What I wish to show in this paper is the moral educational implication on "The Minor Annotations of Elementary Learning(小學枝言)" in a position to consider the alternatives about personality education problems by searching viewpoints on moral training theory on the book. "The Minor Annotations of Elementary Learning(小學枝言)" was written by Dasan Jeong-yakyong(茶山 丁若鏞, 1762-1836). In the oriental philosophy, a moral training theory is built on the base of human nature theory. Dasan's moral training theory was also built on his human nature theory. Undoubtedly we could consider that his difference from the moral training theory of Confucianism is reflected in his moral training theory putting stress on practice. Dasan criticized the moral training theory of Confucianism because of its static aspect contemplating mind internally. He stands on the position that the virtue can be come true by the concrete practice. The establishment ground of Dasan's moral training theory is on his theory of human nature's preference(性嗜好說). Dasan didn't consider benevolence, righteousness, propriety, and wisdom(仁義禮智) as human nature. He considered that the human nature prefers goodness. So there is no perfect human nature or principle originally to human beings but also directionality to be displayed. We can say that the virtue building by cultivation of directionality get connected to moral training theory. Dasan considered ?The Minor Annotations of Elementary Learning(小學枝言)? as a practice book for moral training which develops individuals' personality through practice in the reality. He thought that the book cause individuals to follow 'the elementary way(小道)' and to learn 'the elementary art(小藝)' more than academic pursuit. From this viewpoint he showed the practice(行事) of judgment(權衡) by keeping the attitude for the scripture interpretation to pursue the right principles(義理) based on Chinese exegetics(訓?) and the historical evidences(考證) through the whole book. And in the book he suggested the standard of the whole-person education to develop the human nature based on his theory of human nature's preference(性嗜好說), to cognize relationship as an ethical existence, and to pursue the harmony with graphonomy(字學) and Ethics(道學). So we can regard that he realized his practice centered moral education philosophy in the book.
Konstantin S. Stanislawski(1863-1938) is one of the great acting-teachers and directors. Especially his 'System' influences this day like his period so many actors and directors in the world. In Korea, Stanislawski was introduced at first in 1920's by Kim, Woojin, dramatist. After that time, his system was influenced fast everyone in the korean drama world. As a result, so many translations of his books and researches of his system are done until nowadays, but it is not perfect for the correct understanding of Stanislawski and his system. It seems to be several causes in this misunderstanding. And the purpose of this thesis is at first to observe historically the results of researches and translations on Stanislawski and his system in Korea and then to bring it in order according to characteristics. In this thesis are the process of reception observed dividing 4 periods. The first period is from the beginning to the liberation in 1945. The second is to 1980's and the next is to the year 2000. And the final period is from that time to the present time. As a result are several characteristics found as followings: 1) translations of Stanislawski's first book like other books, for example, Building a Character and Creating a Role, an Actor Prepares, are fast all secondhand translations, that means, man translated it not from russian direct but japanese or english. It caused man to misusing of terms and then misunderstanding on the system. 2) the researches on Stanislawski in are fast all concentrated on the book, an Actor Prepares, so this leads man to regard it as his whole acting system. On the other hand, thesisses which deal with his last and final acting technique, "the Method of the physical Action" are relatively not so much. As though man knows the last, man used to think that the system is developed systematically from the psychological technique to the physical action or the method of the physical action is only the way to understand of stanislawski's acting method. The psychological method and the physical are not the divided, different acting technique, but pairs which are applied to different objects, that is, the actor himself and the role in texts. 3) the political aspects are not considered especially under the situation of Stalin's social realism. This lack of the political context having relation with the system acts as a obstacle upon understanding the correct, whole his system. But so many thesises on this theme in other countries are so vivacious. For example, man can find subjects like "Stanislawski and Meyerhold", "means of Stanislawski's method for theatres in the social context". There are also many interesting Questions related to the physical action. That is, is the physical action the final acting technique or the materialistic dialectical device to survive under the Stalin's rule? Is there some interrelations between stanislawski's physical action and Meyerhold's biomechanics? In conclusion, the researches on Stanislwski and his system are not enough to understand correctly and overcome the system. We have to start the research again at least from the direct translation his books written russian in order to apply it in a new times.
