I-세대의 어패럴캐드 교육을 위한 블렌디드 러닝 활용 제안 (Apparel Pattern CAD Education Based on Blended Learning for I-Generation)

  • In the era of globalization and unlimited competition, Korean universities need a breakthrough in their education system according to the changing education landscape, such as lower graduation requirements to cultivate more multi-talented convergence leaders. While each student has different learning capabilities, which results in different performance and achievements in the same class, the uniform education that most universities are currently offering fails to accommodate such differences. Blended learning, synergically combining offline and online classes, enlarges learning space and enriches learning experiences through diversified tools and materials, including multimedia. Recently, universities are increasingly adopting video contents and on-offline convergence learning strategy. Thus, this study suggests a teaching method based on blended learning to more effectively teach existing pattern CAD and virtual CAD in the Apparel Pattern CAD class. To this end, this researcher developed a teaching-learning method and curriculum according to the blended learning phase and video-based contents. The curriculum consisted of 2D CAD (SuperAlpha: Plus) and 3D CAD (CLO) software learning for 15 weeks. Then, it was loaded to the Learning Management System (LMS) and operated for 15 weeks both online and offline. The performance analysis of LMS usage found that class materials, among online postings, were viewed the most. The discussion menu most accurately depicted students' participation, and students who did not participate in discussions were estimated to check postings less than participating students. A survey on the blended learning found that students prefer digital or more digitized classes, while preferring face to face for Q&As.

치기공학과 학생들의 블렌디드 러닝 흥미도와 만족도 간의 연관성 (A Study on the Relationship Between Blended Learning Interesting and Satisfaction on Students majoring in Dental Technology)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the analysis blended learning interesting and satisfaction on students majoring in dental techniques. Method: The study subject were 181 students from Gimcheon university. Data for this survey was obtain by self-administration method. This questionnaire consist of $lecture^{\circ}$Øs interesting and satisfaction when using an blended learning in the lecture. SPSS 22.0 was used. Analysis of frequency was used and two sammple t-test was used to identify significantly different blended interesting and sataisfaction within the grade. Multiple regression was used to which interestings affect the satisfaction. Results: First, there were significant differences in the grade among the blended interesting and sataisfaction, while on differences in participation satisfaction(p<0.05). Second, The correlation coefficient is 0.714 between blended interesting and staisfaction, Third, Multiple regression showed that the $lecture^{\circ}$Øs interesting applying blended learning affects the satisfaction(p<0.05). Conclusion: Given the findings of the study, lecture applying blended learning seem to be efficient education programs to improve lecture's interesting & satisfaction.

블렌디드 러닝 수업 참여형태에 따른 성인대학생 수업만족도에 관한 연구 (Study on Adult College Students' Class Satisfaction According to Blended Class Participation)

  • 본 연구는 블렌디드 러닝 수업 참여형태에 따른 성인대학생 수업만족도에 관한 연구로 성인학습자의 블렌디드러닝 수업의 발전 방향을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 LiFE 사업(평생교육체제지원사업)을 수행하고 있는 2개교 성인학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 경우 블렌디드 러닝 과목으로는 교양+전공수업에 참여하는 비율이 77.8%로 나타났으며, 온라인 수업을 참여하는 장소로 자택이 69.8%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 블렌디드 러닝 교·강사 교수법 만족도는 '보통'이상이 95.2%로 전반적으로 만족하고 있었다. 셋째, 블렌디드 러닝 방식을 적용한 수업 만족도에 대해서는 '그렇다' 이상이 96.8%로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 블렌디드 러닝은 일과 학습을 병행하는 성인학습자들에게 성인맞춤형으로 교육을 제공하는데 있어 중요한 교수학습방법 중의 하나이다. 블렌디드 러닝 교수법은 전통적 강의실의 교수중심의 일방향적 내용전달식 수업보다는 교수자와 학습자간의 쌍방향적 소통이 가능한 효과적인 교수법임을 알 수 있다.

