연성이음관의 변형억제방안에 관한 수치모델연구(I): 기호지반 보강효과 (Numerical Model Study on a Scheme to Restrain Deformation of a Conduit with Flexible Joint(I) : Effectiveness of Soil Reinforcement)

  • 본 연구에서는 유한요소해석을 통하여 부등침하를 받는 매설관 이음부 하부의 지반보강에 관한 적용성을 검토하였다. 지반과 보강재 사이에 발생하는 상호작용을 규명하여 연성이음관의 변형억제 효과를 분석하였다. 지반부등침하가 발생하는 현장조건을 크게 세가지로 구분하였으며 각 경계조건 별로 보강재 설치에 따른 매설이음관 침하의 변화형태, 변형경사각의 변화형태를 살펴보았다. 해석 결과는 보강과 비보강 조건을 서로 비교 검토하여 기초지반 보강에 의한 연성이음관의 침하억제 효과를 살펴보았다.

  • 본 연구에서는 부등침하를 받는 매설관 연성이음부 하부의 베딩보강에 관한 적용성을 유한요소해 석을통하여 검토하였다. 매설관하부 기초지반에 설치된 콘크리트베딩의 강성 변화에 따른연성이 음부의 변형억제효과를 분석하였다. 지반부등침하가 발생하는 현장조건을 크게 세가지로 구분하였 으며 각 경계조건별로 베딩강성 변화에 따른 연성이음관의 변형형태를 살펴보았다. 해석결과는 보강과 비보강조건을 상호 비교 검토하여 콘크리트 베딩보강에 의한 연성이음관의 침하억제효과를 살펴보았다.

  • This paper described on the fabrication of microstructures by DRIE(Deep Reactive Ion Etching). SOI(Si-on-insulator) electric devices with buried cavities are fabricated by SDB technology and electrochemical etch-stop. The cavity was fabricated the upper handling wafer by Si anisotropic etch technique. SDB process was performed to seal the fabricated cavity under vacuum condition at -750 mm Hg. In the SDB process, captured air and moisture inside of the cavities were removed by making channels towards outside. After annealing(1000$^{\circ}C$, 60 min.), the SDB SOI structure was thinned by electrochemical etch-stop. Finally, it was fabricated microstructures by DRIE as well as a accurate thickness control and a good flatness.

  • SOI(Silicon-On-Insulator) pn 다이오드의 최적 수평길이($L_{dr}$)와 항복전압에 대한 해석적인 표현식을 n' 츠리프트 영역의 농도 및 두께, 매몰 산화막 두께의 함수로 유도하였다. 최적($L_{dr}$은 n'n접합의 수직 방향전계에 의한 항복전압과 n'np'접합으 수평방향 전계에 의한 항복전압이 같다는 조건으로부터 유도하였다. 해석적 표현식의 결과는 PISCESII를 사용한 시뮬레이션 결과와 잘 일치하였다.

  • For the while, food wastes have been mainly gathered in a trash place in outskirt of Seoul to bury under the ground. Recently the residents near the area strongly refused to fetch those food wastes to their area because of the terribly bad smell. According to the statistic, the food wastes have around $30\%$ portion of total living wastes, which are more than other countries. Most of the food wastes have been simply buried or incinerated without deep consideration of resource recovery view. Such burying or incineration makes problem to the residents' life condition. So the first is to reduce as much as possible and the rest should be controlled to reuse as resources.

대구 시지동 출토 목제 두레박 보존처리 (Conservation of Wooden Well-bucket Excavated from Siji-dong, Daegu)

  • 대구 시지동 생활유적 우물 내부에서 출토된 목제 두레박을 보존처리 하였다. 두레박은 오랜 매장 기간으로 인해 육안 관찰만으로도 부후가 상당히 진행된 것을 알 수 있었다. 취약한 상태의 유물 보존처리를 위하여 세틸알콜을 사용하였으며, 알콜의 농도를 점차 상승시키면서 목재내 수분을 알콜로 치환한 후, 세틸알콜 농도를 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%로 20%씩 농도를 상승시키고 각 농도단계에서 2주간씩 함침처리 하였다. 함침 완료 후 표면의 잔류 세틸알콜을 제거하고 자연건조를 실시하였다.

  • This paper present a study on the interference levels on the communication lines, which are parallel to the electrified rails. The interference study is carried out using a circuit model approach. First, the self and shunt impedances of all the conductors in the rail system and the mutual impedances between different conductors are computed. Several different scenarios are analyzed, including the load condition and a few fault conditions with different fault locations. The induced potentials on the communication cables are computed. The effect of the buried ground wires is also analyzed by comparing the results with and without the presence of the ground wires. The results presented in the paper can be used as a reference for estimating interference levels in similar rail systems.

  • The electric snow melting and deicing system by electric heating cable which is adopted in this study is a part of road facilities to keep surface temperature of the road higher than freezing point of water for melting the snow or ice accumulated on it. The electric heating cables are buried under paved road at a certain depth and a certain pitch and operated automatically and manually. Design theory, amount of heating, and installation standard vary according to economic situation, weather condition, and installation place. A main purpose of this study is figuring out the appropriate range of required heat capacity and installation depth and pitches for solving snowdrifts and freezing problems with minimum electric power consumption. This study was performed under the ambient air temperature($-2^{\circ}C$, $-5^{\circ}C$), the pitches of the electric heating cables (200 mm, 300 mm), heating value ($250\;W/m^2$, $300\;W/m^2$, $350\;W/m^2$).

  • Recently, the Korea National Railways (KNR) is undertaking a program of electrification of the existing railway routes. In order to implement the ongoing plan, KNR authorized a preliminary engineering study of its electrical systems. This effort included a comprehensive analysis of new grounding networks. The new grounding system runs in parallel with the rails and is connected to all metal structures such as rails, overhead protection wires and substation grounding grids etc., creating an equipotential ground network. This paper presents a study on coupling levels that can disturb signaling and telecommunications in adoption of the new grounding network The simulation for the study is carried out using Matlab software, Several different scenarios are analyzed, including the load condition and a few fault conditions with different fault locations. The induced potentials on the communication cables are computed. The effect of the buried ground wires is also analyzed by comparing the results with and without the presence of the ground wires, The results presented in the paper can be used as a reference for estimating coupling levels in similar rail systems.
