Roads to Construct and Re-build Plant Microbiota Community

  • Plant microbiota has influenced plant growth and physiology significantly. Plant and plant-associated microbes have flexible interactions that respond to changes in environmental conditions. These interactions can be adjusted to suit the requirements of the microbial community or the host physiology. In addition, it can be modified to suit microbiota structure or fixed by the host condition. However, no technology is realized yet to control mechanically manipulated plant microbiota structure. Here, we review step-by-step plant-associated microbial partnership from plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria to the microbiota structural modulation. Glutamic acid enriched the population of Streptomyces, a specific taxon in anthosphere microbiota community. Additionally, the population density of the microbes in the rhizosphere was also a positive response to glutamic acid treatment. Although many types of research are conducted on the structural revealing of plant microbiota, these concepts need to be further understood as to how the plant microbiota clusters are controlled or modulated at the community level. This review suggests that the intrinsic level of glutamic acid in planta is associated with the microbiota composition that the external supply of the biostimulant can modulate.

Using Fuzzy Neural Network to Assess Network Video Quality

  • At present people have higher and higher requirements for network video quality, but video quality will be impaired by various factors, so video quality assessment has become more and more important. This paper focuses on the video quality assessment method using different fuzzy neural networks. Firstly, the main factors that impair the video quality are introduced, such as unit time jamming times, average pause time, blur degree and block effect. Secondly, two fuzzy neural network models are used to build the objective assessment method. By adjusting the network structure to optimize the assessment model, the objective assessment value of video quality is obtained. Meanwhile the advantages and disadvantages of the two models are analysed. Lastly, the proposed method is compared with many recent related assessment methods. This paper will give the experimental results and the detail of assessment process.

A Deep Convolutional Neural Network approach to Large Scale Structure

  • Recent work by Ravanbakhsh et al. (2017), Mathuriya et al. (2018) showed that convolutional neural networks (CNN) can be trained to predict cosmological parameters from the visual shape of the large scale structure, i.e. the filaments, clusters and voids of the cosmic density field. These preliminary works used the dark matter density field at redshift zero. We build upon these works by considering realistic mock galaxy catalogues that mimic true observations. We construct light-cones that span the redshift range appropriate for current and near future cosmological surveys such as LSST, EUCLID, WFIRST etc. In summary, we propose a novel multi-image input CNN to track the evolution in the morphology of large scale structures over cosmic time to constrain cosmology and the expansion history of the Universe.

  • When it essentially designs and develops the Railway Signal System H/W and S/W, It requires base to build an environment which the safety of the complete system can be certified objectively. It is not rational choice to progress the safety certification of each of the subsystems to ensure reliability from an economic point of view. Furthermore, Even though H/W and S/W already certificated the safety, In case of changing subsystem to comprise relevant system, The safety certification of its parts newly must proceed. This study to solve these problems covers safety H/W platform which is commonly applicable to composition plan at Ground railway signaling systems such as CBTC, ETCS, CBI and safety-based modeling approach with S/W development tools (SCADE) and certificated O/S (Pike) to build the development environment. In addition, When it designs and develops safety S/W, This study explains structure to separate the data section which for logical operations and logical operations itself and provides guideline to support the certification through minimizing changes to the software.

DC 모터를 이용한 동력 의족 시스템 개발 (Development of a Powered Knee Prosthesis using a DC Motor)

  • In this paper, we present an overview of the structure of a lab-built powered knee prosthesis and the control of it. We build a powered prosthesis prototype on the basis of previous researches and aim at obtaining the essential technology related with its control. We adopt the slider-crank mechanism with a DC motor as an actuator to manipulate the knee joint. We also build an embedded control system for the prosthesis with a 32-bit DSP controller as a main computation unit. We divide the gait phase into five stages and use a FSM (Finite State Machine) to generate a torque reference needed for each stage. We also propose to use a position-based impedance controller for driving the powered knee prosthesis stably. We perform some walking experiments at fixed speeds on a tread mill in order to show the feature of the built powered prosthesis. The experimental results show that our prosthesis has the ability to provide a functional gait that is representative of normal gait biomechanics.

