This study concerns the importance of workforce on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation through the change of global logistics industry and the operational condition of Busan port and Busan new port container terminals such as below. The purpose of this study is to firstly, that understand the current facilities and situation of container terminals in Busan port and Busan new port, and its changing environment of port industry. Secondly, provide basic information through the seeking whether the concept of importance of workforce is able to apply into container terminals. Thirdly, establish the theoretical system through the literature consideration on workforce on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation in container terminals. Finally, draw useful suggestions for managing container terminals through the structural relationship among variables, which are workforce on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation in container terminals.

As the competition among the ports is extreme, the purpose of this study which intendsto keep sustainable competitive advantage in Busan Container Terminals through the quality management of port service is shown as the followings. First, the common factor of quality management activities In the part of domestic container port is to be analysed. secondly, the efforts for enhancing the standard of quality management is to be confirmed lastly the relationship of cause-effect among the source of quality management, quality management activities and quality management is to be clarified. An empirical study was carried out to examine how Busan Container Terminals view quality management activities by the provision of statistical evidence showing the efforts to enhance the standard of quality management, common factors of quality management activities and causal relationship among these factors. The data investigating the quality management for Busan Container Terminals were collected from 170 persons in charge of quality management for port services in Busan Container Terminals the use of questionnaire method and personal interviews. The Cronbach's $\alpha$ coefficient and factor analysis were used to analyze the reliability and the propriety of measured variables. Furthermore SEM method using AMOS 4.0 was used to analyze the cause-effect relationship among the source. activities and accomplishments of quality management representing the core concept of quality management system. The importance of this study is placed in the description of the theoretical and general system on the quality management when the domestic container terminals have activated to promote the quality management, and in suggesting the actual problem and settlement method which are directly helpful to the field, and It can be indicated as having its meaning on future research obect.

본 논문은 효율적인 컨테이너 터미널의 영향력을 평가하기 위해 광양항과 부산항 컨테이너 터미널을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 연구방법은 DEA분석(CCR, BCC모형) 후 DMU를 노드로 하고, DEA(BCC모형)의 참조집단과 람다값을 이용하여 사회 네트워크를 생성하고 아이겐벡터 중심성 분석에 의해 효율적인 DMU들의 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, DEA분석 결과 CCR효율성은 부산항의 PNC, HJNC, HPNT 컨테이너 터미널이 효율성 1이고, BCC효율성은 부산항의 신감만부두, 우암부두, PNC, HJNC, HPNT, BNCT 컨테이너 터미널이 효율성 1이다. 둘째, SNA분석 결과 아이겐벡터 중심성 분석에 의하면 HJNC터미널이 0.515로 가장 많이 참조되고 있는 컨테이너 터미널로 영향력이 가장 높은 것으로 볼 수 있다. PNC터미널이 0.512, 우암부두가 0.379, 순이고 광양항의 CJ대한통운 전체 영향력에서는 4위이나, 광양항 컨테이너 터미널 중에서는 0.256으로 가장 영향력있는 컨테이너 터미널이다.

항만 산업의 동향은 적극적인 4차 산업 기술을 도입하여 자동화 항만, 스마트 항만 등 새로운 항만의 형태로 발전하고 있다. 그러나 항만의 발전 이면에는 항만 및 컨테이너 터미널 내 사이버 보안 사고 및 위협 가능성 또한 높아지고 있다. 이에 항만 내 사이버 보안 강화와 관련된 연구가 필수적이나 국내에서 진행되는 관련 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 대표 항만인 부산항 중 가장 4차 산업 기술을 적극적으로 도입하는 컨테이너 항만을 중심 사이버 보안 강화를 위한 요인을 도출하고 향후 강화 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과 부산항 컨테이너 터미널 사이버 보안 강화를 위한 요인은 네트워크 구축 및 정책 지원, 교육 표준화 및 인력 양성, 법·제도적 요인으로 분류되었다. 이후 도출된 요인을 바탕으로 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였으며 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 부산항 컨테이너 터미널의 안전성 확보 및 강화, 신뢰성 확보 및 강화, 성과 및 만족도 향상을 위한 세부 요인을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 점차 증가하는 항만 및 컨테이너 터미널 내 사이버 보안 공격에 대응하여 부산항 컨테이너 터미널의 사이버 강화를 위한 방향성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.

Increasing port competition driven by the containerisation has motivated ports and terminals to focus on their performance to efficiently utilise the available resources and to make strategic decisions in port development and expansion. With both inter-port andintra-port competition increasing in the port of Colombo, this study aims to measure the efficiency of the container terminals in Colombo comparing to terminals in the port of Busan using the DEA window analysis to determine their operational efficiency and to provide suggestions for future port development activities. Multiple window analyses were conducted using CCR and BCC models with different orientations and window lengths to compare the efficiencies of 11 DMUs in both ports during the period from 2015-2019 to measure the efficiencies prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Results revealed the largest terminal operator, PNC in Busan, to be the most efficient overall, while the second highest efficiency was recorded by one of the smallest terminal operators, SAGT in Colombo, among the sample. Although use of DEA in port performance measurement has been popular for many years, efficiency measurements in the port of Colombo, the main hub port in the South Asian region, has not been comprehensively studied so far.

