The Design and Implementation of IoT based Remote Control System for Active Connected Cars (능동형 커넥티드 카를 위한 IoT기반 원격제어 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • This paper proposes a monitoring and remote control system, an essential part of In Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) and Human Vehicle Interface (HVI) to provide safety and convenience to a driver. The system utilizes Bluetooth for a short range communication and utilizes WCDMA for a long range communication to enhance efficiency. In this paper, an integrated controller, which integrates a CAN communication module, a Bluetooth communication module, a WCDMA communication module, is designed to control a car. Also, a remote server for managing data is designed to provide real-time monitoring and remote control for a user via smart devices. Experiment results show that all the proposed remote control, driving log, real-time monitoring, and diagnostics functions are working properly. With the proposed system, a driver can drive safely by monitoring and inspecting a car before driving via smart devices, and control conveniently by controlling a car remotely.

  • At the present day, devices for measurement and control of data by wireless based computer have been generalized. The devices with low cost and high performance have been spotlighted. If Zigbee communication solution is used in dangerous places and places that can not in use wire communication, computer can process data without limitation. Zigbee communication solution is effective in power consumption as compared with RF or bluetooth and can use battery. System cost of Zigbee also is very low, so can install lots of nodes. The system made in this paper transmit by wireless many LMCs(Laser Measuring Control) of wireless transmission system for distance measurement and many slave Zigbee to a master Zigbee.

  • Ubiquitous are not courted in time and place of users and must offer service in network freely. There is telematics by representative application service during it. telematics service must provide service that is personalized according to time and place. Also, user who use telematics service must offer service that can use automatically even if do not request service. Therefore, in the paper wish to embody service discovery way design in telematics environment because treatise that see uses UPnP through PDA that is user Mobile terminal. PDA connected by local server of telematics service point and Bluetooth communication, and use finding UPnP device and service that is linked with local server using UPnP. Design UPnP device that provide service to user in telematics environment. Construct telematics service test bed to test service discovery. Because constructed system applies UPnP on Bluetooth communication base, service discovery system implementation and test.

A Study on Distance Calculation Revision Algorithm using the Filtering of RSSI Measurement Results (RSSI 측정결과 필터링을 이용한 거리계산 보정 알고리즘에 관한 연구)

  • The indoor location based service proposed in the study was assigned to target a moving user. Positioning in the outdoor environment is accurate while using GPS. However, in an indoor environment, positioning is inaccurate and difficult. In order to overcome this, studies of various techniques for positioning based on wireless communication such as Wi-Fi, Zigbee and Bluetooth are being performed. The RSSI value and the delivery signal of the bluetooth beacon are measured according to the distance, and to a database. It was applied calculating the value for the average RSSI and the RSSI filtering feedback. Filtering is used to reduce the error of the RSSI values that are measured at long distance. When average and feedback filtering coefficient are set with 0.5, irregular and highly RSSI values are decreased. As the distance increases, the range of error is confirmed to have a reduction when using a distance calculation correction algorithm. Finally, when using the RSSI measurement results filtering, it corrects an unstable signal. Also, the distance correction algorithm is used to reduce a range of errors.

  • Through the development of techniques, robots are becomes smaller, and many of robots needed for application are greater and greater. Method of coordinating large number of autonomous robots through local interactions has becoming an important research issue in robot community. Swarm Robot System is a system that independent autonomous robots in the restricted environment infer their status from preassigned conditions and operate their jobs through the coorperation with each other. Within the SRS,a robot contains sensor part to percept the situation around them, communication part to exchange information, and actuator part to do a work. Specially, in order to cooperate with other robots, communicating with other robot is one of the essential elements. In such as Bluetooth has many adventages such as low power consumption, small size module package, and various standard procotols, it is rated as one of the efficent communcating system for autonomous robot is developed in this paper. and How to construct and what kind of procedure to develop the communicatry system for group behavior of the SRS under intelligent space is discussed in this paper.

