포괄적 비즈니스 모델 프레임워크 구축 및 적용 : 헬스케어 비즈니스 모델을 중심으로 (Establishment and Application of a Comprehensive Business Model Framework : Focusing on Healthcare Business Models)

  • A business model (BM) can be developed based on a business model framework (BMF) consisting of key components such as value proposition, customers, and resources. To systematically generate and analyze emerging BMs such as healthcare BM, an integration of diverse BMF components is needed. The present study is to establish a comprehensive BMF and evaluate its applicability to healthcare BMs. Based on a review of eight BMF studies, ten BMF components were identified and classified into five major components (value proposition, resources, organizing model, customers, and revenue model) and five minor components (technology, service platform, delivery, competitive strategy, and growth/exit) by analyses of frequency and functional importance. Lastly, the BMs of three emerging healthcare companies (WellDoc, Inc., CFW Shops, and Aravind Eye Care System) were analyzed and compared in terms of the proposed BMF components. The comprehensive BMF components presented in the study can be of help for developing new BMs and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of BMs.

  • 비즈니스 모델의 시대가 도래하고 있다. 최근에 각광을 받고 있는 애플, 페이스북 등 IT 기업들은 혁신적인 제품 보다는 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델로 성공을 거두고 있다. 글로벌 IT 기업들은 새로운 비즈니스 모델로 높은 성과와 함께 경쟁력을 유지하고 있으나 국내 IT 기업들에게서 이러한 모습은 크게 찾아 볼 수 없다. 국내 IT 기업의 발전을 위해서는 이제 새로운 비즈니스 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 비즈니스 모델의 구성요소들을 파악하고 비즈니스 모델 개편을 위한 분석적인 프레임워크를 제시한다. 그리고 사례 연구를 통해 비즈니스 모델 측면에서 국내 IT 기업들과 해외 기업들을 비교 분석함으로써 국내 기업들의 비즈니스 모델의 특징과 앞으로의 과제를 제시한다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 비즈니스 모델에 대한 연구를 본격화, 체계화하고 국내 기업들이 향후 효과적인 비즈니스 모델을 갖추어 글로벌한 경쟁에서 생존하는데 일조할 것으로 기대한다.

  • In this paper, we proposed the next generation mobile convergence service business model creation methodology. In order to establish such a business model creation methodology framework, we first introduce the service model based on our previous research results on next generation mobile convergence services. The service model contains several components such as infrastructures, operations, and provision of services that are indispensible for providing the next generation mobile services. Finally, by adding service and value flows to the developed service model, we propose the next generation mobile services business model creation methodology. To achieve this objective, we first derive necessary components of business model including actors, their relationships, and roles. In addition, we propose service composition methodology for creating new mobile services and its corresponding business models.

경기순환주기 소비위험과 한국 주식 수익률 횡단면 (Business Cycle Consumption Risk and the Cross-Section of Stock Returns in Korea)

  • Using the frequency-based decomposition, I decompose the consumption growth to explain well-known patterns of stock returns in the Korean market. To be more specific, the consumption growth is decomposed by its half-life of shocks. The component over four years of half-life is called the business-cycle consumption component, and the components with half-lives under four years are short-run components. I compute the long-run and short-run components of stock excess returns as well and use component-by-component sensitivities to price stock portfolios. As a result, the business-cycle consumption risk with half-life of over four years is useful in explaining the cross-section of size-book-to-market portfolios and size-momentum portfolios in the Korean stock market. The short-run components have their own pricing abilities with mixed direction, so that the restricted one short-term factor model is rejected. The explanatory power with short- and long-run components is comparable to that of the Fama-French three-factor model. The components with one- to four-year half-lives are also helpful in explaining the returns. The results about the long-run components emphasize the importance of long-run component in consumption growth to explain the asset returns.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop the methods for evaluating the business value of a company's technical portfolios. In this study, technical portfolios of 10 major manufacturers and e-Biz industries are examined first from a business model perspective. Subsequently, we suggest future direction of R&D for the pharmaceutical industry by deducing the leading industries sharing similar traits with the pharmaceutical industry. Methods: In order to evaluate and analyze the patents of the major leading industries based on the constituents of a business model, the target patents were selected through the following procedure. Results: First, In this study, using the data obtained from the patent analysis, the differences in the technology portfolios of specific business entities based on the constituents of their business models. Second, deduced business rules of particular business entities through classification analysis and role-model of pharmaceutical industry Conclusion: If enterprise discovers technological change and characters of other enterprise or technology, enterprise could judge a direction of technology which will be developed in the near term and a plan which utilized existing technology to increase enterprise's profits.

영역 컴포넌트 명세방법 개발 (Development of a Domain Component Specification Method)

  • As an optimun alternatives for the solution of recent software crisis, we have to develop component technologies so as to develop and propagate business components for various domains to industries. For the sake of development of business components, a conceptual architecture which defines a model for component assembly should be prescribed first, and a systematic specification method based on this model be defined, so we can build a system environments for making specifications and development of each component by the consistent scheme. In this study, we propose a domain architecture model for implementing the pUblic component bank as a project supported by the ministry of information and communication, discuss the conceptual model of specification for developing components of storing component bank, specification steps, specification approach for application of business domains and the development results of them.