The material world around human is normally composed of opaque one, with which human has made the spaces. The opaque material to make space has played a role to control the relationship among people and has produced socio-cultural things since the history started. The opening of opaque material(wall) connects one space with the other. Therefore, the meaning of opening is a connection among people who are in different spaces in terms of sociology. In conjunction with this, socio-cultural situation has been deployed differently. In the traditional european domestic space, the glass has been applied to this opening since they found the glass. It disconnects two spaces physically but connects them visually. Therefore, without blocking the opening visually, the glass became to protect people with their interior space from outside environment. The important thing is that the application of the glass in a building had been restricted because of opening size. However, after Industrial Revolution with the advanced technology of architecture, the glass came to be applied to the building and it became widen. So, the concept of glass window became to be the one of glass wall. This change made a transformation of visual character between two spaces which are separated with glass wall. This means that the glass wall gave two directional visibility while the glass window gave one directional visibility from inside to outside of space. This is because the amount of the natural light to the interior space increased due to widen glass in a space. This gave a change of visual authority and the space of surveillance(interior space) became to the one of communication. The space of surveillance, Michel Foucault mentioned in his book surveillance and punishment, is a very private one that is not visually permeable from the people outside, while the space of communication is a public one which needs other eyes. In the space of publicity, there needs a rationality, morality and ethics because of public surveillance and in the space of privacy, there restores a desire for sex and assaults.
The design of the healing space provides people with tranquility and relaxation. It restores the tired body and provides the resilience of life. We have established the importance and value of healing through the meaning of healing and foreign cases. that humans come from nature and return to nature I think it is extremely inevitable, and while living, They set their goal and finish it gradually. Then they reach the goal. You can enjoy the effect of healing by creating an atmosphere of nature that comes from nature and living in it. The use of wood inside the building is the most comfortable healing condition, and as you can see from the case of Japan, The building of Sunny Hills made of wood outside reminds me of a magpies house. Indoor desk or book case made of wood make, warmer at mosphere, and the effect of healing becomes even greater if you take the plants. In the ceiling, if you paint pictures of clouds, trees, sun, etc., and apply blue or pink color that makes you relax, then the effect of healing is doubled. Through this study, I could forming living space being in touch with nature and using natural materials which is basic of healing an bring the effect of healing.

The CM at Risk project, which started with the aim of strengthening the global competitiveness of the domestic construction industry through innovation of ordering system, is being implemented in the form of pilot projects in the public sector. However, it seems that it is necessary to enact related laws and regulations to move to the formal ordering system, and the performance analysis of the project is still insufficient. In this paper, the effectiveness and reliability of the project were verified through the performance analysis of the Pre-Construction Service of the four pilot projects currently being implemented. The results of the study were analyzed in five areas including Team Building, Design Book, Construction Period, VE, and BIM. Through the interview survey, the problems were confirmed and improvement plans were presented. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the legalization of ordering system to be implemented in the future.
The purpose of this study is to understand the educational traits of Sinchan Kyoyukhak(新撰敎育學) which was the first western education textbook of Hansung Normal School(漢城師範學校) since 1895. The result of this study is as follows;First, the subject of education was firstly regulated by the Act of Hansung Normal School(漢城師範學校規則:1895.7.23). Second, even though this book was authored by the Japanese, Kimura Tomoji(木村知治), it is published for the textbook of Hansung Normal School and I presume that he is one of the employed foreigner by the Joseon Dynasty. Third, this textbook was effected more by the trend of utilitarianism of Spencer and Pestalozzi than that of Herbart's theory which is concerned to the teaching method. Fourth, the theory of three fostering of Sinchan Kyoyukhak(fostering the virtue, wisdom, and physical body) is connected with the Royal Doctrine for Building State(敎育立國詔書) by Kojong(fostering the virtue, physical body and wisdom) in 1895, but the order of those are not the same.