블렌디드 학습, 온라인 학습, 오프라인 학습의 학업성취도와 학습만족도 비교 (The Comparison of the learning achievement and learning satisfaction Between in the Blended Class and Online Class and Offline Class)

  • Many problems with the offline class, which is the traditional education type in corporations or universities, were indicated and people hoped that e-learning, which is web-based instruction, would solve these problems. However, e-learning also has weak points in that it should be self-paced and media-based in many ways. Therefore, when considering the good and weak points of offline classes and e-learning, blended learning seems to be necessary. Until now, blended learning has usually been used in corporations, and there have been almost no studies on the effectiveness or management of blended learning in universities. Thus, in this study, I would like to design blended classes, manage them at the level of university classes, and verify the effectiveness of blended classes, by comparing academic achievement, student participation, and student satisfaction. The subject students who signed up for Computer & Technology at C University in 2005 were divided into three study groups: offline class, online class, and blended class. The offline class was taught using the traditional class teaching method. For the online class and the blended class, multimedia contents were developed and a different LMS was used. The results of 13 weeks of teaching are as follows. For the academic achievement in the offline, online and blended classes, there was no statistically significant difference (f=2.387, p=.096). But when comparing the average achievement, the average of the blended class was higher than that of the other classes, so that it can be said that the blended class has positive effects on academic achievement. Second, when comparing the learners' participation in the online class and the blended class, the total posts were 85 and 138 respectively, which shows a considerable difference. The hit counts for each post in the online class and the blended class are 10 and 20, respectively. Moreover, the login counts for subjects are 3 in the online class and 4 in the blended class. In the questionnaire for the students' academic satisfaction in the online class and the blended class, all of the 15 items showed higher satisfaction in the blended class. Considering all these results, if adequate media are properly combined, the blended class is better than either the pure online class or the pure offline class.

간호학 전공수업에 적용한 블렌디드 러닝이 학업성취도 및 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Blended Learning Approach on Academic Achievement and Self Directed Learning Skills of Nursing Undergraduate Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학 전공수업에 적용한 블렌디드 러닝이 간호학과 학생들의 학업성취도와 자기주도적 학습 능력에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후설계 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 J도에 소재한 4년제 간호학과 3학년 중 실험군 75명, 대조군 70명으로 총 145명이었다. 총 15주 동안 블렌디드 러닝을 실시하였으며 실시 전과 후에 자기주도적 학습능력을 측정하였고 중간고사, 기말고사를 통해 학업성취도를 측정하였다. 측정된 결과는 $x^2$-test와 Fisher's exact test, t-test, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 블렌디드 러닝은 학습계획, 학습실행, 학습평가로 구성된 자기주도적 학습능력을 증진시켰고 기말고사에서 학습자의 학업성취도를 높여주었다. 그러므로 본 연구는 학습방법으로의 블렌디드 러닝이 학생들의 간호학 전공수업에 효과적임을 파악한 점에서 연구의 의의를 지니며, 향후 간호관련 전공학문 분야의 효과적인 교수법으로 확대적용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • This study presents the educational utility of blended learning by analyzing the effectiveness of learning after class by blending team project learning and smart device app-based learning methods. Qualitative analysis and survey analysis were conducted and the results were as follows. First, team project activities based on task resolution were conducted freely through detailed activities such as sharing roles, planning meetings, and coordinating opinions. Team activities were carried out with respect and consideration, team member bonding, and a sense of responsibility. Second, the smart device app is recognized as a medium for work and communication, and fast feedback has been made, making it highly impactful on classroom activities. Third, in terms of learning satisfaction, most learners showed an interest in the course and were satisfied with the project results. The smart device app was used as a learning and communication medium for personal and team activities and was analyzed as a blended method applicable to classes that conduct practical activities as an efficient tool to further activate project activities.

Blended learning을 이용한 임상실습 오리엔테이션 프로그램의 효과 (Effects of a Blended Learning Orientation Program for Clinical Practicums of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study proposed to examine the effects of a blended-learning orientation program executed for nursing students' clinical practice. Method: The participants were 61 nursing students in the experimental group and 57 in the control group. For the experimental group, a blended-learning orientation program was executed by e-learning (on-line) and lecture-led training (off-line) from two-week before the start of clinical practice in medical-surgical nursing. For the control group, orientation was given in the traditional lecture-led training by distributing printed materials before clinical practice. A pre-test was conducted on the experimental and control group before clinical practice, and a post-test was conducted after two-week of clinical practice in order to examine the effects of the orientation program. Results: After two-week of clinical practice, differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group in adaptation to clinical practice (F=10.242, p=.002), communication skills (F=4.305, p=.040) and clinical competence (F=6.823, p=.010). Conclusions: The blended-learning orientation program enhanced nursing students' adaptation to clinical practice, improved their communication skill and increased their clinical competence. Accordingly, it is recommended to develop and apply practical education using blended-learning in the area of nursing science.