This study concerns the importance of internal marketing, employee's attitude, and customer orientation through the change of port industry and the operational condition of domestic container terminals. In accordance with this, the structural relationship among variables, which are internal marketing, employee's attitude and customer orientation in container terminals need to be acknowledged to secure competitive advantage and to maintain continuous transaction relationship with customer through the empirical research. The purpose of this study is to firstly, understand the current facilities and situation of container terminals in Busan port, and its changing environment of port industry. Secondly, provide basic information through the seeking whether the concept of internal marketing is able to apply into port industry. Thirdly, establish the theoretical system through the literature consideration on internal marketing, employee's attitude and customer orientation in container terminals. Finally, draw useful suggestions for managing container terminals through the structural relationship among variables, which are internal marketing, employee's attitude and customer orientation in container terminals.

Container port is one of the most vital link of the transportation chain that plays an important role in trading with other countries. Having a proper understanding of port operations could change the role of the port from a transportation node to an efficient point in a transportation chain. Development of transportation chains, logistics and progress of these networks have enhanced the sustainable condition and level of transportation. Therefore, evaluating the competitiveness of ports is obligatory for port users to make a decision in investment or exploitation. This paper introduces the use of Fuzzy C-means and TOPSIS for competitiveness comparison among a sample of container terminals in Korea and China and determine how to improve Korean port competitiveness and particularly in Busan port.

본 연구는 우리나라 컨테이너터미널의 인적자원개발 및 관리에 대한 선행연구가 아직 충분하지 않은 상황에서, 선진항만의 교육훈련 현황을 고찰하여 부산항 컨테이너터미널과 비교 분석해 보았으며, 컨테이너터미널의 교육훈련 사례를 통하여 실제적인 교육훈련 수준을 조사해 보았고, 설문조사를 통해 교육훈련 실태를 분석하여 교육훈련의 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 우리나라 컨테이너 터미널의 교육훈련 실태분석에 나타난 문제점들을 해결하고 효율적인 교육훈련 관리가 이루어지도록 하기 위해서는 먼저, 기업의 생존전략 및 항만이용자의 요구사항을 반영한 체계적 기능인력 육성시스템의 구축되어야 할 것이다. 교육수혜대상인 종업원이 직접 참여하는 세분화된 교육훈련 계획에 의해 기능향상교육과 안전교육, 신규사원교육과 기존사원 재교육, OJT와 OffJT, 사내 및 사외 교육훈련 등을 효율적으로 수행하여 항만 생산성을 제고시켜 나가야 할 것이다. 그리고 교육훈련 성과를 지속적으로 향상시켜갈 수 있도록 교육 후의 자격취득에 대해 급여를 차등 지급하는 기술급제도를 도입할 필요가 있다. 또한 인력 채용, 배치, 승진, 승급 등의 전반적인 인적자원관리 활동을 능력 기준으로 수행함으로써, 교육훈련을 통한 능력 배양을 장려하는 인적자원 관리 방식의 전환이 필요하다.

본 연구는 부산항 컨테이너 터미널이 품질경영을 통한 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 어떠한 서비스 품질경영활동들에 노력을 집중해야 하는지에 대한 실증적인 연구이다. 품질경영활동의 공통된 요소들과 이 요인들 간의 인과관계를 분석하여 결과를 해석하고 항만서비스 품질 경영 관리에 미치는 관리적 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 자료수집은 부산항 컨테이너 터미널의 종사자 170명을 대강으로 설문지와 개인면담을 통해 이루어졌으며, 측정변수의 신뢰성과 타당성을 분석하기 위해 Cronbach's $\alpha$계수와 요인분석을 이용하였다. 그리고 품질경영시스템의 구성개념인 풀질경영의 원천과 활동, 그리고 성과간의 인과관계를 분석하기 위해서는 Amos4.0을 이용한 SEM을 실시하였다.

부산항은 소규모로 분산된 다수의 컨테이너터미널 운영사에 의해 비효율적으로 운영되고 있다. 특히 2016년 선사들이 얼라이언스가 대형화됨에 따라 부산항의 소규모 터미널은 물량의 분산과 타부두 환적화물 증가 및 선박이 바다에서 대기하는 체선 발생을 야기시키는 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 따라 컨테이너터미널의 대형화를 위한 통합운영과 같은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항 신항의 터미널들을 대상으로 통합운영의 유형을 설정하고 시뮬레이션을 통한 실질적인 효과를 측정하여 통합운영의 이상적인 방향을 제시하는 연구를 하고자한다.
