사용자 리뷰 분석을 통한 호텔 평가 항목별 누락 평점 예측 방법론 (Predicting Missing Ratings of Each Evaluation Criteria for Hotel by Analyzing User Reviews)

  • Recently, most of the users can easily get access to a variety of information sources about companies, products, and services through online channels. Therefore, the online user evaluations are becoming the most powerful tool to generate word of mouth. The user's evaluation is provided in two forms, quantitative rating and review text. The rating is then divided into an overall rating and a detailed rating according to various evaluation criteria. However, since it is a burden for the reviewer to complete all required ratings for each evaluation criteria, so most of the sites requested only mandatory inputs for overall rating and optional inputs for other evaluation criteria. In fact, many users input only the ratings for some of the evaluation criteria and the percentage of missed ratings for each criteria is about 40%. As these missed ratings are the missing values in each criteria, the simple average calculation by ignoring the average 40% of the missed ratings can sufficiently distort the actual phenomenon. Therefore, in this study, we propose a methodology to predict the rating for the missed values of each criteria by analyzing user's evaluation information included the overall rating and text review for each criteria. The experiments were conducted on 207,968 evaluations collected from the actual hotel evaluation site. As a result, it was confirmed that the prediction accuracy of the detailed criteria ratings by the proposed methodology was much higher than the existing average-based method.

  • Currently a hot potato in industries is to reduce the lifecycle of product and maximize the time-to-market benefits. A lot of methodologies and the concrete systems are in use for performing this function. One of these systems is that process are reconstructed by BPR and systems are implemented by PDM. First of all, th analyses of existing product, process and resource data must be preceded. New process is established on the basis of the analyzed information of a company and PDM implements the new process in the company. The consecutive activities like this provide the basic environment for CIM. However, the current system have been developed on the favor of a big company. There are many problems in applying it too a mid-sized company. A lot of function in a PDM tool is not necessary for the mid-sized CIM characteristic. The purpose of this study is to define the ROPP information model that is an appropriate information integration for a design process. The model shows an associated complicated information of a company effectively. Also the modeler makes it possible to manage consistently the constraints of design process on the basis of the analysis of dependency among each resource.

만3세와 만4세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 나타난 유아 '안전교육' 활동의 내용 비교 분석 (A Comparison Analysis on the Contents of Child 'Safety Education' Activities in 3~4 Year Old Nuri Curriculum Manual for Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 만3세와 만4세 누리과정 교사용 지도서에 나타난 유아 '안전교육' 관련 내용을 분석준거에 의해 활동유형 및 활동형태별, 생활주제별로 비교 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 분석결과 첫째, 만3세 유아 '안전교육' 내용은 총 136개였으며 그 가운데 대 소집단활동에서 71개(52.2%)를 나타내었고 만4세는 총 124개를 보인 가운데 대 소집단 활동에서 58개(46.8%)를 나타내었다. 둘째, 만3세는 '생활도구'에서 25개의 활동을 포함하고 있었으며 그 중 '물건, 도구, 기구에 대한 안전'의 내용에서 21개의 활동을 포함하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 만4세는 '건강과 안전'에서 33개의 활동을 포함하고 있었으며 그 중 '질병에 대한 안전'의 내용에서 12개의 활동을 나타내었다. 연구결과를 통해 교육현장에서 만3, 4세 연령에 따른 유아 '안전교육' 활동을 전개하는데 도움을 주고자하며 유아 '안전교육'과 관련된 각종 연수를 계획하고 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 더 나아가 유아 '안전교육'에 필요한 매뉴얼과 프로그램을 구성하는데 기초정보를 제공할 뿐만 아니라 안전체험시설을 확충하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 데에도 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것으로 여긴다.

  • 모바일디바이스시장의 성장은 교육시장의 변화를 가져왔고 다양한 미디어 교육의 양적 성장으로 이어지고 있다. 특히 기존 PC나 콘솔에 비해 인터렉션이 우수한 태블릿 등 스마트디바이스는 사용자의 사용성을 높일 수 있는 콘텐츠 양산에 이바지하고 있고 다양한 유형의 교육형 콘텐츠들이 개발되어 소비자들의 전통적 교육방법에 변화를 유도하고 있다. 최근 많은 연구들이 콘텐츠의 유력한 개발방법이나 마케팅 요소를 제안하고 있으나 아직까지는 교육형 게임 개발을 위한 사용성을 개발기업이나 개발자의 감각에 의존하고 있어 실제 사용자의 스마트디바이스기반 사용성과 경험환경에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 경험환경 분석을 위한 기반 연구로 기 출시된 인기 게임을 대상으로 게임형 교육콘텐츠의 사용성 분석을 위한 직관적 통계처리방법을 형태적 관점에서 제안하고자 한다. 특히 게임산업은 충분한 시료를 가지고 있어 빅데이터기반 연구가 가능한 유사 범주의 시료가 확보 가능하여 본 연구에서 제시하는 분석기법을 통해 다수의 공동 개발인력 간 즉각적인 의사결정을 위해 사용이 가능하며 반복되는 개발과정 간 누적된 데이터를 활용할 수 있는 긍정적인 자료원 확보에도 긍정적이어서 이업종 간 소통이 가능한 분석모델로 기대된다.

