Due to the development and proliferation of internet technology, cooperation and interaction between companies have become very important. However, different heterogeneous systems have been used as information systems for companies because of various types of pressure in the business environment. Therefore, business process integration and interaction are recognized as essential elements, not optional elements. In addition, it is important to make a business process which is valuable as an intellectual property in a storable form and share. So, many business process languages for service integration and GUI type's automatic systems using the same and making business process easily have been introducing. However, to integrate previously created web service[1] workflows, or to use a web service workflow for another workflow production like an activity, that is, research to support multi integration language and system is not ongoing except for research to make and connect adapter between workflow engines.[2] Also, research for current languages and systems that integrate the BPEL[3] process into a workflow in the industrial world does not exist. This means that integration between workflows being used at companies is difficult, and becomes the biggest obstacle to service integration, which is necessary for cooperation and interaction between companies. To solve this problem, in this paper, I defined BPIL based on XML[4], which can store business processes. Also, using this, BPIL workflow system based on SOA[5] which supports multiple integration and workflow profiling was designed and prototype was embodied.

정보기술의 발전은 비즈니스 환경을 변화시켜왔고, 이러한 변화는 공급사슬 내의 거래 당사자들 간의 비즈니스프로세스 변화에도 영향을 주었다. 이러한 변화에 대한 최근의 경향은 파트너들 간의 긴밀한 유대관계를 강조하고 있다. 하지만 이는 정보를 교환하거나 의사결정을 내리는 데에 있어 업무 담당자의 참여를 필요로 하여 의사소통의 시간적 단절을 유발하고, 실시간 내의 정보수집 및 의사결정을 불가능하게 만드는 문제를 안고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해 결하기 위해, 거래 기업간의 응용 프로그램의 자동 의사소통을 바탕으로 한 자동통합이라는 새로운 개념이 도입되고 있으며, 이러한 개념은 미래형 공급사슬 환경의 방향이 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 자동 통합 환경과 이 환경 하에서의 공급사슬계획을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델을 소개하고, 이러한 공급사슬계획의 효율적인 수립을 위하여 협상과정을 분석하여 협상 패턴을 제시하였으며, 제시된 협상 패턴을 비즈니스 시나리오에 통합시킴으로써 통합된 공급사슬계획에서 협상을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델을 제시하였다.

신속히 변하는 비즈니스환경에서 기업이 살아남기 위해서는 변화하는 환경에 자사의 비즈니스 프로세스를 적응시켜야 한다. 시스템 통합은 이러한 문제를 해결하는 중요한 문제이다. 유연한 비즈니스 프로세스와 통합을 지원하는 IT 표준으로 SOA의 채택은 피할 수 없는 방향이다. 특히 비즈니스 프로세스와 인터페이스의 통합은 점차 중요도가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 비즈니스 프로세스를 쉽고 직관적으로 구현할 수 있는 모델링이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하고 BPEL을 기반으로 서비스 지향 비즈니스 프로세스를 실현수준까지 모델링한다. 또한 비주얼 언어인 UML을 사용하여 높은 수준의 기업문제에서 낮은 수준의 프로세스까지 문제를 보다 비주얼하고 효과적으로 제시한다.

It has been argued theoretically and empirically that the analysis of business processes requires the decomposition of an integrated system. However, in order to innovate a business process, cognitive integration activities that try to understand the decomposed features of the business process as an integrated system are essential. This research aims at 1) empirically investigating the cognitive process of integrating multiple diagrams while using object-oriented methodologies in process modeling ; 2) identifying a cognitive integration strategy that supports the successful comprehension of business processes with the use of multiple diagrams ; and 3) proposing guidelines for developing supporting tools for effective business process engineering by using object-oriented process modeling.

A business process is classified into two processes; the private process which is implemented within an enterprise and the public process which is implemented between enterprises. The public process commonly used for B2B e-business is defined as a collaborative business process. To date, the collaborative business process has been studied in various aspects. We have categorized the research trends into two viewpoints, i.e., EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and B2Bi (business to business Integration). In this paper, research trends in inter-organizational workflow are analyzed from the EAI point of view, and research trends in message-based business process and transactions from the B2Bi point of view.

