In this paper, we examine the existence and bounded- ness of the solutions of discrete Volterra equations $$x(n)=f(n)+\sum_{j=0}^{n}g(n,j,x(j))$$, $n{\geq}0$ and $$x(n)=f(n)+\sum_{j=0}^{n}B(n,j)x(j)$$, $n{\geq}0$.

In this paper, we have studied the dynamical behaviour such as boundedness, local and global stabilities, bifurcation of a single species population affected by environmental toxicant and population toxicant. We have also studied the effect of discrete delay of the environmental toxicant on the instantaneous growth rates of the population biomass and population toxicant due to incubation period. The length of delay preserving the stability is also estimated. Computer simulations are carried out to illustrate our analytical findings.

In this paper, a robust discrete model reference adaptive controller is proposed using a generalized model reference adaptive algorithm for single-input single-output discrete systems. A signal dependent time-varying dead-zone is employed in a generalized adaptive control structure. This adaptive controller is shown to assure the boundedness of the signals of the system even in the presence of bounded external disturbance.

In this paper, we are focused on the analysis of Petri nets model using the subnet. Specially, we are proposes a divide-conquer method of Petri nets under the condition of one-boundedness for all the Petri nets. The usefulness of the approach is shown by applying the proposed techniques to a illustration model.

We deal with the boundedness of the n-th derivatives of Bloch-type functions and Toeplitz operators and give a relationship between Bloch-type spaces and ranges of Toeplitz operators. Also we prove that the vanishing property of ${\parallel}uk^{\alpha}_z{\parallel}_{s,{\alpha}}$ on the boundary of $\mathbb{D}$ implies the compactness of Toeplitz operators and introduce a generalization of Bloch-type spaces.

In this paper the existence of global solutions of the parabolic cross-diffusion systems with cooperative reactions is obtained under certain conditions. The uniform boundedness of $W_{1,2}$ norms of the local maximal solution is obtained by using interpolation inequalities and comparison results on differential inequalities.

This paper addresses the problem of designing robust adaptive output tracking control for a class of MIMO nonlinear systems which have different number of inputs and outputs The stability of the whole closed-loop system is guaranteed in the sense of Lyapunov and uniformly Itimately boundedness of the tracking error vector as well as estimated parameters are shown. In addition, we show that the restrictive assumptions on input gain matrix which is presumed in the past works can be eliminated by using proposed control law.

In this study a new generalization for operators of two parameters type of fractional in the unit disk is proposed. The fractional operators in this generalization are in the Srivastava-Owa sense. Concerning with the related applications, the generalized Gauss hypergeometric function is introduced. Further, some boundedness properties on Bloch space are also discussed.

This note is devoted to establishing the boundedness for some classes of Littlewood-Paley square operators defined by the kernels without any regularity on the mixed radial-angular spaces. The corresponding vector-valued versions are also presented. As applications, the corresponding results for the Littlewood-Paley g∗λ function and the Littlewood-Paley function related to the area integrals are also obtained.

We prove a decay estimate for oscillatory integrals with Hölder amplitudes and polynomial phases. The estimate allows us to answer certain questions concerning the uniform boundedness of oscillatory singular integrals on various spaces.
