화학 동도금을 이용한 캐리어 극박 동박 표면 특성 평가에 관한 연구 (An evaluation method on the surface characteristics of ultra-thin copper foil using chemical copper plating)

  • 본 연구는 알루미늄 및 구리 캐리어 소재상에 화학 동도금(Chemical Copper)으로 형성된 극박 동박 표면 및 석출막의 특성 평가에 관한 연구이다. 평가에 사용된 극박 동박은 현재 캐리어박 선점률이 높은 M, J, Y사의 제품이다. 최상층 구리 표면에서 조직, 조성, 표면조도를 평가하였고, 단면 평가에서는 copper layer 및 nodule layer, adhesion layer, anti-corrosion layer, release layer, substrate에서의 물성 및 특성을 평가하였다.

  • This paper describes the functions and design technology of the T-DMB (Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) receiver. T-DMB is a novel broadcasting media that can provide high-quality video and audio services. In this paper, we will describe the VLSI implementation of RF, Baseband and Multimedia Chip for T-DMB Receiver. The designed DMB SoC has low power consumption and has been implemented using a standard-cell library in 0.18um CMOS technology.

  • 관내의 유량을 제어하는 볼 밸브(ball valve)는 개폐각도(opening degree)가 커짐에 따라 출구에서 유속이 증가하고 밸브(valve)의 입 출구 간 압력강하(pressure drop)가 증가한다. 출구에서의 압력이 작동유체의 포화증기압보다 낮아질 때 공동현상(cavitation)이 발생한다. 관내에서의 공동현상은 배관시스템의 진동 및 소음, 부식 등에 있어서 악영향을 미칠 수 있으므로 설계에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 버터플라이 밸브를 비롯한 다른 밸브에서는 공동현상감소에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 이에 본 연구에서는 볼 밸브 내 유동 특성(characteristic of flow)과 볼 밸브의 입출구간 압력강하를 줄이는 연구를 수행하였다. 개폐 각도와 그에 따른 압력강하와의 관계를 Edison_전산열유체를 사용하여 분석하고 공동현상을 감소시킨 볼 밸브의 설계를 제시 하였다.

  • We investigated the transient electroluminescence (EL) and modulation characteristics of red organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs), which consist with 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-i -propyl-6-(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-cnyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTI) and rubrene doped into tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum ($Alq_3$). The transient EL waveforms showed two components, the overshooting peak and constant component, indicating that the excess amount of accumulated charges simultaneously recombine at the onset moment. This overshooting effect reduced the rise time of transient EL and enhanced the optical output of OLEDs when the pulse voltage applied to the device. We demonstrated that the red OLEDs could be use for the high-speed switching application by driving at more than 100 MHz and transmitting the video signals utilized as the electro-optical conversion device

  • 본 연구는 금속 캐리어 소재상에 화학 동도금(Chemical Copper)으로 형성된 극박 동박 표면 및 석출막의 특성을 평가하기 위하여 다양한 진공 분석장비들을 활용하여 평가한 결과이다. 연구에 사용된 극박 동박은 현재 캐리어박 선점률이 높은 M, J, Y사의 제품이다. 최상층 구리 표면에서 조직, 조성, 표면조도를 평가하였고, 계면 평가에서는 copper layer 및 nodule layer, adhesion layer, anti-corrosion layer, release layer, substrate에서의 물성 및 특성 정밀평가 결과 각 특성치 및 구조는 Cr, Zn, Ni, Co, Cr계 thermal anti layer임의 확인이 가능하였다.

발치 후 병발한 안면마비 환자에 대한 한의학적 치료 사례 보고 (A Case Report on Facial Nerve Palsy after Tooth Extraction and Korean Medical Treatments)

  • Objectives : Facial nerve palsy is a rare but well-known complication that occurs after a tooth extraction. The paralysis follows the injection of a local anesthetic, but patients typically recover after a few hours. However, there are a number of reports of delayed paralysis, and the cause of delayed facial palsy remains uncertain. This study is the first case report detailing how Korean medicine can be used to treat facial nerve palsy following tooth extraction. This study reports our experience of a patient's favorable recovery. Methods : A 25-year-old male patient experienced acute facial palsy after four premolar teeth were extracted. He was hospitalized in the Pusan National University Korean Medical Hospital. We provided complex Korean traditional medical treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, use of a hot water steamer, and herbal medicine for 18 days. Results : Using the Yanagihara Grading Score, we found improvements in the patient's voluntary facial movement as his score increased from 22 to 34. Furthermore, his accompanying symptoms, such as dry eye and facial pain, disappeared. However, the patient reported transient pain around acupoints after the acupuncture intervention. Conclusion : Our study suggests that Korean medical treatments might be effectively used to treat facial nerve palsy after tooth extraction, although further research should be conducted due to the limited number of cases in this area.