기업은 내부의 정보체계를 프로세스나 워크플로우 중심으로 통합함으로써 고객의 요구가 달성되기까지의 과정과 시간을 최소화하고 고객의 가치를 극대화하여 기업의 시장 경쟁력을 확보하려고 한다. 그러한 통합 노력은 ERP, CORBA, DCOM둥 패키지 또는 동기식의 강력한 결합(Synchronous & Tightly-Coupled)방식에서 시작하여, 인터넷 기술의 발전으로SCM(Supply Chain Management), CRM(Customer Relationship Management), e-Business, B2B(Business-to-Business)둥이 확대됨으로써 이 기종의 다양한 플랫폼을 가진 기업간에 효율적인 통합이 가능토록 MOM(Message-Oriented Middleware)을 기반으로 한 비동기식의 유연한 결합(Asynchronous & Loosely-Coupled)방식인EAI(Enterprise Application Integration)나 웹서비스(Web Services)로 발전하고 있다. 하나의 프로세스는 기업의 목적달성을 위한 하나의 장기 트랜잭션으로 간주될 수 있다. 동기식 결합보다는 비동기식 결합 방식에서 트랜잭션의 효율적인 관리가 더욱 중요한 데, 본 고에서는 기존의 2-Phase Commit(2PC) 방식보다 트랜잭션의 효과적인 모니터링과 처리자원 낭비를 감소시킬 수 있는 방법으로써 “Classify Phase”를 추가한 3PC Protocol를 제시하고 기존의 처리 방식과 비교하여 개선된 부분을 확인해본다.

These days, firms are focusing on the improvement of relationships with business partners. The supply chain integrations are taking critical role in improving the relationships with business partners. In accordance with the development of the IT technology, it became possible for firms not only to integrate inner parts of the organization, but also to integrate the company with other organizations in the supply chain. Therefore, in e-Biz environments, it is imperative for firms to strengthen the core capacity through the supply chain, and to precisely determine the components of the determinants of e-Business integration which impact the firm performance. This study analyzed determinants that have impacts on e-business integration in e-business capacity perspectives in competitive environments. This study based on the premise that the resources and capacities that Grant(1991) and Hart(1995) emphasized do not directly influence the corporate performance. This study focused on the fact that corporate must create core competencies based on these capacities to establish competitive edge. Therefore, this study model analyzed to find out which e-Biz competencies are needed to integrate e-Biz according to competitive environment elements. This study designed to empirically analyze the impact of the e-Biz competencies to the e-Biz integration and to the corporate performance. Independent variables of this study-IT management, partner management, e-Biz knowledge, e-Biz establishment and proliferation, process innovation-are selected based on precedent studies on e-Biz competencies. We selected intermediate variables to verify that e-Biz competencies do not have direct impact on the corporate performance, but have impact on the e-Biz integration, which is intermediate effect. That is to verify that if the components of supply chain improve the integration level using e-Biz competencies, the overall supply chain performances will improve. Dependent variables are selected to verify that e-Biz integration has impacts on corporate performances. This study used factor analysis, path analysis, moderating effect analysis as statistical tests. First, we used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyze reliability and validity. Because e-Biz competencies are presented variously by preceding studies, we used SPSS16.0 to verify if survey questionnaire used by theoretical backgrounds is properly composed. Second, we tested the property of structure model by AMOS. We did path analysis using AMOS16.0 to test structure that is composed of e-Biz competencies and e-Biz integration. Last, we tested moderating effects of measure factors. We analyzed 163 domestic companies to find out many significant suggestive points. First, relationship improvement capacity, e-business knowledge sharing capacity with business partners, and process innovation capacity are adopted as determinants of differentiation and competitive edges against competing firms. Second, e-business knowledge sharing capacity, and process innovation capacity are analyzed as the determinants of e-business integration in the firm which demand fluctuation in the market is high. On the other hand, among the determinants that require capturing ideas on new products, and strengthening the technological power, process innovation capacity are adopted as the determinants. These results provide us the foundation that the determinants that we have analyzed can impact the supply chain integration strategies which take into account the competitive environments.