  • In this paper, we design and implement an educational robot system that can use scratch education with the function of user demanding to perform robot education in actual school site in an embedded environment. It is developed to enable physical education for sensing information processing, software design and programming practice training that is the basis of robotic system. The development environment of the system is Arduino Uno based product using Atmega 328 core, debugging environment based on Arduino Sketch, firmware development language using C language, OS using Windows, Linux, Mac OS X. The system operation process receives the control command of the server using the Bluetooth communication, and drives various sensors of the educational robot. The curriculum includes Scratch program and Bluetooth communication, which enables real-time scratch training. It also provides smartphone apps and is designed to enable education like C and Python through expansion. Teachers at the school site used the developed products and presented performance processing results satisfying the missionary needs of the missionaries.

  • 본 논문은 DC모터와 Bluetooth모듈을 통해 직접 조종하여 움직이는 알람시계 형태로 로봇을 제작하여 단순한 알람시계가 아닌 재미와 편의를 제공하는 알람시계 로봇을 제안한다. Arduino Uno 보드(ATmega328 기반의 마이크로컨트롤러 보드)와 DC모터를 이용한 로봇 본체, 스마트폰과 통신하는 bluetooth모듈, 로봇을 작동하는 어플리케이션 등으로 구성된다. 알람이 작동되면서 랜덤하게 움직이는 로봇은 블루투스 통신으로 제어가 되고 사용자의 조종에 따라 움직인다. 로봇은 스마트폰과 블루투스 통신을 통해 받은 데이터로 조종되어 지정된 도착장소로 움직일 수 있다. 이러한 로봇을 제작하여 실생활에 상용화 가능하게 만들어 또 하나의 아이디어 알람시계가 되고자 하는 목표를 가진다.

  • 본 논문에서는 휴대용 선량계 시스템에 거리 무선 통신 방식중 Bluetooth를 이용하여 선량계를 구현한 것에 대해 논하였다. 휴대용 선량계란 감마선과 속중성자 및 열중성자를 현장에서 실시간으로 측정 할 수 있는 기기이다. 휴대용 선량계는 선랑계의 소형화를 위해 모듈별로 구성하여 공간의 최적화를 취하였다. 모듈의 구성은 시스템의 전반적인 제어를 하는 CPU부 센서로부터 측정한 데이터를 처리하는 신호처리부 방사선량을 측정하는 센서부로 구성되어졌다. 센서 모들의 PIN 다이오드와 MODFET 센서를 이용하여 감마선, 속중성자, 열중성자를 측정한다. 휴대용 선량계를 관리하고 측정한 데이터의 백업 및 분석을 위하여 PC용 관리프로그램과 근거리 무선 통신(Bluetooth)을 사용하여 통신하도록 만들어 사용하였다. 측정 지역의 방사선량을 휴대용 선량계로 측정하여 PC용 관리프로그램에서 실시간으로 방사선량을 확인 할 수 있다.

A study on the Characteristics of a Chip Antenna for Mobile Communication (이동통신용 Chip Antenna 특성에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 안테나의 이득을 극대화하기 위해서 Bluetooth PCB Layout 위에 내장형 마이크로 칩 안테나를 직접 설계하여 Bluetooth의 주요 사양인 2.4~2.4835GHz에서 동작할 수 있도록 Bluetooth용 내장형 마이크로 칩 안테나를 설계하였다. Bluetooth PCB Layout 크기는 실제 크기와 같은 54mm$\times$19mm$\times$2.4mm로 설계하고 마이크로 칩 안테나 크기는 11mm$\times$4mm$\times$l.6mm로 설계하여 상용화 된 프로그램인 HFSS에 의해 3.616dBi의 이득을 얻었다. 설계 제작된 Bluetooth용 내장형 마이크로 칩 안테나는 2.45GHz의 중심주파수에서 넓은 대역폭 10.71%을 확인하였다. 또한, 마이크로 칩안테나에서 용량의 변화와 용량의 위치 변화, 급전점의 위치 변화에 따른 공진주파수, 대역폭, 이득 등의 특성을 비교하였고, 제작된 칩안테나의 측정된 방사패턴에서 E-면과 H-면을 비교 분석했다.
