Incase of not considered seismic design at transformer vault which is made of many informant electrical facility, facility is damaged, electrical fire breaks out and second damage is able to break out at generating earthquake. But seismic design yet is not applied to at transformer vault in the country. Regard to seismic design method of electrical facility installed in the building internal, we present the seismic design of electrical facility using "Building construction design standard" in internal and "Manual of seismic design and construction for Building Electrical facility" in japan. This paper will be used detail seismic design of pipe and facility. reliability inspection plan for seismic design and construction of electrical facility

전력공급에 중요한 설비가 집중되어 있는 건축물 내의 수변전설비가 내진시설이 고려되지 않은 경우 지진 발생시 전력 시설물 낙하, 이동 등으로 인한 설비 피해 및 전기화재 등 제2의 피해가 발생을 할 수 있다. 하지만 수변전실 내진설계의 필요성에도 불구하고 국내에서는 아직 적용하고 있지 않다. 따라서 건축물 내에 수변전실의 전기설비 내진설계에 관하여 국내 건축구조설계 기준과 일본의 건축전기설비 내진 설계 시공 매뉴얼을 참조하여 건축물 내에 시설되는 수변전설비의 내진 설계 방법 및 내진 설계 예를 제시하였다.

건축전기설비기술사는 건축전력시설물을 취급하는 전문가로서 이론과 실무경험이 동시에 요구된다. 따라서 이론과 실무를 갖춘 기술사를 많이 배출하기 위해서는 기출문제 분석이 필요하며 이를 바탕으로 수험생이 효과적으로 준비할 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 과년도와 최근 4년간의 출제경향을 분석하여 대학 교과과정과 기술사 시험과의 연관성을 조사하였다. 출제경향과 대학 교과과정간의 차이를 보완하기 위한 학습방법을 제안하였고, 또한 전력기술인의 재교육을 담당하는 기관의 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육과정을 소개하였다.

최근 한반도 주변국인 일본, 중국 등에서 크고 작은 지진 발생으로 많은 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생함에 따라 국내에서도 지진발생 추이 및 지진 피해 등 지진위험에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 지진 발생시 건축물에서 위급상황에 대한 대처 및 여러 가지 구제 활동에 필수적인 전원공급 장치인 수변전실의 전기설비 지진 대책에 관하여 국내 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 또한 국내 건축구조설계 기준과 일본의 건축전기설비 내진 설계시공 매뉴얼을 참조하여 건축물 내에 시설되는 수변전설비의 내진 설계 방향을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 전기기기 및 배관 설비 별 상세 설계 방법 제시와 설계 및 시공에 대한 신뢰성 검증을 위한 검사 기준 제시에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Middle domestic the occurrence size which stews recently from the Korean Peninsula circumference country is augmenting on a large scale about earthquake about safe countermeasure part from the existing Natural Countermeasure Law 2008. Also about overseas electric equipment investigated about earthquake-proof plan relation system and facility present condition. Investigated the electric equipment earthquake-proof plan pertinent data which is advanced from like this existing nation and the equipment and application direction must apply to domestic presented. With character presents following the guide about electric equipment earthquake-proof plan becomes feed with the fact that will be able to use.

This paper concerns developing a integrated online/offline light facility management system for light facility using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to a old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower cost, and time economically.

There are ground facility of maintenance in house electric facility of infra maintenance electric home appliances having used multifariousness in house, that use electric energy of common source for equipment. The body of building such as the reinforced concrete construction is structurally united, and the electric resistance is also small. It is possible that those foundations have contacted the ground at large surface area and that it substitutes the building construction body for the earth electrode. This is called "the structure earthing". This method has been defined at electrical facilities technical standards and KS in our country, and it has been used in various quarters practically. However, in our country, there is no example of using the foundation of the house as substitution earth electrode practically, and the means of the evaluation as electrode has not been established either. Then, in this paper, basic research for utilizing foundation of the house as substitution earth electrode is carried out.

본 논문은 인터넷과 데이터베이스를 이용한 온라인/오프라인 통합 야외 조명시설 관리 시스템의 개발하고, 제어함과 조명등을 위한 데이터베이스의 구축에 관하여 연구한 내용이다. 또한 연구 결과물의 효용성을 높이기 위해 기존에 사용하는 양식을 기초로 개발하여 새로운 시스템의 적용 시 적응이 용이하도록 하였다. 따라서 온라인/오프라인 통합 야외 조명시설 관리를 통하여 조명시설 정보의 효과적인 운용이 가능하도록 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 통하여 인력 및 유지보수비를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 조명시설 관리에 따른 유형을 파악하고 이에 맞는 관리 모델을 제안하며, 각 관리 모델에 적합한 온라인/오프라인 조명시설 관리 시스템의 개발에 관하여 연구한 내용이다. 또한 연구 결과물의 효용성을 높이기 위해 실제 사용하는 양식을 기초로 개발하여 새로운 시스템의 적용시 적응이 용이하도록 하였다. 제안된 관리 모델에 따른 온라인/오프라인 조명시설 제어를 통하여 조명시설 정보의 효과적인 운용이 가능하게 하였으며, 인력 및 유지보 수비를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
