Study on rotor and bushing material of Gyro-pump (자이로 펌프의 로타 및 붓싱 재료에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 자이로 펌프의 내구성 및 내마모성을 향상시키고자 로타와 붓싱 재질 개선방안을 조사하였다. 질화강과 SKD11 합금 부품에 스퍼터링 방법으로 TiN Coating과 가스질화법으로 표면처리를 행하였으며, 기지조직의 개선을 위하여 SKD11 합금의 열처리를 행하였다. 실험결과 TiN Coating은 펌프 작동중 뜯김현상이 제거되지 않았고, 가스질화시 우수한 표면경도와 충분한 경화층으로 뜯김현상이 제거되었다. SKD11 합금을 열처리한 결과 높은 경도를 얻었다.

  • 송전시설의 주요한 부분을 점하고 있는 변압기, Bushing 및 전력 Cable등에 대한 종래의 절연열화의 판정방법으로서 Megger 시험, 직류분시험등의 비파괴시험등에 여러가지 형태로 실시되고 있다. 이와같은 시험결과에서 절연물이 어떤 상태에 있는가를 확실하게 알 수 있지만 그 수명까지는 정확하게 알 수 있는 단계까지는 도달하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 전력기기의 보수관리방식으로써 새로 도입된 생산보전이라는 면에서 절연진단을 새로운 각도에서 보더라도 100% 완전한 방법을 얻는다는 것은 현재로는 곤란한 일이다. 그러나 다음에 기술하는 진단방법을 적절히 생산보전의 면에 도입하여 보수관리를 하면 점차적으로 그 효과가 좋은 실적으로 나타날 것으로 기대하여 이 분야에 관계하는 분들에게 다소나마 도움이 된다는 생각으로 현행의 절연열화진단법을 소개한다.

  • A 1800KV testing chamber for gas insulation has been developed. To develop the chamber, all parts consisting of the chamber, namely, bushing, main chamber, shield, conductor bus, inspection window, feedthrough, and spacer have been designed based on numerical electric field analysis. This paper presents the detailed design philosophy and methods of the chamber.

  • This paper shows experimentally one method of preventing porcelain insulators from salt accident likely to be caused in the region of sea coast. In this experiment some results that, if a conductor barrier is inserted into the flash over discharge path which is wetted by salt dissolved water, the flash over voltage found to be raised up, were gotten. This results may be actually applied to suspension insulator or bushing to prevent them from salt accidents.

  • This paper shows experimentally the characteristics of raising up the flashover voltage in supension insulators or bushing according to the theoretical results which was gotten by previous study. It was shown theoretically that, if some conducting metallic barriers are inserted into the flashover discharge path, the flashover voltage is found to be increased considerably. In order to verify this theoretical results, some basic experimental study was done, and the results was found to be more or less satisfactory except some problems which must be considered in future study.

  • This paper shows theoretically the possibility of raising up the flash over voltage in suspension insulators or bushing according to the results which was gotten by previous study done by the Author. If some conducting metallic barriers are inserted into the flash over discharge path, the flash over voltage is forund to be increased condiferablly. Applying this priciple, some methods of improving flash over characteristics are discussed theoretically.

  • 고무재료는 강재에 비해 큰 탄성변형을 할 수 있고 충격 흡수능력이 뛰어나므로 자동차에서도 진동문제 및 승차감을 향상시키기 위하여 엔진 마운트, suspension bushing등을 비롯한 여러 곳에 사용되고 있다. 여기에 이용되는 고무재의 요구조건은 1) 피로수명이 충분히 길것, 2) 열 및 산화에 강할 것, 3) 소음이 없을 것 등이다. 본 고에서는 1)번의 요구조건을 기준으로 고무재의 기본적인 역학적 특성 및 해석방법을 소개하고자 한다.

Seismic Fragility Analysis of Substation Systems by Using the Fault Tree Method (고장수목을 이용한 변전소의 지진취약도 분석)

  • In this study, a seismic fragility analysis was performed for substation systems in Korea. To evaluate the seismic fragility function of the substation systems, a fragility analysis of the individual equipment and facilities of the substation systems was first performed, and then all systems were considered in the fragility analysis of the substation systems using a fault-tree method. For this research, the status of the substation systems in Korea was investigated for the classification of the substation systems. Following the classification of the substation systems, target equipment was selected based on previous damage records in earthquake hazards. The substation systems were classified as 765kV, 345kV, and 154kV systems. Transformer and bushing were chosen as target equipment. The failure modes and criteria for transformer and bushing were decided, and fragility analysis performed. Finally, the fragility functions of substation system were evaluated using the fault tree method according to damage status.

A Research on Lengthening the Life of Warm Forging Die (온간단조금형의 수명연장에 관한 연구)

  • Rotor pole for AC(alternating current) generator is manufactured through transfer warm forging die. As soon as the material is heated at the warm manufacturing process, it is transferred to the first stage for upsetting work and then to the second stage for lateral extrusion work. The processes at the lateral extrusion work such as die block, die bushing, center punch, and side punch make severe condition and abrasion which leads to shorten the die life. This causes production decrease, long maintenance time, and low level of precision. Research on the die material selection, heat process cycle improvement, electric discharge machining trouble solution, and re-construction of main parts is expected to find a method to lengthen the die life up to 40 - 50%.

Outcomes and Complications of Total Elbow Arthroplasty (주관절 치환술의 임상 결과와 합병증)

  • Purpose: To describe the recent clinical results and complications of total elbow arthroplasty based on the literature review. Materials and Methods: The indications of total elbow arthroplasty include rheumatoid or inflammatory arthritis, posttraumatic arthritis, anklylosed elbow, tumor resection which cannot recover elbow function by other reconstructive procedures, and comminuted distal humerus fracture in elderly patients. Complications are aspetic loosening, infection, prosthesis fracture, periprosthetic fracture, ulnar neuropathy, ectopic ossification, triceps insufficiency, dislocation, and bushing wear. Results and Conclusion: Mean 10 year survival rate following total elbow arthroplasty has been reported 85% on the basis of revision. The prognosis in patients with an inflammatory arthritis is reported to be best, and loosening rate in patients with a posttraumatic arthritis tends to be high. Complication rate is known to be higher than that of other joint arthroplasty. In particular, deep infection occurs in 3~5% of the patients. Total elbow arthroplasty provide satisfactory results when it is performed properly in selected patients who have an elbow joint with irreversible dysfunction and low level activities.