It is important to integrate an enterprise application for automating of the business profess, which is responded by a flow of market environment. There are two categories of method that integrate enterprise applications. One is Synchronous Integration, and the other is Asynchronous Integration. EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) and Web service which of the asynchronous integration is focused in the automating method of the business process. After we construct the application integration for automating of the business process, we have to concern about managing of the business transaction. Many Organizations have proposed the process method of business transaction based on 2-phase commit protocol. But this method can′t supply the phase that classify the transaction by transaction weight. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of transaction process for business transactions, which is composed by ′Classify Phase′ that classify transactions. We called this model "3-Phase Commit Method Applied by Classify Phase", we design this model to manage an resource of enterprise efficiently. The proposed method is compared by the method based on 2-Phase commit that could be a problem of management the resource of enterprise, and the advantage of this method is certified to propose the solution of that problem.

기업간 협업을 실현하기 위해서는 기업간 프로세스 상호연계 (B2Bi)와 기업 애플리케이션 통합(EAI)이 함께 고려되어야 한다. 이미 많은 영역에서 이에 대한 연구와 개발이 이루어지고 있지만, 두 시스템이 각기 개별적인 플랫폼과 환경하에서 설계되고 운영됨으로써 이 둘을 다시 통합해야 하는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업간 협업을 위해, B2Bi 환경의 변화에 유연하게 대응하면서도 B2Bi와 EAI 시스템을 단일의 통합 구조로 구현한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 통합 플랫폼에서는 협업 프로세스가 비즈니스 통합의 주요 기술로 인식되고 있는 웹서비스(Web Services)를 이용하여 진행될 수 있도록 하였다. 특히, 다양한 비즈니스 통합 표준들이 수용될 수 있도록 이들 표준들을 비교 분석하여 기본적 인 실행 요소들을 정의하였으며, 이를 처리할 수 있으면서도 향후 확장성을 가지는 프로세스 엔진을 개발하였다. 또한 이러한 비즈니스 통합 플랫폼의 검증을 위하여 웹수주 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업간 협업을 위한 비즈니스 통합의 수준을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 건설기업은 글로벌 기업경쟁 환경과 수주경쟁 속에서 업무 효율성 증대를 위한 프로세스 경영체제에 대한 노력이 요구된다. 건설기업은 1990년 이후 프로세스 중심의 내 외부 업무구조를 개선하기 위하여 다양한 프로세스 경영기법이 도입되었으나, 그 효과는 일부 개선된 기능획득에 머물고 있다. 또한, 업무 프로세스의 효율성 향상을 위해 다양한 업무지윈 시스템들이 개발되었으나, 기능위주의 개별적 구축과 입 출력 정보 및 데이터 흐름에 초점을 둠으로써 업무프로세스 관리와 정보기술의 지원이 분리되는 업무-IT 분리현상(Business-IT divide)이 발생되었다. 본 연구는 업무-IT 분리현상의 개선 방법론으로서 BPM(Business Process Management)을 구현함으로서, 업무 프로세스를 기반으로 한 업무지원 시스템의 연계모델을 제안한다. 이를 통해 건설기업의 지속적인 프로세스 관리를 지원하며, 프로세스 수행시 요구되는 업무조건(참여주체, 업무정보, 업무지원 시스템의 기능)들을 연계함으로서 업무효율성 향상이 기대된다. 이를 위해 업무-IT분리현상으로 인해 건설기업의 업무 수행상 발생되는 문제점을 분석하여 연계모델의 개념과 아키텍처를 구성하였다. 연계모델의 구현을 위해 공정관리 업무의 전체 종 단간 업무프로세스를 분석하여 BPA(Business Process Architecture)를 작성하였으며, 각 업무 프로세스의 업무조건들을 상세분석하여, 건설기업의 주요 13개 업무지원 시스템의 주요기능과 연계하였다. 연계된 내용을 바탕으로 PDCA분석과 CRUD분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 기반 업무지윈 시스템 연계모델을 개발하였다.