장원소(張元素)의 생규(生涯)와 의학사상(醫學思想) (The life and medical idea of Jang Won-So)

  • Geum-Won dynasty is the era which totalized the every medical attainments of before Song dynasty and appeared some medical practioners who found new medical theory based upon this, and is important time for various developments of the oriental medical theory. At this time of the era, the representative practioners are called the four noted physician of Geum-Won dynasty. Jang Won-So who influenced the formation of the theory of the four noted physcian of Geum-Won dynasty, originated new theory by joining the theory of "Nae-Gyung" with his own medical experience. The results can be summarized as follows after studying his life and idea of medicine. 1. Jang Won-So, courtesy name is Gyeol-Go, came from Yeog-Joo and it is unknown that when he was born and dead, but he lived in 11C. At 27, after failed in a Jin-Sa examination, he started medical study, and widely spreaded his medical art by healing the Yoo Wan-So's Sang-Han disease. 2. There are many Jang Won-So's writings, such as "Eui-Hag-Gye-Won" which is the condensation of his idea of medicine, "Jin-Joo-Nang" which is greatly contributed to development of Herbology, "Jang-Boo-Pyo-Bon-Han-Yeol-Heo-Sil-Yong-Yag-Sig" which is the sample of Jang-Boo-Byun-Jeung-Lon-Chi, and "Yag-Joo-Nan-Gyung" "Gyeol-Go-Ga-Jin" "Gyeol-Go-Joo-Sug-Hwa-Mag-Gyeol" "Gyeol-Go-Bon-Cho" "San-Yog-Bo-Sang-Bang" which are known do not existing. 3. Jang Won-So's study about Jang-Boo-Byun-Jeung was influenced by "Nae-Gyung" "Jung-Jang-Gyung" "So-A-Yag-Jeung-Jig-Gyeol" etc. and outline by Han-Yeol-Heo-Sil and the change and prognosis of the state of disease can be decided by Saeng-Sa-Yeog-Soon, so he contribute to development of lang-Boo-Byun-Jeung-Lon-Chi of posterity. 4. Jang Won-So succeeded and develope the theory of the herbs of Oh-Jang-Go-Yog-Bo-Sa and about Ki-Mi-Seung-Gang-Boo-Chim etc. appeared on "Nae-Gyung", especially invented such as Kwi-Gyung-Lon, In-Gyeung-Bo-Sa-Seol, Jang Boo-Pyo-Bon-Yag-Sig and he enriched the content of pharmacological theory, so he motivated various development of herbalogical theory. 5. Jang Won-So's idea of On-Yang-Bi-Wi directly influence Lee Go's assertion of Bi-Wi-Lon, idea of Go-Geum-I-Gue-Seol presented theological basis of posterior medical practioners formation of prescription, so the way of drug usage greatly developed. 6. Jang Won-So's theory of the lang-Boo-Byun-Jeung and herbology directly influenced to Lee Go, Wang Ho-Go, Na Chen-Ik, lang Byeok etc. so he became the father of Yeog-Soo class and indirectly influenced to Seol Gi, Jo Hen-Ga, lang Gae-Bin, Lee Jung-Jae etc. of Myeng dynasty, so the On-Bo class has been formed. Like this, because, his idea of medicine developed at various aspect and greatly influenced to posterity, Lee Si-Jin said "Since the emergency of "Nae-Gyung", Jang Won-So is the only man who greatly enhance medical principle.", so it is clear that this is not unfounded expression at all.

  • Optimization of initial total sugar concentration of sweet sorghum juice, aeration time and aeration rate on ethanol production was performed by response surface methodology (RSM). The optimum conditions for ethanol production from concentrated sweet sorghum juice were determined as follows: initial total sugar concentration, 21.2 Brix; aeration time, 7.66h; aeration rate, 1.22 vvm. At the optimum conditions, the maximum ethanol yield was predicted to be 91.65% by model prediction. Similarly, 92.98% of ethanol yield was obtained by verification experiment using optimum conditions after 48 h of fermentation. This result was in agreement with the model prediction.

  • 최근, 3차원 그래픽스 기술은 애니메이션 필름 제작에 있어서 자주 사용된다. 그러나 많은 애니메이션 필름들은 3차원 그래픽스 기술을 사용하여 제작되더라도, 2차원 셀 애니메이션 효과를 내려고 한다. 3차원 그래픽스 기술을 이용하여 2차원 셀 애니메이션의 효과를 내기 위해서는 렌더링에는 카툰 렌더링이 사용 된다. 그러나 이를 제외하고도 몇 가기 기술이 더 필요한데, 그중 하나가 만화 캐릭터(character)의 만화스러운 움직임이다. 기존의 연구 중에는 기존의 모션을 만화적 모션으로 변형하려는 시도가 있었으나, 셀 애니메이션의 캐릭터 움직임과 차이가 있었다. 또 생성된 모션이 만화적 모션인가 하는 의문에 대한 평가 기준이 없기 때문에, 만화적 모션의 모호성 문제가 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 직접 애니메이션에서 모션을 얻어내는 시스템을 제안한다. 2차원 애니메이션 동영상에서 2차원 캐릭터의 자세를 보고 3차원 캐릭터의 자세로 반자동 맵핑하여, 3차원 캐릭터의 애니메이션 키 프레임을 생성하고, 이 키 프레임간의 보간을 통해 3차원 캐릭터 애니메이션을 생성한다. 생성된 3차원 캐릭터 애니메이션은 만화적 움직임을 갖게 되며, 2차원 캐릭터의 자세와 움직임을 기준으로 만들었기 때문에, 만화적 모호성을 극복할 수 있다.

  • The above results of clinical medication about Kwangdongtang and KG-500 were not done saparately but were done as the assistant way at the same time when nerbmedication(sangjae, tangjae, extractjae) was medicated From the point of lmpro vement of symptom, clinical pathologic test. patient's feeling, synthetic efficiency decision, safety degree, usefullness degree, it is thought that KG-500 is more useful than kwangdongtang at any aspect.