Construction Standard Unit Price is the unit price calculated based on the market price for work items in construction projects that have already been conducted. It is used as basic data for calculating the budget price of public construction projects. In the Construction Standard Unit Price Book implemented in the second half of 2020, there are 1,810 types of unit prices. Since 2017, 100-150 construction standard unit prices have been revised semiannually (on January 1 and July 1 of each year) through Construction Site Surveys. Other work items have been set based on the rate of inflation during the corresponding period. Later in 2020, this procedure was changed, with on-site survey period extended to one year to strengthen the construction standard unit price investigation. The revisions previous announced during the second half of the year were changed only to reflect the price inflation rates. With such changes in the revisions to construction standard unit prices, one important issue that was raised: The timing of announcing the revisions during the second half of the year (reflecting the price inflation rates). The market unit wage, which is the unit price standard of labor cost that takes up a large part of the construction cost, is announced in January and September. The figures announced in September is reflected on the construction standard unit price four months later in January, but the market unit wage announced in January is reflected only six months after in July, which causes a timing issue. As such, the current study analyzed problems rising from the changed timing of the announcements of the construction standard unit price during the second half of the year, in addition to analyzing their impact on public construction projects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of risk factor model for the Jordanian banking stocks from 2006 to 2018. This study employs the Five-factor Fama and French's (2015) methodology and uses the annual returns of all Jordanian banks including 2 Islamic and 13 commercial banks listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) over a period of 13 years. The results show that the factors of value and profitability have an important role in evaluating the expected return in Jordanian banking stocks. Moreover, the value HML and profitability RMW factors provide the highest cumulative returns among these five factors, while the investment CMA and size SMB factors are still around zero cumulative returns. For the market factor, it provides the least negative cumulative returns. The results showed that the largest correlation is between value and investment factors which means that banks with a high book to market value become banks with a conservative investment strategy. The result of the sub-periods confirmed the value and profitability results. The findings of this study suggest that the five-factor Fama and French model is the choice of building an investment portfolio, especially the factors of value and profitability.
The purpose of this study is to scrutinize forefathers' standpoint on architectural planning by peering into their literature. Dongkukyisangkukjib which contains works about daily life of Lee Gyu-Bo, a great writer in the middle of Koryo, reveals well people of Koryo' thought on architecture, if we have a interest in a building space. The book holds his general viewpoint on architecture and documents about the remarkable houses he and his friends visited. Then we can know, through it, general thought on architecture of the upper classes in those days. Lee Gyu-Bo considered a house the other self of its owner and connected buildings with personality of their owner. 0 architectural process and architectural planning, buildings were shown variously by reflecting owner's value on architecture. Unlike Chosun era, people of Koryo prefer unlimited thinking to form or order. Therefore in construction especially such as a pavilion, there were many experimental tries which reflected owners' thought. Particularly we could estimate people of Koryo' conception of architectural design through a work of Lee Gyu-Bo, Saryunjungky, a document about a pavilion carrying four wheels, which describes concretely contents of architectural planning such as a planning of space, module, and intention.

The Imwon Sipyukji of this study was compiled by Seo Yugu (1764~1845), a famous agronomical scholar of the late eighteenth century. The contents of this book are divided into sixteen chapters related to all the important parts of rural home life ranging from daily routines to social life covering the agro-industry and the six skills of manners, music, archery, calligraphy, mathematics and horseback riding. Seomyongji, one of the sixteen chapters, covers all that is necessary for living a rural existence such as house-building, clothing adornments and transportation as well as how to make and use daily household items. The contents of the Boksik Jigu sub-section in the Sumyongji chapter consist of eight large units covering men's and women's clothing, bedding and pillows, sewing tools, belt and shoes accompanying the attire and storage for clothes. These eight are further subdivided into 65 items, each warranting a detailed explanation. My study will translate the original Chinese text of Boksik Jigu into Korean. This sub-section in the Seomyongji chapter will facilitate an investigation into the information contained therein on attire and accessories.