  • Response surface methodology (RSM) is one of popular tools to support a systematic improvement of quality of design in the product and process development stages. It consists of statistical modeling and optimization tools. RSM can be viewed as a knowledge management tool in that it systemizes knowledge about a manufacturing process through a big data analysis on products and processes. The conventional RSM aims to optimize the mean of a response, whereas dual-response surface optimization (DRSO), a special case of RSM, considers not only the mean of a response but also its variability or standard deviation for optimization. Recently, a posterior preference articulation approach receives attention in the DRSO literature. The posterior approach first seeks all (or most) of the nondominated solutions with no articulation of a decision maker (DM)'s preference. The DM then selects the best one from the set of nondominated solutions a posteriori. This method has a strength that the DM can understand the trade-off between the mean and standard deviation well by looking around the nondominated solutions. A posterior method has been proposed for DRSO. It employs an interval selection strategy for the selection step. This strategy has a limitation increasing inefficiency and complexity due to too many iterations when handling a great number (e.g., thousands ~ tens of thousands) of nondominated solutions. In this paper, a TOPSIS-based method is proposed to support a simple and efficient selection of the most preferred solution. The proposed method is illustrated through a typical DRSO problem and compared with the existing posterior method.

디즈니 애니메이션 악당 캐릭터의 색채분석 (Color Analysis of Disney Animation Villain Characters)

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, not only artificial intelligence, big data, robots, and biotechnology, but also cultural industries that require human creativity will lead. Among the cultural industries, the animation industry has high industrial utilization value due to its high connection with other industries. Among them, animation characters play the most important role as the subject leading the story of animation. In particular, the villain character not only serves as a medium for the main character to lead the story, but also captivates the audience with a different presence from the main character, adding to the fun and completeness of the animation. These characters consist of visual elements such as form and color, of which color is a tool that effectively conveys the character's personality and role to the audience, and is the first visual element to be considered in delicately describing the character's emotions and the relationship between characters. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze the color of the villain character. To this end, we will select eight Disney animations to derive the characteristics of the villain character's color by analyzing the color, value, chroma, and color association of the colors used in the Disney villain character. As a result of the analysis, the colors mainly used by Disney to convey the villain's image were red (R) and Orange (YR), and there was no difference depending on the times or animation production methods. Second, the brightness of Disney villain characters appeared to be the same medium/famous regardless of the times and production methods, and the frequency of use of high brightness was very low. In terms of saturation, the frequency of use of high and low saturation was high. Third, blackish (Bk), Strong (S), dull (Dl), and deep (Dp) tones were mainly used for tones. In particular, in recent 3D animations than previously produced 2D animations, the use of low chroma and the high black mixing rate increased. Fourth, it can be seen that Disney uses color as a visual method to more clearly express the psychology of the villain character using color association. In conclusion, the color selection of animation characters should be carefully considered as a tool to convey the character's personality, role, and emotion beyond simply using color, and the color selection of characters using color associations and symbols strengthens the narrative structure. It is hoped that this study will help analyze and select the character color of animation.

EXTRACTING BASE DATA FOR FLOOD ANALYSIS USING HIGH RESOLUTION SATELLITE IMAGERY

  • Flood caused by Typhoon and severe rain during summer is the most destructive natural disasters in Korea. Almost every year flood has resulted in a big lost of national infrastructure and loss of civilian lives. It usually takes time and great efforts to estimate the flood-related damages. Government also has pursued proper standard and tool for using state-of-art technologies. High resolution satellite imagery is one of the most promising sources of ground truth information since it provides detailed and current ground information such as building, road, and bare ground. Once high resolution imagery is utilized, it can greatly reduce the amount of field work and cost for flood related damage assessment. The classification of high resolution image is pre-required step to be utilized for the damage assessment. The classified image combined with additional data such as DEM and DSM can help to estimate the flooded areas per each classified land use. This paper applied object-oriented classification scheme to interpret an image not based in a single pixel but in meaningful image objects and their mutual relations. When comparing it with other classification algorithms, object-oriented classification was very effective and accurate. In this paper, IKONOS image is used, but similar level of high resolution Korean KOMPSAT series can be investigated once they are available.

