangements have the promise of producing a new paradigm for work and family, based on which many industrialized nations have developed family-friendly policies already. Family-friendly policies and programs can be grouped into four discernable stages in the evolution of a corporate work-family agenda. According to these stages, most companies in Korea are in the predevelopment stage or stage 1. Development of scales to assess company family-friendliness is needed to create a family-friendly workplace environment, policies, and programs. It is critical that companies have champions who have the vision to step out in kent, and the determination to ensure that the family-friendly programs are solidly grounded. Companies should develop their work-family initiatives as an integral part of a program for managing diversity focusing on needs of women and minority employees.

현대 패션에 나타난 일본풍 에스닉 룩의 색채 특성 -2004년 S/S부터 2008년 F/W까지- (A Study on the Color Characteristics of Japanese Ethnic Look in Contemporary Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study was to comparatively analyze the color characteristics of the Japanese ethnic look advanced by Japanese and western designers in comparison with the actual traditional colors of Japan. The data determining the traditional colors of Japan was collected through a critical apparatus examination of 250 colors and the color data of what determines Japanese ethnic look was collected through an analysis of the clothing appearing in four fashion collections -Paris, Milan, London, and New York- from the 2004 S/S collections to the 2008 F/W collections. For the analysis of these colors, Photoshop was used with an RGB value measuring under 300dpi resolutions. The RGB values were then converted to H V/C values through Munsell Conversion 8.0.3, and they were analyzed using Munsell's 40 Hue and PCCS. The results of this study are as follows: Japanese designers are expressing their own aesthetic theory by designing fashions in traditionally Japanese hues. However, neutral colors and low-chroma tones appear more often than traditional colors. This study illustrates how these designers use color to reflect their inside ideals being oversensitive traditonal ideals. In contrast, western designers reflect more contemporary trends through the use of hues that more clearly reveal their preconception of the colors of the Orient rather than actual traditional Japanese colors. Moreover, these foreign designers tend to approach fashion design by the means of shape rather than color. Japanese designers systematically analyze and apply their own culture to contemporary fashion design. Their efforts serve as a good reference model for research on traditional culture and fashion design.

A Brief Research on the Ten Years of China Fashion Week

  • China became the largest costume industry and export country since 1994. The fashion market in China has been changed from seller's market to buyer's market. During this period, brand has taken an important part. The fashion industry in China is developing on outlook, function, materials and categories. I want to do this brief research on the ten years of China Fashion Week to review the development of China Fashion Week, which is the symbol of China fashion industry. I hope it can be reference for being comprehended by Chinese and other foreign countries. In 1997, China Fashion Week was called Fashion Design exhibition. The title was modified to be China Fashion Week in 2000. In 2003. the title was developed to China Fashion Week (Spring/Summer Collection) and China Fashion Week (Autumn/Winter Collection). In the past ten years, there have been 300 fashion collections, with 600 fashion designers who joined in the competitions, and thousands of models, reporters and photographers, who took part in China Fashion Week. Recently 200 login fashion brands, 300 fashion designers, more than 500 reporters and 50 model management companies have made a relationship with China Fashion Week. The first moment of China Fashion Week- "famous designer project": paying attention to the relationship between the level of fashion designers and the style of brands. Quite a good deal of fashion design became more practical. The second moment of China Fashion Week- "improving Chinese fashion brands ": fashion show was not a kind of stage art but the business dealing for brand during that period. The situation of China Fashion Week now: Chinese Haute Couture is showed wonderfully during China Fashion Week. Fashion contest became the character of China Fashion Week. The contests were for adult fashion designers, new designers, models, and photographers. According to the development between different countries on fashion, the international communication of China Fashion Week became more and more popular and wide. Fashion designers from France, Italy, New York, Korea and Japan had fashion shows in China Fashion Week. The Chinese top fashion designers were showing their work during Paris, Milan and New York fashion shows.