  • 이 논문에서는 비디오 게임의 역사를 보존 연구하기 위한 아카이브들의 국내 사례와 해외 사례를 비교 조사하고, 이를 통해 게임 역사박물관 구축을 위한 기초적인 자료 분류와 구축 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 게임의 역사를 수집, 보존하는 것은 일차적으로는 게임학 연구를 위한 기초자료를 구축하고자 위함이지만, 이러한 운동이 꼭 연구만을 위한 목적으로 귀결되는 것은 아니다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 디지털 게임을 수집, 보존, 분류, 전시, 열람하는 일련의 과정을 미디어 고고학(media archeology)이라는 새로운 학문 분야에 바탕하여 접근하고자 한다.

  • Creative thinking in education is a common assumption to be accomplish in this information age. Information education can contribute to build the ability to think creatively. The Author explored how information education conduces the creative thinking ability that is necessary to the development of independent and competent study for students themselves. The writer also expressed the integrated education makes students think synthetically and synthetic educational experience derives creative thinking. She based her arguments upon the theory of the psychology of memory and the Piaget's cognitive structure. To increase the effects of information education, it is necessary to integrate the curriculums and learning method of the information education and those of other areas of learning, i,e., languages, literatures, social sciences, sciences, mathematics, etc. Here, author asserted that the teaching of information skill within classroom curriculums for all subject areas can make the integrated effects on various classroom curriculums. On the basis of the findings of this study, the author recommended that every school needs to prepare enough books and other media for the students to drill information skill. Consequently, to build creative thinking ability for He students, librarians, classroom teachers and school principals who have influence on the information education, have to cooperate to initiate integrated information education for the student.

감성 분석 및 감성 정보 부착 시스템 구현 (Developing a Sentiment Analysing and Tagging System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 트위터에서 수집된 트윗들의 감성을 분석하고 각 문장의 감성 정보를 반자동으로 부착하여 감성 말뭉치를 구축할 수 있는 시스템의 구현이다. 트위터 API를 이용해 트윗을 수집한 후 각 트윗이 어떤 감성을 갖는지 감성사전을 이용해 분석한다. 사용자는 감성 분석 결과를 확인하고 누락된 감성 정보를 추가하거나 의존구조 사이에 존재하는 감성 정보를 추가할 수 있다. 감성 정보는 JSON 구조로 부착함으로써 감성 말뭉치 구축 및 활용에 용이하게 하였다. 제안 시스템은 긍정, 부정, 중립 문장에 대한 감성 분석 결과 약 76%의 성능을 보였다.

합판 적층재 가구의 유기적 조형을 위한 실물대 모델의 효율성 연구 (A Study on Laminated Furniture for Organic Form and Utility of Fullscale Model)

  • As art of lamination by plywood got to be generally used, it became a suitable material for expressing live curves that were not able to be expressed on wood furniture made of plank and timber, as well as, openwork deep in curved space, heavy quality of material, and changing contour line-looking wave lines with different process angles. As an alternative, it would be good to build a full scale model, since it would provide practice in form-building and it would also provide a chance to correct the form. Less material can be used and reduce the cutting process by Properly trimming models made of soft formal structure such as Styrofoam Iso-pink and adhesive Styrofoam, and separating the layers and using them on shape cutting of plywood with the same thickness. And by attaching the model veneer that was used in shape cutting of the model and using it as a cutting guide, we can reduce the error of work and successively build the planned form. Since this study is about the need of a full scale model for a laminated wood model and an efficient process, this study concentrates more on process.

  • 선진국 건설업체에 대한 경쟁우위 확보와 건설수요의 대형화 및 복합공종의 고도기술 요구에 따라, 국내건설업 기술력 제고의 필요성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 기술경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 기술의 연구 및 개발이 이루어져야 하며, 개발된 기술을 적극적으로 활용하여 기술축적에 의한 내실을 기해야만 기술경쟁력 확보가 가능하다. 건설업의 경우, 광범위한 기술개발 대상과 기술개발에 소요되는 대규모의 투자와 장기성 때문에, 각 기업의 주어진 여건에 맞는 기술경쟁력 제고 방향의 설정은 기업의 성장을 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 열쇠가 될 것이다. 따라서 기술개발추진 방향은 각 기업의 장기경영 전략에 맞추어서 설정되어야 한다. 본 연구는 건설업계 측면에서 효율적으로 기술개발을 추진할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 제시한다. 기술경쟁력확보를 위해서는 기본적으로 단계적 건설경영 확대, 특화사업분야 핵심기술 보유, 기술개발체계 확립, 탄력적 조직 운영 등의 체계가 구축되어야 한다.