  • 여행사를 둘러싼 경영환경은 급속도로 변화하여 왔으며 이는 정보통신기술의 성장과 무관하지 않다. 특히, 최근까지 인터넷을 다소 소극적 차원에서 활용했던 한국의 여행사들은 글로벌 온라인 여행사들이 한국 여행시장을 빠르게 잠식해나가는 것에 큰 위협을 느끼고 있다. 이러한 상황을 고려하여 본 연구에서는 정보통신기술이 한국 여행사 경영환경에 미치는 영향력을 중점적으로 분석하고 이러한 분석을 토대로 한국 여행사의 전략적 대응방안을 제시해 보았다. 첫째, 글로벌 관광상품 유통구조에 대응한 플랫폼 개발에 박차를 가해야 한다. 둘째, 빅 데이터를 여행사 경영에 적극적으로 활용할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 관광 블로그 마케팅 전략을 적극적으로 활용한다. 마지막으로 고객 개인별 더 전문화된 관광 컨설팅 서버스를 제공함으로써 현재 직시한 문제점들을 풀어나가야 할 것이다.

약국서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 - 환자체감시간과 실 조제시간 비교를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Factors Affecting on Satisfaction of Pharmacy Service)

  • Purpose : To shorten processing time for variety of medical affairs of the patient at the outpatient clinic of a big hospital is very important to qualify medical care of the patient. Therefore, patient's waiting time for drug delivery after doctor's prescription is often utilized as a strong tool to evaluate patient satisfaction with a medical care provided. We performed this study to investigate factors influencing patient satisfaction related with waiting time for drug delivery. Methods : The data were collected from July 21 to August 12, 1998. A total 535 patients or their families who visited outpatient clinics of Inha University Hospital were subjected to evaluate the drug delivery time and the level of their satisfaction related, which were compared with those objectively evaluated by Quality Improvement Team. The reliability of the scale was tested with Cronbach's alpha, and the data were analyzed using frequency, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression. Results : The mean drug delivery time subjectively evaluated by the patient (16.1 13.0 min) was longer than that objectively evaluated (10.9 7.6 min) by 5.2 min. Drug delivery time objectively evaluated was influenced by the prescription contents, total amount or type of drug dispensed, etc, as expected. The time discrepancy between two evaluations was influenced by several causative factors. One of those proved to be a patient's late response to the information from the pharmacy which the drug is ready to deliver. Interestingly, this discrepancy was found to be more prominent especially when waiting place for drug delivery was not less crowded. Other factors, pharmaceutical counseling at the pharmacy, emotional status or behavior of a patient while he waits for the medicine, were also found to influence the time subjectively evaluated. Regarding the degree of patient satisfaction with the drug delivery, majority of patients accepted drug delivery time with less than 10 min. It was also found to be influenced by emotional status of the patient as well as kindness or activity of pharmaceutical counselor. Conclusion : The results show that, besides prescription contents, behavior pattern or emotional status of a patient, environment of the waiting place, and quality of pharmaceutical counseling at the pharmacy, may influence the patient's subjective evaluation of waiting time for drug delivery and his satisfaction related with the service in the big hospital. In order to improve patient satisfaction related with waiting time for drug delivery, it will be cost effective to qualify pharmaceutical counseling and information system at the drug delivery site or waiting place rather than to shorten the real processing time within the pharmacy.

빅데이터 기반 대학도서관 웹사이트 이용행태에 관한 연구: C대학교 도서관을 중심으로 (A Study on User Behavior of University Library Website based Big Data: Focusing on the Library of C University)

  • 이 연구는 대학도서관의 웹사이트 실제 이용 데이터를 분석하여 이용자들의 이용행태를 분석하고, 웹사이트의 개선방안을 제안하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 2018년 1월부터 2018년 12월까지 C대학교 웹사이트에서 이루어진 이용자들의 트래픽을 분석하여 이용행태를 분석하였다. 웹사이트의 분석 툴로는 '구글 애널리틱스'를 활용하였다. 웹 트래픽 변수는 세션, 사용자, 페이지뷰 수, 세션당 페이지수, 평균 세션 시간, 이탈률을 측정지표를 기준으로 이용자 일반적 특성, 사용자환경 분석, 방문 분석, 유입분석, 사이트 분석 5가지로 구분지어 분석하였다. 그 결과, 1) 이용자 일반적 특성을 분석 결과에서 웹사이트 접속 위치가 대한민국뿐만 아니라 중국에서도 일부 접속이 있었다. 2) 사용자 환경 분석에서는 주 이용 브라우저 유형은 인터넷 익스플로러로 나타났다. 다음 순위는 크롬이었으며, 3위와 4위인 Safari로 이탈률이 익스클로러나 크롬의 두 배에 달했다. 화면 해상도에서는 1920x1080 해상도가 가장 많은 비율을 차지하였으며 그 외에도 다양한 환경에서 접속하는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 유입 매체 분석에서는 직접 유입이 가장 높게 나타났다. 4) 사이트 분석에서는 총 페이지뷰 수인 4,534,084 페이지 중 최다 페이지뷰를 차지한 페이지는 메인페이지 다음으로 대출/연장/이력/예약 페이지, 학술DB 페이지, 소장자료 페이지 순으로 나타났다.