패션 전공 대학생들의 비즈니스 윤리 요소별 교육요구도 (Education needs for business ethics components among college students majoring in fashion)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the importance level, the present level, and the educational need for 21 business ethics components among 2-year and 4-year college students majoring in fashion. Survey data of 364 students (128 students of 2-year colleges and 238 students of 4-year colleges) were analyzed through descriptive statistics, Borich's needs assessment for education, The Locus for Focus model, exploratory factor analysis, and t-test. The results showed five business ethics components ranked highly as educational needs among college students: 'reducing waste', 'using vegan materials', 'using human-friendly materials', 'strengthening sustainable technologies', and 'promoting workers' rights'. Those components should be integrated into curricula of fashion majors in colleges. Students in 4-year colleges considered most of 21 business ethics components as more important than did students at 2-year colleges. More needs for education were observed by 4-year college students in eight business ethics components than by 2-year college students. In addition, a positive attitude toward business ethics education and the suitability of business ethics education were higher among 4-year college students than 2-year college students. Results provide a guideline for business ethics education by indicating a list of business ethics components that urgently needed to be adapted to fashion curricula according to each college type.

핀테크의 비즈니스 모델에 관한 연구 - 비즈니스 모델 캔버스를 중심으로- (A Study on Business Model of Fintech - Focus on the Business model canvas -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 현재 전 세계적으로 시장을 선도하고 있는 핀테크의 성공적인 비즈니스 모델의 개념을 도출하고 국내의 핀테크 산업에 대한 비즈니스 모델의 구성요소들에 대한 전략을 제안하려 한다. 비즈니스 모델은 전략적적인 차원에서 제시되고 있지만 결국 기업이 가치를 창출하는 데 있다. 기존의 연구에서 비즈니스 모델에 대한 개념적 특성과 구성요소들을 검토하고 핀테크의 산업분야에 적용하고자 한다. 본 연구 내용을 통해 핀테크의 비즈니스 모델에 대한 개념을 이해할 수 있었으며, 성공적인 시장진입을 위한 비즈니스 모델의 구성요소의 방향성을 구축할 것을 제안하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Alexander Osterwalder 등이 제안한 비즈니스 모델 캔버스를 이용하여 핀테크의 비즈니스 모델의 구성요소에 대한 개념적 이해를 분석하였다. 이 제안된 비즈니스 모델의 구성요소는 목표고객, 가치제안, 채널, 고객관계, 핵심 자원, 핵심 활동, 핵심 파트너십, 수익원 및 비용구조로 구성되어 있다. 이러한 구성요소들을 기반으로 핀테크 산업의 성공적인 시장진입과 정착을 위한 개념적 정의를 분석하였다. 이러한 핀테크의 비즈니스 모델의 구성요소들의 분석을 통해 비즈니스 모델의 지향성을 밝히고자 하였다.

온톨로지 기반 데이터 가변성 처리 기법 (An Ontology-based Data Variability Processing Method)

  • 다계층 구조를 갖는 현대의 기업용 분산 애플리케이션에서 비즈니스 엔티티는 로직을 구현한 각 계층의 서비스 컴포넌트들을 관통하는 일종의 횡단관심사이다. 비즈니스 엔티티가 변화하면 이와 관련된 서비스 컴포넌트들은 비록 구현된 기능이 바뀔 필요가 없을지라도 새로운 타입의 비즈니스 엔티티를 다룰 수 있도록 수정되어야 한다. 본 연구팀은 이전 연구에서 서비스 컴포넌트로부터 외부화된 데이터인 비즈니스 엔티티에 대한 가변성을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 DTT 컴포넌트 모델(Data Type-Tolerant Component Model)을 제안하였다. DTT 컴포넌트 모델은 서비스 컴포넌트들과 비즈니스 엔티티들 간의 직접적인 결합을 없앰으로써 서비스 컴포넌트들이 수정되지 않고도 새로운 비즈니스 엔티티들을 처리할 수 있게 된 반면, 이들을 중재하는 데이터 타입 컨버터를 개발해야 하는 부담이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 서비스 컴포넌트의 SCDT(Self-Contained Data Type)와 비즈니스 엔티티의 각 속성에 대한 메타데이터로 온톨로지를 사용하는 방법과, 이를 이용하여 데이터 타입 컨버터 코드를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 온톨로지 기반 DTT 컴포넌트 모델은 컴퓨터가 에러 없이 데이터 타입 컨버터를 자동으로 생성할 수 있게 함으로써, 서비스 컴포넌트들의 재사용성과 데이터 가변성 처리 효율을 크게 향상시킨다.

A Study on Factors Affecting the Use Intention of Virtual Reality(VR) Devices: Based on UTAUT and VAM Model

  • The purposes of this study is to derive the influence factors of Virtual Reality(VR) technologies acceptance based on the study of unified theory of acceptance and use of technology and value-based acceptance model to test the use and acceptance of VR devices. The survey methods were used for this study, and the data from a total of 400 consumers were used for the analysis. And the structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows: First, benefit components perceived enjoyment(EN) and sacrifice components personal innovative(PI) of VR devices were positively related to perceived values and use intention of VR devices, although the benefit components performance expectancy(PE) was positively related to perceived values(PV) but was not positively related to the use intention of VR devices. Second, sacrifice components perceived cost(PC) and anxiety(ANX) of VR devices were negatively related to perceived value(PV), but were not negatively related to the use intention of VR devices. Third, perceived values was not obvious related to the use intention(UI) of VR devices. The results of this study contribute to the literature as a new attempt to examining the effect on consumer use intention in VR technology areas.
