인플루언서의 감정노동과 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Influencers' Emotional Labor and Job Stress on Job Burnout)

  • 최근 인플루언서의 글로벌 시장이 급성장하고 있는 가운데 인플루어서가 주목을 받게 되면서 인플루언서의 근로 특성과 근로 환경에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 인플루언서의 감정노동, 직무스트레스가 직무소진에 미치는 영향관계에서 긍정심리자본과 사회적지지가 직무소진에 조절효과가 있는지에 대해 실증적으로 살펴 보았다. 인스타그램을 통해 활동을 하고 있는 인플루언서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하였고 구조방정식을 사용하여 통계처리와 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 긍정심리자본은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 지지의 조절효과는 감정부조화와 직무소진 간의 관계는 채택되었으며, 표면행동과 직무소진 간의 관계외에 변수들과 직무소진간의 관계에 유의한 상호작용을 가지지 못한 것으로 나타났다.

The Study of social factors toward Academic Satisfaction in E-Learning Education

  • This paper investigates the empirical implications. The research question of this study is to verify the influences of psychological and environmental factors toward performance satisfaction and durability of learning in E-Learning University. For empirical verification, a survey was conducted targeting 500 students in E-learning Universities. The results show that actional environment on academic satisfaction in learning is the most important factor followed by physical environment, internal motivation, and academic burnout. The effect of psychological factors on learning persistence was important in the order of academic vision, internal motivation, actional environment and physical environment. The effect of academic satisfaction on learning durability proved to be statistically significant. The results suggest that actional environment should be considered with top priority to increase the academic satisfaction. learning satisfaction, academic vision, and academic satisfaction to enhance students' intention to continue studies are important. Academic burnout has a negative effect on both academic satisfaction and learning persistence, suggesting that this aspect should be properly addresses. The effects of student background variables in E-learning were explored.

임상 간호사의 직무만족과 완벽주의 성향이 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Perfectionism on Burnout in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This descriptive study was conducted to identify burnout and factors influencing burnout in clinical nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was conducted by administering a structured questionnaire to 195 nurses working at hospitals, from August to September 2017. This study used scales to measure burnout (20 items), job satisfaction (16 items), and perfectionism (40 items). Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Burnout of participants was correlated with job satisfaction and perfectionism. Factors identified to have influence on burnout were job satisfaction (${\beta}=-.35$, p<.001), perfectionism-fail avoidance (${\beta}=.26$, p=.001), perceived health status (${\beta}=-.26$, p<.001), and intention of department relocation (${\beta}=-.23$, p<.001). The regression model explained approximately 48% of nurses' burnout. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to improve job satisfaction and organizational support to decrease dysfunctional perfectionism that could cause burnout in nurses. It is also necessary to establish a psychological support program in hospitals.

뇌성마비 아동 어머니의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Burnout among Mothers of Children with Cerebral Palsy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of parental stress, social support, and coping behavior on burnout among mothers caring for children with cerebral palsy. Methods: Participants in this cross-sectional, descriptive study were 185 mothers who completed a self-report structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and multiple linear regression analyses with IBM SPSS Win 22 program. Results: Parental stress and coping behavior were strong predictors of burnout among mothers of children with cerebral palsy. These variables explained 50.0% of the variance in burnout. Social support was not a predictor of burnout. A higher level of burnout was associated with higher levels of parental stress and lower levels of social support and coping behavior. Conclusion: Mothers of children with cerebral palsy are vulnerable to burnout. These results show that effective strategies for reducing parental stress and improving positive coping behavior are needed to reduce burnout in these mothers.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate resilience, coping, and mental health in relation to burnout and to identify factors influencing burnout in student nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. The participants were 241 student nurses from 2 universities in B city. Data were analyzed using the t-test, analysis of variance, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for burnout in student nurses was 3.01 out of 5 points. Burnout explained 29.2% of the variance in satisfaction with college life (${\beta}=-.367$, p<.001), coping (${\beta}=.293$, p<.001), mental health (${\beta}=.228$, p=.011), and training hospital (${\beta}=-.198$, p=.026). Conclusion: The results of our research suggest that satisfaction with college life is an important variable affecting burnout student nurses. Therefore, education is needed in order to develop for more effective teaching coping methods and strategies and to reduce burnout with nursing practice.