인터넷 윤리교육을 위한 SNS 기반의 블렌디드 러닝 시스템 구현과 효과 분석 (An Implementation and Analysis on the Effectiveness of SNS based Blended Learning System for Internet Ethics Education)

  • The purpose of this paper was to design and implement effective learning model for internet ethics education, following the learning principle and procedure of PBL(Problem-Based Learning) which is one of the constructivism teaching-learning theories(, and to apply it). In this learning model, online learning and face-to-face classes were systematically combined for achieving the teaching-learning goals and the main module for online learning run on Moodle, an open source LMS(Learning Management System). It is possible for learner to participate actively in creation of micro-contents and reorganize contents using various SNS(Social Network Service). The learner can achieve the learner-oriented learning and select micro-contents in order to reorganize the personalized learning contents to take advantage of SNS among learners. To examine educational effectiveness of the proposed learning model, an experimental study was conducted through the education content and method to the subjects of two classes in the second-grade of university located in OO city. 60 students(treatment group=30, control group=30) participated in the experiment. The result statistically verified that the proposed learning method is more effective in cultivating consciousness of internet ethics than the face-to-face PBL learning method. The results of this paper also showed that a lecture using blended learning is efficient in achieving learning performance and that learners responded positively(, which are indicating that the higher effectiveness of learning would be expected) by forming connectedness among learners using SNS. 공학교육을 위한 블렌디드 러닝의 운영사례 및 교육효과 연구 (A Case Study on Educational Effect and Operation of Blended Learning for Engineering Education)

  • 이러닝 교수법의 발전에 따라 대면교육과 이러닝을 혼합한 블렌디드 러닝의 요구가 높아지고 있으며 기존의 대면수업을 대체할 만한 학습효과를 보여주고 있다. 그러나 공학 교과목은 실습과 같은 다양한 학습활동이 이루어지고 있어 기존의 전통적인 블렌디드 러닝으로 운영하기 쉽지 않다. 따라서 공학 교과목에 필요한 학습활동에 따라 기존과는 다른 교수학습설계가 필요로 된다. 본 논문에서는 공학교과목에서 블렌디드 러닝을 위해 교수법 설계 및 운영사례를 소개하고 그 효과를 조사 분석하였다. 학습활동을 이론수업, 실습수업, 퀴즈 및 질의응답, 과제수행 및 풀이 등으로 세분화하고 학습활동에 따라 온라인 동영상, LMS 활용, 대면수업의 교수 학습방법을 적용하였다. 학생들의 수업만족도 조사결과를 보면 공학교과목에서도 블렌디드 러닝은 순수온라인과 대면수업에 비해 만족도가 높게 나타났으며 학습활동별로 차별화된 만족도를 나타내었다.

정보통신윤리 교육을 위한 블랜디드 문제중심학습 시스템 구현 및 평가 (Implementation and Evaluation of Blended PBL Systems for Information Communication Ethics Education)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 정보통신윤리 교육을 위한 효과적인 블랜디드 문제중심학습 시스템을 구현하는데 있다. 교수-학습 목표 달성을 위해서 온라인 학습과 면대면 수업이 체계적으로 혼합되었고 온라인 학습을 위한 주요 모듈은 오픈소스 학습 관리시스템인 무들에서 운영되었다. 제안 시스템의 교육적인 효과를 검증하기 위해서 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$시 소재의 대학교 2학년 2개 반을 대상으로 논문에서 제시한 방법을 사용하여 실험연구를 하였다. 실험 대상의 학생 수는 60명(실험집단: 30명, 통제집단: 30명)이며 각 그룹에 6명의 학생으로 10개의 그룹으로 편성되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제안한 블랜디드 PBL을 활용한 교육이 면대면 PBL 방법을 활용한 교육보다 정보통신윤리 의식 함양에 효과적이었다. 둘째, 제안한 블랜디드 PBL에 참여한 학습자들이 면대면 PBL에 참여한 학습자들보다 문제해결능력 향상, 협동학습의 이해와 같은 다양한 PBL 효과를 체험하였다.
