Since the last decade, the fisheries industry in Korea has faced many difficulties in terms of comparative economic advantage partly because of marine environmental damage caused by Pollution and coastal reclamation, and partly because of too expensive production factors like labor. In addition, new order of world trade created by Uruguay Round will force the Korean fisheries industry to prepare some remedies including a joint-venture business with China for international compatativeness. As a result, this paper mainly deals with an analysis on feasibility of Sino-Korean joint cooperation in fisheries business. Especially, the Shandong Province in China is expected to take advantage of its geographical proximity to Koreas well as of its abundance in marine natural resources in order to achieve a fast economic growth. Thus, for the next decade to come, it would be very important for the Korean fisheries industry to cope with the international fisheries market by the Sino-Korean joint-venture combining the capital and technology from Korea with the cheap labor and favorable marine environment for aquaculture from China.

To be successful in foodservice management, you need to have an aptitude for the business. And most of all, service-oriented mind and understanding customers current and future needs are essential. In starting business with a small capital, you need to check on feasibility and profitability of the business item you chose in the first place. Also, other important factors are: How much you'll invest for the business; main target group in the locality and their income level; who are responsible for main menu, sub-menu and final taste. Generally speaking, differentiated menu and unique interior are one of the basic management strategies. The key to success in foodservice management is your unique service for customers .

The primary purpose of this paper is to make the management of small business aware of the potential and further, to assist their decision on purchasing and applying the personal computers to their business problems. With emphasis on the step by step expansion various computer hardware systems are reviewed, compared and evaluated in its price, micro-processor, memory size, software availability, etc. Using the concept of incremental costs, a method to evaluate software packages is developed. By this method the optimal system can be determined.

본 연구는 건설업에 있어서 기획능력 향상과 건설 관계자들의 신뢰를 향상시키기 위한 재무적 타당성 검토의 데이터 베이스 모델을 만드는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 건설업에 있어서 최근의 타당성검토 상황을 인식하기 위해서 문헌조사를 통해 기존 연구를 검토하고 현업에 있는 전문가와 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 타당성검토는 중요하다고 인식하고 있지만, 체계적인 시스템은 부재하다고 분석되었다. 이런 문제점을 개선하고자, 타당성검토의 중요 요소들을 선정하기 위한 설문조사를 실시해 그 요소를 도출하고, 그것을 바탕으로 ER(Entity-Relation)방법으로 데이터베이스 모델을 제시하였다. 이러한 데이터 베이스 모델은 분양형 건축물에 있어 합리적인 타당성검토 정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 프로젝트의 리스크를 줄일 수 있는 효과를 제시할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 분양형 건축물에 있어서 재무적 타당성 검토를 위한 데이터베이스 모델을 만드는 것이다.

본 연구에서는 헤도닉 모델을 활용한 공동주택 리모델링 사업성 평가방법을 제안하고자 한다. 공동주택 헤도닉 모델을 구성하기 위하여 공동주택 가격에 영향을 미치는 위치, 평형, 평면, 조경, 주차, 설비성능, 인테리어, 경과년수, 단지규모 등 9개의 독립변수를 설정하고 서울시내 25개구의 공동주택가격을 평형으로 나누어 평가데이터를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 구성한 공동주택 리모델링사업성 평가모델을 이용하여 기 시행된 공동주택 리모델링 사례에 적용한 결과 실제상황과 유사한 것으로 검증되었다.

Purpose: This paper discusses the intrinsic assumption of one-dimensional relationship between the upper and lower levels in AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the Preliminary Feasibility Study of National R&D Program. This assumptions has not been questioned in academia and industry so far. Methods: This discussion is induced by understanding the Theory of Attractive Quality (Kano et al. 1984) and explains the limitation of AHP in the preliminary feasibility study of national R&D program. Results: In this paper, we propose a new questioning method based on two dimensional perspective, which is named as 2D-AHP (two dimensional AHP), to overcome the limitation. The main idea stems from the observation that the relationship between the upper and lower levels in AHP can vary depending on the subject of R&D. Conclusion: The two dimensional perspective pointed out in this paper should be more deeply studied in the field of MCDM(multi-criteria decision making) since it can be applied to the more general problems in human decision making.

A marine ranching project in Tongyoung was established in 1998, lasting 9 years to 2006. Project activities included the deployment of artificial reefs, the release of young fishes like jacopever and rockfish, and input/output control for specific marine ranching areas in Tongyoung. This report focuses on the economic feasibility of the project in hindsight. Analysis concentrates on three aspects; (a) direct economic benefits, such as increasing effects of fisheries income and savings in harvesting costs, (b) indirect benefits, including increasing effects of recreational fishing and saving R&D costs, and (c) costs, including releasing and purchasing costs of artificial reef and juvenile fish, R&D costs, maintenance costs and harvesting costs. Results show that NPV=4.7 billion won, IRR=8.55% and B/C ratio=1.286 under Scenario 1, which considers the saving effects of R&D costs, and NPV=0.9 billion won, IRR=6.03% and B/C ratio=1.11 under Scenario 2, which does not consider the saving effects of R&D costs, based on 5.5% of the social rate of discount. According to sensitivity analysis, the economic feasibility is very sensitive to the recapture rate.

Machine-to-Machine(M2M) refers to technologies allowing both wireless and wired systems to communicate with other devices. The enhancement of wireless technologies and the reduced cost of wireless connection have contributed toward the development of M2M market. M2M market currently focuses on public sector services, As M2M can offer scalable and flexible services, M2M services are expected to be applied in various fields. However there are still some doubts on whether the demand for M2M services will be increased. This study investigates the feasibility of M2M services from the perspective of operators. Operators evaluate that M2M services will show high marketability but low profitability in general. In addition, operators predict that M2M services will show both marketability and profitability in the area of car maintenance, insurance, telematics, home and office security, shop floor maintenance, and real-time locating services for children protection. This study may offer some ideas of M2M business models based on empirical feasibility studies.

최근 ICT와 의료 기술 및 서비스의 융합 강도가 높아지면서 ICT 기반 의료기기 및 장비, 소프트웨어, 서비스 개발 등의 부가가치가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료분야 데이터 백업 이슈 등에 대한 시장 환경 분석을 통한 사업 타당성 검토와 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 거래 유형 분석을 통해 의료 분야의 새로운 융합 비즈니스 모델을 도출하고, 향후 고객 확보 및 시장 확대, 경쟁력 강화 등을 위한 사업화 활용 모델의 개발 방향을 제안한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 서비스의 새로운 융합 비스니스 모델을 설계 할 때 산업의 핵심 역량 강화 전략 및 제휴 연계 전략을 수립하는데 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.

R In today's competitive and global business management, Concern of an enterprise is to strengthen the core competency and improve it's internal business process. Therefore, Interest in BPM(Business Process Management) has grown rapidly. BPM is recognized as best solution to meet the needs of organizations that seek the cost down, integration of information, reducing of risk, improvement of productivity. In the past, the company have usually made huge investments in knowledge management systems which are based on repository keeping tacit knowledge. But this paper shows feasibility of implementation of business process-based knowledge management system that could link knowledge with business process. From an academic point of view, Although There could be several ways to build the business process-based KMS. In this paper, when BPM project and KMS project were started at the same time, the way of how to provide workers with task-related knowledge was discussed. As an case study, an estimate process of H company was analyzed and process modelling was carried out and conceptional architecture framework was depicted.