정보기술아키텍쳐 기반의 정보기술 관리 (ITA-driven IT management)

  • 최근 정보시스템의 적극적인 개발과 사용으로 생산성을 향상하고 나아가서는 전략적 우위를 점하고자 하는 노력이 여러 분야에서 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력이 상당수 현실화 되면서 많은 문제점들이 노출되고 있다. 특히 큰 문제점으로 대두되고 있는 것이 개발된 여러 시스템이 서로 잘 연결되어 서로 다른 시스템간에 정보나 소프트웨어를 원활하게 공유하기 어렵다는 점이다. 이 문제는 실질적인 정보화의 효과를 크게 저해한다는 점에서 중대한 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 조직내에서 필요로 하는 정보시스템의 전반적인 청사진을 그려서 현재의 모습과 비교하여 부족한 부분을 개발하여 점진적으로 미래의 모습으로 진화토록 하는 방법에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 체계에서는 정보시스템의 개발 정당성을 손쉽게 알 수 있을 뿐 아니라 개발된 시스템이 서로 잘 연결될 수 있도록 한다는 점에서 크게 각광을 받고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 방법으로 제시된 정보기술 아키텍쳐를 자세히 분석하고 소개한다. 많은 국내 연구자들이 정보기슬 아키텍쳐를 기술적 관점에서 접근하고 있으나 본 논문은 정보기술 아키텍쳐의 필요성을 관리적 관점에서 분석하여 제시한다. 또한 이러한 관리적 관점이 어떻게 기술적 관점과 연결되어 하나의 연결된 프로세스로 운영될 수 있는지를 설명한다.

방사성 폐기물 처분연구의 QA절차에 따른 웹기반 문서처리 워크플로우 시스템 개발 (Web-based QA Workflow System for Radioactive Waste Disposal)

  • During the early stage of radioactive disposal programs, important issues related with quality assurance of data sets, methodologies, R&D procedures are recognized as important ones. This paper focused on the development of web-based workflow standards for the QA procedures of the radioactive waste disposal programs. The flow of process was analyzed based on workflow concepts proposed by the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC). QA system is based on the principles of T2R3. T2R3 Workflow was used to standardize and restructure the business and/or work process in the industry or organization. The WfMC has identified five functional interfaces to a workflow service as part of its standardization program. They are composed of process definition interface, worklist handler, application program interface, interface between workflows, and system management. The task flow and QA program were defined based on the workflow ideas. QA procedures for the R&D results of radiation disoposal were analyzed following the reference model of workflow. In addition, six program run list were created and implemented. The creation, revision, and approval of the test data were designed to be inplemented on the web environment. Through this system, R&D procedures such as planning, research, documentation, internal review and future independent peer review processes could be well organized and stored more systematically on the database and knowledge base. This will encourage the usage and data sharing between interested parties through it's clear and transparent workflow standards.

현장 암반 시나리오 모델을 통한 TBM 구경별 표준 공사기간 분석 (Analysis of Standard Construction by TBM Diameter through the Rock Scenario Models in the Field)

  • 건설공정관리는 주어진 공기 내에 공사를 완료하기 위해 투입되는 자원과 요소작업들의 종합적인 계획을 말한다. 이중 공사기간의 산정은 사업초기 신뢰할만한 근거에 의해 결정되어야 한다. 그러나 실제 현장에서는 담당자의 직관적 판단, 과거 유사 프로젝트의 공기 참고 등의 부정확한 방법으로 개별 작업기간이 결정되고 있다. 이러한 기존 방식의 개선을 위한 선행연구로 본 연구는 TBM공법 $({\phi}2.6m,\;{\phi}3.0m,\;{\phi}3.5m,\;{\phi}5.0m,\;{\phi}8.0m)$ 운영을 위한 건설사업의 초기단계에서 활용할 수 있는 표준모델을 제시하여 신속하게 전체 개략공기를 추정할 수 있는 공기를 산정하여 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 TBM 구경별로 분석하여 제시한 총 공사기간은 향후 TBM 공사를 수행할 때, 기본계획단계와 기본설계단계에서 공사계약, 공사비 산정, 공정계획을 수립하고 관리하는데 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 확신한다.