간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 소진의 관계: 영적 안녕의 매개효과 (The Relation between Stress of Clinical Practice and Burnout among Nursing Students: The Mediation Effect of Spiritual Well-being)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the clinical practice of nursing students and to identify the mediating effects of spiritual well-being in the relation between stress of clinical practice and burnout caused by clinical practice. Methods: Data were collected by self-report questionnaires targeting 420 nursing students in three nursing colleges located in Gyeonggi and Chungnam province. Results: Burnout of clinical practice according to general characteristics of the study subjects showed significant difference in religion (t=1.895, p=.049). Stress of clinical practice and burnout of clinical practice showed positive correlation (r=.42, p<.001), existential spiritual well-being showed negative correlation between stress of clinical practice (r=-.17, p<.001) and burnout of clinical practice (r=-.47, p<.001). In addition, religious spiritual well-being in spiritual well-being showed no mediating effects and existential spiritual well-being showed mediating effects between burnout in clinical practice stress. Conclusion: In order to alleviate the stress of clinical practice for burnout of clinical practice prevention of nursing students, solutions to improve the existential spiritual well-being will be required in the future.

간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스와 소진과의 관계에서 공감의 매개효과 (Clinical Practice Stress and Burnout in Nursing Students: The Mediating Effect of Empathy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to examine the relationships between clinical practice stress and burnout, and the mediating role of empathy in nursing students. Methods: A cross-sectional research design was employed. One hundred seventeen nursing students completed questionnaires on clinical practice stress, empathy (perspective-taking, fantasy, empathic concern and personal distress) and burnout in December 2017. IBM SPSS Statistics 23 was used and descriptive statistics, frequency, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were conducted. Baron & Kenny method and Sobel test were adopted for analysis of the mediation effect (personal distress of empathy). Results: The mean scores of clinical practice stress and burnout were 3.45 and 43.09, and perspective-taking, fantasy, empathic concern and personal distress of empathy were 2.67, 2.42, 2.64 and 2.19, respectively. The highest relationship between clinical practice stress and empathy was personal distress of empathy (r=.32, p<.001). Burnout was positively associated with clinical practice stress and personal distress of empathy (r=.22, p=.015; r=.51, p<.001). Personal distress of empathy demonstrated a complete mediating effect on the relationship between clinical practice stress and burnout (Z=3.22, p=.001). Conclusion: These results showed that decreasing personal distress of empathy is important for nursing students, and may help in reducing clinical practice stress and burnout.

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine effect of incivility, resilience, and social support experienced by nursing students on burnout in clinical practice. Methods: Subjects were 140 nursing students who agreed to participate in this study. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Results: Burnout showed significantly positive correlation with incivility but significantly negative correlations with resilience and social support. Factors affecting burnout were satisfaction with major-dissatisfaction, satisfaction with major-average, social support, grade, and relationship with peers. Satisfaction with major (dissatisfaction) had the greatest effect on burnout, explaining 41% of the total variance. Conclusion: According to this study, dissatisfaction with major was identified as the most significant factor influencing burnout of nursing students in clinical practice. Therefore, it is important to develop and implement programs that can reduce dissatisfaction with major and increase social support and relationship with peers in order to lower burnout of nursing students. In addition, a systemic management of fourth-grade students with a high level of clinical practice is necessary to reduce the level of clinical practice. 아동상담자의 의욕상실에 대한 상담자 개인적 특성의 영향 (Effects of Personal Character Variables on Burnout of Child Counselors)

  • The 191 subjects of this study were counselors working with children under 18 years of age. The instrument was validated in an antecedent study and used after testing for reliability. Data were analyzed by Cronbach' a, quantification methods I, and multi-regression analysis. Results showed demographic variables at 5% of ad-$R^2$ over total burnout. Hobbies, counseling career, religion, and major field of study were significant. Marital status and caseload affected 'doubt about job.' Counseling field, qualifications and academic career affected 'negative personal relationship' and 'symptoms of somatization.' Psychological variables were 48% of ad-$R^2$ over total burnout. Self-esteem, type AB, self-insight and empathy ability for countertransference management ability were significant. Lower self-esteem, stronger type A personality, higher self-insight and lower empathy ability, produced higher degree of burnout.

어린이집 보육교사의 감정부조화, 직무소진이 정신건강에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Dissonance and Job Burnout on the Psychological Health of the Nursery Teachers)

  • 이 연구는 어린이집 보육교사의 감정부조화, 직무소진과 정신건강 간의 연관관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 467명의 보육교사를 대상으로 조사하였으며, 5점 척도로 구성한 측정도구를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계패키지 IBM SPSS 23과 AMOS 21을 사용하여 유의수준 5% 수준에서 검정하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집에 종사하는 보육교사의 감정부조화가 정신건강 하위요인 중 직무스트레스(학부모관계, 업무과부하)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감정부조화는 직무소진에 모두 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무소진은 정신건강 하위요인인 직무스트레스, 심리적 안녕감에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 직무소진은 감정부조화와 정신건강에 대해 부분적 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 어린이집에서 종사하는 보육교사의 정신건강 증진의 중요성을 제시하고 있으며, 정신건강 증진을 위한 제도적 지원을 모색할 필요성을 시사한다.
